Description
技术领域
本发明涉及以乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物为主要成分的一对密封膜、和使用其的太阳能电池。
背景技术
近年来,从资源的有效利用和防止环境污染等方面出发,广泛使用将太阳光直接转换为电能的太阳能电池,并进行了进一步开发。
太阳能电池通常结构为:隔着透光性的受光面侧保护材与内表面侧保护材(后罩)间的配置于受光面侧的第一密封膜、与配置于内表面侧的第二密封膜,密封多个硅发电元件等太阳能电池单元。
作为用于受光面侧和内表面侧的密封膜,从廉价、具有高的透明性和粘接性出发,优选使用乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)(专利文献1)。
太阳能电池在暴露于高温高加湿、风雨的室外等的环境下长期使用时,有时湿气或水透过到电池内部。例如,使用由EVA构成的太阳能电池用密封膜时,由于作为组成成分含有醋酸乙烯酯,因此存在因高温时湿气或水透过而随时间水解易产生醋酸的倾向,可知这样的醋酸与内部导线或电极接触而促使锈产生。
于是,专利文献2中,作为太阳能电池的密封膜所使用的透明薄膜,公开了含有平均粒径5μm以下的酸吸收剂0.5质量%以下的EVA薄膜。通过前述含酸吸收剂的EVA薄膜,抑制了醋酸的产生,可提高太阳能电池的耐久性。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
为了抑制太阳能电池内部的导线和电极的锈的产生、提高太阳能电池的耐久性,如上所述,在第一密封膜或第二密封膜中添加酸吸收剂是有效的手段。但是,添加酸吸收剂这样的无机粉末有时会导致密封膜透明性降低,为了提高耐久性而仅大量添加酸吸收剂则有可能使太阳能电池的发电性能降低。
于是,本发明的目的在于,提供不会使发电性能降低、通过抑制太阳能电池内部的导线或电极的锈的产生而进一步提高耐久性的太阳能电池和太阳能电池中适合的一对密封膜。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明的一对密封膜,其特征在于,其为用于在其间密封被密封部件的一对密封膜,
前述一对密封膜含有乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,第一密封膜相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份含有氢氧化镁0.2质量份以下,第二密封膜相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份含有氢氧化镁0.01质量份以上。
此外,本发明的太阳能电池,其特征在于,其具备:透光性的受光面侧保护材;包含乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、且覆盖前述受光面侧保护材的第一密封膜;内表面侧保护材;包含乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、且覆盖前述内表面侧保护材的第二密封膜;配置在前述第一与第二密封膜之间的太阳能电池单元,前述第一密封膜相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份含有氢氧化镁0.2质量份以下,前述第二密封膜相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份含有氢氧化镁0.01质量份以上。
发明的效果
根据本发明的一对密封膜和太阳能电池,可抑制电池内部的导线和电极的锈的产生,不会因酸吸收剂的添加而降低发电性能,可经长期发挥高的发电性能,耐久性提高。

具体实施方式
首先,本发明的一实施方式的太阳能电池如图1所示,其结构为:在透光性的受光面侧保护材11与内表面侧保护材12之间,夹设由配置于受光面侧的第一密封膜13A和配置于内表面侧的第二密封膜13B形成的本发明的一实施方式的一对密封膜,密封多个太阳能电池单元14。这样,本实施方式的太阳能电池在一对密封膜之间具有太阳能电池单元等被密封部件。
另外,本说明书中,太阳能电池单元的光照射侧称为“受光面侧”,与太阳能电池单元的受光面相反面侧称为“内表面侧”。
第一密封膜和第二密封膜均包含乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。由此,与受光面侧保护材和内表面侧保护材的粘接性优异,得到可较高抑制水分进入电池内部的廉价的密封膜。
第一密封膜和第二密封膜均含有作为酸吸收剂的氢氧化镁,第一密封膜和第二密封膜的各自的氢氧化镁含量被最优化。具体地说,配置于受光面侧的第一密封膜相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份含有氢氧化镁0.2质量份以下,配置于内表面侧的第二密封膜相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯100质量份含有0.01质量份以上氢氧化镁。通过这样的含量,可确保第一密封膜的透明性,可提供不会使发电性能降低、较高抑制太阳能电池内部的导线或电极的锈的产生的太阳能电池。
