Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于提供移动电力的系统,通过将压裂现场供电系统所需的设备以及连接电缆和连接软管的合理整合,分成3个运输载体来移动并有效连接,第一运输工具上将进气组件和涡轮发电系统结合在一起并安装完毕,直接运输到客户现场,省去了用户现场两者的安装时间。排气烟囱与排气消音器的两种不同位置的设计,既满足道路运输的要求又满足工作时废气排放的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及发电技术领域,具体涉及一种用于提供移动电力的系统。
背景技术
油气工业通常使用水力压裂来促进烃类井(比如油井或气井)的生产。传统压裂设备通常具有占地面积大、环境污染严重等问题,难以满足当前严峻的环境要求及井场作业占地面积要求。
电驱压裂成套设备将有效减少环境污染物的排放,大幅减少占地面积,降低噪声并降低作业和维护成本。成套电驱压裂设备的使用以及电驱压裂设备功率的不断增大,对作业现场的电力供应提出越来越高的要求。通常井场无法通过电网实现压裂设备的供电。而且压裂作业具有作业周期较短的特点,压裂设备需要在不同井场间进行移动。通常情况下,供电系统各部件之间因为组装方式不同,车载构成不同,安装方式不同,所需的安装时间长则1个月,短则半个月。
如何为电驱压裂作业现场提供安装时间短,安装便捷、可移动式的电力供应成为当今电驱压裂作业面临的一大挑战。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于提供移动电力的系统,通过将压裂现场供电系统的所需设备以及连接电缆和连接软管的合理整合,分成3个运输载体来移动并有效连接,实现了压裂现场供电系统的快速移动,快速安装对接。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种用于提供移动电力的系统,包括涡轮发电运输装置,排气运输装置和辅助系统运输装置,所述辅助系统运输装置和排气运输装置连接在涡轮发电运输装置的至少一个侧面,所述涡轮发电运输装置包括进气组件,燃气涡轮机,发电机和第一运输工具,所述进气组件,燃气涡轮机,发电机依次连接并设在第一运输工具上,所述排气运输装置包括移动附件,排气烟囱,排气消音器,排气接头和第二运输工具,所述移动附件,排气烟囱,排气消音器和排气接头设在第二运输工具上。
进一步地,所述涡轮发电运输装置还包括电力单元和控制系统,所述电力单元用于将发电机的电对外输出,所述控制系统包括燃机控制单元和发电机控制单元。
进一步地,所述进气组件设在第一运输工具行进方向的一端并通过进气接头与燃气涡轮机连接。
进一步地,所述进气组件包括进气消音器和进气过滤器。
进一步地,所述辅助系统运输装置包括供气撬、水洗系统、消防系统、润滑系统、通风系统、其他辅助系统和第三运输工具,所述供气撬、水洗系统、消防系统、润滑系统、通风系统和其他辅助系统设在第三运输工具上。
进一步地,所述排气烟囱与排气消音器通过铰接的方式连接,在运输状态下,所述排气烟囱与排气消音器并排设置,在工作状态下,所述排气烟囱设在排气消音器的顶部。
进一步地,所述排气烟囱能绕铰接点旋转180°。
进一步地,根据客户现场的环境不同,可设置不同形状的排气接头。
进一步地,所述排气接头的形状为竖直筒式或弯管式。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.将进气组件和涡轮发电系统结合在一个运输工具上并安装完毕,直接运输到客户现场,省去了用户现场两者的安装时间。
2.将进气组件设在第一运输工具行进方向的一端,并与涡轮发电系统水平方向连接,合理整合了第一运输工具上所有设备的空间位置,并方便运输。
3.排气烟囱与排气消音器在运输状态和工作状态下两种不同位置关系的连接,既满足运输时道路运输的要求又满足工作时废气排放的要求。
4.在排气运输装置上融合了移动附件,(移动附件主要包括辅助系统运输装置与涡轮发电运输装置作业现场连接所用的软管、电缆等),使得供电现场的连接软管和电缆得到了有效整理,归集到一起还可以减少现场电缆和软管连接所需工作量。
5.排气接头可设置为竖直筒式或弯管式,使得排气运输装置可以与涡轮发电运输装置丁字型对接,或并排的对接,以便更好的满足不同客户的现场环境要求。

具体实施方式
如图1到4所示,一种用于提供移动电力的系统,包括涡轮发电运输装置100,排气运输装置300和辅助系统运输装置200,所述辅助系统运输装置200和排气运输装置300连接在涡轮发电运输装置100的至少一个侧面,所述涡轮发电运输装置100包括进气组件101,燃气涡轮机103,发电机104,电力控制系统105和第一运输工具,所述进气组件101,燃气涡轮机103和发电机104在水平方向上依次连接并设在第一运输工具上,电力控制系统105设在第一运输工具上,具体的,所述进气组件101设在第一运输工具行进方向的一端并通过进气接头102与燃气涡轮机103连接,为燃气涡轮机103提供过滤后的助燃空气。进气口的连接没有弯头使用,保证进气流向稳定,降低压力损失。进气组件101的安装作为整个移动电力系统中比较费时费力的安装部分,本技术方案采用同一运输工具上设置,并通过进气接头102连接完毕,直接运输到客户现场的方式,有效节约了客户现场的安装时间。在同一运输工具上,进气组件101与燃气涡轮机103采用水平方向的连接形式,也使涡轮发电运输装置100方便运输。所述辅助系统运输装置200通过可快速拆卸接头与涡轮发电运输装置100连接。发电机104置于燃气涡轮机103输出轴侧,通过中间轴连接,出厂前进行轴系校中,降低现场装配难度,缩短装配时间。电力控制系统105集成到涡轮发电运输装置100上,避免大量的现场接线工作,同时也延长了电气元件的使用寿命。本移动电力的系统整体设计避免了吊装工作,降低现场作业难度,提高了对接安装操作的便利性。
