Abstract

橡胶构件接合装置
技术领域
本发明涉及用于将片状橡胶构件的端部彼此抵接以使端部接合的橡胶构件接合装置。
背景技术
轮胎由作为片状橡胶构件的各种轮胎构成构件制造。在轮胎制造过程中,例如,胎体帘布层围绕成形鼓缠绕。在这之后,通过接合装置使胎体帘布层的前端部和后端部彼此抵接并接合到一起以形成筒状胎体帘布层。作为这种接合装置,已知用于通过一对接合辊自动地将橡胶构件的端部接合到一起的装置(参见专利文献1)。
在现有技术的接合装置中,一对接合辊沿着橡胶构件的端部移动。橡胶构件的两端部由一对接合辊接合在一起。然而,利用该接合装置,由于两端部是在橡胶构件的表面中的一个表面上接合,因此两端部不能从两个表面接合到一起。结果,橡胶构件的两端部在一个表面上接合强度和另一个表面上的接合强度可能存在差异。因此,鉴于更牢固地接合端部,仍有提高的余地。特别地,近年来,需要确保橡胶构件的强度以响应轮胎轻质化的趋势。随着这种趋势,要求提高端部的接合强度。
另外,利用现有技术的接合装置,整个装置的尺寸大并且控制复杂。因而增加了装置成本。并且还需要用于安装装置的大空间。对应于布置接合装置作业所需的时间,接合作业的周期变长。还有一个问题就是,即使在没有使用接合装置的时候,由于接合装置仍留在轮胎成形装置中,因此接合装置占用空间。此外,由于接合装置的移动需要大量人力,因此难以在多个轮胎成形装置中共享接合装置。为了处理上述各问题,要求使橡胶构件的端部容易并且可靠地接合。
作为橡胶构件接合装置,还已知用于从橡胶构件的两个表面来接合端部 的装置(参见专利文献2和3)。
而且,这些现有技术的接合装置使用移动接合辊用的大尺寸机构。因此使得整个装置的尺寸大并且控制复杂。也就是,不能实现端部的简单接合,并且难以解决上述问题。
可通过使用多个接合装置而在橡胶构件的两个表面上接合端部。多个装置设置在成形鼓的外部和内部并且使多个装置同时运转。然而,这种类型的接合装置还是大。需要用于安装装置的大空间。此外,成形鼓的构造也变得复杂。结果,接合装置的成本变高。

发明要解决的问题
鉴于上述问题做出了本发明,本发明的目的是手动牢固地接合片状橡胶构件的端部并且简单可靠地接合橡胶构件。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明是一种橡胶构件接合装置,其设置有成对接合辊,所述成对接合辊在片状橡胶构件的各相对端部上滚动以使所述端部彼此抵接并接合,所述橡胶构件接合装置包括:一对开/闭构件,所述一对开/闭构件被配置成夹着所述橡胶构件的端部并且沿着所述端部移动;开/闭机构,所述开/闭机构用于在打开位置和闭合位置之间打开/闭合所述一对开/闭构件,在所述闭合位置处所述橡胶构件的端部被接合;一对引导辊,所述一对引导辊设置于所述一对开/闭构件中的一个开/闭构件并且所述一对引导辊将所述橡胶构件的各端部引导至接合位置;以及加压辊,所述加压辊设置于所述一对开/闭构件中 的另一个开/闭构件并且所述加压辊将所述橡胶构件的各端部压向所述引导辊,其中,所述一对开/闭构件中的每一个开/闭构件均设置有、夹持所述橡胶构件的由所述一对引导辊引导的各端部的所述成对接合辊。
发明的效果
根据本发明,能够手动牢固地接合片状橡胶构件的端部。此外,能够简单可靠地接合橡胶构件。

具体实施方式
将参照附图说明本发明的橡胶构件接合装置(以下被称作接合装置)的实施方式。
本实施方式的接合装置是手动装置。接合装置使由橡胶形成的片状橡胶构件的端部抵接并且将抵接的端部接合到一起。通过手动地移动接合装置将橡胶构件的端部接合到一起。结果,制造出端部被接合到一起的橡胶构件(已接合的橡胶构件)。
