用于铲接胎体帘布层的连接端的铲斗状板在下连接辊的前进方向的前方设置在每个连接部的下垂直驱动部中。
楔形倾斜部分可以形成在连接部件的与胎体帘布层的连接端面接触的部分中,藉此,提供用于防止连接端面的重叠的分隔板的功能。
[本发明的有益效果]
根据与本发明有关的用于连接胎体帘布层的设备,连接部与对齐部一起设置在筒体下发。因此,胎体帘布层的端部向下变形(向筒体外)的特性从下面(从筒体外侧)被有效抑制,使得在需要精密调节的情况下可以执行精确的连接。此外,用于连接的装置不需要设置在筒体内。因此,可以简化筒体,并且对连接部和对齐部的间隔的限制被放松。此外,增加了连接设备的刚性从而提高设备的可靠性。

具体实施方式
以下使用附图由实施例详细说明根据本发明的用于连接胎体帘布层的设备。
[实施例1]

如图1和2所示,由缠绕有胎体帘布层W的、与一个轮胎(将稍后说明)相对应的圆柱形筒体10支撑在筒体支撑部11的水平旋转轴12上,以可通过旋转驱动部13旋转,并且通过扩张/收缩机构14可扩张和可收缩。
一对(左右)连接部15A和15B和一对(前后)对齐部16A和16B布置在圆柱形筒体10的下方,所述一对连接部沿着圆柱形筒体10的开口部(间隙)G在筒体的轴向方向上移动,并且连接胎体帘布层W的连接端(缠绕开始端和缠绕完成端)面向并进入开口部G,所述一对对齐部在通过连接部15A和15B进行连接的期间靠近和对齐胎体帘布层W的端部。当圆柱形筒体10的直径(所述圆柱形筒体的各个段)增加时,开口部G被设计为自然形成。
如图3和4所示,连接部15A、15B每个都包括一对(上和下)锥形连接辊(前束辊装置)17a和17b、用于在垂直方向通过圆柱体(cylinder)或类似部件驱动连接辊17a和17b的垂直驱动部18a和18b、和用于连接垂直驱动部18a和18b的薄板形连接部件19。连接部移动驱动电动机24(见图2)可以通过一对(前后)线性导向件20a和20b而允许连接部15A和15B每一个移动(滑动),线性导向20a和20b在适当的基台上沿筒体的轴向方向延伸。
下垂直驱动部18b具有铲斗状板21,铲斗状板21在连接辊17b的前进方向(见图3中箭头)上设置在下连接辊17b的前方,且铲斗状板21适于铲接胎体帘布层W的接头端。在连接部件19的前边缘部分和后边缘部分中,楔形倾斜部19a和19b形成在所述前边缘部分和后边缘部分,胎体帘布层W的连接或接头端面与所述前边缘部分和后边缘部分接触,藉此,提供了用于防止接头端面重叠的分隔板的功能。在图3中,辅助辊22适于将胎体帘布层W的接头端保持在辅助辊22和铲斗状板21之间。
在上下成对的锥形连接辊(前束辊装置)17a和17b中,下连接辊17b的组成辊中的一个通过锥形辊驱动电动机23旋转地驱动,藉此,另一个组成辊通过斜面齿轮机构也在相反的方向上旋转。因此,实现所谓的移动辊的功能。另一方面,上连接辊17a将胎体帘布层W的接头端保持在上连接辊17a和下连接辊17b之间。在这种情况下,连接部15A、15B移动,藉此,两个辊以随动的方式旋转。因此,实现了所谓的移动辊的功能。
如图5所示,对齐部16A和16B布置在左右成对的连接部15A和15B的移动线两侧,并且除了其稍后说明的部分外具有相同的结构。即,对齐部16A和16B具有支撑台28,所述支撑台水平地安装在一对(左右)基台25上,以通过一对(左右)平行连杆26和一对(左右)提升气缸27的作用可上升和可下降。支撑台28是长度略超过圆柱形筒体10的整体长度的较长物体(见图1)。
滑块30放置在支撑台28上,以通过线性导向件29可在前后方向(垂直于连接部15A和15B的移动线的方向)移动(滑动)。用于滑块驱动的两级气缸31置于滑块30和支撑台28之间。这些部件(线性导向件29、滑块30、两级气缸31等)组成辊驱动部,并且这些辊驱动部中的多个沿其左右方向(沿着连接部15A和15B的移动线的方向)安装在每个支撑台28上(见图1)。
一对(左右)臂33的近端通过销连接到滑块30上,臂33支撑对齐辊32的靠近臂33前缘的组成辊,以使所述组成棍可在向前方向和向后方向上旋转。用于总是向上推动臂33的前端侧的弹簧34置于臂33的中间位置与滑块30之间。
如图9所示,对齐辊32由以下四个辊组成,即,向前和向后布置的两个辊,和在前后方向上重叠的这些辊的两侧布置的两个棍。即,尽可能多地沿前后方向(从胎体帘布层中心侧朝向所述胎体帘布层接头端的方向)布置对齐辊32,使得位于相应辊上的胎体帘布层W的端侧可以被线性支撑和调节。
