背景技术
目前市场上出售的饮料种类繁多,有碳酸饮料、果汁饮料、乳酸饮料、茶饮料等等,不同的饮料具有不同的优点,其中果汁饮料由水果榨汁制成,含有丰富的维生素,尤以维生素C最多,同时还含有钾、钙等矿物质,而梨汁除了含有上述营养成分外,梨的糖类还含有果糖和葡萄糖等,具有保肝、助消化、促进食欲的作用,可用于肝炎、肝硬化病人的辅助食疗。
冰糖也是我们日常生活中常见的一种食品,冰糖具有润肺、止咳、清痰、和去火的作用,其不仅可食用,而且还具有药用功能,《本草纲目》中讲到:冰糖具有补中益气,和胃润肺,止咳化痰等功效
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种同时将冰糖和梨汁相结合的新型饮料,该饮料兼具了冰糖和梨汁的营养成分,可发挥冰糖和梨汁各自的优点和功能。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种冰糖梨汁饮料,其中各原料的重量百分比为: 10%的浓缩梨汁,15%的冰糖,0. 3%的柠檬酸,0. 05%的羧甲基纤维素钠,0. 05%的海藻酸钠,0. 015%的Vc, 0. 03%的香精,0. 03%的苯甲酸钠,其余量为纯净水。
其中所述的冰糖为多晶体冰糖。多晶体冰糖是真正传统意义上的冰糖,具有中医学上的各类功效,而单晶体冰糖则没有。这主要是和生产工艺有关系,多晶体冰糖是白砂糖和水在加热到118-120度的情况下,经过冷却、7天恒温结晶而成的。而单晶体冰糖仅仅是把白砂糖在80度的水里溶解、降温形成超饱和溶液、结晶析出的,其功效和白砂糖差不多,只是比白砂糖更纯净些。
所述的浓缩梨汁是指将100kg纯的鲜榨梨汁脱水浓缩到13-14kg后的梨汁;柠檬酸为一种调味剂,可以使饮料的口感更好;梭甲基纤维素钠可以使饮料均匀饱满,色泽鲜艳、醒目,并可延长饮料的保鲜期;海藻酸钠起增稠悬浮作用,使饮料的口感滑爽、风味自然; Vc作为抗氧化剂,可以防止饮料成分因氧化而变质;香精可以使饮料具有相应的香味,使饮料口感更好;苯甲酸钠作为防腐保鲜剂,可以延长饮料的保质期。
本发明饮料将纯天然的冰糖和梨汁合二为一,使其在饮料中可以发挥各自的优点和功能,使饮料的营养更加丰富,长期饮用可增强体质,有利于人体健康。此外,本发明饮料还具有芳香适日、稳定性好、储存时间长等优点,是居家旅行的必备饮品。