待接合的橡胶构件是仅由未硫化橡胶制成的构件或由未硫化橡胶和其他构件制成的构件。橡胶构件由橡胶形成为片状。通过切割橡胶构件而形成 具有预定形状的橡胶构件。接合装置使橡胶构件的端部抵接并将抵接的端部接合到一起。使一片橡胶构件的端部或多片橡胶构件的端部彼此抵接。通过压接橡胶构件的端部将端部接合到一起。如果橡胶构件是轮胎构成构件(例如胎体帘布层或带束层),通过接合装置使橡胶构件接合。胎体帘布层和带束层由未硫化橡胶和帘线制成。以下,将以作为轮胎构成构件的胎体帘布层作为橡胶构件的示例来说明。前述胎体帘布层被用于机动车用的子午线帘布层轮胎(PSR)。轮胎构成构件(胎体帘布层)在未硫化轮胎的成型处理中围绕成形鼓的外周缠绕。通过使轮胎构成构件的两端部(前端部和后端部)接合,轮胎构成构件形成为筒状。
图1是示出用于形成未硫化轮胎的轮胎成形装置的立体图。
如图所示,轮胎成形装置1设置有圆筒状成形鼓2和用于接合轮胎构成构件90的接合装置10。接合装置10用在轮胎成形装置1中。接合装置10使轮胎构成构件90的端部91和92抵接并且将端部91和92接合到一起。通过在成形鼓2上使轮胎构成构件90接合,来形成未硫化轮胎。
成形鼓2被配置成轴心水平放置的状态。成形鼓2围绕轴心转动。成形鼓2的外周通过气囊等而扩大和缩小。成形鼓2是在未硫化轮胎的成形过程中支撑待接合的轮胎构成构件90的支撑体。轮胎构成构件90围绕成形鼓2的外周缠绕一周。轮胎构成构件90通过成形鼓2形成为圆筒状。圆筒状轮胎构成构件90被保持在成形鼓2的外周。成形鼓2由驱动装置(未示出)驱动。驱动装置通过马达使成形鼓2转动。成形鼓2使轮胎构成构件90转动。轮胎构成构件90转动任意转动角度和停止。
通过用未硫化橡胶覆盖帘线(未示出),形成轮胎构成构件90。轮胎构成构件90在表面的橡胶中上具有多个帘线。轮胎构成构件90由供给装置(未示出)供给并且围绕在成形鼓2的外周缠绕。在缠绕轮胎构成构件90前,预先在成形鼓2的外周配置内衬层。轮胎构成构件90的帘线沿着成形鼓2的轴心方向配置。轮胎构成构件90的端部91和92两者以没有彼此重叠但是彼此相对的方式配置。端部91和92以彼此平行的方式配置。具有预定间隔的间隙设置 在端部91和92之间。
接合装置10沿着成形鼓2上的轮胎构成构件90的端部91和92手动地移动。端部91和92通过使接合装置10移动而被接合到一起。此时,操作者通过手来保持接合装置10并且操作接合装置10。操作者通过使接合装置10移动来执行端部91和92的接合作业。
图2和图3是示出本实施方式的接合装置10的侧视图。图2示出当轮胎构成构件90待接合时的接合装置10。图3示出当轮胎构成构件90未处于待接合状态时的接合装置10。在图2和图3中,轮胎构成构件90以虚线表示。
如图所示,接合装置10设置有一对开/闭构件11和12、开/闭机构20、多个辊30、31、32和40以及卷入防止构件60。开/闭机构20使一对开/闭机构11和12打开和闭合。多个辊30、31、32和40被设置于开/闭构件11和12。接合装置10在通过使多个辊30、31、32和40在成形鼓2的外周上移动的情况下将轮胎构成构件90的端部91和92接合。此时,成对接合辊40在片状轮胎构成构件90的各相对端部91和92上滚动。伴随滚动,成对接合辊40使端部91和92彼此抵接并且将端部91和92接合到一起。卷入防止构件60压端部91和92两者并且防止端部91和92两者被接合辊40卷入。
一对开/闭构件11和12由框架形成,所述框架上安装辊30、31、32和40。一对开/闭构件11和12以可打开/可闭合的方式彼此连接。辊30、31、32和40由开/闭构件11和12可转动地支撑。在此,一对开/闭构件11和12由下开/闭构件11和上开/闭构件12形成。下开/闭构件11配置在成形鼓2和轮胎构成构件90之间。上开/闭构件12配置在轮胎构成构件90的外周侧。一对开/闭构件11和12以夹着轮胎构成构件90的端部91和92的方式配置。一对开/闭构件11和12配置在端部91和92的两个表面上并且沿着端部91和92手动地移动。
