背景技术

西瓜是夏天必备的营养品,几乎含有人体所需要的各种营养成分,在瓜果中,西瓜称得上是一种最富营养、最纯净和食用最安全的食品。西瓜味甘、性寒,除了具有美容养颜作用外,还主要有清热解暑、除烦上渴的功效。然而,西瓜含糖量较高,不适宜于糖尿病人食用。另外,因西瓜性寒,对脾胃虚热的人也不宜食用,否则会增加身体的负担,所以需要研究发展一种具有西瓜营养特色同时又低糖、清热明目、利湿解毒、清暑止渴、滋阴补气的功效,可以适合不同体质的人群饮用的西瓜饮料。
