Abstract

背景技术
已知通过利用插管直接在头上倾倒组合物而将组合物施用于头皮。举例而言,该组合物可以是清洁用组合物、舒缓用组合物、抗头皮屑组合物或防脱发组合物,或者是试图刺激头发再生的组合物。
使用可以将组合物直接倾倒在头皮上的装置并不完全令人满意,原因在于难以准确控制所倾倒的组合物的量,并且存在流走而可能导致组合物损失以及流入眼睛的风险。
此外,组合物在头皮上的分布有可能不像所希望的那样均匀,这有可能导致必须用手指分配组合物,并且有可能需要戴手套,并且当头皮对摩擦敏感时可能会引发问题,或者头发被摩擦时断裂。
还已知利用喷枪将化妆品组合物施用于皮肤,这些喷枪以微滴的形式喷射组合物。
申请GB 2 287 480 A公开了在制造持久的波浪形状时使用喷枪将中和组合物施用于头发。
据申请人所知,喷枪和其他以压缩气体(尤其是以压缩空气)工作的类似装置未被用于将美容组合物施用于头皮以对其进行处理。
需要进一步改善关于头皮的处理。
发明内容
在本发明的第一方面,本发明因此提供一种用于处理人的头皮的美容处理方法,其中,美容组合物和/或气体通过利用压缩气体进行工作的装置被施用于头皮。
该组合物优选不是用于染发或用于使头发定型的组合物或头发护理产品。
该组合物可以是用于处理头皮的组合物,尤其是选自:用于头皮的抗头皮屑、防脱发、头发再生、抗皮脂溢、抗炎、抗刺激、或舒缓、遮瑕、刺激和防护的组合物,该组合物可能是美容用的或皮肤病学用的。
该组合物以小滴的形式喷射,而不是以泡沫的形式喷射。
当该组合物是防脱发组合物或用于刺激头发再生的组合物时,待处理的表面被定位在最常出现秃发(尤其是男性型秃发)的区域,尤其是头顶和太阳穴。
该组合物可以被喷射到没有头发的头部区域。
优选地,该组合物不是泡沫。
优选地,压缩气体是压缩空气。所用的压缩气体因此可以是非易燃的,非氟化的,非烃并且易于获得的。
优选地,所使用的压缩气体不是来自液化气体。因此喷射装置可以不同于具有液化气体的气雾剂瓶。
喷雾组合物可以以非加压状态(即在大气压下)储存于装置中。
在本发明的一个优选变型例中,喷射装置为喷枪。
使用上述装置(尤其是喷枪)具有很多优点。
与通过只是将组合物倾倒至头皮的施用相比,该装置(尤其是喷枪)可以提供更大的接触面积、按摩感和凉爽感。此外,施用可以仅是稍微润湿,而不流动。
该装置(尤其是喷枪)使得能够避免使用手套,同时由于不与头皮接触,可从令人满意的卫生中受益。
与某些独立的喷射装置比较,喷枪的使用使得使用者易于在使用过程中以及根据需要改变工作参数,以改变产生的效果;例如使用者可以根据所执行的处理而调整组合物喷射流的流速。此外,当该装置(尤其是喷枪)与压缩机连接时,用作媒介物的气体(优选为空气)的体积不受限制。空气优选不富含氧。可以容易地补充用于喷射的组合物,并且可以容易地用同一装置(尤其是喷枪)连续使用不同的组合物。最后,如果该装置(尤其是喷枪)允许,使用者可以有选择地释放媒介气体(优选为空气)或媒介气体与组合物的混合物:释放气体可以用于刺激处理之前和/或之后的区域和/或用于加速组合物干燥。

当喷射组合物时,该装置(尤其是喷枪)可以被保持距头皮在1厘米(cm)~10cm的范围内,优选为1cm~5cm。
可以在将头发分缝后喷射组合物。为了形成这样的分缝,尤其是当所述装置设有梳子端件时,使用者可以利用梳子或该装置(尤其是喷枪)。
在一个实施例中,本发明的方法可以包括将第一组合物施用于头皮和/或头发,然后通过装置(尤其是喷枪)将第二组合物施用于头皮,所述第二组合物根据第一组合物进行选择,或者反之。第二组合物可以在第一组合物之前施用,或者反之,这取决于所执行的处理。

