本发明提供一种橙汁饮料,各原料的重量百分比为:5-7%的浓缩橙汁,12-15%的野生桂花蜜,0.5-1%的柠檬酸,0.08-0.1%的羧甲基纤维素钠,0.1-0.2%的黄原胶,0.04-0.05%的鲜橙香精,0.03-0.04%的脱氢醋酸钠,其余量为纯净水,将纯天然的蜂蜜和橙汁合二为一,营养丰富、稳定性好,且对人体没有损害。

本发明属于饮料技术领域,特别是一种橙汁饮料。 
背景技术
目前市场上出售的饮料种类繁多,有碳酸饮料、果汁饮料、茶饮料等,其中果汁饮料含有丰富的维生素,同时还含有钾、钙等矿物质,而橙汁除了含有上述营养成分外,还含有钾、核黄素等,可增加人体内优质胆固醇的含量,预防心脏病等,目前市场上的橙汁中多含有人工合成香精,在人体积累后很容易对人体造成损害。而蜂蜜也是我们日常生活中常见的一种饮品,它含有人体所必需的多种氨基酸、维生素、矿物质及微量元素等营养成分,不仅可饮用,而且还具有药用功能。因此,将蜂蜜添加到橙汁中具有很大的市场前景。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种同时将蜂蜜和橙汁相结合的饮料,该饮料兼具了蜂蜜和橙汁的营养成分,可发挥蜂蜜和橙汁各自的优点和功能,同时使用天然鲜橙香精,对人体不会构成损伤。 
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种橙汁饮料,各原料的重量百分比为:5-7% 的浓缩橙汁,12-15%的野生桂花蜜,0.5-1% 的柠檬酸,0.08-0.1% 的羧甲基纤维素钠,0.1-0.2%的黄原胶,0.04-0.05%的鲜橙香精,0.03-0.04%的脱氢醋酸钠,其余量为纯净水。浓缩橙汁采用巴西进口的浓缩橙汁,饮料的口感甚好;香精采用鲜橙香精,不仅可以使饮料具有相应的香味而且不会对人体构成危害;脱氢醋酸钠作为防腐保鲜剂,可以延长饮料的保质期。 
本发明的有益效果:将纯天然的蜂蜜和橙汁合二为一,营养丰富、稳定性好,且天然香精不会对人体不会造成损害。

一种橙汁饮料,各原料的重量百分比为:5% 的浓缩橙汁,12%的野生桂花蜜,0.5% 的柠檬酸,0.08%的羧甲基纤维素钠,0.1%的黄原胶,0.04%的鲜橙香精,0.03%的脱氢醋酸钠,其余量为纯净水。
实施例2: 
一种橙汁饮料,各原料的重量百分比为:7%的浓缩橙汁,15%的野生桂花蜜, 1%的柠檬酸,0.1%的羧甲基纤维素钠,0.2%的黄原胶,0.05%的鲜橙香精,0.04%的脱氢醋酸钠,其余量为纯净水。