第一密封膜中的氢氧化镁的含量,相对于第一密封膜中所含的乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份,通常为0.5质量份以下,特别优选为0.2质量份以下,最优选为0.05~0.15质量份。由此,进而确保配置于受光面侧的第一密封膜的高的透明度,并可抑制锈,可进一步提高发电性能。
第二密封膜中的氢氧化镁的含量相对于第二密封膜中所含的乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份,为0.01质量份以上,优选为0.1~0.5质量份,更优选为超过0.1质量份、且为0.5质量份以下、进而优选为超过0.2质量份、且为0.5质量份以下。由此,可进而较高抑制锈的产生。
从吸收和/或中和醋酸等酸的功能高出发,第一密封膜和第二密封膜各自所使用的酸吸收剂使用氢氧化镁(Mg(OH)2)。
氢氧化镁的平均粒径为0.01~10μm即可。从难以使光散射而保持密封膜高的透明性、且可得到高的酸吸收性能出发,氢氧化镁的平均粒径优选为1~5μm、特别是2~3μm。
一对密封膜中,第二密封膜优选进而含有着色剂。由此,由于太阳能电池内部的第一密封膜与第二密封膜的界面中光的反射、着色剂带来的光的漫反射,可使入射到太阳能电池单元之间的光、通过单元的光进行漫反射,再次入射到单元中。其结果,可提高入射到太阳能电池中的光的利用效率,提高发电性能。
作为着色剂,可使用氧化钛、碳酸钙、氧化锌、铅白、锌钡白、重晶石、沉降性硫酸钡、石膏等白色着色剂;群青等蓝色着色剂;炭黑等黑色着色剂;玻璃珠和光扩散剂等乳白色着色剂。其中,优选使用白色着色剂。
着色剂相对于第二密封膜所含的乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份,含有优选为2~10质量份、更优选为3~6质量份。
着色剂的平均粒径优选为0.01~10μm、特别是0.1~5μm。由此,可提高入射光的利用效率。
另外,酸吸收剂和着色剂的平均粒径为数平均值,该数平均值如下求得:通过透射型电子显微镜以倍率100万倍左右观测密封膜的截面,求出至少100个酸吸收剂或着色剂的投影面积圆的当量直径得到的数平均值。
一对密封膜中的第二密封膜优选进而含有润滑剂。由此,可提高密封膜的粘接性,抑制水分进入电池内部。
作为润滑剂,优选列举亚磷酸酯系化合物。作为亚磷酸酯系化合物,具体地说,为亚磷酸癸酯等亚磷酸烷基酯;酸性磷酸癸酯、酸性磷酸苯酯等的烷基或芳基酸性磷酸酯;磷酸三己酯、磷酸三甲苯酯等的三烷基或三芳基磷酸酯;二硫代磷酸锌等。
润滑剂的含量相对于第二密封膜所含的乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份,优选为0.01~5.0质量份、特别是0.1~0.4质量份。
第一密封膜和第二密封膜分别含有乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中的醋酸乙烯酯含量,相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份,优选为20~35质量份、进而为22~30质量份、特别为24~28质量份。醋酸乙烯酯的含量不足20质量份时,高温下交联固化时得到的密封膜的透明性可能不充分,超过35质量份时,可能容易产生羧酸、醇、胺等。
一对密封膜如上所述含有乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物和氢氧化镁,第一密封膜和第二密封膜优选进一步含有交联剂。由此,可将乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物交联固化,可提高耐久性。
作为交联剂,优选使用有机过氧化物。其中,从得到粘接力、透明性、耐湿性、耐贯通性的温度依赖性得到改善的密封膜出发,优选使用有机过氧化物。
作为有机过氧化物,只要是在100℃以上的温度下分解产生自由基,则可使用任一物质。有机过氧化物通常根据成膜温度、组合物的调制条件、固化温度、被粘物的耐热性、储藏稳定性来选择。特别优选半衰期10小时的分解温度为70℃以上的物质。
作为有机过氧化物,从树脂的加工温度和储藏稳定性的观点出发,优选列举例如,2,5-二甲基己烷-2,5-二过氧化氢、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(过氧化叔丁基)己烷、3-二-叔丁基过氧化物、叔二枯基过氧化物、2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(过氧化2-乙基己酰基)己烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(过氧化叔丁基)己烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(过氧化叔丁基)己炔、二枯基过氧化物、叔丁基枯基过氧化物、α,α′-双(过氧化叔丁基异丙基)苯、α,α′-双(过氧化叔丁基)二异丙基苯、正丁基-4,4-双(过氧化叔丁基)丁烷、2,2-双(过氧化叔丁基)丁烷、1,1-双(过氧化叔丁基)环己烷、1,1-双(过氧化叔丁基)3,3,5-三甲基环己烷、过氧化叔丁基苯甲酸酯、苯甲酰基过氧化物等。这些可单独使用一种,还可混合二种以上使用。
