Abstract

背景技术
气动式往复活塞泵熟知为用于多种流体的泵送。这种泵典型地具有机械或气动操作的空气阀以控制空气流动至活塞两侧。传统地,通过监控及控制所产生的流体流而不是泵本身,实现对这种泵的控制。例如Graco′s EXTREME-MIXTM比例调节器的现有技术的设备监控活塞的位置以用于控制的目的。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种系统,该系统允许往复空气马达的增强监控和控制,从而允许监控活塞的位置、周期率(cycle rate)和流率(flow rate)、总周期(total cycles)、失控控制以及诊断故障的空气马达和泵下游构件的能力。
这种控制使用安装在空气马达的阀座中的磁体和两个安装在阀盖中的簧片传感器,以监控阀的速度和位置。螺线管安装在阀盖上,并且可控制螺线管以将柱塞延伸至阀座中,从而停止阀运动并由此阻止泵的失控(典型地由没有流体供给引起)。用户界面包括LCD和按钮,以设定及控制泵。可切换显示器以显示周期率、流率(以各种单位)、总周期、以及诊断错误。设定参数可包括流体单位(夸脱、升等)和失控设定点。

磁阻传感器设置在空气马达的中部以精确地监控活塞的位置。与来自空气阀传感器的数据结合的来自所述传感器的数据提供泵的精确控制和诊断所必须的输入并使其适于测量和多种构件应用。
本发明的控制器能够利用来自线性换能器(transducer)的信息来反馈给空气压力(或者如果液压的话,则是流体压力),以通过轴位移和速度来控制流量和流率。所述反馈可以用在具有一种流体的简单的计量分配系统中或用在两种(或多种)组分的系统中,其中反馈用来保持流动,压力和比率。

具体实施方式
气动式往复活塞泵10中,控制器12使用安装在空气马达18的阀座16中的磁体14和两个安装在阀盖22中的簧片传感器20,以监控阀16的速度和位置。螺线管24安装在阀盖22上,并且可控制螺线管以将柱塞26延伸至阀座16中,从而停止阀的运动并由此阻止泵10的失控(典型地由没有流体供给,或其它供给管道的软管具有泄露/破裂引起)。用户界面28包括LCD显示器30和按钮32,以设定及控制泵10。可切换显示器30以显示周期率、流率(以各种单位)、总周期、以及诊断错误。设定参数可包括流体单位(夸脱、升等)和失控设定点。

图8所示的本发明的控制器12可以利用来自线性换能器的信息来反馈给空气压力(或者如果液压的话,则是流体压力),以通过轴位移和速度来控制流量和流率。这可以通过空气压力调节器40进行,该调节器40调节加压空气(或液压流体)的供应源42。所述反馈可以用在具有一种流体的简单的计量分配系统中或用在两种(或多种)组分的系统中,其中反馈用来保持流动,压力和比率。
可以想到的是,不脱离如以下权利要求限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以对泵的控制作出多种变化和修改。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有空气阀的气动泵,所述空气阀具有阀座和阀盖,改进包括:
磁体,其安装在所述空气马达的所述阀座中;以及
第一和第二簧片传感器,其安装在所述阀盖中以监控所述阀的速度和位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的气动泵,所述气动泵进一步包括螺线管,所述螺线管具有柱塞并安装在所述阀盖上,所述螺线管能够将所述柱塞延伸至所述阀座中以停止阀运动并由此阻止所述泵的失控。
3.如权利要求1所述的气动泵,所述气动泵进一步包括用户界面,所述用户界面监控所述簧片传感器以允许显示多种参数。
4.如权利要求3所述的气动泵,其中,所述参数可包括周期率、流率、总周期、以及诊断错误。
5.如权利要求1所述的气动泵,其中,所述气动泵包括活塞,并进一步包括用于检测所述活塞的位置的传感器。
6.如权利要求5所述的气动泵,其中,所述传感器包括磁阻传感器。
7.如权利要求1所述的气动泵,还包括控制器,并且其中所述控制器利用来自所述线性换能器的信息来反馈给输入到所述气动泵的空气压力。
8.如权利要求7所述的气动泵,其中所述控制器通过控制轴位移和速度来控制泵流量。
9.如权利要求7所述的气动泵,其中所述控制器通过控制轴位移和速度来控制流率。
