本发明公开了一种用于生产钵状饰品的模具，属于首饰加工模具技术领域，主要包括通过导杆连接在一起的上模座和下模座，所述上模座上套装有凸模；所述下模座上安装有凹模，所述下模座上设有一印模孔，所述印模孔内约束安装有印模，所述印模的顶部设有印记；所述凸模、凹模和印模相互配合形成钵状模腔；所述凹模包括若干凹模瓣体，所述凹模瓣体绕所述印模孔的中心阵列分布并沿所述印模孔径向滑动安装于所述下模座上。本发明既解决了钵状饰品无法采用冲压工艺制作的技术问题，又缩短了生产周期、提高了生产效率，广泛应用于首饰加工行业中。

用于生产钵状饰品的模具
技术领域
本发明涉及首饰加工模具技术领域，尤其涉及一种用于生产钵状饰品的模具。
背景技术
黄金饰品以其炫丽的外表和本身的价值备受人们的青睐，在黄金饰品中有种钵状饰品，外形与钵的形状相似，在钵的底部印有印记，其寓意和本身材质的贵重都非常受到人们的喜爱。目前，这种带有印记的钵状饰品通常采用浇铸方法制作完成，但是制作时工艺复杂，占用大量的劳动力，且生产周期长，生产效率低。
也有生产商为提高效率而采用冲压模具来试验，但是由于钵状饰品的外表面有鼓起，没法取出成型后的工件，所以这一直是困扰许多黄金饰品生产商的一大难题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种用于生产钵状饰品的模具，既解决了钵状饰品无法采用冲压工艺制作的技术问题，又缩短了生产周期、提高了生产效率。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：用于生产钵状饰品的模具，包括通过导杆连接在一起的上模座和下模座，所述上模座上套装有凸模；所述下模座上安装有凹模，所述下模座上设有一印模孔，所述印模孔内约束安装有印模，所述印模的顶部设有印记；所述凸模、凹模和印模相互配合形成钵状模腔；所述凹模包括若干凹模瓣体，所述凹模瓣体绕所述印模孔的中心阵列分布并沿所述印模孔径向滑动安装于所述下模座上。
作为一种改进，所述下模座上设有与所述凹模瓣体位置相对应的滑道，所述凹模瓣体约束安装于所述滑道内。
作为进一步的改进，所述滑道的末端设有挡块，所述挡块固定安装于所述下模座上，所述挡块上约束安装有连接杆，所述连接杆一端固定安装于所述凹模瓣体上，另一个自由端与所述挡块之间夹压有弹性部件。
作为进一步的改进，所述弹性部件为弹簧，所述弹簧套装于所述连接杆上。
作为进一步的改进，所述印模孔位于所述下模座的中心轴线上。
作为进一步的改进，所述凹模瓣体的端部外表面设有锥形导向斜面。
作为进一步的改进，所述凸模和上模座之间设有限位套，所述限位套靠近凹模的一端设有与所述导向斜面形状相对应的限位斜面。
采用了上述技术方案后，本发明的有益效果是：由于凹模包括若干在下模座上径向滑动的凹模瓣体，凹模瓣体合并在一起时与凸模和印模共同形成模腔，使得钵状饰品在模腔内成型；取工件时，凹模瓣体分开，使得成型后的钵状饰品能够从模腔内取出，克服了整体式凹模无法取出钵状饰品的技术难题，同时整个过程采用冲压模具在压力机作用下实现，缩短了钵状饰品的生产周期，提高了生产效率。
由于下模座的滑道末端设有挡块，挡块上约束安装有连接杆，连接杆一端固定安装于凹模瓣体上，另一个自由端与挡块之间夹压有弹簧，使得凹模瓣体在没有外力约束下，在弹簧力作用下，处于分开状态，在取工件时，操作更加方便，节省了操作者的时间，进一步提高了生产效率。
由于凸模和上模座之间设有限位套，限位套靠近凹模的一端设有限位斜面，限位斜面与导向斜面形状相对应，合模过程中，限位斜面与导向斜面相配合，使得凹模瓣体收拢严密，形成封闭的模腔；合模时，凸模的端面与限位套的端面齐平时，钵状饰品成型结束，避免了合模压力过大而导致钵状饰品在模腔内变形。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，一种用于生产钵状饰品的模具，主要包括通过导杆连接在一起的上模座1和下模座2，所述上模座1上套装有凸模3，凸模3滑动安装于上模座1上；所述下模座2上安装有凹模4，所述下模座2上设有一印模孔，所述印模孔位于所述下模座2的中心轴线上，所述印模孔内约束安装有印模5，所述印模5的顶部设有印记，印模5的截面形状可以是圆形、方形或者其他形状；合模时，所述凸模3、凹模4和印模5之间的钵状空腔形成模腔；所述凹模4包括若干凹模瓣体41，所述凹模瓣体41绕所述印模孔的中心阵列分布并沿所述印模孔径向滑动安装于所述下模座2上，所述下模座2上设有与所述凹模瓣体41位置相对应的滑道21，滑道21也沿印模孔的径向分布，所述凹模瓣体41约束安装于所述滑道21内。
