Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン11と、モータジェネレータ16と、少なくともエンジン11又はモータジェネレータ16から入力した駆動力を変速して駆動輪に伝達する同軸上に配置された入力ディスク12a及び出力ディスク12bを備えるトロイダル式の変速機12と、を有するハイブリット車両の駆動装置であって、モータジェネレータ16は、入力ディスクと駆動力の伝達を締結/解放する第1の締結手段31と、駆動輪と駆動力の伝達を締結/解放する第3の締結手段33とを有し、変速機12は、出力ディスクと駆動輪と駆動力の伝達を締結/開放する第2の締結手段32を有する、ことを特徴とする。

図1は本発明によるハイブリッド車両の駆動装置の第1実施形態を示す図である。
図2は本発明によるハイブリッド車両の駆動装置のエンジン11の駆動力によって後進するときの動力伝達経路を示した図である。なお、図中の太実線矢印が動力伝達経路である。
そのため、MG16のトルクを増幅する作用は第3歯車23を用いたほうが大きくなる。以上から、第3歯車23をローギア、第1歯車21をハイギアと称する。

少なくとも前記エンジン又は前記モータジェネレータから入力した駆動力を変速して駆動輪に伝達する同軸上に配置された入力ディスク及び出力ディスクを備えるトロイダル式の変速機と、
を有するハイブリット車両の駆動装置であって、
前記モータジェネレータは、入力ディスクと駆動力の伝達を締結/解放する第1の締結手段と、駆動輪と駆動力の伝達を締結/解放する第3の締結手段とを有し、
前記変速機は、出力ディスクと駆動輪と駆動力の伝達を締結/開放する第2の締結手段を有する、
ことを特徴とするハイブリット車両の駆動装置。 - 前記第2の締結手段を解放し、
前記第1の締結手段及び前記第3締結手段を締結し、
前記エンジンの駆動力によって後進する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - エンジンと、
モータジェネレータと、
少なくとも前記エンジン又は前記モータジェネレータから入力した駆動力を変速して駆動輪に伝達する変速機と、
を有するハイブリッド車両の駆動装置であって、
互いに平行に配置された第1回転軸、第2回転軸及び第3回転軸と、
前記第1回転軸と同軸の第1歯車と、
前記第1歯車を前記第1回転軸に対して締結/解放する第1クラッチと、
前記第2回転軸と同軸の第2歯車と、
前記第2歯車を前記第2回転軸に対して締結/解放する第2クラッチと、
前記第1歯車又は前記第2歯車と噛合し、前記第2回転軸又は前記第1回転軸と同軸の第3歯車と、
前記第3歯車を前記第2回転軸又は前記第1回転軸に対して締結/解放する第3クラッチと、
を有し、
前記モータジェネレータは、前記第1回転軸に接続され、
前記エンジンは、前記第3回転軸に接続され、
前記変速機は、
前記第3回転軸に接続された入力ディスクと、
前記入力ディスクと同軸に配置された出力ディスクと、
前記入力ディスク及び前記出力ディスクの間に傾転自在に挟持されたパワーローラとを備え、前記パワーローラの傾斜を変更して変速する、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記第2回転軸は、中空軸であって前記第3回転軸と同軸に配置され、
前記出力ディスクは、前記第2回転軸に接続され、
前記第3回転軸と同軸に配置され、前記入力ディスクに接続された第4歯車を備え、
前記第1歯車は、前記第4歯車に噛合し、
前記第3歯車は、前記第1回転軸と同軸であって前記第2歯車と噛合し、
前記第3クラッチは、前記第3歯車を前記第1回転軸に対して締結/解放する、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記第2クラッチを解放し、
前記第1クラッチ及び前記第3クラッチを締結し、
前記エンジンの駆動力によって後進する、
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 第3歯車の歯数 < 第1歯車の歯数
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記第3クラッチを締結し、
前記第1クラッチ及び前記第2クラッチを解放し、
前記モータジェネレータの駆動力によって発進する、
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記第1〜3クラッチは、ドッグクラッチである、
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記第1クラッチは、摩擦クラッチである、
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記第2クラッチは、摩擦クラッチである、
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - エンジンと、
モータジェネレータと、
少なくとも前記エンジン又は前記モータジェネレータから入力した駆動力を変速して駆動輪に伝達する変速機と、
を有するハイブリッド車両の駆動装置であって、
互いに平行に配置された第1回転軸、第2回転軸及び第3回転軸と、
前記第1回転軸と第3回転軸を締結/解放する第1クラッチと、
前記第1回転軸と同軸の第1歯車と、
前記第2回転軸と同軸の第2歯車と、
前記第2歯車を前記第2回転軸に対して締結/解放する第2クラッチと、
前記第2回転軸と同軸で前記第1歯車と噛合する第3歯車と、
前記第3歯車を前記第2回転軸に対して締結/解放する第3クラッチと、
を有し、
前記モータジェネレータは、前記第1回転軸に接続され、
前記エンジンは、前記第3回転軸に接続され、
前記変速機は、
前記第3回転軸に接続された入力ディスクと、
前記入力ディスクと同軸に配置された出力ディスクと、
前記入力ディスク及び前記出力ディスクの間に傾転自在に挟持されたパワーローラとを備え、前記パワーローラの傾斜を変更して変速する、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
