技术领域
本发明涉及装备有双(或双重)离合器式的变速机(DCT)、并用原动机(发动机)和电动机作为动力源的混合动力车。 
背景技术
目前提出了如下的结构:在双离合器式变速机内组合了电动机的混合动力车中,将电动机设置在DCT的离合器下游侧。该机构因为在双离合器是非接合的状态下也能够利用电动机进行驱动以及再生,所以能够削减离合器控制造成的损失。 
例如专利文献1所公开的那样,已经知晓如下所述的双离合器传动装置:具有2个输入轴和1个输出轴,在输入轴和输出轴之间具有多个齿轮组,该齿轮组具备可与一个轴不能转动地结合的可拆齿轮、和配置在与上述可拆齿轮啮合的轴上并配置为不能相对于该轴转动的固定齿轮。 
另外,专利文献2公开了装备有双离合器式变速机的混合动力车。

发明内容
发明所要解决的问题 
但是,在上述那样的现有技术中,具有如下所述的不良情况。 
因为在从车辆停止状态起进行发动机起动时,使双离合器的一方接合来连接发动机与电动机,所以需要使双离合器的致动器可以从停止状态开始动作的部件(例如,电动油泵),从而成本及重量增加。 
另外,因为在变速机的前后或旁边配置电动机,所以变速机的全长或全宽变大, 车体自身的尺寸及重量随着发动机室而增大,导致制造成本和燃料消耗上升。 
在将电动机放置于变速机后方的情况下,因为电动机的外径较大,所以无法充分取得驱动轴的摆动角度。因此当减小电动机的外径时,全长变长,从而无法放入发动机室内。因此,从空间的角度来说,在横置FF车辆中配置这样的变速机构是困难的。 
另外,因为在电动机内侧内置有双离合器的情况下,转子直径以及变速机的全长变大,所以无法收容在发动机室内,需要扩大车体全宽。 
而且,因为在利用电动机起动发动机时需要接合离合器,所以为了使离合器能够在发动机起动前动作,而需要另外具有致动器(例如,电动油泵等)来作为离合器动作源,所以增加了成本和重量。 
本发明的目的是提供具有如下所述的变速机作为解决上述问题的手段的混合动力车,上述变速机即使在双离合器的离合器下游侧设置电动机也不使全长及全宽扩大、且不需要追加能够使双离合器从停止状态开始动作的手段。 
解决问题的手段 
本发明提供一种混合动力车,其具备发动机以及电动机作为经由变速机来驱动被驱动部的动力源,该混合动力车的特征在于,具备:变速机输入轴,其传递来自上述发动机的动力;变速机输出轴,其输出驱动上述被驱动部的动力;双离合器单元,其具有被设置成与上述变速机输入轴同轴的第1离合器以及第2离合器;第1输入轴,其能经由上述第1离合器而与上述变速机输入轴连接;第2输入轴,其能经由上述第2离合器而与上述变速机输入轴连接;齿轮系,其能够进行切换,使得上述第1输入轴以及上述第2输入轴分别与上述变速机输出轴连接;和连接装置,其能够在上述电动机的输出轴与上述变速机输入轴之间选择地切换能进行动力传递的第1动作状态和断开动力传递的第2动作状态,上述第1输入轴以及上述第2输入轴在上述发动机与上述双离合器单元之间被配置成同轴,并经由上述连接装置以及上述双离合器单元由上述电动机进行驱动。 
根据本发明,通过将2个离合器配置为与发动机分开而夹着变速机,能够确保电动机的配置场所,并且缩短变速机的全宽。 
另外,通过配置具有如下所述的输出轴的电动机,可不受限于变速机的连接状态而使电动机与发动机连接,该输出轴经由连接装置相对于与双离合器单元的2个离合器连接的变速机输入轴连接或断开,在发动机启动时,可将电动机用作起动器。 
另外,电动机可以在双离合器之外与发动机连接,即使不接合双离合器也能够起动发动机。因此,不需要如现有技术那样另外设置用于从停止状态也能接合双离合器的设备,在成本以及重量方面也是有利的。 
在本发明的实施方式中,将上述电动机配置在上述发动机与上述变速机之间,将上述连接装置配置在该电动机的内部。由此,无需为了配置电动机而扩大发动机室的尺寸,可装备在较多种类的车辆中。 
上述变速机在冷起动时或电池电压是规定值以下时,使上述电动机经由上述连接装置与上述变速机输入轴连接,由此利用该电动机来起动上述发动机。 
根据此方式,可以与变速档无关地使电动机与发动机连接,可将电动机用作发动机起动的起动器。 
该混合动力车具备第2连接装置,其能够在上述电动机的输出轴与上述第1输入轴或上述第2输入轴之间选择地切换能进行动力传递的第1动作状态和断开该动力传递的第2动作状态。 
根据此方式,因为利用第2连接装置将电动机的输出轴与双离合器的输入轴连接,所以能够在不与发动机连接的情况下进行基于电动机的EV行驶。 
可以根据停车时或即将停车之前的车辆状态,将上述连接装置或上述第2连接装置设定为上述第1动作状态。 
在此方式中,当根据上述电动机的电源以及上述发动机的状态可进行基于上述电动机的EV发动时,将上述第2连接装置设定为上述第1动作状态。 
另外,当在停车中可进行上述EV发动的情况下,上述变速机通过上述齿轮系的切换来预先设定奇数或偶数档的档速,在解除了停车时利用上述电动机的驱动力开始EV行驶,在车体速度是规定值以上时增加上述电动机的转矩,并且接合与未由电动机驱动的一侧的齿轮系连接的上述离合器,通过上述电动机的驱动来起动上述发动机。 
根据此方式,在EV发动时,从上述电动机经由上述第2连接装置直接向第1输入轴或第2输入轴传递动力,所以可经由齿轮系向输出轴传递动力。由此,车辆可立即发动。 
接着,在判断为上述车辆的速度是规定值以上、需要发动机驱动力时,将未由上述电动机驱动的一侧的齿轮系的变速比选择为高于另一齿轮系的变速比,然后接合上 述离合器。 
根据此方式,当从上述电动机看时,使上述发动机减速后起动,所以能够减小发动机起动所需的电动机转矩。即,在基于上述电动机驱动的EV行驶中,可通过小幅增加电动机转矩来起动发动机,所以可进行EV行驶的电动机转矩区域扩大,提高了燃料效率。 
而且,在上述发动机起动时上述发动机转速上升到规定转速的情况下,通过上述发动机的起动,固定变速比而进行行驶,当车体速度小于规定值时,在上述发动机转速上升到上述电动机转速之后起动上述发动机,并通过上述齿轮系的切换来变为任意档速进行行驶。 
在本发明的实施方式中,在停车中选择了后退档的情况下,上述变速机通过上述齿轮系的切换来预先设定后退档,在发动时,将上述第1连接装置设定为上述第1动作状态后,通过上述电动机的驱动来使上述发动机起动,通过上述发动机的驱动,进行后退。因此,车辆可立即进行倒车发动。 
在选择了基于上述电动机的EV行驶时,上述变速机通过上述齿轮系的切换来设定规定的变速档,并将上述第2连接装置设定为上述第1动作状态,由此能够在该变速档下进行基于上述电动机的EV行驶。 
在减速行驶时,使上述发动机成为停止状态,通过上述变速机的上述齿轮系的切换来设定规定的变速档,并利用上述电动机进行电力再生。 
根据此方式,因为可在保持发动机停止的状态下利用电动机来取得再生电力,所以提高了燃料效率。

具体实施方式
[第1实施方式] 
图1示出装备在第1实施方式的混合动力车内的动力装置。该动力装置被构造成:具备变速机1、作为原动机的发动机2和电动机3,经由变速机1将发动机2或电动机3的动力传递至一对驱动轮4、4,并能够驱动作为被驱动部的驱动轮4、4。 
在本实施方式中,发动机2是通过使汽油、轻油、乙醇等燃料燃烧来产生动力(转矩)的内燃机,具有用于向外部输出所产生的动力的输出轴(曲轴)2a。该发动机2与通常的汽车发动机相同,控制在未图示的进气通路中设置的节气门的开度(即,控制发动机2的吸入空气量),由此来调整发动机2经由输出轴2a输出的动力。在发动机输出轴2a上设置有飞轮5,并且设置有与该输出轴2a联动而旋转的变速机输入轴25。 
电动机3在本实施方式中是3相的DC无刷电动机,具有在其外壳6内旋转自如地支撑的转子(旋转体)7、在该转子7的周围被固定在外壳6上的定子8、以及用于使转子7所产生的动力(转矩)向外部传递的输出轴3a。在转子7上安装有多个永久磁铁,在定子8上安装有3相的线圈(电枢绕组)8a。此外,电动机3的外壳6固定地设置在动力装置的外装壳体等相对于车体静止的不动部上。 
电动机输出轴3a被固定为与转子7同轴,使得与转子7一体地旋转,并可以经由第1连接装置(SM1)与变速机输入轴25连接。另外,电动机输出轴3a被构造成可经由第2连接装置(SM2)而与后述的第1输入轴21或第2输入轴22连接。 
第1连接装置(SM1)由与发动机2的输出轴2a以及电动机3的输出轴3a同轴、且配置在电动机3的转子7内侧的(第1)同步啮合机构构成,第2连接装置(SM2)也同样由与发动机2的输出轴2a以及电动机3的输出轴3a同轴、且配置在电动机3外侧的(第2)同步啮合机构构成。 
电动机3的绕组8a经由包含未图示的逆变器电路的驱动电路即电源驱动单元(PDU)而与作为直流电源的电池(二次电池)电连接。另外,PDU与进行包括电动机3在内的动力装置的动作控制的电子控制单元(ECU)电连接。通过该ECU,经由PDU来控制流向绕组8a的电流,由此调整电动机3经由输出轴3a而从转子7输出的动力(转矩)。在此情况下,通过控制PDU,电动机3可进行牵引运转和再生运转,在所述牵引运转中,利用从电池供给的电能来在转子7中产生牵引转矩,在所述再生运转中,利用经由电动机输出轴3a而从外部提供给转子7的机械能(旋转能量)进行发电,在将该发电能量充入电池的同时,在转子7中产生再生转矩(发电制动转矩)。
