技术领域
本发明涉及一种顶装式消音器,特别是用于发电系统的顶装式消音器。
背景技术
在例如不能从公共电源获得电力的情况下,例如在偏远场所和/或发生电力故障的场所,可能希望发电。这可例如使用发电系统实现,该发电系统构造成通过一个或多个内燃机的运行以驱动将由所述一个或多个发动机提供的机械能转换为电力的电机来进行发电。

授予Campion的美国专利US 7,007,966(“′996专利”)中公开了便携式电源模块。′996专利公开了一种可在公路上用拖车载运的便携式电源模块,包括封装用于产生约一兆瓦的功率输出的马达和发电机的集装箱。根据所公开的电源模块,在运行期间,排气消音器安装在集装箱的顶部。然而,′996专利中公开的便携式电源模块的确包括一种已公开的便于从集装箱取出部件以用于保养和/或维修的能力。
在本发明中以示例的方式公开的系统和方法旨在减轻或克服前面提及的一个或多个缺陷。
发明内容
一方面,本公开内容包括一种用于发电系统的排气系统。该排气系统可以包括消音器,该消音器构造成抑制与发动机的运行相关联的噪音,该发动机与该发电系统相关联(相互作用)。该消音器可以构造成安装在壳体的顶板内,该壳体构造成包含该发电系统的至少一部分,其中该消音器形成该顶板的外表面。可以通过从顶板移除该消音器来为从壳体中移除发动机提供便利,使得该发动机能被举出该壳体。

图1和2示出用于发电的系统10的示例性实施例。系统10可以包括发动机12和电机14,该发动机12用于提供机械能,该电机14操作性地联接发动机12并且用于将机械能转换为电能。发动机12可以是任何一种内燃机,包括火花点火发动机、压燃式发动机、均匀充气压燃式发动机和/或燃气轮机发动机。电机12可以构造成以任何燃料运行,例如汽油、包括生物柴油的柴油、天然气、乙醇、甲醇、氢气和/或它们任意组合。也可设想其它类型的发动机和燃料。电机14可以是本领域技术人员公知的任何类型的发电机。例如,电机14可以包括三相交流同步发电机。
系统10还可以包括电力负载连接16(例如,包括一个或多个母线),以便有利于将系统10产生的电力供应到接收电力源的输入的任何装置或系统,例如电网。根据一些实施例,可将多个系统10相互联接和/或共同使用以提供附加的电力。
如图1和2中所示,示例性系统10可以包括一个或多个控制面板18,该控制面板构造成控制发动机12、电机14和/或与系统10相关联的任何系统的运行。例如,控制面板18可以包括电子控制系统,该电子控制系统构造成控制发动机12和/或电机14的运行,以使系统10以期望的和/或受控的方式供应电力。根据一些实施例,控制面板18可以包括用于向操作者提供与发动机12和/或电机14的运行相关的信息或数据的界面,还可以包括用以促进操作者控制发动机12、电机14和/或与系统10相联接的任何其它系统的操作的能力的控制器。例如,控制面板18可以便于操作者控制系统10的电力输出,例如通过控制电力输出的电压和频率进行控制。
根据图1和2所示的示例性实施例,系统10可以包括壳体20,该壳体构造成为系统10的各个部件提供保护。例如,壳体20可以包括限定壳体20的外部以及也可能其内部空间的壁-例如相对的侧壁22、前壁24,以及一个或多个后门26、底板28和顶板30。根据一些实施例,系统10可以包括一个或多个构造成有利于系统10在可能需要电力供应的地点之间传输的设备32。例如,图1所示的示例性实施例包括多个轮子,以便有利于通过诸如货车或牵引车的车辆牵引系统10(例如,壳体20可以在形式上至少与拖车相似,构造成以与牵引车牵引设备的拖车相同的方式被牵引)。可设想本领域技术人员公知的其它类型的装置32(例如,卡车,沿铁路轨道运行的轮子、浮筒和/或滑道)。壳体20的一些实施例可以限定壳体20的外部和壳体20的内部之间的一个或多个通道。
根据一些实施例,系统10可以包括在壳体20内部的贮存器34(例如,燃料箱),以用于为发动机12提供燃料供应。贮存器34可以通过一个或多个燃料管线(未示出)联接到发动机12。根据一些实施例,贮存器34可以位于壳体20的外部和/或燃料可以通过外部源提供,例如用于提供燃料的管线,所述燃料例如为汽油、柴油机燃料、天然气、氢气、乙醇、甲醇和/或它们的任意组合。
根据一些实施例,系统10可以包括冷却系统36,该冷却系统构造成调节发动机12和/或电机14的温度。例如,冷却系统36可以包括一个或多个热交换器38,例如操作性地联接到发动机12的一个或多个空-空后冷却器(ATAAC)和/或操作性地联接到发动机12的一个或多个散热器40,例如水套水散热器(jacket water radiator)。根据一些实施例,发动机12可以包括一个或多个涡轮增压器(未示出),并且热交换器38可以操作性地联接到所述一个或多个涡轮增压器以冷却进入该涡轮增压器中的空气。系统10可以包括一个或多个风扇(未示出),例如位于发动机12和热交换器38之间的风扇。这种风扇可以通过传动带(未示出)操作性地联接到发动机12和/或可以通过电动马达(未示出)被驱动,以及可以提供空气流到和/或穿越热交换器38以提供冷却空气到热交换器38。
示例性散热器40可以构造成接收并且冷却冷却剂流(例如,液体冷却剂),该冷却剂流可以通过冷却剂管线(未示出)流通进入和/或穿越发动机12,由此冷却发动机12。可将一个或多个风扇42联接到散热器40,并且将该风扇构造成为散热器40提供冷却空气流。风扇42可以例如通过电动马达(未示出)被驱动,该电动马达可以例如通过带传动(未示出)联接到风扇42。
根据一些实施例,发动机12可以包括排气系统44,该排气系统构造成除去壳体20的热量和/或燃烧产物,和/或抑制或吸收来自发动机12的噪音。例如,排气系统44可以包括从发动机12向上朝顶板30延伸的一个或多个上升器46。顶板30可以限定开口48(参见图1和2),该开口构造成接纳与上升器46流体连通的消音器50。例如,消音器50可以限定为整体矩形的形状,其具有长度L、高度H以及宽度W(图3和4)。上升器46可以具有绝缘,例如,被卷绕以减少热量释放到壳体20中。如图2所示,消音器50可以安装在顶板30的开口48中,以例如使消音器50的上表面52与顶板30基本平齐。例如,消音器50可包括凸缘(法兰)54(图3和4),该凸缘至少部分到围绕上表面52延伸,并且构造成位于(例如,并且联接到)壳体20的侧壁22顶上。