一对开/闭构件11和12在打开位置(图3所示位置)和闭合位置(图2所示位置)之间手动地移动。结果,一对开/闭构件11和12被打开/闭合。闭合位置是轮胎构成构件90的端部91和92接合到一起的位置。在闭合位置处,使一对开/闭构件11和12彼此靠近。辊31、32和40夹持轮胎构成构件90。打开位置 是当端部91和92被配置在一对开/闭构件11和12之间时的位置。在打开位置处,一对开/闭构件11和12分离开。在打开位置处,辊31、32和40对轮胎构成构件90的夹持被解除。
开/闭机构20具有一对操作构件21和22、施力构件23以及连动机构24。一对操作构件21和22被分别连接到一对开/闭构件11和12。通过将开/闭构件11和12侧的端部中的一个端部用作支点来使一对操作构件21和22打开和闭合。一对操作构件21和22是用于使一对开/闭构件11和12打开和闭合的操作的把手。一对操作构件21和22由操作者手动地操作并被打开/闭合。一对开/闭构件11和12根据一对操作构件21和22的打开/闭合而被打开/闭合。一对操作构件21和22分别具有柄21A和22A。操作者抓握柄21A和22A以打开/闭合一对操作构件21和22。此外,操作者抓握柄21A和22A以使接合装置10移动。
施力构件23由弹性构件(弹簧、橡胶等)制成(在此为螺旋弹簧)。施力构件23被设置在一对操作构件21和22之间并且被安装在操作构件21和22上。施力构件23以从闭合位置朝向打开位置的方式对一对操作构件21和22施力。一对操作构件21和22总是以朝向打开位置(见图3)的方式由施力构件23施力。当使一对操作构件21和22彼此靠近时,施力构件23将力作用于操作构件21和22。使操作构件21和22彼此分离的力作用在操作构件21和22上。借助于这个力,一对操作构件21和22被移动。当操作者把持柄21A和22A时,施力构件23收缩。一对操作构件21和22闭合。当操作者释放柄21A和22A时,施力构件23伸长。一对操作构件21和22打开。
连动机构24以与一对操作构件21和22的打开/闭合连动的方式使一对开/闭构件11和12打开/闭合。连动机构24具有柱状固定构件25、板状可动构件26和多个转动轴27、28、29A和29B。下开/闭构件11被固定到固定构件25的一端。一个操作构件(下操作构件)21固定到固定构件25的另一端。第一转动轴27使另一个操作构件(上操作构件)22的端部与上开/闭构件12的端部可转动地连接。上操作构件22和上开/闭构件12围绕第一转动轴27屈曲。上开/闭构件12安装在设置于固定构件25的第二转动轴28上。上开/闭构件12围绕第二 转动轴28转动。结果,使得上开/闭构件12靠近下开/闭构件11。此外,上开/闭构件12与下开/闭构件11分离开。

如图所示,在轮胎构成构件90的端部91和92之间设置间隙。接合装置10沿着端部91和92在移动方向S(接合方向)上移动并且将端部91和92接合到一起。移动方向S是接合装置10(一对开/闭构件11和12)在接合端部91和92 的过程中移动的方向。轮胎构成构件90在接合部93处接合。
接合装置10在下开/闭构件11上具有移动辊30(30A、30B)、引导辊31(31A、31B)、接合辊40(40A、40B)以及引导构件13。一对移动辊30A和30B、一对引导辊31A和31B、两对接合辊40A和40B以及一对移动辊30A和30B在移动方向S上从前向后(图4中从右向左)依次配置。成对的辊30、31以及40以平行的方式配置或者以相对于与移动方向S垂直的方向倾斜的方式配置。辊30、31和40分别与轮胎构成构件90的端部91和92相对。辊30、31和40由轴构件33、34和35可转动地支撑。轴构件33、34和35安装在下开/闭构件11上。