上述ECU是包含CPU、RAM、ROM、接口电路等的电子电路单元,通过执行预先安装的程序所规定的控制处理来进行动力装置的动作控制。在此情况下,作为利用ECU的控制处理来实现的功能,除了经由PDU控制电动机3的运转的功能之外,还包含:经由未图示的节气门用致动器等发动机控制用致动器来控制发动机2的运转的功能;和经由未图示的致动器或驱动电路来控制后述的双离合器单元20的动作的功能。 
变速机1具备:双离合器单元20、内插有变速机输入轴25的中空的第1输入轴21、与该第1输入轴21配置在同一轴线上并且内插有第1输入轴21的中空的第2输入轴22以及从发动机2侧依次配置的变速比(从动齿轮与驱动齿轮的齿数比)不同的齿轮系G1~G7以及GR。这里,各齿轮系的符号(G1~G7、GR)分别表示变速比的档数(1速~7速以及后退)。 
变速机输入轴25与发动机2的输出轴2a同轴地连结,与该输出轴2a一体地旋转。在此情况下,变速机输入轴25可通过第1连接装置(SM1)而相对于电动机3的转子7以及输出轴3a断续(连接/断开)。 
双离合器单元20被构造成:具有与变速机输入轴25同轴的第1离合器(CL1)以及第2离合器(CL2),使变速机输入轴25的旋转经由第1离合器(CL1)传递至第1输入轴21,经由第2离合器(CL2)传递至第2输入轴22。 
上述第1、第2离合器CL1、CL2是在上述ECU的控制下进行动作而使得变速机输入轴25与第1、第2输入轴21、22之间连接或断开的离合器(有选择地动作而成为连接状态或断开状态的离合器)机构。即,第1、第2离合器CL1、CL2由分别向第1输入轴21、第2输入轴22可自由解除地传递与发动机输出轴2a联动的变速机输入轴25的旋转的摩擦接合机构构成。 
各齿轮系G1~G7分别由驱动齿轮G1a~G7a和与各驱动齿轮啮合的从动齿轮G1b~G7b构成。这里,在变速比次序下的位次为奇数的齿轮系G1、G3、G5、G7的驱动齿轮G1a、G3a(G3和G5共用)、G7a被固定在第1输入轴21上,R档和在变速比次序下的位次为偶数的齿轮系GR以及G2、G4、G6的驱动齿轮G2a(G2和GR共用)、G4a(G4和G6共用)被固定在第2输入轴22上。 
另外,变速机1具有2个输出轴26、27,在第1输出轴26上枢转支撑有与齿轮系G1、G3、G4、GR的驱动齿轮G1a、G3a、G4a、G2a啮合的从动齿轮G1b、G3b、G4b、GRb,在第2输出轴27上枢转支撑有与齿轮系G2、G5、G6、G7的驱动齿轮G2a、G3a、G4a、G7a啮合的从动齿轮G2b、G5b、G6b、G7b。 
而且,在第1输出轴26上配置有:第3同步啮合机构SM3,其有选择地使第1齿轮系G1的从动齿轮G1b和第3齿轮系G3的从动齿轮G3b与第1输出轴26连结;以及第4同步啮合机构SM4,其有选择地使第4齿轮系G4的从动齿轮G4b和后退齿轮系GR的从动齿轮GRb与第1输出轴26连结,并且在第2输出轴27上配置有:第5同步啮合机构SM5,其有选择地使第5齿轮系G5的从动齿轮G5b和第7齿轮系G7的从动齿轮G7b与第2输出轴27连结;以及第6同步啮合机构SM6,其有选择地使第2齿轮系G2的从动齿轮G2b和第6齿轮系G6的从动齿轮G6b与第2输出轴27连结。 
第3、第4同步啮合机构SM3、SM4具备同步套筒33、34,所述同步套筒33、34在第1输出轴26上不会转动并通过图外的致动器在轴方向上自由移动。并且,通过使第3同步啮合机构SM3的同步套筒33从图示的中立位置N移动到从动齿轮G1b或G3b侧,来使从动齿轮G1b或G3b与第1输出轴26连结,选择性地建立第1齿轮系G1或第3齿轮系G3。同样,通过使第4同步啮合机构SM4的同步套筒34从图示的中立位置N移动到从动齿轮GRb或G4b侧,来使从动齿轮GRb或G4b与第1输出轴26连结,选择性地建立后退齿轮系GR或第4齿轮系G4。 
另外,第5、第6同步啮合机构SM5、SM6具备同步套筒35、36,所述同步套筒35、36在第2输出轴27上不会转动并通过图外的致动器在轴方向上自由移动。并且,通过使第5同步啮合机构SM5的同步套筒35从图示的中立位置N移动到从动齿轮G5b或G7b侧,来使从动齿轮G5b或G7b与第2输出轴27连结,选择性地建立第5齿轮系G51或第7齿轮系G7。同样,通过使第6同步啮合机构SM6的同步套筒36从图示的中立位置N移动到从动齿轮G2b或G6b侧,来使从动齿轮G2b或 G6b与第2输出轴27连结,选择性地建立第2齿轮系G2或第6齿轮系G6。 