第一密封膜和第二密封膜各自的交联剂的含量,相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份,优选为0.1~5质量份、更优选为0.5~2.0质量份。交联剂的含量少时,所得密封膜的透明性可能会降低,含量多时,可能与共聚物的相容性变差。
第一密封膜和第二密封膜可根据需要进而含有交联助剂。交联助剂可提高乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物的凝胶分率、提高耐久性。
作为交联助剂(作为官能基具有自由基聚合性基团的化合物),可列举三烯丙基氰脲酸酯、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯等3官能的交联助剂、以及(甲基)丙烯酸酯(例如NK酯等)的单官能或2官能的交联助剂等。其中,优选三烯丙基氰脲酸酯和三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯,特别优选三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯。
第一密封膜和第二密封膜各自的交联助剂含量,相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份,优选为0.1~3.0质量份、特别是0.1~2.5质量份。
考虑到一对密封膜太阳能电池内部的密封性能时,优选具有优异的粘接力。因此,第一密封膜和第二密封膜进而含有粘接提高剂即可。
作为粘接提高剂,可使用硅烷偶联剂。由此,可形成具有优异粘接力的密封膜。作为硅烷偶联剂,可列举γ-氯丙基甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油氧丙基三乙氧基硅烷、β-(3,4-乙氧基环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三氯硅烷、γ-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨基乙基)-γ-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷。这些硅烷偶联剂可单独使用,或也可组合2种以上使用。其中,特别优选列举γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
第一密封膜和第二密封膜各自的硅烷偶联剂的含量,相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份,优选为0.1~0.7质量份、特别是0.15~0.65质量份。
一对密封膜,为了改善或调整膜的各种物性(机械强度、透明性等光学的特性、耐热性、耐光性、交联速度等),可根据需要进而含有增塑剂、含丙烯酰氧基的化合物、含甲基丙烯酰氧基的化合物和/或含环氧基的化合物等各种添加剂。
作为增塑剂,并无特别限定,通常可使用多元酸的酯、多元醇的酯。作为其例子,可列举邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、己二酸二己酯、三乙二醇-二-2-乙基丁酸酯、癸二酸丁酯、四乙二醇二庚酸酯、三乙二醇二壬酸酯。增塑剂可使用一种、也可组合二种以上使用。第一密封膜和第二密封膜各自的增塑剂的含量,相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份,优选为5质量份以下的范围。
作为含丙烯酰氧基的化合物和含甲基丙烯酰氧基的化合物,通常为丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸衍生物,可列举例如丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸的酯或酰胺。作为酯残基的例子,可列举甲基、乙基、十二烷基、硬脂基、月桂基等直链状的烷基、环己基、四氢糠基、氨基乙基、2-羟基乙基、3-羟基丙基、3-氯-2-羟基丙基。作为酰胺的例子,可列举二丙酮丙烯酰胺。此外,还可列举乙二醇、三乙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚乙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇等多元醇与丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸的酯。
