背景技术
车载发电机组是一种安装在机动车辆上的发电机组, 用以给随车的电气设 备提供电源。 由于机动车辆本身内部空间有限, 并且还需要预留足够空间的检 修空间及通道, 因此对车载发电机组的体积有一定的要求。 另外, 还要求车载 发电机组产生的废气要及时排出到机动车外, 以免对机动车的内部环境造成污 染, 以致影响随车人员的身体健康。
现有的车载发电机组, 一般直接采用普通的发电机组, 将其安装在机动车 辆上。 普通发电机组的风冷结构, 其出风口一般设置在机柜的侧壁上或顶部, 要将从出风口排出的废气排出到机动车辆外必须设置专门的引出管道, 该管道 布置在机动车辆内部时, 占用了有限的空间, 并且妨碍操作人员操作发电机组。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处, 从而提供一种车载发电机组的风冷 结构, 釆用该风冷结构的车载发电机组通风可靠, 布置方便, 并且不会妨碍操 作人员的操作。
按照本发明提供的技术方案, 一种车载发电机组的风冷结构, 包括机柜, 所述机柜内安装有发动机、 与发动机同轴连接的发电机、 与发动机相连的消声 器、 冷却发动机的散热器以及空气滤清器, 特征是: 所述机柜由底盘、 前侧板、 后侧板、 左侧板、 右侧板及顶盖板构成, 所述前侧板、 后侧板、 左侧板及右侧 板分别固定在底盘的底板的侧壁上, 所述顶盖板固定在所述四块侧板的上部, 所述底盘的底板上设置有出风口、 模块进风口以及底进风口, 所述前侧板上设 置有前进风口, 所述后侧板上设置有后进风口。

本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点-
1、本发明将出风口设置在底盘的底板上, 可将冷却空气及发动机的排气从 机组的底部排出, 机组的底部直接固定在机动车辆的车架上, 通风可靠, 布置 方便。
2、本发明设置有模块进风口、 底进风口、 前进风口及后进风口, 一方面保 证了充足的进风量, 另一方面对机组的高温部位有针对性地冷却, 冷却效果好。
3、本发明将消声器设置于消声器室中, 消声器散发的热量被限制在消声器 室中, 不会影响机柜内的其他零部件; 另一方面, 消声器的排气噪声被消声器 室屏蔽, 有效地降低了排气噪声。
4、 本发明的消声器由主消声器与副消声器组合而成, 可有效地降低排气噪 声, 减小噪声污染。
5、 本发明的副消声器上设置有第一尾管接管及第二尾管接管, 可以根据安 装发电机组的车体内的具体结构来选择采用这两个尾管接管中的任一个, 而将 另一个封闭, 方便适用。

如图 1〜图 3所示,采用本发明的车载发电机组包括一个长方体形状的封闭 的机柜, 在机柜内安装有发动机 29、 与发动机 29同轴连接的发电机 26、 与发 动机 29相连的消声器 19、 冷却发动机 29的散热器 21以及空气滤清器 23。 为 了叙述方便, 将该机柜安装有电气控制面板 6的一个侧面定义为前面, 则该机 柜的左右方向为长方体的长边。 机柜由底盘 5、 前侧板 2、 后侧板 13、 左侧板 18、 右侧板 10及顶盖板 1构成。
如图 4〜图 5所示, 底盘 5包括一个长方形的平板状的底板 31, 底板 31的 四周折边后形成侧壁后焊接, 使底盘 5成为一个上边开口的盒体。 在该盒体的 左壁、前壁及后壁的内侧分别焊接有左壁加强板 37、前壁加强板 42及后壁加强 板 35, 盒体内的底板 1上还焊接有底部加强板 33, 这些加强板对底盘 5起加强 作用, 在底盘 5上还装有水箱支板 34。 底板 31的左侧开有出风口 17, 该出风 口 Π为长方形孔。邻近出风口 17的底板 31上悍接有沿前后方向延伸的水箱支 板 20, 对散热器 21起支承作用。 底板 31的右侧前部焊接有前固定板 39, 后部 焊接有后固定板 32。 前固定板 39及后固定板 32上设有螺栓孔, 用来固定发动 机 29及发电机 26。前固定板 39与底盘 5的前壁之间焊接有电感左支板 38和电 感右支板 40, 用来固定安装电感 24。 靠近底盘 5右壁的底板 31的前部, 也就 是邻近电感右支板 40的位置, 开有长方形的模块进风口 16, 该模块进风口 16 的上面悍接有模块支板 41,模块支板 41上开设有与模块进风口 16相对应的孔, 用来将冷却风引向模块 25。靠近底盘 5右壁的底板 31的后部,也就是模块支板 41的后面, 开有底进风口 15 , 该进风口的前后两侧焊接有护网固定板 43。如图 2所示, 在底进风口 15的护网固定板 43上安装有护网 14, 起保护底进风口 15 的作用。