此外,所谓“建立齿轮系”,就是成为经由齿轮系G1~G7或GR从输入轴21、22向对应的输出轴26、27传递动力的状态。 
上述第1、第2变速机输出轴26、27与变速机输入轴25平行地并列设置,并经由驱动轮4、4间的差动齿轮单元29与驱动轮4、4连结。详细地说,差动齿轮单元29具备:齿轮箱29a,其内置有分别经由车轴30、30与驱动轮4、4连结的侧齿轮(省略图示);以及齿轮29b,其固定在该齿轮箱29a的外周。并且,差动齿轮单元29的齿轮29b与固定在第1变速机输出轴26或第2变速机输出轴27的一端部的输出齿轮31或32啮合。由此,变速机输出轴26、27经由差动齿轮单元29使驱动轮4、4旋转。 
接着,对第1实施方式的动作进行说明。在上述ECU的控制下进行以下的动作。 
[发动机起动] 
例如,在由于外部气温较低或者电池电压SOC降低而不能进行EV发动(由ECU进行判断)时,可利用电动机3来起动发动机2。 
具体地说,预先接合(设定为第1动作状态)上述第1连接装置SM1,并且断开(设定为第2动作状态)上述第2连接装置SM2。由此,如图2中粗线所示,电动机3的输出轴3a成为与发动机输出轴2a(发动机输出轴2与变速机输入轴25连结)连接的状态。 
在此状态下当解除车辆的制动时,通过驱动电动机3,可经由输出轴2a来起动发动机2。这里,当双离合器单元20的第1离合器CL1或第2离合器CL2为接合状态时,从变速机输入轴25向第1输入轴21或第2输入轴22传递动力,所以可经由上述齿轮系向第1输出轴26或第2输出轴27传递动力。由此,因为经由输出齿轮31或32来驱动驱动轮4、4,所以车辆可立即发动。 
与此相对,在具备以往的双离合器的动力机构中,因为经由双离合器从电动机起动发动机,所以在发动机起动之前需要用于离合器接合的控制动力。在本实施方式中,可利用电动机3来直接起动发动机2,所以在发动机起动之前不需要用于离合器接合的控制动力。 
[倒车发动] 
首先,与上述发动机起动时相同,接合第1连接装置SM1,由电动机3起动发 动机2。接着,当将第4同步啮合装置SM4设定为倒车(R)侧时,如上面所述,后退齿轮系GR的从动齿轮GRb与第1输出轴26连结,建立后退齿轮系GR。 
因此,在发动机2起动后,当双离合器单元20的第2离合器CL2成为接合状态时,如图3中粗线所示,从与发动机输出轴2a连结的变速机输入轴25向第2输入轴22传递动力,所以经由后退齿轮系GR向第1输出轴26传递动力。由此,经由输出齿轮31来驱动驱动轮4、4,所以车辆能够立即倒车发动即后退。在此情况下,电动机3适当进行发动机辅助或再生动作。 
[EV发动~发动机行驶~EV巡航行驶] 
在图4的上部的曲线图中,用粗线表示与经过时间T对应的发动机转速(表述为“E转速”)的变化,用细线表示电动机转速(表述为“M转速”)的变化,用虚线表示车体的速度(车速)。在中部,用粗线表示上述第1离合器CL1、第2离合器CL2、第1连接装置(同步啮合机构)SM1、第2连接装置SM2接合(连接)的状态(表述为ON),用粗线表示第3~第6同步啮合机构SM3~SM6建立分别对应的2个齿轮系中的一方的状态。此外,没有粗线显示则表示CL1、CL2、SM1、SM2是非接合(非连接)状态、或者SM3~SM6处于中立位置N。在下部的曲线图中,用粗线表示与经过时间T对应的发动机转矩(表述为“E转矩”)的变化,用细线表示电动机转矩(表述为“M转矩”)的变化。 
(1)EV发动 
在停止时判断为电池SOC是规定值以上且发动机为热机状态的情况下,为“EV发动”模式。以下,如图4所示那样来进行控制。 
预先将SM2设定为ON,将SM3设定为G1侧(1速),将SM6设定为G6侧(6速)。当在任意时刻(T=T1)踩踏油门踏板时,电动机3起动(M转矩大致恒定),在CL1、CL2断开(非连接)的状态下,电动机输出轴3a的旋转经由SM2传递至第1输入轴21。并且,经由SM3所建立的齿轮系G1传递至第1输出轴26,所以成为1速下的EV发动,并如虚线所示,车速提高。此时,发动机2停止(E转矩=0)。 
(2)M转矩增加,发动机6速起动 
