Abstract
Description
Claims (3)
- バルブカップおよびバルブカバーを備えた空気バルブを有する空気作動のポンプを制御する方法であって、
前記バルブの速度および位置をモニターするために前記空気モータの前記バルブカップに取り付けられたマグネットならびに前記バルブカバーに取り付けられた第一および第二のリードセンサと、電圧曲線およびプランジャーを有するとともに前記バルブカバー上に取り付けられたソレノイドであって、バルブの動作を停止させるために前記プランジャーを電圧パルスにより前記バルブカップへと延ばすことができるソレノイドとを設け、
前記ソレノイドに電圧が印加されたときに前記ソレノイドの電圧曲線をモニターし、
前記ソレノイドのプランジャーがそのストロークの端に達したときに、前記電圧パルスを停止させる方法。 - バルブカップおよびバルブカバーを備えた空気バルブを有する空気作動のポンプを制御する方法であって、
前記バルブの速度および位置をモニターするために前記空気モータの前記バルブカップに取り付けられたマグネットならびに前記バルブカバーに取り付けられた第一および第二のリードセンサと、電圧曲線およびプランジャーを有するとともに前記バルブカバー上に取り付けられたソレノイドであって、バルブの動作を停止させるために前記プランジャーを電圧パルスにより前記バルブカップへと延ばすことができるソレノイドとを設け、
前記ソレノイドに、電圧スパイクのために一定時間にわたって電圧が印加されたときに前記ソレノイドの電圧曲線をモニターし、
前記一定時間内に前記スパイクが発生しない場合に警告を与える方法。 - バルブカップおよびバルブカバーを備えた空気バルブを有する空気作動のポンプを制御する方法であって、
前記バルブの速度および位置をモニターするために前記空気モータの前記バルブカップに取り付けられたマグネットならびに前記バルブカバーに取り付けられた第一および第二のリードセンサと、電圧曲線およびプランジャーを有するとともに前記バルブカバー上に取り付けられたソレノイドであって、バルブの動作を停止させるために前記プランジャーを電圧パルスにより前記バルブカップへと延ばすことができるソレノイドとを設け、
前記ソレノイドに電圧が印加されたときに前記ソレノイドの電圧曲線をモニターして、現在のバッテリ電圧レベルが前記ソレノイドを作動させるのに十分かどうかを決定し、
前記バッテリ電圧レベルが前記ソレノイドを作動させるのに十分でない場合に警告を与える方法。