为了使整个机组安装固定, 在底盘 5底板 31的前壁及后壁上开有四个底盘 固定孔 4, 底盘固定孔 4上方焊接有固定孔罩板 36。
底盘 5的底板 31的侧壁上设置有螺栓孔, 用来固定安装前侧板 2、 后侧板 13、左侧板 18及右侧板 10。顶盖板 1盖在四块侧板的上部, 与四块侧板螺栓连 接。
如图 1所示,底盘 5的右侧壁上设置有油管接头 8以及电瓶接头 9。油管接 头 8与外置的油箱连接, 电瓶接头 9与外置的电瓶连接。 本发电机组将油箱与 电瓶外置, 可以节省机柜内部的空间, 使机柜内的零部件布置紧凑, 缩小机组 的体积, 从而降低机组的制造成本。 另外, 外置的油箱与电瓶可以布置在机动 车辆的合适位置, 并可增大其容量。
在前侧板 2的左上方设置有控制面板 6,控制面板 6的下面设置有前进风口 7。 前进风口 7为两列长圆孔, 为空气滤清器 23提供新鲜空气。 前侧板 2的中 部开设有检修孔, 检修孔上安装有检修门 3, 用来检修机组时使用。
右侧板 10的上部开设有输出接线孔, 该孔上配置有输出端盖板 11。
如图 2所示, 后侧板 13的右上部开设有后进风口 12。 后进风口 12的位置 与发动机 29的排气管 30的位置相对应, 从后进风口 12进入的冷却空气对排气 管进行冷却。
如图 3所示, 在机柜内的底盘 5上从右往左依次布置有发电机 26、 发动机 29、 散热器 21及消声器 19。 发电机 26与发动机 29同轴连接。 消声器 19与发 动机 29的排气管 30相连接。发动机 29的前方设置有空气滤清器 23,空气滤清 器 23位于电感 24的上方。
发动机 29为水冷多缸发动机, 其配有强制循环水冷系统, 散热器 21与发 动机 29的冷却管路相连通。散热器 21上固定有水箱护罩,用以保护散热器 21。 散热器 21的冷却风扇装配在发动机 29上, 风扇的外面包围有风扇护架 22, 风 扇护架 22用螺栓固定在水箱护罩上。
在底盘 5上安装有隔板 28以及水箱隔板 20。 7jC箱隔板 20将机柜内部分成 两个腔室,即主腔室和消声器室。隔板 28对机柜内部的电气元器件起支承作用, 并对从底板 31的底进风口 15进入机柜内部的空气起导向作用。
如图 6、 图 7所示, 隔板 28由第一导风板 44与第二导风板 46组合焊接而 成。 第一导风板 44与第二导风板 46均是钣金件, 由钢板折边焊接而成。 第一 导风板 44上还焊接有输出板安装板 45及线固定架 47。输出板安装板 45用来安 装输出接线端 27, 线固定架 47用来固定机组内的连接电线。
底盘 5上, 在散热器 21与消声器 19之间设置有水箱隔板 20。 水箱隔板 20 与左侧板 18、 顶盖板 1、 前侧板 2及后侧板 13围成消声器室, 消声器 19设置 于该消声器室中。 将消声器 19设置于消声器室中, 消声器 19散发的热量被限 制在消声器室中, 不会影响机柜内的其他零部件; 另一方面, 消声器 19的排气 噪声被消声器室屏蔽, 有效地降低了排气噪声。 水箱隔板 20的上部开有通孔, 用以使排气管 30穿过。 水箱隔板 20的中部开有矩形孔, 与散热器 21相对应。 散热器 21通过螺栓固定在水箱隔板 20上。
如图 8、 图 9所示, 为了更好地降低排气噪声, 减小噪声污染, 本发电机组 中的消声器 19由主消声器 49与副消声器 52组合而成。 主消声器 49与副消声 器 52之间由连通管 50连通。 主消声器 49与副消声器 52的内部结构可采用现 有技术中的任一种结构。主消声器 49的进口处设置有排气管接管 48,副消声器 52上焊接有第一支座 51和第二支座 54, 这两个支座将消声器 19固定在机组内 部。 副消声器 52的底部设置有第一尾管接管 53, 副消声器 52的侧壁上设置有 第二尾管接管 55。 可以根据安装发电机组的车体内的具体结构来选择采用这两 个尾管接管中的任一个, 而将另一个封闭, 方便适用。
