技术领域

背景技术
气动式往复活塞泵熟知为用于多种流体的泵送。这种泵典型地具有机械或气动操作的空气阀以控制空气流动至活塞两侧。传统地,通过监控及控制所产生的流体流而不是泵本身,实现对这种泵的控制。例如Graco′s EXTREME-MIXTM比例调节器的现有技术的设备监控活塞的位置以用于控制的目的。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种系统,该系统允许往复空气马达的增强监控和控制,从而允许监控活塞的位置、周期率和流率、总周期、失控控制以及诊断故障的空气马达和泵下游构件的能力。
这种控制使用安装在空气马达的阀座中的磁体和两个安装在阀盖中的簧片传感器,以监控阀的速度和位置。螺线管安装在阀盖上,并且可控制螺线管以将柱塞延伸至阀座中,从而停止阀运动并由此阻止泵的失控(典型地由没有流体供给引起)。用户界面包括LCD和按钮,以设定及控制泵。可切换显示器以显示周期率、流率(以各种单位)、总周期、以及诊断错误。设定参数可包括流体单位(夸脱、升等)和失控设定点。

三种方法可被用于延长电池的寿命及监控螺线管柱塞的位置,其中两种方法使用螺线管的变化的感应系数以监控螺线管的运动。
在第一方法中,当对螺线管通电时,控制器软件监控螺线管的电压曲线。当螺线管柱塞到达其冲程末端时,软件将停止电压脉冲。
在接下来的实施方式中,当对螺线管通电时,控制器软件监控螺线管的电压曲线。如果电压尖峰不出现在电压曲线末端(在固定量的时间内),则控制器软件将获悉螺线管未锁闭,并由此不完成其需要的运动。
在最后的实施方式中,当施加电压脉冲时,测量螺线管上的电压,从而确定当前的电池电压水平是否足以启动螺线管。

具体实施方式
气动式往复活塞泵10中,控制器12使用安装在空气马达18的阀座16中的磁体14和两个安装在阀盖22中的簧片传感器20,以监控阀16的速度和位置。螺线管24安装在阀盖22上,并且可控制螺线管以将柱塞26延伸至阀座16中,从而停止阀的运动并由此阻止泵10的失控(典型地由没有流体供给,或其它供给管道的软管具有泄露/破裂引起)。用户界面28包括LCD显示器30和按钮32,以设定及控制泵10。可切换显示器30以显示周期率、流率(以各种单位)、总周期、以及诊断错误。设定参数可包括流体单位(夸脱、升等)和失控设定点。

Claims (3)

1.一种控制具有空气阀的气动泵的方法,所述空气阀具有阀座和阀盖,所述方法包括:
提供:磁体,其安装在所述空气阀的所述阀座中;第一和第二簧片传感器,其安装在所述阀盖中以监控所述阀的速度和位置;以及螺线管,其具有电压曲线和柱塞,并安装在所述阀盖上,所述螺线管能够通过电压脉冲将所述柱塞延伸至所述阀座中以停止阀的运动;
当所述螺线管通电时,监控所述螺线管的所述电压曲线;以及
当所述螺线管柱塞到达其冲程末端时,停止所述电压脉冲。
2.一种控制具有空气阀的气动泵的方法,所述空气阀具有阀座和阀盖,所述方法包括:
