头皮是人体表面毛发密度最高的区域,因为人种基因、年龄、性别的不同,头皮毛囊的数目可以高达十万个,毛囊具有油脂腺,加上头皮上许多的汗腺孔,使得头皮于正常生理情况下,形成皮脂膜。不断分泌的皮脂和汗水,同时也是细菌或霉菌生长所需,因此头皮的细菌数目,也是人体表皮皮肤中最高的区域。当生理、疾病或环境的改变造成不正常的油水平衡时,往往伴随着不同微生物消长,而微生物分泌物则进一步影响头皮健康与头发生长。头发的毛囊与其他身体部位毛发的毛囊有显著不同,头发的毛囊一般会同时生长1到4根头发,毛囊开口处形成一漏斗状,健康的情况之下应有适量油脂分泌,能将微生物挡在外面,而过多或过少的油脂分泌,则会造成漏斗处,甚至毛囊深处的不正常发炎,因此适当的补充头发水分,或提高头皮细胞含水量,均可以提高其健康状态以及美观程度。
头发毛囊除了正常生理功能外,也是化妆品或医药产品经头皮吸收的一个途径。因 其漏斗状开口约有60到70微米,相较于汗腺或皮肤角质层间隙为大,而毛囊发根位于真皮层深处,接近皮下微血管处,因此通过将化妆品或医药成分微小化,将可以透过发根周围与皮肤角质层间隙,传导功效成分至皮肤深处,从而达到增加吸收的目的。
将化妆品施予头皮或头发时,会因为重力影响而流失,因此许多头皮与头发化妆品调配时,会以延长停留时间为目标,于配方中添加高分子量的聚合物,以提高配方黏稠度。然而头皮表面并非一光滑平面,而是由毛孔、毛发以及角质死细胞等等形成复杂的立体结构,过高的配方黏稠度,同时也提高了配方表面张力,反而容易使配方在接触皮肤结构时,形成立体空隙,而并没有真实提高接触面积。高黏度的化妆品,也不易清除多余的部分,从而造成施用后清洁的复杂程度。改良配方的方法中,还有利用物理或化学的方式,改变头发蛋白结构或头皮角质紧密度,而提高成分穿透性。这类型方法则往往需要破坏细胞正常结构,反而造成另一类型的生理伤害。
另外一方面提高化妆品或医药成分吸收的研究方向则是将液体雾化的技术。
液体雾化已被广泛的应用于许多方面,包括工业、制造业、农业及医学等领域。不同领域利用液体雾化的目的有所不同,包括增加液体总表面积以提升燃烧速度、提高表面镀膜加工效率、提高喷雾印刷精准度、提升植物肥料吸收、加速药物传递等。雾化技术用于化妆品领域的目的与医药领域类似,都是将液体单位体积缩小,总体积分散,表面积增加,促进与皮肤接触吸收。
依照雾化的能量传递方式,可将此技术分为机械式雾化与超声雾化两种。机械式雾化包括加压雾化,双流体雾化,旋转式圆盘喷雾等。尽管机械式雾化已经普遍用于许多领域之中,但其缺点是较高的能量消耗,与不易控制雾滴大小与速度。
已知利用加压雾化的方式将化妆品雾化后施用于头皮与头发。加压雾化具有迅速喷出配方的优点。然而其喷雾速度,却也同时变为其缺点。因为雾滴喷至表面时,会因为速度过高,而产生反弹现象,因而造成大部分成分是溢散于空气之中,降低停留于头皮或头发表面的时间。
超声雾化技术则是以电力控制压电片到每秒数百万次的频率震动,于液体薄膜上产生微细驻波,将液体从波锋处分离而雾化。通过调控震荡频率,电力功率,液体物理化学特性等变因,可以产生平均直径为10微米或次微米等级的雾滴,且其大小分布较机械式雾化更为集中,因此对于许多与雾滴大小有高度相关性的产业需求,例如药物传递,便更适合使用超声雾化方式。
尽管已有文献提出以超声雾化将化妆品或医药成分施予头皮,然而超声雾化所产生 的雾滴,具有较低的飞行速度,容易在空气中形成悬浮状态,再进一步因为重力而沉降,因此其沉降位置,会受到接触表面形状的影响。实际实施此方法于头皮时,仍需要能避开头发的物理阻隔,并沉降于头皮表面,或更进一步落于毛囊漏斗开口处,才能更加地利用超声雾化所具有雾滴小,且雾滴大小集中的优势,来提升化妆品或医药成分的吸收效果。
大部分的头发毛囊开口,并不是垂直于皮肤,而是顺着发流方向,跟皮肤表面形成0至90度的角度,因此其漏斗开口也有方向。再者,将水溶性配方以涂抹的方式施予头皮时,能将成分送至皮肤深处,从而提高吸收效果。
目前尚未有将化妆品或医药成分,以超声雾化方式将配方喷于头皮,并施加头皮按摩以促进吸收的美容方法。
发明内容
本发明提供一种施用于头皮与头发且能以超声技术雾化的含水的化妆品配方,其可提高头皮细胞含水量与补充头发水分,以提高头皮与头发的健康状态及美观程度。
根据本发明一实施方式,本发明的含水的化妆品配方具有0.5mPa.S至1000mPa.S的黏稠度与1至99重量百分比的含水量。
根据本发明一实施方式,本发明的含水的化妆品配方含有至少一种选自下列的成分:5wt.%德国洋甘菊、1wt.%维生素B5、3wt%水解角蛋白及1wt.%甘草酸钠。
