Abstract
本发明公开了一种双车载燃气轮机发电机组,该双车载燃气轮机发电机组通过将整个发电机组采用双车载的形式,便于运输、移动,通过静音舱内对燃气轮机、发电机、齿轮箱、进气系统、启动润滑系统、消防系统、舱体冷却系统和控制系统的合理设置,有效优化了空间布局,为大功率燃气轮机的车载提供空间保障,燃气轮机的功率大了,输出功率也就大了,同等单位面积内,本技术方案相较现有的小功率多台同时使用,功率密度更大,有效缩小占地面积。采用液压调平机构可以对双车的高度进行有效匹配,采用排气系统的调节机构可以对第二运输工具在水平方向上的移动进行调节,从而实现现场快速安装对接,无需吊装,无需对地面硬化。

技术领域
本发明涉及燃气轮机发电技术领域,具体涉及一种双车载燃气轮机发电机组。
背景技术
现有的车载发电机组一般都是配置常规内燃机作为动力源,常规机组的功率密度小,输出功率也就较小,另外,有少数车载发电机组针对微小型燃气轮机的配套设计都为单车载形式,输出功率大都在1MW以下,以上技术方案下,面对大功率用电需求时,需要多台设备并机作业,由此对于现场场地占用面积就会相应增大。此外,一些大功率的燃气轮机发电机组多为固定式或橇装结构,对于场地硬化有较高的要求,现场安装时间较长。尤其是在油田领域油改电的大趋势下,综上,均无法满足当下行业中快速安装和供电的需求。
为此急需一款功率密度大,便于运输、移动,现场安装方便的发电机组。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种双车载燃气轮机发电机组,该双车载燃气轮机发电机组通过将整个发电机组采用双车载的形式,便于运输、移动,采用液压调平机构和排气系统的调节机构,实现现场安装方便的目的,功率密度大。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种双车载燃气轮机发电机组,包括第一运输工具、静音舱、排气系统、调节机构和第二运输工具,在所述第一运输工具上设静音舱,在第二运输工具上设排气系统和调节机构,当所述燃气轮机发电机组处于非运输状态时,排气系统可通过调节机构的调节实现与静音舱的工作连接。
进一步地,所述静音舱的舱体内设有燃气轮机、齿轮箱、发电机、进气系统、启动润滑系统、消防系统、舱体冷却系统和控制系统,所述燃气轮机与齿轮箱连接,齿轮箱与发电机连接,进气系统与燃气轮机的进气口连接,燃气轮机、齿轮箱与发电机均位于舱体下部,所述进气系统位于舱体上部,所述消防系统、舱体冷却系统和控制系统设于舱体的一端,所述启动润滑系统位于舱体下部,设在靠近燃气轮机的一侧。
进一步地,所述舱体冷却系统包括空气过滤器和风机,所述风机设置于舱体一端的上部,在风机的进气口设空气过滤器。
进一步地,所述舱体与控制系统相对端的上部设有润滑冷却系统,润滑冷却系统用于润滑油冷却。
进一步地,所述燃气轮机设有进气罩壳,所述进气罩壳通过柔性部件与进气系统连接。
进一步地,所述静音舱体上填充有隔音材料。
进一步地,所述第一运输工具和/或第二运输工具上设有液压调平系统,所述液压调平系统用于调节第一运输工具和/或第二运输工具的高度。
进一步地,所述调节机构包括主体框架、横向滑轨、纵向滑轨、纵向调节油缸、横向调节油缸和液压系统,横向调节油缸一端与主体框架连接,另一端与排气系统连接,纵向调节油缸一端与主体框架连接,另一端与第二运输工具连接,横向滑轨用于排气系统调节时的横向限位,纵向滑轨用于排气系统调节时的纵向限位,液压系统设在第二运输工具上,液压系统用于纵向调节油缸和横向调节油缸提供动力。
进一步地,横向滑轨和纵向滑轨上分别设置了锁止机构,用于第二运输工具行驶过程中排气系统的固定和锁止。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:一种双车载燃气轮机发电机组,该双车载燃气轮机发电机组通过将整个发电机组采用双车载的形式,便于运输、移动,通过静音舱内对燃气轮机、发电机、齿轮箱、进气系统、启动润滑系统、消防系统、舱体冷却系统和控制系统的合理设置,有效优化了空间布局,为大功率燃气轮机的车载提供空间保障,燃气轮机的功率大了,输出功率也就大了,同等单位面积内,本技术方案相较现有的小功率多台同时使用,功率密度更大,有效缩小占地面积。采用液压调平机构可以对双车的高度进行有效匹配,采用排气系统的调节机构可以对第二运输工具在水平方向上的移动进行调节,从而实现现场快速安装对接,无需吊装,无需对地面硬化。