如从图9中所示的对齐辊32的布局所示,对齐部16A的辊驱动部和对齐部16B的辊驱动部沿左右方向(沿着连接部15A、15B的移动线方向)以交错排列的结构(Z字形)布置。在两级气缸31的延伸极限位置处,即,对齐辊32的最前面的位置处,两个对齐部16A和对齐部16B的对齐辊32中最前面的辊可以位于胎体帘布层W的连接线上(见图10)。
在图5中,沿着圆柱形筒体10的开口部G嵌入的磁铁35a、35b可以临时地保持胎体帘布层W的端侧。
接下来,使用附图说明用于连接胎体帘布层的所述设备的运动。
如图6所示,圆柱形筒体10缠绕有被切割成与一个轮胎相对应的尺寸的胎体帘布层W,所述圆柱形筒体具有通过膨胀/收缩机构14而增加直径以形成圆柱形表面的部分。胎体帘布层W的缠绕端位于圆柱形筒体10的开口部G的中心处。(可以在圆柱形筒体10的下部开始进行缠绕,但是这里却在圆柱形筒体10的上部开始进行缠绕)。胎体帘布层W的每个端部由于其自身重量从圆柱形筒体10的开口部G向筒体内下垂。
然后,如图7和8所示,圆柱形筒体10通过旋转驱动部13旋转,以将圆柱形筒体10的开口部G定位在下部位置处。这时,胎体帘布层W的每个端部由于其自身重量从圆柱形筒体10的开口部G向筒体外下垂,结果,胎体帘布层W的接头端打开。下垂量不是常量,而是基于胎体帘布层W的特征,或者当被缠绕时胎体帘布层的前端或后端的处理状态而变化。
然后,如图8和9所示,使左右成对的连接部15A和15B通过各自的连接部移动驱动电动机24移动(滑动)到胎体帘布层W的连接线的中心附近。此位置没有必要必须在中心,但是优选地不应该是端部区。在这种情况下,因为楔形倾斜部19a和19b(见图3)在连接部件19的与胎体帘布层W的接头端面接触部分中形成,所以缠绕在圆柱形筒体10上的胎体帘布层W不起折皱或着不移动。
然后,如图10-12所示,前后成对的对齐部16A和16B的支撑台28通过提升气缸27而提高,以将对齐辊32压靠在圆柱形筒体10(胎体帘布层W的下表面)上(见图5中的对齐部16B的状态)。然后,在这个状态被保持的情况下,通过两级气缸31使对齐辊32从圆柱形筒体10的开口部G的外侧朝向开口部G的中心移动。即,两级气缸31从收缩限制位置移动到延伸限制位置。
每个对齐辊32的组成辊被布置成当最前面的辊已经移动到圆柱形筒体10的开口部G的中心时,最后面的辊接触圆柱形筒体10的开口端。在这种情况下,成排的组成辊近似水平(见图11)。此时,胎体帘布层W的端部(即,缠绕开始端和缠绕结束端)相互靠近并彼此对齐,并且近似接触。然而,沿着连接构件的厚度的间隙形成在连接部15A和15B的连接部件19处,并且位于所述连接部件的前面和后面(见图12)。
然后,如图13和14所示,左连接部15B的下连接辊17b例如通过垂直驱动部18b被升高,以使连接辊17b的锥形部分与胎体帘布层W的端部的下表面接触。同时,铲斗状板21也被升高以与胎体帘布层W的端部的下表面接触,藉此,被连接部件19(倾斜部19a、19b)分开的胎体帘布层W端部(即,缠绕开始端和缠绕结束端)以被升高的方式对齐。然后,左连接部15B的上连接辊17a通过垂直驱动部18a被降低,以使连接辊17a的锥形部分与胎体帘布层W的端部的上表面接触。
然后,如图15所示,左连接部15B通过连接部移动驱动电动机24沿着线性导向件20a、20b前进(见图中的箭头)。在这种情况下,位于左连接部15B前面的对齐辊32通过两级气缸31按顺序地退回。在此退回位置(两级气缸31的延伸极限位置与收缩极限位置之间的中间位置)处,胎体帘布层W被夹在最前面的辊和圆柱形筒体10的开口边缘部之间,以保持胎体帘布层W(见图13和14)。
然后,如图16(a)-16(d)所示,右连接部15A通过连接部移动驱动电动机24退回,直到右连接部15A的连接辊17a、17b位于左连接部15B开始进行连接的位置处(见图16(a)→图16(b))。然后,右连接部15A允许以与如参照图13-15说明的左连接部15B相同的方式作用,藉此,胎体帘布层W的端部轴向相对侧(见图15中的箭头)被连接在一起(见图16(c)→图16(d))。
然后,左右成对的连接部15A和15B移动到胎体帘布层W的连接线外侧以完成连接。最后,前后成对的对齐部16A和16B被提升气缸27降低,以停止连接动作。