另一方面,本发明提供一种用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法,其包括下列步骤:将所述含水的化妆品配方装填于一超声雾化机;以该超声雾化机将所述含水的化妆品配方雾化;将头发朝发流反方向提起而展现其下方头皮;使所述超声雾化机的超声震荡片靠近头皮;将雾化后的所述含水的化妆品配方以发流的反方向喷至头皮;及以发流反方向按摩头皮。
根据本发明的一实施方式,本发明用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法其将雾化后的所述含水的化妆品配方以发流的反方向喷至头皮的时间为5至20分钟。
根据本发明的一实施方式,本发明用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法其以发流反方向按摩头皮的时间为5至20分钟。
根据本发明的一实施方式,本发明用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法是使超声喷雾机的超声震荡片与头皮的表面的最短直线距离为0.1公分至5公分。
根据本发明的一实施方式,本发明用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法是使超声喷雾机的超声震荡片的振动频率为二十千赫兹至四百万赫兹。
根据本发明的一实施方式,本发明用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法是以所述超声雾化机将所述含水的化妆品配方雾化成平均直径为10纳米至100微米的雾滴。
另一方面,本发明提供一种适用于头皮与头发的美容产品,其包括所述含水的化妆品配方及一适合将所述含水的化妆品配方雾化成平均直径为10纳米至100微米的雾滴的超声雾化机。
根据本发明一实施方式,本发明产品包含的超声雾化机具有至少一压电片,以电力控制其振动频率为二十千赫兹至四百万赫兹。

具体实施方式
下文将配合伴随图式详细描述本发明实施例。
请参照图1,显示根据本发明一实施例的一种用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法的流程步骤。首先,在步骤101,取得一个含水的化妆品配方并装填于一超声雾化机。该含水的化妆品配方具有含水量为1至99重量百分比及其黏稠度为0.5mPa.S至1000mPa.S。该含水的化妆品配方进一步可以包括一种以上的化妆品主成分,该主成分可用于提供头发与头皮包括但不限于以下的功效:保湿、抗菌、控油、去味、去屑、清洁、消炎、镇定、舒缓、修复、生发,强健、减少落发等等。举例而言,该含水的化妆品配方进一步可含有至少一种选自下列的成分:5wt.%德国洋甘菊、1wt.%维生素B5、3wt.%水解角蛋白及1wt.%甘草酸钠。本发明使用的超声雾化机的超声震荡片可包含至少一个压电片。再者,本发明的超声雾化机可以是手持式雾化机,以增加使用者使用的便利性。接着,在步骤102,以电力控制该超声雾化机的超声震荡片的振动频率为二十千赫兹至四百万赫兹之间,利于该含水的化妆品配方通过该超声雾化机雾化,进而从该超声雾化机喷出平均直径为10纳米至100微米的雾滴。在步骤103,请参见图2,将头发朝发流反方向提起而展现其下方头皮。接着,在步骤104,将该超声雾化机靠近展现的头皮,俾使其超声震荡片位于头皮近处,例如超声震荡片与头皮的最短直线距离可以是0.1公分至 5公分。接下来,在步骤105,将雾化后的含水的化妆品配方以发流的反方向喷至展现的头皮,例如较佳的喷雾时间为5至20分钟,更佳为5分钟。之后,在步骤106,以发流反方向按摩头皮较佳5至20分钟,更佳为5分钟。
本发明用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法并不限于图1的步骤顺序,其中步骤102、103可以实施于步骤104之前。
本发明含水的化妆品配方的特性使其可以超声雾化技术雾化形成平均直径为10纳米至100微米的微小雾滴,进而可以促进皮肤/头皮的吸收。图3显示以顺发流方向与逆发流方向(即发流反方向)分别以本发明超声喷雾机对头皮喷出本发明雾化的含水的化妆品配方一段时间后头皮含水量的比较结果。从图3可以看出以发流反方向对头皮喷洒本发明雾化的含水的化妆品配方五分钟后头皮的含水度可超过75%,但以顺发流方向对头皮喷洒本发明雾化的含水的化妆品配方五分钟后头皮的含水度约48%。
图4显示对头皮喷洒本发明雾化的含水的化妆品配方后不按摩头皮与按摩头皮的头皮含水量比较结果。从图4可以看出,对头皮喷洒本发明雾化的含水的化妆品配方后按摩头皮五分钟、十分钟与二十分钟其头皮含水度相对于不按摩头皮皆提高10%左右。
从图3与图4的测试结果显示,本发明提供的含水的化妆品配方确实可以超声雾化技术来形成利于皮肤吸收的微小雾滴,并且本发明用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法确实可以达到提高头皮、头发保水度的效果。