本发明的工作过程如下:
如图 1〜图 3所示,发动机 29由散热器 21等零部件组成的强制循环水冷系 统强制冷却。 发动机 29的空气滤清器 23从前侧板 2的前进风口 7处吸入新鲜 空气, 由排气管 30经过消声器 19、排气尾管排出废气。机柜外部的空气从底板 上的底进风口 15进入机柜, 由隔板 28的导向作用进入机柜内部, 冷却发电机 26以及机柜内部的零部件。之后,冷却空气由安装在发动机 29端部的风扇的抽 吸作用通过散热器 21进入装有消声器 19的消声器室, 对消声器 19进行冷却, 然后由底盘 5上的出风口 17排出。
底盘 5底板 31上的模块进风口 16、后侧板 13上的后进风口 12分别对一些 高温零部件进行有针对性地专门冷却, 冷却效果好。 从底板 31上的模块进风口 16进入的冷却空气对模块 25进行冷却,从后侧板 13上的后进风口 12进入的冷 却空气对排气管 30进行冷却。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种车载发电机组的风冷结构, 包括机柜, 所述机柜内安装有发动机
(29)、 与发动机(29) 同轴连接的发电机(26)、 与发动机(29)相连的消声 器(19)、 冷却发动机(29) 的散热器(21 ) 以及空气滤清器(23), 其特征是: 所述机柜由底盘(5)、 前侧板(2)、 后侧板(13)、 左侧板(18)、 右侧板(10) 及顶盖板(1 )构成, 所述前侧板(2)、 后侧板(13)、 左侧板(18)及右侧板
( 10)分别固定在底盘(5) 的底板(31 ) 的侧壁上, 所述顶盖板(1 ) 固定在 前侧板(2)、 后侧板 (13)、 左侧板(18)及右侧板(10) 四块侧板的上部, 所 述底盘(5) 的底板 (31 )上设置有出风口 (17)、 模块进风口 (16) 以及底进 风口 (15 ), 所述前侧板(2) 上设置有前进风口 (7), 所述后侧板 (13)上设 置有后进风口 (12)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的车载发电机组的风冷结构, 其特征在于所述底进 风口 (15)的前后两侧焊接有护网固定板(43), 该护网固定板(43)上安装有 护网 (14)。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的车载发电机组的风冷结构, 其特征在于所述机柜 内设置有水箱隔板(20), 水箱隔板(20)与机柜的内壁之间围成消声器室, 所 述消声器(19)设置于该消声器室中。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的车载发电机组的风冷结构, 其特征在于所述机柜 内设置有隔板(28), 所述隔板(28) 由第一导风板(44)与第二导风板(46) 组合而成。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的车载发电机组的风冷结构, 其特征在于所述第一 导风板(44)上固定有输出板安装板 (45 )及线固定架(47)。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的车载发电机组的风冷结构, 其特征在于所述底板 (31 ) 的前壁及后壁上分别设有底盘固定孔(4)。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的车载发电机组的风冷结构, 其特征在于所述消声 器(19) 由主消声器(49)与副消声器(52)组合而成, 主消声器(49)与副 消声器(52)之间由连通管(50)连通。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的车载发电机组的风冷结构, 其特征在于所述副消 声器(52)上设置有第一尾管接管(53)及第二尾管接管 (55)。