在轮胎构成构件90待接合的过程中,多个辊30、31和40被配置在成形鼓2与端部91和92之间。辊30、31和40与下开/闭构件11一体地移动。辊30、31和40在端部91和92的表面上或者在成形鼓2的表面上滚动。此时,使圆筒状移动辊30与成形鼓2的外周接触。移动辊30在成形鼓2的外周上滚动。通过在移动方向S上的移动辊30而使接合装置10平滑地移动。

在上述接合装置10中,接合作业不需要复杂的控制,而是能够手动地接合轮胎构成构件90的端部91和92。此外,与现有技术的自动接合装置相比,接合装置10的构造变得简单。能够实现接合装置10的大幅小型化。结果,降低了接合装置10的成本,而且不需要用于安装接合装置10的空间。由于不再需要布置接合装置10作业所需时间,因此接合装置10能够立即开始接合。因 此能够减少接合作业的周期。当不使用接合装置10时,接合装置10不被保留在轮胎成形装置1上。因此接合装置10也不占空间。由于能够容易地移动接合装置10,因此接合装置10能够被多个轮胎成形装置1使用。通过使用上述接合装置10,能够容易地接合端部91和92。
端部91和92被夹持在成对接合辊40之间并且由成对接合辊40接合,在一对开/闭构件11和12中的每一个开/闭构件上均设置有成对接合辊40。因此,端部91和92能够从轮胎构成构件90的两个表面牢固且可靠地接合。而且还提高了接合后的轮胎构成构件90的强度以及端部91和92的接合强度。通过借助于开/闭机构20来开/闭一对开/闭构件11和12,端部91和92能够容易地配置在一对开/闭构件11和12之间。此外,辊31、32和40能够被精确地配置在用于接合端部91和92的位置。利用这种配置,端部91和92能够被辊31、32和40可靠地夹持。还能够精确地执行端部91和92的接合。
由于端部91和92被一对引导辊31引导到接合位置,端部91和92可被接合辊40平滑地接合。即使接合前的端部91和92的位置被改变,端部91和92也可由引导辊31引导到预定位置。因此,可减少端部91和92的配置精度的影响。此外,端部91和92可由接合辊40可靠地接合。通过借助于加压辊32将端部91和92压向引导辊31,能够更可靠地引导端部91和92。
因此,根据本实施方式的接合装置10,片状轮胎构成构件90的端部91和92可被手动地且牢固地接合。此外,轮胎构成构件90可被简单可靠地抵接和接合。由于各种轮胎的轮胎构成构件90可由一个接合装置10接合,因此接合装置10的多功能性变高。
通过借助于引导构件13引导接合前的端部91和92,可提高端部91和92的位置精度。结果,端部91和92可精确地彼此抵接。此外,端部91和92可精确地接合。引导构件13优选地配置通过一对引导辊31之间。另外,引导构件13的一端优选地位于引导辊31和接合辊40之间。在这种情况下,端部91和92能够通过引导构件13被精确地引导靠近接合辊40。因此,可进一步提高端部91和92的位置精度。
由于用于开/闭一对开/闭构件11和12的一对操作构件21和22设置于开/闭机构20,因此可容易地操作开/闭机构20。由于可通过一对操作构件21和22容易地开/闭一对开/闭构件11和12,因此还便于接合装置10的把持。在此,施力构件23设置于一对操作构件21和22。此外,一对开/闭构件11和12通过连动机构24以与一对操作构件21和22的开/闭连动的方式打开/闭合。因此,仅通过打开/闭合一对操作构件21和22就能够打开/闭合一对开/闭构件11和12。简化了一对开/闭构件11和12的打开/闭合操作(特别地,打开操作)。还提高了接合时的作业性。

