- 一种加速渗透的装置,其特征在于,包括喷射管(1)、推板(3)、注射器安放槽和喷射装置主体(4);喷射管(1)设置在喷射装置主体(4)内,喷射管(1)上方的喷射装置主体(4)上设置有注射器安放槽,注射器安放槽靠近喷射管(1)的端部设置有连通管,连通管连接到喷射管(1);注射器安放槽的另一端设置有推板(3);喷射管(1)的一端为喷射出口,另一端连接外接气泵;喷射管(1)为文丘里管,喷射管(1)的中部设置有喷射液进口(12),连通管与喷射液进口(12)连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种加速渗透的装置,其特征在于,喷射管(1)包括入口圆筒段(7)、圆锥收缩段(8)、圆筒喉段(9)、圆锥扩散段(10)和出口平行段(11);入口圆筒段(7)、圆锥收缩段(8)、圆筒喉段(9)、圆锥扩散段(10)和出口平行段(11)依次连接形成喷射管(1);喷射液进口(12)设置在圆筒喉段(9)上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种加速渗透的装置,其特征在于,入口圆筒段(7)的长度为l 1;入口圆筒段(7)的口径为d 1;圆锥收缩段(8)的夹角为α 1,圆筒喉段(9)的长度为l 2,圆筒喉段(9)的口径为d 2;喷射液进口(12)的口径为d 4,圆锥扩散段(10)的夹角为α 2,出口平行段(11)的长度为l 3,出口平行段(11)的口径为d 3;且满足:d 1=l 1 l 2=2d 2 α 1=21°~25°α 2=8°~15° d 2=1/4d 1~1/2d 1d 3=1/2d 1~3/4d 1 d 4=1/2d 2 l 3=3l 2~4l 2。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种加速渗透的装置,其特征在于,注射器安放槽内设置装有喷射液的注射器(2),注射器(2)的尾端顶在推板(3)上,注射器(2)的出口与连通管连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种加速渗透的装置,其特征在于,喷射装置主体(4)上设置有喷射开关(5),推板(3)侧面的喷射装置主体(4)内设置有推动电机,推动电机用于推动推板(3)运动,喷射开关(5)用于控制推动电机的启停。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种加速渗透的装置,其特征在于,喷射管(1)通过喷射线缆(6)连接外接气泵;喷射线缆(6)包括电线和气管,电线和气管并行设置,气管连接喷射管(1),电线连接推动电机和喷射开关(5)。