图5显示本发明具有不同含水量的含水的化妆品配方经由本发明雾化技术雾化后喷洒于头皮对头皮含水度提高效果的比较。从图5可以看出,本发明这些具不同含水量的含水的化妆品配方经超声雾化喷洒至头皮五钟、十分钟、二十分钟后相对于使用前可以提高头皮含水度10%至50%,特别是超声雾化的含水的化妆品配方喷洒至头皮五钟效果最佳,相对于使用前可以提高头皮含水度40%至50%。
另一方面,本发明也提供一种适用于头皮与头发的美容产品,该产品是将本发明含水的化妆品配方包装于一适合将该含水的化妆品配方雾化成平均直径为10纳米至100微米雾滴的超声雾化机。本发明的美容产品可以是包装有本发明含水的化妆品配方且适合将该含水的化妆品配方雾化成平均直径为10纳米至100微米雾滴的手持式超声雾化机。
根据本发明上述范例说明显示本发明提供的含水的化妆品配方能以超声技术雾化而施用于头皮与头发,并且配合使用本发明的头皮与头发的美容处理方法确实可提高头皮细胞含水量与补充头发水分,以提高头皮与头发的健康状态及美观程度。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法,其包括:
    将一个含水的化妆品配方装填于一超声雾化机;
    以该超声雾化机将所述含水的化妆品配方雾化;
    将头发朝发流反方向提起而展现其下方头皮;
    使所述超声雾化机的超声震荡片靠近所述头皮;
    将雾化后的所述含水的化妆品配方以发流的反方向喷至所述头皮;及
    以发流反方向按摩所述头皮。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法,其中,所述将雾化后的所述含水的化妆品配方以发流的反方向喷至所述头皮的步骤其喷雾时间为5至20分钟。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法,其中,所述以发流反方向按摩所述头皮的步骤其按摩时间为5至20分钟。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法,其中,所述使所述超声雾化机的所述超声震荡片靠近所述头皮的步骤,是使所述超声震荡片与所述头皮的表面最短直线距离为0.1公分至5公分。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法,其中,所述含水的化妆品配方的黏稠度为0.5mPa.S至1000mPa.S。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法,其中,所述含水的化妆品配方的含水量为1至99重量百分比。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法,其中,所述含水的化妆品配方含有至少一种选自下列的成分:5wt.%德国洋甘菊、1wt.%维生素B5、3wt.%水解角蛋白及1wt.%甘草酸钠。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法,其中,所述以所述超声雾化机将所述含水的化妆品配方雾化的步骤中,所述超声雾化机的所述超声震荡片的振动频率为二十千赫兹至四百万赫兹。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法,其中,所述超声震荡片包含至少一压电片。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的用于头皮与头发的美容处理方法,其中,所述以所述超声雾化机将所述含水的化妆品配方雾化的步骤中,产生所述含水的化妆品配方的雾滴大小平均直径为10纳米至100微米。
  11. 一种用于头皮与头发的含水的化妆品配方,其具有黏稠度0.5mPa.S至1000mPa.S及含水量为1至99重量百分比。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的用于头皮与头发的含水的化妆品配方,其进一步含有至少一种选自下列的成分:5wt.%德国洋甘菊、1wt.%维生素B5、3wt.%水解角蛋白及1wt.%甘草酸钠。
  13. 一种适用于头皮与头发的美容产品,其包括:一含水的化妆品配方及一适合将所述含水的化妆品配方雾化成平均直径为10纳米至100微米的雾滴的超声雾化机,其中所述含水的化妆品配方具有黏稠度0.5mPa.S至1000mPa.S及含水量为1至99重量百分比。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的适用于头皮与头发的美容产品,其中,所述超声雾化机包含至少一压电片,其振动频率为二十千赫兹至四百万赫兹。