在本实施方式中,通过使上开/闭构件12围绕第二转动轴28转动来打开/闭合一对开/闭构件11和12。另一方面,例如通过在与下开/闭构件11平行的状态下使上开/闭构件12移动,可以改变一对开/闭构件11和12之间的距离。如上所述,一对开/闭构件11和12可以通过彼此相对靠近或分离来打开/闭合。
通过接合装置10,轮胎构成构件90能够在除成形鼓2以外的支撑体上接合。例如,配置在平面支撑构件或运送装置上的轮胎构成构件可由接合装置10接合。此外,除胎体帘布层以外的轮胎构成构件可由接合装置10接合。

Claims (9)

1.一种橡胶构件接合装置,其设置有成对接合辊,所述成对接合辊在片状橡胶构件的各相对端部上滚动以使所述端部彼此抵接并接合,所述橡胶构件接合装置包括:
一对开/闭构件,所述一对开/闭构件被配置成夹着所述橡胶构件的端部并且沿着所述端部移动;
开/闭机构,所述开/闭机构用于在打开位置和闭合位置之间打开/闭合所述一对开/闭构件,在所述闭合位置处所述橡胶构件的端部被接合;
一对引导辊,所述一对引导辊设置于所述一对开/闭构件中的一个开/闭构件并且所述一对引导辊将所述橡胶构件的各端部引导至接合位置;以及
加压辊,所述加压辊设置于所述一对开/闭构件中的另一个开/闭构件并且所述加压辊将所述橡胶构件的各端部压向所述引导辊,其中
所述一对开/闭构件中的每一个开/闭构件均设置有夹持所述橡胶构件的由所述一对引导辊引导的各端部的所述成对接合辊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶构件接合装置,其特征在于,包括:
与所述橡胶构件的一个表面接触的两对接合辊;以及
配置在所述两对接合辊之间并且与所述橡胶构件的另一个表面接触的一对接合辊。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的橡胶构件接合装置,其特征在于,
所述成对接合辊和所述一对引导辊以使得所述成对接合辊和所述一对引导辊两者的外端部位于所述一对开/闭构件的移动方向的后方的方式相对于与所述移动方向正交的正交方向倾斜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的橡胶构件接合装置,其特征在于,
所述成对接合辊相对于所述正交方向的倾斜角比所述一对引导辊相对于所述正交方向的倾斜角大。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的橡胶构件接合装置,其特征在于,
所述一对开/闭构件具有引导构件,所述引导构件配置在所述橡胶构件的接合前的端部之间并且引导所述橡胶构件的两端部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的橡胶构件接合装置,其特征在于,
所述引导构件配置成在所述一对引导辊之间通过;并且
所述引导构件的一端位于彼此相邻的所述一对引导辊和所述成对接合辊之间。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的橡胶构件接合装置,其特征在于,
所述开/闭机构具有用于打开/闭合所述一对开/闭构件的一对操作构件。
8.根据权利要求7所述的橡胶构件接合装置,其特征在于,
所述开/闭机构具有施力构件和连动机构,所述施力构件用于对所述一对操作构件从闭合位置朝向打开位置施力,所述连动机构用于以与所述一对操作构件的打开/闭合连动的方式使所述一对开/闭构件打开/闭合。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的橡胶构件接合装置,其特征在于,进一步包括:
卷入防止构件,所述卷入防止构件设置于所述一对开/闭构件并且防止所述橡胶构件的待由所述成对接合辊接合的端部被所述成对接合辊卷入。