抗头皮屑活性剂
术语“抗头皮屑活性剂”是指能够阻止头皮屑产生、减少头皮屑量和/或使头皮屑完全消失的化合物。

这些附加的化合物特别选自:EP 0 648 488中描述的脂加氧酶抑制剂;特别是在EP 0 845 700中描述的缓激肽抑制剂;前列腺素及其衍生物,特别是WO98/33497、WO 95/11003、JP 97-100091、JP 96-134242中描述的物质;前列腺素受体的激动剂或拮抗剂;EP 1 175 891和EP 1 175 890、WO 01/74307、WO 01/74313、WO 01/74314、WO 01/74315或WO 01/72268中描述的前列腺素的非前列腺素类类似物;上述化合物的混合物。
促进角蛋白纤维(特别是头发或睫毛)的生长和/或限制其减少的其他附加的活性化合物可以存在于本发明的组合物中,并且所述活性化合物可以为:血管扩张剂;抗雄激素;环孢菌素及其类似物;抗微生物剂和抗真菌剂;抗炎剂;类视黄醇;上述物质单独使用或混合使用。
可以使用的血管扩张剂特别为钾通道激动剂,包括米诺地尔、美国专利第3 382 247、5 756 092、5 772 990、5 760 043、5 466 694、5 438 058、4 973 474号中描述的化合物、克罗卡林(cromakalim)、尼可地尔和二氮嗪(diaxozide),上述物质可以单独使用或联合使用。
可以使用烟酸酯(Nicotinic acid ester)作为血管扩张剂,烟酸酯尤其包括生育酚烟酸酯(tocopheryl nicotinate)、烟酸苄酯和C1-C6烷基烟酸酯,例如烟酸甲酯或烟酸己酯。

可以与式(I)的化合物联合使用的,促进角蛋白纤维(例如头发和睫毛)的生长和/或限制其减少的其他活性化合物,可以有:吡啶二羧酸酯(pyridine dicarboxylate)衍生物或其盐,例如申请EP1352629中描述的化合物,并且特别举出二乙基吡啶-2,4-二羧酸酯。
除了上述的抗炎剂,还可以举出抗刺激剂/舒缓活性剂有:锶盐、β-甘草次酸、甘草酸、甘菊环(azulene)、精油、下列物质的提取物,即春黄菊(chamomile)、燕麦、芦荟、马鞭草属(verbena)、椴树属(tilia)和甘草(licorice)。