在车体速度或要求驱动力为规定值以上时(T=T2),起动发动机2。此时,当第2离合器CL2为ON(接合)时,将变速机输入轴25的旋转传递至第2输入轴22。并且, 经由SM6所建立的齿轮系G6传递至第2输出轴27,所以成为6速下的发动机起动。同时,在电动机3侧附加发动机起动所需的转矩(=发动机起动转矩×6速比/1速比/变速机传递效率),以不损失行驶驱动力。即,发动机2以6速起动,与此相对,电动机3利用1速的起动来增大M转矩,由此能够利用较少的转矩来起动发动机2。 
(3)将发动机变为1速并使E转速上升来发动机起动 
在发动机2起动之后(T=T3),切换双离合器单元20的2个离合器的动作状态。即,当CL2为非动作(断开)并且CL1为ON(接合)时,变速机输入轴25的旋转传递至第1输入轴21而不是第2输入轴22。并且,经由SM3所建立的齿轮系G1而传递至第1输出轴26,所以成为1速下的发动机起动。同时,在电动机3侧也与上述(2)相同,附加E转速的上升所需的转矩,由此不损失行驶驱动力。然后,在E转速成为规定值以上之后,通过燃料喷射以及点火来起动发动机。 
(4)发动机2速 
然后,在T=T4的时刻将SM6设定为G2侧,并再次切换2个离合器的动作状态。即,当CL1为非动作并且CL2为ON(接合)时,将变速机输入轴25的旋转传递至第2输入轴22。并且,经由SM6所建立的齿轮系G2传递至第2输出轴27,所以发动机行驶变化为2速。 
(5)在发动机2速下行驶的同时使电动机变为3速 
然后,当在T=T5的时刻将SM3从G1侧切换至G3侧时,电动机输出轴3a的旋转从第1输入轴21经由齿轮系G3传递至第1输出轴26,所以电动机3变为3速。同时,一边将M转矩下降到0,一边增加E转矩,使得总驱动力与目标值一致。 
(6)根据要求驱动力来附加电动机转矩 
在发动机行驶中,当要求驱动力为规定值以上时,附加M转矩。另外,在电池电压SOC为规定值以下的情况下,在利用电动机3进行充电的同时保障总驱动力,所以附加E转矩。并且,在车速恒定的时刻(T=T6),减少E转矩。 
(7)巡航行驶 
在发动机行驶中,当要求驱动力是规定值以下、车体速度是规定范围内且电池电压SOC是规定值以上时,ECU判断为可进行EV巡航行驶,在此时刻(T=T7),将CL2切换为非动作(断开)。由此,变速机输入轴25的旋转不仅未传递至第1输入轴21,也未传递至第2输入轴22,发动机停止(E转矩=0)或全部气缸停止以断开燃料供给。 另外,将SM6从G2切换至G6侧。 
此外,根据模式切换开关或者汽车导航的信息来决定上述发动机停止或气缸停止的判断。 
(9)在再加速时以3-6变速进行发动机起动 
在上述EV巡航行驶中,电动机输出轴3a的旋转从第1输入轴21经由齿轮系G3传递至第1输出轴26,所以成为3速下的EV行驶。在该EV行驶中,在通过再加速来进行发动机的驱动的情况下,将SM2设定为ON,将SM3设定为G3侧(3速),将SM6设定为G6侧(6速),所以当在T=T8的时刻使CL2为ON(接合)时,与上述(2)的情况相同,将变速机输入轴25的旋转从第2输入轴22经由齿轮系G6传递至第2输出轴27,并成为6速下的发动机起动。 
并且,在T=T9的时刻,当CL2为非动作(断开)并且CL1为ON(接合)时,将变速机输入轴25的旋转传递至第1输入轴21,并经由齿轮系G3传递至第1输出轴26,所以在3速下起动发动机2。同时,在电动机3侧也与上述(2)相同地附加E转速上升所需的转矩,由此不损失行驶驱动力。 
然后,在不使用电动机3的情况下,在T=T10的时刻将SM2切换为非连接侧,停止电动机3(M转速=0)。 
根据上述(1)~(9)的控制方法,发动机起动所需的转矩变小。例如,当1速比=12、6速比=2时,发动机起动所需的转矩为120(Nm)×2/12=20(Nm)既可。因此,即使不采用其他起动器(点火电动机)ISG,也能够利用1个电动机进行电动机行驶和发动机起动。因此,能够省略ISG而大幅削减重量及成本。 
[高速行驶] 
图5是高速行驶时的控制方法的说明图,与图4同样,示出与经过时间T对应的E转速、M转速以及车体速度(车速)的变化,并且示出CL1、CL2、SM1、SM2的连接(ON)/非连接、基于SM3~SM6的齿轮系的建立、与经过时间T对应的E转矩、M转矩的变化。而且,在最下部示出电动机3以及发动机2各自的状态。 
如图5所示,在高速行驶中,只要电动机3没有停止,就在SM1为ON、电动机3与发动机2侧连接的状态下,进行驱动辅助、电力再生或强制充电。由此,能够提高电动机的驱动辅助以及再生时的转矩响应性,并且能够防止在预先建立齿轮系时(预换档中)电动机转矩为0所导致的响应性降低。 
[减速行驶] 
