Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
在例如不能从公共电源获得电力的情况下,例如在偏远场所和/或发生电力故障的场所,可能希望发电。这可例如使用发电系统实现,该发电系统构造成通过一个或多个内燃机的运行以驱动将由所述一个或多个发动机提供的机械能转换为电力的电机来进行发电。
为了接收由发电系统产生的电力,可以将电力电缆连接到该发电系统。为此,发电系统可以包括一个或多个母线,所述母线包含便于将电力电缆连接到发电系统的电连接器。为了便于连接,可能希望从发电系统的外部接近这种母线。然而,这种外部接近可能使这些母线易受天气因素如雨、雪/冰和/或风的损害,对于很多运行因素而言这都是不合乎要求的。因此,可能希望在仍然便于从发电系统的外部接近母线的同时为母线提供保护。

发明内容
一方面,本发明包括一种柔性护套(护罩),其构造成保护发电系统和至少一个电力输出电缆(取电电缆)之间的连接。该护套可以包括限定至少一个边缘的薄板,该薄板是柔性的并且包含抗风化的材料。该护套可以包括至少一个凸缘以及至少一个固定元件,该凸缘沿薄板的一个边缘的至少一部分操作性地联接到该薄板,该固定元件与该薄板另一边缘相关联。该凸缘可以构造成操作性地联接到该发电系统。该薄板可以构造成至少部分地缠绕在从发电系统伸出的至少一个电力输出电缆的周围,所述至少一个固定元件可以构造成保持该薄板至少部分地缠绕在该至少一个电力输出电缆的周围。

图1和2示出发电系统10的示例性实施例。系统10可以包括构造成提供机械能的发动机12和操作性地联接到发动机12并构造成将机械能转换为电能的电机14。发动机12可以是任何内燃机,包括火花点火发动机、压燃式发动机、均匀充气压燃式发动机和/或燃气轮机发动机。发动机12可以构造成以任何燃料运行,例如汽油、包括生物柴油的柴油、天然气、乙醇、甲醇、氢气和/或它们的任意组合。还可以设想其它类型的发动机和燃料。电机14可以是本领域技术人员公知的任何类型的发电机。例如,电机14可以包括三相交流同步发电机。
系统10还可以包括电力负载连接16(例如,包括一个或多个母线),以便于将系统10产生的电力供应到接收电力源的输入的任何装置或系统,例如电网。根据一些实施例,可将多个系统10彼此联接和/或共同使用,以便提供附加的电力。

根据一些实施例,系统10可以包括冷却系统36,该冷却系统构造成调节发动机12和/或电机14的温度。例如,冷却系统36可以包括一个或多个热交换器38,例如操作性地联接到发动机12的一个或多个空-空后冷却器(ATAAC)和/或操作性地联接到发动机12的一个或多个散热器40,例如水套水散热器(jacket water radiator)。根据一些实施例,发动机12可以包括一个或多个涡轮增压器(未示出),并且热交换器38可以操作性地联接到所述一个或多个涡轮增压器以冷却进入该涡轮增压器中的空气。系统10可以包括一个或多个风扇(未示出),例如位于发动机12和热交换器38之间的风扇。这种风扇可以通过传动带(未示出)操作性地联接到发动机12和/或可以通过电动马达(未示出)被驱动,以及可以提供空气流到和/或穿越热交换器38以提供冷却空气到热交换器38。