具体实施方式
图1示出处理系统1的实施例,该处理系统1适合用于实施本发明的处理方法。
如图所示,处理系统1可以包括与压缩气体源连接的喷枪2,压缩气体源例如包括通过压力调节器5和挠性软管15以常规方式与喷枪2连接的空气压缩机4。压缩气体源同样可以为可更换或可再充气的压缩气体的舱。
可以由脚踏式系统6或任何其他控制装置(例如手控或声控装置)控制压缩机4的操作。在变型例中,同样可以通过检测喷枪的移动或从架上取下来自动触发压缩机的工作。
压缩机4优选发出低于40分贝(dB)的声音,并优选提供大于或等于15升每分钟(L/min)的气流,压缩机可任选地具有气源,优选具有热保护,并且还优选具有安装有用于将连接软管固定至喷枪的快速接头的出口。
压缩机4可以是单活塞式、双活塞式、干式或油浴式压缩机,并且压力控制器5优选安装有压力表18。
在已知方式中,喷枪2包括手柄部,举例而言,当所述喷枪具有笔的形状时,手柄部由喷枪的主体限定,或者如图2所示,当所述喷枪为手枪式时,手柄部由手柄10限定。
喷枪2可以具有容纳用于喷射的组合物的储存罐11,所述储存罐例如为可拆装杯的形式,其为可再次充气的,并且可以位于喷枪的顶部,以使得容纳在所述杯中的组合物能够在重力作用下流入分配器通道,在该通道中组合物在喷射前与媒介气体混合。
储存罐11可以具有刻度,以使得使用者能够更容易地看到可用组合物的量。容纳在储存罐11中的组合物的体积例如在1毫升(mL)~100mL的范围。
喷枪2可包括任何用于触发喷射的触发装置,例如为控制构件的形式,诸如图2所示的控制杆13,触发装置适合利用握住喷枪的使用者的手的手指致动。
可以举出的适合用于本发明中的喷枪的例子为来自供应商Azteck的标号为A 4700的喷枪,来自供应商Iwata的标号为Kustom micron CM的喷枪以及来自供应商Harder和Steenbeck的标号为Evolution infiniti 2 in 1的喷枪,上述喷枪具有握起来像一支笔的类型,并具有杯式的储存罐。
同样也可以使用来自Iwata的标号为Kustom revolution TR的喷枪或来自Harder和Steenbeck的标号为的喷枪,型号是优选的,因为其易于把握,这特别适合处理头皮,所述型号如图2所示。
优选地,连接喷枪与压缩机(尤其是空气压力调节器5)的挠性软管15具有小于或等于5米(m)的长度,例如其内径等于4mm。优选地,挠性软管15具有快速接头端件。
喷枪2可以有利地包括梳子端件20,该梳子端件能够使握住喷枪的使用者在处理过程中将头发移开从而暴露头皮,尤其是在头发中分缝。举例而言,如图2所示,梳子端件20延伸手枪式喷枪的手柄10。该梳子端件可以等效地被固定在其他地方,例如可以定位在喷枪的后端,即远离用于喷射组合物的喷嘴21的端部,或者可以定位在侧面,而不是在手柄上,如图1的示意图所示。
喷枪2可以包括用于照明要喷射组合物的区域的照明系统23。举例而言,照明系统23包括一个或多个发出白光或其他颜色的发光二极管。在适当的情况下,可以选择由光源23发射的光束的发散角度,使得照明面积大致对应于从预先确定的操作距离喷射出时组合物所接触的面积。
光源23同样可以包括使得能够投射光点或靶子至处理区域上的激光指示装置,从而使使用者能够更容易将喷枪对准正确的方向。这能够将组合物尽可能好地引向头皮,减少因喷射到头发上而导致的损失。
在适当的情况下,当喷枪未处于正确的喷射距离时,预计的目标显得模糊。
例如通过以选择的一种或多种波长发射以对头发再生发挥有益效果,特别是红色区域的波长,光源23还可以试图对头皮实施光治疗处理。
使用者可以用多个附加储存罐11使用喷枪2,如图1所示,例如每个储存罐都容纳有与位于喷枪上的储存罐中存在的组合物相同的组合物,从而使使用者能够快速用装满的储存罐更换空储存罐。附加储存罐可以设有快速接头,当从喷枪取下储存罐时,接头自动关闭,并且当储存罐被放置到喷枪上时,接头自动打开。储存罐11也可以包括诸如插塞等关闭装置,其可以被诸如针状物等打开装置穿孔,存在于喷枪上。附加储存罐同样也可以容纳不同的组合物试图实施不同的处理,并且使用者可以在储存罐之间选择具有与所进行的处理对应的组合物的储存罐。
使用者可以在每次更换储存罐11时(有必要时)或者在使用期间手动调整喷射参数,尤其是媒介气体(特别是空气)的流速和/或被喷射组合物的流速。
在变型例中,例如通过处理系统1(例如喷枪2)识别正在使用哪一个储存罐,处理系统1被布置用于根据所放置的储存罐和其中容纳的组合物而自动调整操作参数。举例而言,包含不同组合物的储存罐可以呈现出由处理系统识别的标识。例如不同的储存罐可以包括由适当的检测器检测的电子芯片、光代码或凹凸部分,该检测器例如存在于喷枪2上,具有能够控制至少一个致动装置的处理器,从而根据所读取的信息改变操作参数。
喷枪2入口的压缩空气压力可以在0.2~3巴的范围内,例如约0.6巴。
优选地,选择安装在喷枪上的喷嘴21,使得所喷射的组合物液滴的平均尺寸以位于10μm~35μm范围内的值为中心,该值例如为约23μm(在距喷嘴出口15cm的距离测定的尺寸)。
喷嘴直径的选择使得能够影响喷射的微粒尺寸及喷射的发散性。举例而言,可以使用直径为0.2mm的喷嘴,特别是在标号为Colani的喷枪上使用,由此产生准确且能被使用者感触到的喷射流。特别是在喷枪入口处的压力为0.8巴的情况下使用时,直径为0.2mm的喷嘴是最适合的,从而获得约3.5g/min的组合物流速。对于Kustom micron CM喷枪,喷嘴直径为0.5mm并且入口压力为0.4巴,组合物流速为约6g/min。优选应注意确保尺寸小于10μm的微粒的含量小于20%,并且尺寸小于5μm的微粒的含量小于5%。
可以对干头皮或湿头皮使用处理系统1,以在其上喷射治疗组合物,特别是具有抗头皮屑、防脱发、头发再生、刺激、抗皮脂溢或抗炎性质以及其他应用的组合物。
在本发明的实施例中,用喷枪喷射组合物,并结合提供常规处理,例如由喷枪进行处理前的洗发、修整(conditioning)或头发保护遮盖。在所有常规处理后可以向干头皮或湿头皮上喷射头皮处理组合物,特别是抗头皮屑、防脱发、头发再生、抗皮脂溢或抗炎组合物。
在本发明的其它实施例中,将具有抗脂(anti-greasy)特性的刺激油和洗涤泡沫施用至头发和头皮,然后可以采用由喷枪喷射的防脱发组合物处理头皮,所述防脱发组合物根据前面应用的组合物的种类进行选择。
也可以在喷枪的使用之后进行例如烫发、放松处理、漂白(bleaching)、脱色(color stripping)或染色的常规处理。
举例而言,可以在进行烫发、放松处理、漂白处理、脱色处理之前通过喷枪涂抹用于保护头皮的组合物,尤其是抗刺激性/舒缓组合物和/或遮瑕组合物。
下面给出适合通过喷枪喷射的组合物配方的几个式例。比例以重量比表示。
使用喷枪时,操作者可以用一只手握住该喷枪,并用另一只手利用梳子露出进行处理位置的头皮。
在通过喷枪方式施用组合物后可以进行按摩,按摩可以在喷射组合物之前或之后进行。举例而言,可以利用手指或使用与头皮接触的按摩装置(例如振动器装置)进行按摩。
在实施例中,组合物可以用喷枪或者不用喷枪进行施用,于是,通过喷枪,利用热空气将组合物吹到处理区域,例如激发包含在组合物中的活性剂(例如防脱发活性剂)。升高温度可以局部促进血液循环,并且可以增强活性剂的作用。喷枪出口处的热空气的温度因此可以在30℃~60℃的范围内。
无论涂抹什么样的组合物,优选在使用喷枪时,出口喷嘴保持距头皮在1cm~10cm的范围内,例如在1cm~5cm的范围内。