图6是减速行驶时的控制方法的说明图,与图5同样,示出与经过时间T对应的E转速、M转速以及车体速度(车速)的变化,并且示出CL1、CL2、SM1、SM2的连接(ON)/非连接、基于SM3~SM6的齿轮系的建立、与经过时间T对应的E转矩、M转矩的变化。在最下部还示出电动机3以及发动机2各自的状态。 
在图6中,从上述图5的高速行驶开始,当在T=T21的时刻通过发动机的全部气缸停止而减速,使电动机成为再生状态时,在T=T22的时刻将SM2设定为ON,将SM3设定为G3侧,使电动机固定在3速行驶。并且,在T=T23的时刻,CL1、CL2都为非连接状态,发动机停止。另外,从T=T22的时刻到SM3切换为G1侧的时刻(T=T30),设定SM6、SM4的动作状态,对偶数档的齿轮系G6、G4、G2进行预换档后待机,由此能够使发动机再次起动时的响应延迟最小。 
[从减速行驶开始进行再加速] 
图7是从减速行驶开始进行再加速时的控制方法的说明图,与图5以及图6同样,示出与经过时间T对应的E转速、M转速以及车体速度(车速)的变化,并且示出CL1、CL2、SM1、SM2的连接/非连接、基于SM3~SM6的齿轮系的建立、与经过时间T对应的E转矩、M转矩的变化。在最下部还示出电动机3以及发动机2各自的状态。 
在图7中,如先前的图6所示,在减速再生中CL1、CL2都为非连接状态,发动机停止(T=T23),与此同时将SM2设定为ON,将SM3设定为G3侧,将电动机固定在3速行驶。这里,当CL2为ON时(T=T24)变速机输入轴25的旋转传递至第2输入轴22。并且,经由SM4所建立的齿轮系G4传递至第2输出轴27,所以发动机在4速下重新起动。此时,可通过增大M转矩,来提高E转速而使发动机迅速起动。 
然后,当在T=T25的时刻将SM3从G3侧切换至中立位置N时,电动机输出轴3a的旋转不传递至第1输出轴26,所以电动机3成为转矩0的状态,成为通过发动机驱动以固定车速行驶的状态。 
在上述再加速之前,设定SM4、SM6的动作状态,对偶数档的齿轮系G6、G4进行预换档后待机,由此能够使发动机重新起动时的响应延迟最小。 
[从EV行驶向发动机行驶的切换] 
图8是从EV行驶模式向发动机行驶模式切换时的控制方法的说明图,与图5~图7同样,示出与经过时间T对应的E转速、M转速以及车体速度(车速)的变化,并 且示出CL1、CL2、SM1、SM2的连接/非连接、基于SM3~SM6的齿轮系的建立、与经过时间T对应的E转矩、M转矩的变化。在最下部还示出电动机3以及发动机2各自的状态。 
如图8所示,在EV行驶模式中,在EV发动(T=T31)以前,CL1、CL2都为非连接状态,在发动机停止的状态下,将SM2预换档至ON,将SM3预换档至G3侧,在EV 3速行驶下待机。并且,如上面所述进行EV起动,从T=T32的时刻起在固定速度的EV行驶中,固定变速档G3、G6。然后,在T=T33的时刻将CL2设为ON,利用G6以6速进行发动机起动,接着将CL1设为ON,利用G3以3速进行发动机起动,在T=T34的时刻再次将CL2设为ON,利用G4以4速进行加速并成为发动机驱动状态。 
在该发动机驱动状态下,车速到达规定速度时(T=T35),将SM2切换为非连接,将SM1切换为连接,并且将SM3设定为中立位置N,将SM5设定为G7侧,由此电动机输出轴3a的旋转经由发动机输出轴2a传递至变速机输入轴25。这里,当将CL2切换为非连接并且将CL1设为ON时,电动机输出从变速机输入轴25传递至第1输入轴21,并通过G7变速为最大7速后,M转矩成为0(T=T36)。 
然后,当在T=T37的时刻发动机2成为全部气缸停止时,电动机3成为再生状态,在M转速降低之后,在T=T38的时刻将SM1切换为非连接,将SM2切换为连接,并且将SM3设定为G3侧,由此电动机输出从第1输入轴21经由G3变为3速。并且,利用发动机制动,在M转矩逆转时(T=T38),电动机3再次成为再生状态,在T=T39的时刻发动机2停止,另一方面在T=T40的时刻电动机3也停止,M转矩成为0。 
[实施方式的变更例] 
但是,在上述第1实施方式中,作为以能够进行动力传递的方式将电动机输出轴3a与变速机输入轴25、第1输入轴21(或第2输入轴22)连接的连接装置,分别设置了2个同步啮合机构SM1、SM2,不过也可以合并SM1和SM2作为1个同步啮合机构。图9示出其例。 