所述滑道21的末端设有挡块6，所述挡块6固定安装于所述下模座2上，所述挡块6上约束安装有连接杆7，所述连接杆7一端固定安装于所述凹模瓣体41上，另一个自由端与所述挡块6之间夹压有弹性部件。所述弹性部件为弹簧8，所述弹簧8套装于所述连接杆7上，根据惯常设计，连接杆7通常设计成螺栓，弹簧8套设在螺柱上并夹压于螺栓头与挡块6之间，螺栓的另一端与凹模瓣体41螺纹连接。
所述凹模瓣体41的端部外表面设有锥形导向斜面42。所述凸模3和上模座1之间设有限位套9，所述限位套9靠近凹模4的一端设有与所述导向斜面42形状相对应的限位斜面91，导向斜面42与限位斜面91的锥度相同，以保证配合时为面接触，避免在凹模瓣体41上出现压痕。
其工作原理如下：
如图1和图2所示，将模具放置在压力机上，四件凹模瓣体41均滑动安装于下模座2上，下模座2的中心轴线上安装有印模5，四件凹模瓣体41收拢形成凹模4后，印模5刚好位于凹模4的中心，将坯料放置在凹模4的上表面，然后将限位套9的限位斜面91与凹模瓣体41的导向斜面42配合，利用限位套9将凹模瓣体41约束住，弹簧8被压缩。
如图3所示，随着压力机的压板下移，凸模3下移，凸模3触压坯料，将坯料压入凹模4中，凸模3继续下移，坯料在凸模3的作用下继续在凹模4内变形。当凸模3的上端面与限位套9的上端面齐平时，坯料形变至最终位置，钵状饰品成型。
成型后，压力机的压板上移，凸模3上移，将限位套9从凹模瓣体41上脱开，凹模瓣体41便在弹簧8作用下，沿滑道21自动分离，便于开模取出钵状饰品，循环作业，整个过程工序简单，生产周期短，成型效率高。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式，本领域的普通技术人员从上述构思出发，不经过创造性的劳动，所作出的种种变换，均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.用于生产钵状饰品的模具，包括通过导杆连接在一起的上模座和下模座，所述上模座上套装有凸模；所述下模座上安装有凹模，所述下模座上设有一印模孔，所述印模孔内约束安装有印模，所述印模的顶部设有印记；所述凸模、凹模和印模相互配合形成钵状模腔；其特征在于：所述凹模包括若干凹模瓣体，所述凹模瓣体绕所述印模孔的中心阵列分布并沿所述印模孔径向滑动安装于所述下模座上。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于生产钵状饰品的模具，其特征在于：所述下模座上设有与所述凹模瓣体位置相对应的滑道，所述凹模瓣体约束安装于所述滑道内。
3.如权利要求2所述的用于生产钵状饰品的模具，其特征在于：所述滑道的末端设有挡块，所述挡块固定安装于所述下模座上，所述挡块上约束安装有连接杆，所述连接杆一端固定安装于所述凹模瓣体上，另一个自由端与所述挡块之间夹压有弹性部件。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于生产钵状饰品的模具，其特征在于：所述弹性部件为弹簧，所述弹簧套装于所述连接杆上。
5.如权利要求4所述的用于生产钵状饰品的模具，其特征在于：所述印模孔位于所述下模座的中心轴线上。
6.如权利要求5所述的用于生产钵状饰品的模具，其特征在于：所述凹模瓣体的端部外表面设有锥形导向斜面。
7.如权利要求6所述的用于生产钵状饰品的模具，其特征在于：所述凸模和上模座之间设有限位套，所述限位套靠近凹模的一端设有与所述导向斜面形状相对应的限位斜面。
