目前,都市生活的人们压力越来越大,不仅是生活上的压力,更是精神上的。人们对自身体素质越来越重视,为了在生活和工作中保持良好的身体健康状态,往往会选择通过补服一些营养品,来对自己的身心进行保养。当下这个移动的时代,饮用水是人们日常生活中必不可缺的,而饮料集中了补充水分和养分的作用,故而各种各样的饮料充斥在人们日常生活中。氨基酸是人体非常重要的营养物质,对人体的生长发育不可或缺,将其复合成饮料配制出一种氨基酸复合饮料为人体补充能量不仅方便有效,更是适应于当下人们对自身健康所提出的需求。

为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种果汁氨基酸复合饮料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是一种果汁氨基酸复合饮料,包括重量份为以下的各组分:果葡糖浆3-5份,浓缩果汁5-10份,γ-氨基丁酸0.03-0.1份,食品添加剂0.2-0.3份,维生素0.0006-0.0008份,牛磺酸0.04-0.07份,白砂糖8-15份,水80-100份。
于本发明一实施例中,所述γ-氨基丁酸为咔哇根块的提取物。
于本发明一实施例中,所述浓缩果汁包括浓缩猕猴桃汁、浓缩雪梨汁、浓缩苹果汁、浓缩西番莲汁的一种或任意两种及以上的混合。
于本发明一实施例中,所述浓缩果汁为猕猴桃或(和)雪梨或(和)苹果或(和)西番莲榨汁后过滤得到,其中可溶性形物质百分含量为8-10%。
于本发明一实施例中,所述食品添加剂是由柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、山梨酸钾和三氯蔗糖组成。
于本发明一实施例中,所述维生素为维生素B6和(或)维生素C。
于本发明一实施例中,所述复合饮料中添加有少量食用香精。

本发明为使用咔哇根块提取物制备的一种温和型饮料,包含了γ-氨基丁酸能很好地参与到人体代谢活动中,具有改善脑机能、促进大脑新陈代谢,肝肾功能活化的作用,有助于改善睡眠、缓解焦虑、消除疲劳,对人体具有极大的补充价值;加以牛磺酸、维生素B6进行辅配,能进一步缓解人的不良情绪,促进心脑健康。同时通过加入天然果汁进行调配,使之具备丰富的营养价值。饮用本发明配方制备的饮料,使得人身心放松,心情平复,疲劳消除。另外通过食用添加剂和香精提高饮料的色泽和口感,提高消费者的饮用兴趣。

实施例1
一种果汁氨基酸复合饮料,配比为果葡糖浆5份,浓缩猕猴桃汁、浓缩雪梨汁、浓缩苹果汁和浓缩西番莲汁共计10份,γ-氨基丁酸0.05份,食品添加剂0.3份,维生素B60.0006份,牛磺酸0.06份,白砂糖10份,水100份,及5份的咔哇根块提取物液汁。所述咔哇根块的提取物液汁内含γ-氨基丁酸0.05份。上述配比均为重量份。浓缩果汁中可溶性形物质百分含量为8-10%。所述食品添加剂是由柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、山梨酸钾和三氯蔗糖组成。
实施例2
一种果汁氨基酸复合饮料,配比为果葡糖浆3份,浓缩猕猴桃汁、浓缩雪梨汁共计10份,γ-氨基丁酸0.08份,食品添加剂0.2份,维生素B6和维生素C共计0.0008份,牛磺酸0.04份,白砂糖8份,水80份,及8份的咔哇根块提取物液汁。所述咔哇根块的提取物液汁内含γ-氨基丁酸0.08份。上述配比均为重量份。浓缩果汁中可溶性形物质百分含量为8-10%。所述食品添加剂是由柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、山梨酸钾和三氯蔗糖组成。复合饮料中还添加有少量食用香精,食用香精(含瓜拉纳提取物、茶氨酸)。

一种果汁氨基酸复合饮料,配比为果葡糖浆5份,浓缩猕猴桃汁共计10份,γ-氨基丁酸0.1份,食品添加剂0.2份,维生素B60.0008份,牛磺酸0.07份,白砂糖15份,水100份,及10份的咔哇根块提取物液汁。所述咔哇根块的提取物液汁内含γ-氨基丁酸0.1份。上述配比均为重量份。浓缩果汁中可溶性形物质百分含量为8-10%。所述食品添加剂是由柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、山梨酸钾和三氯蔗糖组成。
实施例4
一种果汁氨基酸复合饮料,配比为果葡糖浆5份,浓缩雪梨汁和浓缩西番莲汁共计10份,γ-氨基丁酸0.03份,食品添加剂0.2份,维生素B60.0006份,牛磺酸0.07份,白砂糖12份,水90份,及3份的咔哇根块提取物液汁。所述咔哇根块的提取物液汁内含γ-氨基丁酸0.03份。上述配比均为重量份。浓缩果汁中可溶性形物质百分含量为8-10%。所述食品添加剂是由柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、山梨酸钾和三氯蔗糖组成,复合饮料中还添加有少量食用香精,食用香精(含瓜拉纳提取物、茶氨酸)。

果葡糖浆3-5份,浓缩果汁5-10份,γ-氨基丁酸0.03-0.1份,食品添加剂0.2-0.3份,维生素0.0006-0.0008份,牛磺酸0.04-0.07份,白砂糖8-15份,水80-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的果汁氨基酸复合饮料,其特征在于,所述γ-氨基丁酸为咔哇根块的提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的果汁氨基酸复合饮料,其特征在于,所述浓缩果汁包括浓缩猕猴桃汁、浓缩雪梨汁、浓缩苹果汁、浓缩西番莲汁的一种或任意两种及以上的混合。
4.根据权利要求2所述的果汁氨基酸复合饮料,其特征在于,所述浓缩果汁为猕猴桃或(和)雪梨或(和)苹果或(和)西番莲榨汁后过滤得到,其中可溶性形物质百分含量为8-10%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的果汁氨基酸复合饮料,其特征在于,所述食品添加剂是由柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、山梨酸钾和三氯蔗糖组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的果汁氨基酸复合饮料,其特征在于,所述维生素为维生素B6和(或)维生素C。
7.根据权利要求1所述的果汁氨基酸复合饮料,其特征在于,所述复合饮料中添加有少量食用香精。