在图9所示的实施方式中,从电动机3的转子7内侧到双离合器单元20侧配置了同步啮合机构SM12,该同步啮合机构SM12形成为与变速机输入轴25同心。该SM12具备同步套筒12,该同步套筒12在变速机输入轴25上不会转动、并可通过未 图示的致动器在轴方向上移动。 
这里,同步套筒12可有选择地设定为能够在电动机输出轴3a与变速机输入轴25之间进行动力传递的第1动作位置、能够在电动机输出轴3a与第1输入轴21或第2输入轴22之间进行动力传递的第2动作位置、以及上述2个动作位置之外的不进行上述2个动力传递中的任意一个的中立位置中的任意一方。 
在图9的变更例中也具有采用双离合器单元20的变速机1、发动机2和电动机3来进行如下的控制动作。 
在图10的上部示出与经过时间T对应的车体速度(车速)的变化和车辆的状态,用粗线示出与经过时间T对应的E转速的变化,用细线示出M转速的变化,在图10的下部示出发动机和电动机各自的速度档的变化。 
在图10中,首先发动机、电动机都处于停止状态中,在电动机预换档为1速的过程中,进行如下的控制。 
(1)电动机以1速发动。 
(2)一边建立位次为偶数的齿轮G2、G4或G6,一边提高E转速来进行起动。 
(3)发动机在2速下行驶,电动机在3速下进行充电。 
(4)电动机在3速下进行EV巡航行驶,发动机停止。 
(5)一边建立位次为奇数的齿轮G1、G3、G5或G7,一边起动发动机,进行发动机行驶巡航,电动机停止。 
(6)在中~高速行驶中使发动机和电动机一体化(电动机的行驶辅助以及再生)。在发动机行驶巡航中,电动机停止,在再生时,发动机成为全部气缸停止状态。 
(7)在减速再生时,发动机以6速进行驱动,在再生时,全部气缸停止。电动机固定在5速。 
由此,实现基于发动机制动的转矩的最小化和再起动时的响应性提高。 
(8)减速中的变速是,结束全部气缸停止状态,在产生基于发动机制动的转矩期间,进行速度档的切换。 
(9)在中~低速的减速再生时,发动机停止,电动机成为1速。 
(10)在急发动时,建立位次为奇数的齿轮G1、G3、G5或G7,提高E转速,进行发动机起动。 
[第2实施方式] 
图11示出具备第2实施方式的动力装置的混合动力车的概略结构。在本实施方式中,因为仅有以下的结构与第1实施方式不同,所以针对与第1实施方式相同的构成要素标注同一标号,并省略说明。 
本实施方式与第1实施方式不同的点是具有双主轴。 
本实施方式的变速机具备:双离合器单元20;内插有与发动机2的输出轴2a联动而旋转的变速机输入轴25的中空第1输入轴41;与该第1输入轴41平行配置的第2输入轴42;从发动机2侧依次配置的变速比不同的齿轮系G1~G7和GR;以及1个输出轴44。并且,输出轴44通过固定在其一端部的输出齿轮31与差动齿轮单元29的齿轮29b啮合,可经由差动齿轮单元29使驱动轮4、4旋转。 
在变速机输入轴25上,经由双离合器单元20的第1离合器CL1,连接有作为主轴之1的第1输入轴41,另一方面,在与双离合器单元20的第1离合器CL1之间经由通过空转齿轮43联动的第2离合器CL2,连接有作为另1个主轴的第2输入轴42。 
在上述齿轮系中,变速比的位次为奇数的齿轮系G1、G5、G3、G7的驱动齿轮G1a、G5a、G3a、G7a分别经由SM7、SM9而与第1输入轴41连接,R档以及变速比的位次为偶数的齿轮系GR、G2、G4、G6的驱动齿轮GRa、G2a、G4a、G6a分别经由SM8、SM10而与第2输入轴42连接。另外,在齿轮系G1和G2、G4和G5、G3和GR、G6和G7各对中共用的从动齿轮G1b、G4b、G3b、G6b以枢转支撑的方式固定在变速机的输出轴31上。 
在上述SM7~SM10(第7~第10同步啮合机构)中,SM7、SM9分别具备同步套筒37、39,所述同步套筒37、39在第1输入轴41上不会转动并通过未图示的致动器在轴方向上自由移动,通过将对应的同步套筒37、39从图示的中立位置N向驱动齿轮G1a或G5a侧、驱动齿轮G3a或G7a侧移动,来使驱动齿轮G1a或G5a、驱动齿轮G3a或G7a与第1输入轴41连结,有选择地建立齿轮系G1或G5、G3或G7。 
另外,SM8、SM10分别具备同步套筒38、40,所述同步套筒38、40在第2输入轴42上不会转动并通过未图示的致动器在轴方向上自由移动,通过将对应的同步套筒38、40从图示的中立位置N向驱动齿轮G2a或G4a侧、驱动齿轮G6a或GRa侧移动,来使驱动齿轮G2a或G4a、驱动齿轮G6a或GRa与第2输入轴42连结,有选择地建立齿轮系G2或G4、G6或GR。 
根据上述第2实施方式,在具有双主轴的混合动力车中,也能够与第1实施方式同样地工作,获得同样的效果。 
