Abstract

本发明属于摩托车技术领域,涉及一种摩托车双前轮的连动机构,在车架内设有下连板,在车架的中部设有定位轴,在定位轴上铰接有H型平衡板,在H型平衡板内的定位轴上铰接有垂直支撑板,在H型平衡板的两侧铰接有侧管,在垂直支撑板的上端左侧、下端右侧或上端右侧、下端左侧与平行于H型平衡板的支撑连杆铰接,支撑连杆的另一端分别与侧管铰接,在两侧管内分别设有独立悬架,独立悬架的下端并分别依次连接有减震器及前轮;优点是:稳定性高、比后两轮摩托车整体面积较窄、使用空间小、转弯时操作灵活。而且比现有的两轮摩托车不容易侧滑、连接结构简单、成本低。

技术领域
本发明属于摩托车技术领域,特指一种摩托车双前轮的连动机构。
背景技术
目前,摩托车在世界上的已拥有不可缺少的地位,在全世界范围内摩托车的更换日新月异,随着时间的推进,逐渐设计出结构新颖,产品多样化的摩托车,有些人把两轮的摩托车和四轮的摩托车的优点集中在一起设计出更加稳定的三轮摩托车;但现有的三轮摩托车一般都是前一轮、后两轮的结构,虽然这类三轮摩托车稳定性高,但这种三轮摩托车存在着一些不足之处:一:整体面积较宽、使用空间大,使城市的交通拥挤加剧;二:转弯时操作不灵活;最近市场上也有出现前两轮、后一轮的三轮摩托车,这类摩托车一般都是用两根平衡板组成平行四连杆机构达到稳定的转向目的,但这类摩托车连接结构复杂、成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种稳定性高、整体面积较窄、使用空间小、转弯时操作灵活、不容易侧滑、连接结构简单、成本低的一种摩托车双前轮的连动机构。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
摩托车双前轮的连动机构,在车架内设有下连板,下连板的两端伸出车架并在下连板的上端固设有车把,在车架的中部向前固设有定位轴,在定位轴上铰接有H型平衡板,在H型平衡板内的定位轴上平行于车架铰接有垂直支撑板,垂直支撑板的两端伸出H型平衡板,在H型平衡板的左右两侧对称铰接有平行于车架的侧管,在垂直支撑板的上端左侧、下端右侧或上端右侧、下端左侧与平行于H型平衡板的支撑连杆铰接,支撑连杆的另一端分别与侧管铰接,在两侧管内分别设有独立悬架,独立悬架的下端并分别依次连接有减震器及前轮,所述的下连板的下端铰接有向两侧伸出的导向杆,导向杆的外端分别与两独立悬架上的铰接轴铰接,所述的铰接是用铰接轴或定位轴铰接,铰接轴或定位轴上分别设置有轴承。
上述的H型平衡板、垂直支撑板、侧管及支撑连杆通过铰接轴连接成两个对应边平行且相等的平行四连杆机构。
上述的垂直支撑板与支撑连杆的铰接轴分别固设在车架上。
上述的在H型平衡板的左右两侧对称铰接有侧管是:H型平衡板的左右两侧分别水平设置有U型开口,两侧管分别垂直设置于U型开口内并用铰接轴铰接。
上述的减震器位于前轮的内侧或外侧。
本发明相比现有技术突出的优点是:
1、本发明为前两轮、后一轮设置整体面积较窄、使用空间小,一般不会给城市的交通拥挤造成一定的影响;
2、本发明在前两轮的连接结构中,运用平行四连杆机构,使前两轮在高低不平的地面也能同时着地,稳定性强、转弯时操作灵活,即使在雨天或雪天也不易侧滑;
3、本发明在平行四连杆机构中,只用一根平衡板,其连接结构简单、成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1-3:
摩托车双前轮的连动机构,在车架10内设有下连板11,下连板11的两端伸出车架10并在下连板11的上端固设有车把12,在车架10的中部向前固设有定位轴13,在定位轴13上铰接有H型平衡板14,在H型平衡板14内的定位轴13上平行于车架10铰接有垂直支撑板15,垂直支撑板15的两端伸出H型平衡板14,在H型平衡板14的左右两侧对称铰接有平行于车架10的侧管16,在垂直支撑板15的上端左侧、下端右侧或上端右侧、下端左侧与平行于H型平衡板14的支撑连杆17铰接,支撑连杆17的另一端分别与侧管16铰接,在两侧管16内分别设有独立悬架18,独立悬架18的下端并分别依次连接有减震器19及前轮20,所述的下连板11的下端铰接有向两侧伸出的导向杆21,导向杆21的外端分别与两独立悬架18上的铰接轴铰接,所述的铰接是用铰接轴或定位轴铰接,铰接轴或定位轴上分别设置有轴承。
上述的H型平衡板14、垂直支撑板15、侧管16及支撑连杆17通过铰接轴连接成两个对应边平行且相等的平行四连杆机构。
上述的垂直支撑板15与支撑连杆17的铰接轴分别固设在车架10上。
上述的在H型平衡板14的左右两侧对称铰接有侧管16是:H型平衡板14的左右两侧分别水平设置有U型开口141,两侧管16分别垂直设置于U型开口141内并用铰接轴铰接。
上述的减震器19位于前轮20的内侧或外侧。
上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例之一,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.摩托车双前轮的连动机构,在车架(10)内设有下连板(11),下连板(11)的两端伸出车架(10)并在下连板(11)的上端固设有车把(12),其特征在于:在车架(10)的中部向前固设有定位轴(13),在定位轴(13)上铰接有H型平衡板(14),在H型平衡板(14)内的定位轴(13)上平行于车架(10)铰接有垂直支撑板(15),垂直支撑板(15)的两端伸出H型平衡板(14),在H型平衡板(14)的左右两侧对称铰接有平行于车架(10)的侧管(16),在垂直支撑板(15)的上端左侧、下端右侧或上端右侧、下端左侧与平行于H型平衡板(14)的支撑连杆(17)铰接,支撑连杆(17)的另一端分别与侧管(16)铰接,在两侧管(16)内分别设有独立悬架(18),独立悬架(18)的下端并分别依次连接有减震器(19)及前轮(20),所述的下连板(11)的下端铰接有向两侧伸出的导向杆(21),导向杆(21)的外端分别与两独立悬架(18)上的铰接轴铰接,所述的铰接是用铰接轴或定位轴铰接,铰接轴或定位轴上分别设置有轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车双前轮的连动机构,其特征在于:所述的H型平衡板(14)、垂直支撑板(15)、侧管(16)及支撑连杆(17)通过铰接轴连接成两个对应边平行且相等的平行四连杆机构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车双前轮的连动机构,其特征在于:所述的垂直支撑板(15)与支撑连杆(17)的铰接轴分别固设在车架(10)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车双前轮的连动机构,其特征在于:所述的在H型平衡板(14)的左右两侧对称铰接有侧管(16)是:H型平衡板(14)的左右两侧分别水平设置有U型开口(141),两侧管(16)分别垂直设置于U型开口(141)内并用铰接轴铰接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车双前轮的连动机构,其特征在于:所述的减震器(19)位于前轮(20)的内侧或外侧。
