Description

一种加速渗透的装置 技术领域
本发明属于美容设备技术领域,特别涉及一种加速渗透的装置。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们越来越关注美容护肤问题,随之而来的就是美容仪器的不断改进创新。传统美容时,人们往往将美容液直接涂抹于皮肤表层慢慢吸收,或者利用美容仪器将药物注射进皮肤,近几年又出现了利用低气压喷射装置,将气液混合后喷到需要美容的身体部位的方式。由于人体皮肤表皮层的隔绝作用,直接涂抹于皮肤的方式见效缓慢,周期长。传统注射方式又会对细胞造成损伤,容易交叉感染,并且制造、使用成本较高。而低气压喷射装置的出现一定程度上解决了以上缺点,但是也伴随着新的问题出现,如喷射力度低、雾化效果差、使用时大部分美容液从皮肤表面流走造成浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种加速渗透的装置,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种加速渗透的装置,包括喷射管、推板、注射器安放槽和喷射装置主体;喷射管设置在喷射装置主体内,喷射管上方的喷射装置主体上设置有注射器安放槽,注射器安放槽靠近喷射管的端部设置有连通管,连通管连接到喷射管;注射器安放槽的另一端设置有推板;喷射管的一端为喷射出口,另一端连接外接气泵;喷射管为文丘里管,喷射管的中部设置有喷射液进口,连通管与喷射液进口连接。
进一步的,喷射管包括入口圆筒段、圆锥收缩段、圆筒喉段、圆锥扩散段和出口平行段;入口圆筒段、圆锥收缩段、圆筒喉段、圆锥扩散段和出口平行段依次连接形成喷射管;喷射液进口设置在圆筒喉段上。

进一步的,喷射管通过喷射线缆连接外接气泵;喷射线缆包括电线和气管,电线和气管并行设置,气管连接喷射管,电线连接推动电机和喷射开关。
与现有技术相比,本发明有以下技术效果:
本发明通过注射器向喷射管注射美容液,同时来自气管的高速气流将美容液雾化,并通过控制气泵喷气,实现间歇性的喷射气液混合物,以保证每次喷射出的气液混合物的初速度一致,喷射管为特殊尺寸的文丘里管,进一步增加气管过来的气体的流速,美容液进入喷射液进口后被孔内的负压快速吸入喷射管,然后与管内高速气流发生碰撞,使得美容液充分雾化,被雾化后的美容液在高速气流的作用下从喷射口高速喷出,从而能够快速穿过皮肤,达到美容目的,以此实现无针投递,保护细胞不受损伤,本发明喷射速度快,颗粒小,雾化效果好,显著提高美容效果,美容液利用率极高,大大减少浪费。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种加速渗透的装置。如图1所示,该装置包括喷射管1、推板3、注射器安放槽和喷射装置主体4;喷射管1设置在喷射装置主体4内,喷射管1上方的喷射装置主体4上设置有注射器安放槽,注射器安放槽靠近喷射管1的端部设置有连通管,连通管连接到喷射管1;注射器安放槽的另一端设置有推板3;喷射管1的一端为 喷射出口,另一端连接外接气泵;喷射管1为文丘里管,喷射管1的中部设置有喷射液进口12,连通管与喷射液进口12连接。
如图2所示,喷射管1包括入口圆筒段7、圆锥收缩段8、圆筒喉段9、圆锥扩散段10和出口平行段11;入口圆筒段7、圆锥收缩段8、圆筒喉段9、圆锥扩散段10和出口平行段11依次连接形成喷射管1;喷射液进口12设置在圆筒喉段9上。

注射器安放槽内设置装有喷射液的注射器2,注射器2的尾端顶在推板3上,注射器2的出口与连通管连接。
喷射装置主体4上设置有喷射开关5,推板3侧面的喷射装置主体4内设置有推动电机,推动电机用于推动推板3运动,喷射开关5用于控制推动电机的启停。
喷射管1通过喷射线缆6连接外接气泵;喷射线缆6包括电线和气管,电线和气管并行设置,气管连接喷射管1,电线连接推动电机和喷射开关5。
喷射压力测试
测试方法:
使用注射器进行喷射,喷射时的信号经数据采集软件采集后,通过软件处理得到喷射压力的实验数据。
实验数据如表1所示。

表1为输入压力值对应下的输出压力,确认压力值的大小,进而检测在此压力值下对应喷射雾化颗粒粒度及雾化颗粒到达皮肤组织的效果。由表1的内容可以看出:本发明的加速渗透的装置能够实现较高的输出压力,有助于提高喷射雾化颗粒粒度及雾化颗粒到达皮肤组织的效果。
喷射雾化颗粒粒度测试
测试方法:用激光粒度测试仪测量,数据如表2所示。

其中,导入量1、2、3分别为1μL、2μL、3μL,深度1、2、3分别对应表1中所列举的0.5MPa、0.65MPa、1MPa。
根据表2的数据可以看出:在0-30μm范围内,雾化颗粒占比超过82%,在50μm以下的范围内,雾化颗粒占比约91%,这说明喷射雾化颗粒效果非常明显。
雾化颗粒喷射到达皮肤组织的效果
使用荧光标记法检测实施例1的加速渗透的装置导入荧光蛋白的效果,确认荧光蛋白导入皮肤组织的深度。
测试方法:分别对昆明小鼠皮肤组织样本进行编号,经石蜡包埋,切片后经过荧光显微镜观察,确认样本荧光蛋白到达深度。
测试数据:如图3所示。
测试结果:实施例1的加速渗透的装置导入荧光蛋白样本荧光标记物已透过表皮层进入真皮层;手工涂抹荧光蛋白样本荧光标记物分布于表皮层。
此测试可有效证明,本发明的加速渗透的装置可瞬间快速喷射,速度快,雾化效果好,可显著提高美容效果,美容液利用率极高,大大减少浪费。
实际使用效果测试:
测试方法:使用实施例1的加速渗透的装置,可将美容原液瞬间雾化成颗粒,快速导入不同部位的皮肤细纹处,在加速渗透的作用下效果如图4‐图9所示。
由图4‐图9可以看出:由于雾化成了细小颗粒,实际使用效果良好,而且对美容原液的利用率极高,减少了浪费。

  1. 一种加速渗透的装置,其特征在于,包括喷射管(1)、推板(3)、注射器安放槽和喷射装置主体(4);喷射管(1)设置在喷射装置主体(4)内,喷射管(1)上方的喷射装置主体(4)上设置有注射器安放槽,注射器安放槽靠近喷射管(1)的端部设置有连通管,连通管连接到喷射管(1);注射器安放槽的另一端设置有推板(3);喷射管(1)的一端为喷射出口,另一端连接外接气泵;喷射管(1)为文丘里管,喷射管(1)的中部设置有喷射液进口(12),连通管与喷射液进口(12)连接。