作为含环氧基的化合物,可列举三缩水甘油基三(2-羟基乙基)异氰脲酸酯、新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚、1,6-己二醇二缩水甘油醚、烯丙基缩水甘油醚、2-乙基己基缩水甘油醚、苯基缩水甘油醚、苯酚(亚乙基氧)缩水甘油醚、对-叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚、己二酸二缩水甘油基酯、邻苯二甲酸二缩水甘油基酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、丁基缩水甘油醚。
第一密封膜和第二密封膜各自的含丙烯酰氧基的化合物、含甲基丙烯酰氧基的化合物、或含环氧基的化合物的含量,相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份,分别优选为0.5~5.0质量份、特别是1.0~4.0质量份。
进而,一对密封膜可含有紫外线吸收剂、光稳定剂和抗老化剂。
通过一对密封膜含有紫外线吸收剂,可抑制受照射光等的影响而乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物劣化、密封膜黄变。作为紫外线吸收剂没有特别限制,优选列举2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正十二氧二苯甲酮、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2,2′-二羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮等二苯甲酮系紫外线吸收剂。另外,第一密封膜和第二密封膜各自的二苯甲酮系紫外线吸收剂的含量,相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份,优选为0.01~5质量份。
通过一对密封膜含有光稳定剂,也可抑制受照射光等的影响而乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物劣化、密封膜黄变。作为光稳定剂,优选使用称为受阻胺系的光稳定剂,可列举例如,LA-52、LA-57、LA-62、LA-63LA-63p、LA-67、LA-68(均为(株)ADEKA制造)、Tinuvin744、Tinuvin 770、Tinuvin 765、Tinuvin144、Tinuvin 622LD、CHIMASSORB 944LD(均为西巴特殊品化学株式会社制造)、UV-3034(B.F.グツドリツチ公司制造)等。另外,上述光稳定剂可单独使用,也可组合2种以上使用。第一密封膜和第二密封膜各自的光稳定剂的配合量,相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份,优选为0.01~5质量份。
作为抗老化剂,可列举例如N,N′-己烷-1,6-二基双〔3-(3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰胺〕等受阻酚系抗氧化剂、磷系热稳定剂、内酯系热稳定剂、维他命E系热稳定剂、硫系热稳定剂等。
一对密封膜中,优选第一密封膜的厚度比第二密封膜的厚度厚。由此通过密封膜吸收施加到太阳能电池的应力,可防止因第一密封膜与受光面侧保护材的界面的剥离使得水分进入电池内,可较高抑制锈。
第一密封膜的厚度优选为0.4mm~1.4mm、特别是0.6mm~1.2mm。
第二密封膜的厚度优选为0.2mm~1.0mm、特别是0.4mm~0.8mm。
为了形成上述密封膜,基于公知的方法进行即可。例如,可通过通常的挤出成形、或压延成形(Calendering)等将包含上述各成分的组合物成形得到薄片状物的方法来制造。通过使用挤出成形等加热压延来成膜时,加热通常为50~90℃的范围。
制造含有着色剂的第二密封膜时,从可充分分散着色剂出发,优选预先将高浓度的着色剂与乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物混合制作母炼胶,进而在该母炼胶中混合上述其它成分来得到组合物。
此外,还可将前述组合物溶解到溶剂中,将该溶液通过适当的涂布机(涂布器)涂布到适当的支撑体上,干燥,形成涂膜,从而得到薄片状物。
一对密封膜用于在第一密封膜和第二密封膜之间夹设太阳能电池单元等被密封部件、密封该被密封部件。太阳能电池单元接受光来进行发电,通常的太阳能电池中为了得到高的发电力,将多个太阳能电池单元串联或并联连接,密封到第一密封膜和第二密封膜之间。
一对密封膜除了用于太阳能电池以外,还适合用于在2张透明基板之间插入金属膜的热线遮蔽用夹层玻璃(laminatedglass)中密封金属膜。根据本发明的一对密封膜,即便这样的金属膜也可较高抑制锈的产生。除此之外,还适合用于钟表、电子计算机、个人电脑、便携电话等物品中在其间密封金属部件。其中,本发明的一对密封膜特别适合用于太阳能电池。