具体实施方式
实施例,如图1至3所示,一种双车载燃气轮机发电机组,包括第一运输工具1、静音舱2、排气系统3、调节机构4和第二运输工具5,在所述第一运输工具1上设静音舱2,所述静音舱2的舱体内设有燃气轮机6、齿轮箱9、发电机10、进气系统14、启动润滑系统8、消防系统11、舱体冷却系统13和控制系统12,所述燃气轮机6通过传动轴与齿轮箱9连接,齿轮箱9通过法兰面与发电机10连接,缩小了整个轴系的长度,在运输过程中对长度限制起到了保障作用;进气系统14与燃气轮机6的进气口连接,具体的,所述燃气轮机6设有进气罩壳7,所述进气罩壳7通过柔性部件与进气系统14连接,燃气轮机6与进气系统14无需单独运输安装,燃气轮机6、齿轮箱9与发电机10均位于舱体下部,所述进气系统14位于舱体上部,所述消防系统11、舱体冷却系统13和控制系统12设于舱体的一端,所述启动润滑系统8位于舱体下部,设在靠近燃气轮机6的一侧。将燃气轮机6、齿轮箱9、发电机10、进气系统14、启动润滑系统8、消防系统11、舱体冷却系统13和控制系统12等集成到一个舱体内,现场装配只需进行排气系统3的连接,使整套燃气轮机发电机组更为紧凑,便于运输和移动。在第二运输工具5上设排气系统3和调节机构4,当所述燃气轮机发电机组处于非运输状态时,排气系统3可通过调节机构4的调节实现与静音舱2中燃气轮机6排气口的工作连接,使得现场装配方便快捷化。
所述排气系统3包括排气扩散段、膨胀节、水平消音段和竖直烟囱等部件,排气扩散段、膨胀节、水平消音段和竖直烟囱依次连接,排气扩散段用于与静音舱2舱体中燃气轮机6排气口连接。
所述舱体冷却系统13包括空气过滤器和风机,所述风机设置于舱体一端的上部,在风机的进气口设空气过滤器。空气过滤器的设置可以有效静化静音舱2内的冷却空气。
所述舱体与控制系统12相对端的上部设有润滑冷却系统15,润滑冷却系统15用于润滑油冷却。润滑冷却系统15可以是散热器或风机等。保证燃气轮机6和齿轮箱9散热需求的同时减少空间占用,便于运输。
所述静音舱2体上填充有隔音材料。所述隔音材料可以是玻璃纤维棉,岩棉,聚氨酯,峰型棉等。可以有效降低燃气轮机6等设备的噪音,减少噪音污染。
所述第一运输工具1和/或第二运输工具5上设有液压调平系统,所述液压调平系统用于调节第一运输工具1和/或第二运输工具5的高度。液压调平系统包括液压站和液压支腿,液压站为液压支腿提供伸缩动力,液压支腿竖直设在第一运输工具1和第二运输工具5上。
所述调节机构4包括主体框架16、横向滑轨17、纵向滑轨18、纵向调节油缸19、横向调节油缸20和液压系统21,横向调节油缸20的数量可以是一个或者多个,横向调节油缸20一端与主体框架16连接,另一端与排气系统3连接,纵向调节油缸19一端与主体框架16连接,另一端与第二运输工具5连接,横向滑轨17用于排气系统3调节时的横向限位,纵向滑轨18用于排气系统3调节时的纵向限位,液压系统21设在第二运输工具5上,液压系统21通过阀件、管路等提供动力给纵向调节油缸19和横向调节油缸20,从而调节排气系统3在横向和纵向的位置,方便排气系统3和第一运输工具1的对接。横向滑轨17和纵向滑轨18上分别设置了锁止机构,用于第二运输工具5行驶过程中排气系统3的固定和锁止。锁止机构可以是锁扣或限位板和紧固螺栓组合等类似原理的结构物。

Claims (9)
1.一种双车载燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:包括第一运输工具、静音舱、排气系统、调节机构和第二运输工具,在所述第一运输工具上设静音舱,在第二运输工具上设排气系统和调节机构,当所述燃气轮机发电机组处于非运输状态时,排气系统可通过调节机构的调节实现与静音舱的工作连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双车载燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:所述静音舱的舱体内设有燃气轮机、齿轮箱、发电机、进气系统、启动润滑系统、消防系统、舱体冷却系统和控制系统,所述燃气轮机与齿轮箱连接,齿轮箱与发电机连接,进气系统与燃气轮机的进气口连接,燃气轮机、齿轮箱与发电机均位于舱体下部,所述进气系统位于舱体上部,所述消防系统、舱体冷却系统和控制系统设于舱体的一端,所述启动润滑系统位于舱体下部,设在靠近燃气轮机的一侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双车载燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:所述舱体冷却系统包括空气过滤器和风机,所述风机设置于舱体一端的上部,在风机的进气口设空气过滤器。
4.根据权利要求2所述的双车载燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:所述舱体与控制系统相对端的上部设有润滑冷却系统,润滑冷却系统用于润滑油冷却。
5.根据权利要求2所述的双车载燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:所述燃气轮机设有进气罩壳,所述进气罩壳通过柔性部件与进气系统连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双车载燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:所述静音舱体上填充有隔音材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双车载燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:所述第一运输工具和/或第二运输工具上设有液压调平系统,所述液压调平系统用于调节第一运输工具和/或第二运输工具的高度。
8.根据权利要求1所述的双车载燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:所述调节机构包括主体框架、横向滑轨、纵向滑轨、纵向调节油缸、横向调节油缸和液压系统,横向调节油缸一端与主体框架连接,另一端与排气系统连接,纵向调节油缸一端与主体框架连接,另一端与第二运输工具连接,横向滑轨用于排气系统调节时的横向限位,纵向滑轨用于排气系统调节时的纵向限位,液压系统设在第二运输工具上,液压系统用于纵向调节油缸和横向调节油缸提供动力。
9.根据权利要求8所述的双车载燃气轮机发电机组,其特征在于:所述横向滑轨和纵向滑轨上分别设置了锁止机构,用于第二运输工具行驶过程中排气系统的固定和锁止。
