本发明涉及发电机组技术领域,具体涉及一种车载式燃气轮机发电机组。
背景技术
现有技术中,车载形式的发电机组,要么配置常规内燃机作为动力源,要么配置微小型燃气轮机作为动力源(输出功率在1MW以下的燃气轮机),前者较为常见,后者乃少数,但无论是车载的内燃机还是车载的微小型燃气轮机,因其功率密度小,输出功率小,所以在面对大功率的用电需求时,需要多台车载形式的发电机组并机作业,由此造成的技术问题就是作业现场的车载发电机组数量多,占地面积大。此外也有一些技术将大功率燃气轮机应用在作业现场,但因其体积大等因素,只能采用固定式或橇装形式或半挂车载,固定式或橇装这两种形式对于作业场地硬化有较高的要求,必须对作业场地先进行硬化处理,由此就会大大增加作业前期的安装时间,耗时耗力。半挂车载形式现在行业中也仅是极少数的个案,半挂车长度较长,转弯半径较大,在当下一些崎岖山路等路段的通过性差,适应面较窄。
目前在油田领域油改电的大趋势下,上述的车载或固定式或橇装或半挂车载,均无法满足当下行业中快速转运、安装和供电的要求。
为此急需一款功率密度大,便于运输、移动,现场安装方便的发电机组。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种车载式燃气轮机发电机组,通过选择合适承载能力和优良减震性能的底盘车,将大功率的发电机组通过合 理的空间优化布置,集成到了底盘车上,使得该车载式燃气轮机发电机组输出功率大,运输、移动方便,现场安装快捷,适应性广。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种车载式燃气轮机发电机组,包括底盘车,动力仓,电气仓,进气过滤系统,通风过滤系统和液压调平系统,所述动力仓,电气仓,进气过滤系统和通风过滤系统设于底盘车上,所述液压调平系统设于底盘车下部的两侧,动力仓和电气仓分别设在底盘车的两端,在动力仓的顶部设进气过滤系统,在电气仓的顶部设有通风过滤系统,在动力仓内安装有燃气轮机,发电机,齿轮箱和启动电机。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车载式燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:所述液压调平系统的动力由底盘车的发动机提供,液压调平系统用于车载式燃气轮机发电机组在工作状态的地面调平。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的车载式燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:所述动力仓和电气仓的仓体做静音处理。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车载式燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:所述车载式燃气轮机发电机组包括排气系统,所述排气系统通过支撑机构与底盘车连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车载式燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:所述支撑机构包括调平支腿,支座和连接件,所述支座的一端通过连接件与底盘车连接,所述支座的另一端底部与调平支腿连接,支座用于承接排气系统。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车载式燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:所述调平支腿在运输状态时,可折叠。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的车载式燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:所述车载 式燃气轮机发电机组包括仪表面板,仪表风系统,高压接线箱和润滑油散热系统,所述仪表面板,仪表风系统和高压接线箱分别设在底盘车的下部,润滑油散热系统设在动力仓的顶部,润滑油散热系统与进气过滤系统并列设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车载式燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:所述仪表面板,仪表风系统和高压接线箱分别设在底盘车的侧面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的车载式燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:所述燃气轮机的功率为5.3MW以上。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的车载式燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:在动力仓内安装有润滑系统。