使用了一对密封膜的太阳能电池的结构没有特别限制,如图1所示,结构为依次配置:内表面侧保护材12、第二密封膜(内表面侧密封膜)13B、太阳能电池单元14、第一密封膜(受光面侧密封膜)13A、和透光性的受光面侧保护材11。换言之,上述太阳能电池的结构具有:覆盖透光性的受光面侧保护材11的第一密封膜13A、和覆盖内表面侧保护材12的第二密封膜13B,为了将第一密封膜13A和第二密封膜13B接触,在第一与第二密封膜之间配置太阳能电池单元14。
通过将第一密封膜13A和第二密封膜13B中所含的乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物交联固化,可在这些密封膜13A和13B之间密封太阳能电池单元14。另外,太阳能电池单元14不仅是硅发电元件这样的单晶或多晶硅基板,还可以无定形硅等的薄膜、CIGS、CdTe等材料形成。
太阳能电池中,为了充分密封太阳能电池单元14,按顺序层叠透光性的受光面侧保护材11、第一密封膜13A、太阳能电池单元14、第二密封膜13B和内表面侧保护材12,并通过加热加压等常规方法,将将所得层叠体的第一密封膜和第二密封膜交联固化即可。
加热加压时,例如,用真空层压机将层叠体在温度135~180℃、进而140~180℃、特别是155~180℃、脱气时间0.1~5分钟、加压压力0.1~1.5kg/cm2、加压时间5~15分钟下加热压粘即可。
透光性的受光面侧保护材为例如硅酸盐玻璃等玻璃基板即可。玻璃基板的厚度通常为0.1~10mm,优选0.3~5mm。玻璃基板通常可以进行化学或热强化。
内表面侧保护材为PET等塑料薄膜,但考虑到耐热性、耐湿热性,优选按顺序层叠氟化聚乙烯薄膜、特别是氟化聚乙烯薄膜/Al/氟化聚乙烯薄膜得到的薄膜。
另外,太阳能电池中,对于透光性的受光面侧保护材、内表面侧保护材和太阳能电池单元等的密封膜以外的部件,具有与现有公知的太阳能电池同样的结构即可,没有特别限制。
实施例
以下,通过实施例说明本发明。本发明并不受以下实施例限制。
(实施例1)
1.第一密封膜的制作
用以下所示的配方1将各材料供给到辊磨机中,在70℃下混炼,70℃下将所得组合物压延成形,自然冷却,从而得到第一密封膜(厚度1.0mm)。
配方1:
EVA(相对于EVA100质量份的醋酸乙烯酯的含量为26质量份)100质量份
酸吸收剂(Mg(OH)2、平均粒径3μm)0.1质量份
交联剂(2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(过氧化2-乙基己酰基)己烷)1.0质量份
交联助剂(三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯)2.0质量份
硅烷偶联剂(γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷)0.3质量份
2.第二密封膜的制作
用以下所示的配方2将各材料供给到辊磨机中,在70℃下混炼,70℃下将所得组合物压延成形,自然冷却,从而得到第二密封膜(厚度1.0mm)。
配方2;
EVA(相对于EVA100质量份的醋酸乙烯酯的含量为26质量份)100质量份
酸吸收剂(Mg(OH)2、平均粒径3μm)0.5质量份
着色剂(氧化钛、平均粒径0.1μm)4.2质量份
交联剂(2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(过氧化2-乙基己酰基)己烷)1.0质量份
交联助剂(三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯)2.0质量份
硅烷偶联剂(γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷)0.15质量份
润滑剂(亚磷酸三异癸酯)0.3质量份
另外,Mg(OH)2的含量的测定使用扫描型荧光X射线分析装置(ZSX PrimusII株式会社リガク制造)进行。
3.太阳能电池的制作
使用上述制作的第一密封膜和第二密封膜,按顺序层叠由玻璃板(厚度0.3mm)形成的透光性的受光面侧保护材、第一密封膜、由硅发电元件形成的太阳能电池单元、第二密封膜和由氟化聚乙烯薄膜(厚度50μm)形成的内表面侧保护材。将所得层叠体装入橡胶袋中真空脱气,在100℃温度下预备压粘后,进而放入高压釜中,在压力13×105Pa、温度140℃的条件下加热加压30分钟。
(实施例2和比较例1~3)
如表1所示改变第一密封膜和第二密封膜中所含的酸吸收剂的浓度,除此以外,与实施例1同样制作密封膜,使用其制作太阳能电池。
(评价)
通过光谱调整为AM1.5的太阳模拟器,对上述制作的各太阳能电池照射25℃、照射强度1000mW/cm2的模拟太阳光,测定太阳能电池的开路电压[V]、每1cm2的公称最大输出工作电流[A]和公称最大输出工作电压[V],从这些的乘积求出公称最大输出功率A1[W](JIS C8911 1998)。