根据一些实施例,通过在顶板30中安装消音器50,可在安装消音器50之前或在移去消音器50之后,通过顶板30中的开口48安装和/或移除系统10的部件。当维护和/或替换系统10的其它部件时(例如,维护和/或替换发动机12和/或电机14时),可不必移动系统10的大多数部件。
根据一些实施例,排气系统44还可以包括消音器50下游的一个或多个延长部分60,该延长部分构造成为废气提供从发动机12经由消音器50到壳体20外部的流路。例如,如图1所示,延长部分60可以在热交换器38上面从消音器50延伸到顶板30中的一个或多个开口62,以使废气经由该开口62排出。
工业适用性
示例性系统10可以用于在例如不能从公共电源获得电力的地区发电,例如用于在偏远地区和/或停电的地区发电。示例性系统10的一个或多个发动机12可以构造成输出机械能,一个或多个电机14可以构造成将机械能转换为电能。一个或多个控制面板18可以构造成有利于发动机12和电机14中至少一个的控制。壳体20可以构造成包含发动机12和电机14中的至少一个。
示例性排气系统44可以构造成移除来自壳体20的热量和/或燃烧产物,和/或抑制或吸收来自发动机12的噪音。例如,排气系统44的一个或多个上升器46可以从发动机12向上延伸到顶板30。顶板30中的开口48(见图1和2)可以构造成接纳与上升器46流体连通的消音器50。示例性的消音器50可以限定整体矩形的形状,其具有长度L、高度H以及宽度W(图3和4)。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于发电系统的排气系统,该排气系统包括:
消音器,该消音器构造成抑制与发动机的运行相关联的噪音,该发动机与该发电系统相关联,
其中,该消音器安装在壳体的顶板中,该壳体构造成包含该发电系统的至少一部分,
其中,该消音器形成该顶板的外表面,以及
其中,将消音器从顶板移除能够方便发动机从壳体的移除,使得发动机能被举出该壳体。
2.根据权利要求1的排气系统,其特征在于,该消音器限定上周缘和凸缘,该凸缘至少部分地围绕该消音器的上周缘延伸,其中该凸缘操作性地联接到该壳体的一部分上,以使该消音器被安装到该壳体的顶板中。