电力控制系统105上集成了电力单元和控制系统,所述电力单元用于将发电机104的电对外输出,所述控制系统包括燃机控制单元和发电机控制单元。
所述排气运输装置300包括移动附件301,排气烟囱302,排气消音器303,排气接头304和第二运输工具,所述移动附件301,排气烟囱302,排气消音器303和排气接头304设在第二运输工具上。所述移动附件301主要包括辅助系统运输装置200与涡轮发电运输装置100连接所用的软管、电缆等,使得供电现场的连接软管和电缆得到了有效整理,归集到一起还可以减少现场电缆和软管连接所需工作量。移动附件301包括线缆卷盘、管汇筐、管汇托架等,用于存储、收纳线缆和软管等。
所述进气组件101包括进气消音器和进气过滤器,进气消音器和进气过滤器连接。
所述辅助系统运输装置200包括供气撬201、水洗系统202、消防系统203、润滑系统204、通风系统205、其他辅助系统206和第三运输工具,所述供气撬201、水洗系统202、消防系统203、润滑系统204、通风系统205和其他辅助系统206设在第三运输工具上。其他辅助系统206为可调控的空间布局,根据客户现场的实际空间情况,用于辅助安装涡轮发电运输装置100上电力控制系统105的部分组件,但并不作为电力控制系统105中主要或/和重要或/和连接安装关系复杂的组件的安装位置。所述辅助系统运输装置200上还可以根据实际需要设置注水系统、仪表风系统和液压系统。润滑系统204为燃气涡轮机103和发电机104提供润滑。通风系统205用于涡轮发电运输装置100的舱体内部通风,所述通风系统205通过通风软管与涡轮发电运输装置100的舱体连接。
所述供气撬201、水洗系统202和消防系统203设在第三运输工具的前侧。供气撬201为燃气涡轮机103提供燃料,水洗系统202用于燃气涡轮机103清洁,消防系统203用于涡轮发电运输装置100的舱体内部消防。
所述排气烟囱302与排气消音器303通过铰接的方式连接,在运输状态下,所述排气烟囱302与排气消音器303并排设置,在工作状态下,所述排气烟囱302设在排气消音器303的顶部。排气烟囱302与排气消音器303在运输状态和工作状态下两种不同位置关系的连接,既满足运输时道路运输的要求又满足工作时废气排放要求。
所述排气烟囱302能绕铰接点旋转180°。旋转时,可以通过液压油缸等辅助机构促使排气烟囱302绕铰接点旋转,使得排气烟囱302设在排气消音器303的顶部,然后两者之间的接口处,通过锁紧装置实现密封。
根据客户现场的环境不同,可设置不同形状的排气接头304。所述排气接头304的形状为竖直筒式或弯管式,得排气运输装置300可以与涡轮发电运输装置100丁字型对接,或并排对接,以便更好的满足不同客户的现场环境要求。实施例1中,排气接头304为竖直筒式设计,排气运输装置300通过尾部与涡轮发电运输装置100丁字型对接。实施例2中,排气接头304为弯管式设计,排气运输装置300通过尾部的弯管排气接头304与涡轮发电运输装置100并排对接。

1.一种用于提供移动电力的系统,其特征在于:包括涡轮发电运输装置,排气运输装置和辅助系统运输装置,所述辅助系统运输装置和排气运输装置连接在涡轮发电运输装置的至少一个侧面,所述涡轮发电运输装置包括进气组件,燃气涡轮机,发电机和第一运输工具,所述进气组件,燃气涡轮机,发电机依次连接并设在第一运输工具上,所述排气运输装置包括移动附件,排气烟囱,排气消音器,排气接头和第二运输工具,所述移动附件,排气烟囱,排气消音器和排气接头设在第二运输工具上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于提供移动电力的系统,其特征在于:所述涡轮发电运输装置还包括电力单元和控制系统,所述电力单元用于将发电机的电对外输出,所述控制系统包括燃机控制单元和发电机控制单元。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于提供移动电力的系统,其特征在于:所述进气组件设在第一运输工具行进方向的一端并通过进气接头与燃气涡轮机连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于提供移动电力的系统,其特征在于:所述进气组件包括进气消音器和进气过滤器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于提供移动电力的系统,其特征在于:所述辅助系统运输装置包括供气撬、水洗系统、消防系统、润滑系统、通风系统、其他辅助系统和第三运输工具,所述供气撬、水洗系统、消防系统、润滑系统、通风系统和其他辅助系统设在第三运输工具上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于提供移动电力的系统,其特征在于:所述排气烟囱与排气消音器通过铰接的方式连接,在运输状态下,所述排气烟囱与排气消音器并排设置,在工作状态下,所述排气烟囱设在排气消音器的顶部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于提供移动电力的系统,其特征在于:所述排气烟囱能绕铰接点旋转180°。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于提供移动电力的系统,其特征在于:根据客户现场的环境不同,可设置不同形状的排气接头。