根据一些实施方式,发动机12可以包括排气系统44(见图1和2),该排气系统构造成除去由壳体20产生的热量和/或燃烧物。例如,排气系统44可以包括与发动机12流体连通的顶装式消音器46。排气系统44还可以包括在消音器46下游的一个或多个延长部分48,其构造成提供从发动机12经由消音器46到壳体20外部的废气的流路。例如,如图1所示,延长部分48可以在热交换器38上方从消音器46延伸到顶板30中的一个或多个开口50,从而使废气通过开口50排出。
根据一些实施例,例如,如图3所示,可以在电力界面52处设置电力负载连接16。例如,壳体20的侧壁22可以限定开口54,电力界面52可以包括至少部分地位于壳体内部的隔室56(例如,操作性地联接到壳体20的侧壁22的内侧),从而通过开口54可以到达隔室56的内部。
根据一些实施例,可以设置检修面板58(参见图4和5)以提供对隔室56的内部的选择性接近。隔室56和/或壳体20可以限定周向凹部60,该凹部可以设有垫圈62,该垫圈用于提供与检修面板58后侧上对应表面64抗风化(例如防水)的密封接合。根据一些实施例,检修面板58可以铰接地联接到壳体20和/或隔室58,例如,沿开口54的上边缘66。检修面板58可以包括一个或多个闩锁68(例如锁定闩),该闩锁例如构造成将检修面板58相对于隔室56固定在关闭位置,以使检修面板58的外表面相对于壳体20的侧壁22基本平齐。一些实施例可以包括杆(未示出),该杆构造成通过从检修面板58的自由端延伸到例如周向凹部60的较低部分而撑开检修面板58。例如当将电力输出电缆连接到电力界面52时,这种杆可以用于保持检修面板58处于打开位置。