根据上述实施例,左右成对的连接部15A和15B与前后成对的对齐部16A和16B一起设置在圆柱形筒体10下方。因此,胎体帘布层W的端部向下(向筒体外)变形的特性从下方(从圆柱形筒体10外侧)被有效抑制,使得在不需要精密调节的情况下可以执行精确连接。
在圆柱形筒体10内也没有必要设置用于连接的装置。因此,圆柱形筒体10可以被简化,并且对连接部15A、15B和对齐部16A、16B的间隔的限制也被放松。此外,增加了连接设备的刚性从而提高设备的可靠性。
此外,左右成对的连接部15A和15B的安装能够平滑并迅速连接较宽的胎体帘布层W的端部。
此外,前后成对的对齐部16A和16B的多个对齐辊32安装在胎体帘布层W的连接线的两侧,并且沿连接线安装。因此,与左右成对的连接部15A和15B的铲斗状板21协作的对齐辊32能够使胎体帘布层W的端部高精度地相互靠近并彼此对齐。
图17是连接部的主视图,显示本发明的实施例2。图18是连接部的侧视图。
这是分隔板40与下垂直驱动部18b的铲斗状板21形成一体的实施例,所述分隔板具有与实施例1中的连接部件19的倾斜部19a、19b的功能相同的功能。其它特征与实施例1相同,因此,省略相同的说明。
在本实施例中,获得与实施例1相同的作用和效果。
不用说,本发明不限于以上实施例,并且在不背离本发明的精神的情况下可以进行各种改变和修改。例如,左右成对的连接部可以被限于所述左右成对连接部中的一个,连接部和对齐部的线性导向件可以被其它移动机构代替、或者可以增加或减少对齐辊的组成辊的数量。此外,在连接部移动的筒体的轴向方向的开口部可以在缠绕胎体帘布层时在连续圆柱表面中闭合,但是可以仅在连接动作过程中以打开形式设置。
工业实用性
根据本发明的用于连接胎体帘布层的设备优选地在用于生产工程车辆或类似车辆的大轮胎的设备中使用。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于连接胎体帘布层的设备,所述设备对接围绕圆柱形筒体缠绕的胎体帘布层的缠绕开始端和缠绕结束端,所述设备包括:
连接部,用于连接所述胎体帘布层的所述缠绕开始端和所述缠绕结束端;和
对齐部,用于在通过所述连接部进行的连接期间对齐所述胎体帘布层的所述缠绕开始端和所述缠绕结束端,
所述连接部和所述对齐部设置在所述圆柱形筒体下方,所述圆柱形筒体被支撑在水平状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于连接胎体帘布层的设备,其中:
一对连接部安装在右位置和左位置处,以能够沿所述筒体的轴向方向滑动;
所述连接部中的每一个都包括作为辊对的上锥形连接辊和下锥形连接辊、用于在垂直方向上驱动所述上锥形连接辊和所述下锥形连接辊的上垂直驱动部和下垂直驱动部、和用于连接所述上垂直驱动部和所述下垂直驱动部的连接部件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于连接胎体帘布层的设备,其中:
所述对齐部中的每一个都包括多个对齐辊和多个辊驱动部,所述多个辊驱动部用于能够旋转地支撑所述对齐辊,并且在通过所述对齐辊将所述胎体帘布层压靠在所述圆柱形筒体上的同时,从所述胎体帘布层的中心侧朝向所述胎体帘布层的连接端驱动所述对齐辊;
所述对齐辊和所述辊驱动部安装在所述胎体帘布层的连接线两侧,并且沿着所述连接线安装。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于连接胎体帘布层的设备,其中:
所述对齐部中的每一个都包括多个对齐辊和多个辊驱动部,所述多个辊驱动部能够旋转地支撑所述对齐辊,并且在通过所述对齐辊将所述胎体帘布层压靠在所述圆柱形筒体上的同时,从所述胎体帘布层的中心侧朝向所述胎体帘布层的连接端驱动所述对齐辊。
所述对齐辊和所述辊驱动部安装在所述胎体帘布层的连接线的两侧,并且沿着所述连接线安装。
5.根据权利要求2所述的用于连接胎体帘布层的设备,其中:
用于铲接所述胎体帘布层的连接端的铲斗状板在所述下连接辊的前进方向的前方设置在每一个连接部的所述下垂直驱动部中。
6.根据权利要求2所述的用于连接胎体帘布层的设备,其中:
楔形倾斜部形成在所述连接部件的与所述胎体帘布层的连接端表面接触的部分中,藉此,提供了用于防止所述连接端表面的重叠的分隔板的功能。