在以上的实施方式中,采用同步啮合机构SM来作为将电动机的输出轴与发动机输出轴或者输入轴连接的装置,但不限于此,还可以采用根据切换指令经由致动器进行切换的离合器这样的适当的接合单元。 
另外,双离合器单元也不限于在第1、第2实施方式中采用的构造,只要是能够利用2个离合器进行动力传递的构造即可。 
工业上的可利用性 
如以上所述,在本发明的混合动力车中,通过具备如下所述的变速机而具有能够抑制重量和成本的实用性,该变速机即使在双离合器的离合器下游侧设置电动机也不会扩大全长及全宽,并且不需要追加可使双离合器从停止状态开起动作的手段。 

Claims (9)

1.一种混合动力车,其具备发动机以及电动机作为经由变速机来驱动被驱动部的动力源,该混合动力车的特征在于,
上述变速机具备:
变速机输入轴,其传递来自上述发动机的动力;
变速机输出轴,其输出驱动上述被驱动部的动力;
双离合器单元,其具有被设置成与上述变速机输入轴同轴的第1离合器以及第2离合器;
第1输入轴,其能经由上述第1离合器而与上述变速机输入轴连接;
第2输入轴,其能经由上述第2离合器而与上述变速机输入轴连接;
齿轮系,其被构造成能够进行切换,使得上述第1输入轴以及上述第2输入轴分别与上述变速机输出轴连接;
第1连接装置,其能够在上述电动机的输出轴与上述变速机输入轴之间选择地切换能进行动力传递的第1动作状态和断开动力传递的第2动作状态;和
第2连接装置,其能够在上述电动机的输出轴与上述第1输入轴或上述第2输入轴之间有选择地切换能进行动力传递的第1动作状态和断开该动力传递的第2动作状态,
上述第1输入轴以及上述第2输入轴在上述发动机与上述双离合器单元之间被配置成同轴,并经由上述第1连接装置以及上述双离合器单元由上述电动机进行驱动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
上述变速机在冷起动时或电池SOC为规定值以下的情况下经由上述第1连接装置使上述电动机与上述变速机输入轴连接,由此利用该电动机来起动上述发动机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
根据停车时或即将停车时的车辆状态,将上述第1连接装置或上述第2连接装置设定为上述第1动作状态。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
在根据上述电动机的电源以及上述发动机的状态可进行基于上述电动机的EV发动的情况下,将上述第2连接装置设定为上述第1动作状态。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
在停车中可进行上述EV发动的情况下,上述变速机通过上述齿轮系的切换来预先设定偶数档或奇数档的档速,在解除了停车时将上述第2连接装置设定为第1动作状态,由此利用上述电动机的驱动力开始行驶,在车体速度为规定值以上时增加上述电动机的转矩,并且通过接合未驱动的上述齿轮系侧的上述第1离合器或上述第2离合器,来利用上述电动机的驱动使上述发动机起动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
在上述发动机起动时上述发动机转速上升到规定转速的情况下,通过上述发动机的起动,固定变速比而行驶,当车体速度小于规定值时,在上述发动机转速上升到上述电动机转速之后起动上述发动机,并通过上述齿轮系的切换来变为任意档速,进行行驶。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
在停车中选择了后退档的情况下,上述变速机通过上述齿轮系的切换来预先设定后退档,在发动时经由上述第1连接装置使上述变速机输入轴与上述电动机连接,由此来起动上述发动机,并通过上述发动机的驱动进行后退。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
在选择了基于上述电动机的EV行驶时,上述变速机通过上述齿轮系的切换来设定规定的变速档,并将上述第2连接装置设定为上述第1动作状态,由此能够在该变速档下进行基于上述电动机的EV行驶。
9.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车,其特征在于,
在减速行驶时使上述发动机成为停止状态,通过上述变速机的上述齿轮系的切换来设定规定的变速档,并利用上述电动机进行电力再生。