当喷枪仅排放媒介气体、尤其是空气时,可以特别使用该处理系统以干燥事先施用的组合物或者促进组合物的作用。
可以将一个压缩机与多个喷枪一同使用,例如,将压缩机置于进行处理的房间的外面,以减少噪音干扰。
喷枪携带的储存罐可以由通过导管与喷枪连接的储存罐替代,组合物通过由流过喷枪的媒介气体产生的文丘里管效应引起的抽吸作用被吸入喷枪内。同样也可以使用泵使用于喷射的组合物进入喷枪。

1.一种用于处理人的头皮的美容处理方法,包括利用喷射装置将美容组合物和/或气体施用于头皮,该喷射装置利用压缩气体工作,所喷射的组合物微粒的平均尺寸在10μm~35μm的范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中压缩气体为压缩空气。

8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述组合物不是泡沫。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述美容组合物包括用于处理头皮的组合物,选自:用于头皮的抗头皮屑、防脱发、头发再生、抗皮脂溢、抗炎、抗刺激或舒缓、遮瑕、刺激和防护的组合物。
10.一种用于处理人的头皮的处理系统,包括:
·喷枪,包括容纳用于处理头皮的组合物的储存罐,所述组合物选自:抗头皮屑、防脱发、头发再生、抗皮脂溢、抗炎、抗刺激/舒缓和遮瑕的组合物;以及
·多个附加储存罐,包含与置于喷枪上的储存罐中的组合物相同的组合物。
11.根据权利要求10所述的系统,所述喷枪包括直径在0.1mm~1mm范围内的出口喷嘴。
12.根据权利要求11所述的系统,所述直径在0.2mm~0.7mm范围内。
13.根据权利要求11所述的系统,空气的压力在0.2~3巴范围内。
14.根据权利要求10所述的系统,所述喷枪包括梳子端件和/或用于照明头皮的光源。
15.根据权利要求14所述的系统,其中,所述梳子端件与喷枪的手柄连接。
16.根据权利要求15所述的系统,其中,所述梳子端件位于手柄的下端。
17.根据权利要求10所述的系统,空气在离开喷枪前被加热或冷却。
18.根据权利要求10所述的系统,喷射过程中组合物的流速小于10g/min。