如例如图4和5中所示,系统10可以包括护套74,该护套构造成保护电力负载连接16不受其它要素影响。例如,当电力输出电缆72连接到电连接器70以便为期望的终端使用供电时,护套74可提供防雨、防雪/冰和/或防风的保护。根据一些实施例,开口54可以限定整体上矩形的形状(见图5),护套74可以构造成沿两个横向侧并且穿过开口54的顶部66操作性地联接到隔室56。即使在打开检修面板58打开以便接近系统10的电力负载连接16时,这也可保护电力负载连接16不受其它要素影响。
如图6所示,根据一些实施例,护套74可以由柔性材料的薄板制成,如抗风化材料的薄板,例如至少一侧涂有合成橡胶的尼龙板,例如有时在市场上称为“Hypalon”的合成橡胶。例如,参照图6,示例性的护套74可以由整体为矩形的薄板76制成,该薄板76沿其一个边缘限定一个或多个凸缘78以及一个或多个凸耳80。凸缘78和/或凸耳80可用于例如沿开口54的上边缘66和横侧边缘84、86在开口54处操作性地将护套74联接到系统10。根据一些实施例,凸缘78的至少一侧可以包括密封材料92(如密闭填料),以用于当检修面板58关闭时提供与检修面板58的密封接合。
根据一些实施例,薄板76的相对边缘88可以设有一个或多个固定元件90,例如钩环扣(粘扣带)和/或一个或多个拉带(束带)。固定元件90可以例如用于固定护套74的围绕从母线70延伸的电力输出电缆72的开口端,以保护其不受其它要素影响。例如,护套74的开口端可以至少部分地缠绕在电力输出电缆72的周围,并且固定元件90可以用于保证和维持护套74围绕电力输出电缆72(见图5)。
根据一些实施例,护套74可以用于提供对隔室56的快速接近,同时还为电力负载连接16提供一些不受其它要素影响的保护措施。根据一些实施例,当电力输出电缆72没有连接电连接器70时,护套74可以放置在隔室56内,并且检修面板58可以关闭。可以操作闩锁68以保证检修面板58处于关闭位置。
工业适用性
示例性系统10可以用于在例如不能从公共电源获得电力的地区发电,例如用于在偏远地区和/或停电的地区发电。例如,示例性系统10的一个或多个发动机12可以构造成输出机械能,一个或多个电机14可以构造成将机械能转换为电力。一个或多个控制器18可以构造成有利于发动机12和电机14中至少一个的控制。根据一些实施例,壳体20可以构造成包含发动机12和电机14中的至少一个。
根据一些实施例,可以在电力界面52(图3)处设置电力负载连接16。例如,壳体20的侧壁22可以限定开口54,电力界面52可以包括至少部分地位于壳体20内部的隔室56,从而可以通过开口54接近隔室56的内部。根据一些实施例,检修面板58(见图4和5)可以提供对隔室56的内部的可选接近。
隔室56可以包括一个或多个电连接器70(例如形式为一个或多个母线)(图3),该电连接器构造成连接到电力输出电缆72(图5),该电力输出电缆72延伸到壳体20外部的待由系统10供电的系统。特别地,电连接器70接收系统10的电力(例如从壳体20的内部),并且用于将至少一部分电力传输到电力输出电缆72。电力输出电缆72则将系统10的电力提供给需要供电的系统,如电网和/或电操作的设备/装置。
示例性系统10的护套74可以构造成保护电力负载连接16不受其它要素影响。例如,当电力输出电缆72连接到电连接器70从而为理想终端用户供电时,护套74可以提供防雨、防雪/冰和/或防风的保护。护套74可以用于提供对隔室56的快速接近,同时还为电力负载连接16提供不受其它要素影响的保护措施。根据一些实施例,当电力输出电缆72没有连接电连接器70时,护套74可以放置在隔室56内,并且检修面板58可以关闭。可以操作闩锁68以保证检修面板58处于关闭位置。
对于本领域技术人员来说,很明显可以对公开的示例柔性护套和用于供电的系统以及方法进行各种变型和改变。通过考虑说明书并实施示例性公开的系统和方法,其它实施方式对本领域技术人员将显而易见。说明书和实施例仅应视为示例性的。
Claims (10)
1.一种柔性护套,构造成保护发电系统和至少一个电力输出电缆之间的连接,该护套包括:
薄板,该薄板限定至少一个边缘,该薄板为柔性的并且包含抗风化的材料;
沿该薄板的一个边缘的至少一部分操作性地联接到该薄板上的至少一个凸缘;
与该薄板的另一边缘相关联的至少一个固定元件,
其中,该凸缘构造成操作性地联接到该发电系统,
其中,该薄板构造成至少部分地缠绕在从发电系统延伸的至少一个电力输出电缆的周围,以及
其中,所述至少一个固定元件构造成保持该薄板至少部分地缠绕在该至少一个电力输出电缆的周围。
2.如权利要求1所述的护套,其特征在于,所述至少一个固定元件包括钩环扣。
3.如权利要求1所述的护套,其特征在于,所述至少一个固定元件包括拉带。
4.如权利要求1所述的护套,其特征在于,该薄板包括至少一侧涂有合成橡胶的尼龙。
5.如权利要求1所述的护套,其特征在于,还包括位于所述至少一个凸缘上的密封材料。
6.一种发电系统,包括:
发动机,构造成输出机械能;
电机,构造成将机械能转换为电能,该电机操作性地联接到该发动机;
壳体,构造成容纳发动机和电机至少之一,该壳体包括至少一个壁,所述至少一个壁构造成限定该壳体的内部和外部;
隔室,该隔室至少部分地位于该壳体的内部,所述至少一个壁限定有开口,该开口提供从壳体的外部对该隔室的接近;
操作性地联接在隔室内的多个电连接器,该电连接器构造成接收该发电系统产生的电力,并为电力输出电缆提供连接;以及
柔性护套,该护套操作性地联接到该隔室,从而当电力输出电缆联接到电连接器时,该护套保护至少一个电连接器和/或至少一个电力输出电缆。
7.如权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括操作性地联接到该隔室的检修面板,其中该检修面板构造成选择性地打开和关闭该开口。
8.如权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,该薄板构造成至少部分地缠绕在从该发电系统延伸的至少一个电力输出电缆的周围。
9.如权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括至少一个固定元件,该固定元件构造成保持薄板至少部分地缠绕在该至少一个电力输出电缆的周围。
10.一种用于将至少一个电力输出电缆连接到发电系统的方法,该方法包括:
打开检修面板,以提供对隔室的接近,该隔室至少部分地容纳与发电系统操作性地联接的多个电连接器;
升起柔性护套,以获得对所述电连接器中至少一个的接近,该柔性护套的一个边缘联接到该发电系统,
将电力输出电缆的一端连接到一个电连接器上;
使该护套的自由边缘缠绕在该电力输出电缆的周围;以及
固定该自由边缘,以防止该护套从该电力输出电缆的周围散开。