接着,在基于JIS-C-8917(2005)的环境(温度85±2℃、湿度85±5%RH)下放置太阳能电池5500小时,对放置后的太阳能电池与上述同样求出公称最大输出功率A2[W],求出放置前和放置后的公称最大输出功率的变化率[(A2-A1)/A1×100]。结果示于表1。

从表1所示结果可知,实施例的太阳能电池由于使用了本发明的一对密封膜,因而可经长期发挥高的发电性能,耐久性优异。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的一对密封膜在太阳能电池、钟表、电子计算机、个人电脑、便携电话等电子物品和热线遮蔽性夹层玻璃等物品中,适合用于在其间密封金属部件。
Claims (14)
1.一对密封膜,其特征在于,其为用于在其间密封被密封部件的一对密封膜,
所述密封膜含有乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,第一密封膜相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份含有氢氧化镁0.2质量份以下,第二密封膜相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份含有氢氧化镁0.01质量份以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一对密封膜,其特征在于,所述第一密封膜相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份含有0.05质量份~0.15质量份氢氧化镁。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一对密封膜,其特征在于,所述第二密封膜相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份含有0.1质量份~0.5质量份氢氧化镁。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一对密封膜,其特征在于,所述第二密封膜含有着色剂。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的一对密封膜,其特征在于,所述第二密封膜含有润滑剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一对密封膜,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为亚磷酸酯系化合物。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的一对密封膜,其特征在于,所述第一密封膜的厚度比所述第二密封膜的厚度厚。
8.一种太阳能电池,其特征在于,其具备:
透光性的受光面侧保护材;
第一密封膜,其包含乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、且覆盖所述受光面侧保护材;
内表面侧保护材;
第二密封膜,其包含乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、且覆盖所述内表面侧保护材;和,
太阳能电池单元,其配置在所述第一与第二密封膜之间;
所述第一密封膜相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份含有氢氧化镁0.2质量份以下,
所述第二密封膜相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份含有氢氧化镁0.01质量份以上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于,所述第一密封膜相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份含有0.05质量份~0.15质量份氢氧化镁。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于,所述第二密封膜相对于乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100质量份含有0.1质量份~0.5质量份氢氧化镁。
11.根据权利要求8~10任一项所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于,所述第二密封膜含有着色剂。
12.根据权利要求8~11任一项所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于,所述第二密封膜包含润滑剂。
13.根据权利要求12所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为亚磷酸酯系化合物。
14.根据权利要求8~13任一项所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于,所述第一密封膜的厚度比所述第二密封膜的厚度厚。
