背景技术
醋是中国的一种传统食品。在中国,醋的酿造和食用历史有上千年之久。中国许多地区有食用醋的习惯。随着食品科学技术的发展,人们对醋的功效有了更深的认识。现代科学认为,食醋对治病养生有以下方面的作用:1、消除疲劳;2、调节血液的酸碱平衡,维持人体内环境的相对稳定;3、帮助消化,有利于食物中营养成分的吸收;4、抗衰老,抑制和降低人体衰老过程中过氧化物的形成;5、具有很强的杀菌能力,可以杀伤肠道中的葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、嗜盐菌等;6、增强肝脏机能,促进新陈代谢;7、扩张血管,有利于降低血压,防止心血管疾病的发生;8、增强肾脏功能,有利尿作用,并能降低尿糖含量;9、可使体内过多的脂肪转变为体能消耗掉,并促进糖和蛋白质的代谢,可防治肥胖;10、食醋中还含有抗癌物质。
近年来随着醋饮料市场的丰富,醋的各种功能均得已应用,但是市场上尚无有针对性促进儿童消化的醋饮料。

本发明的目的是:提供一种具有开胃消食功能的山楂醋饮料,它具有增强儿童食欲,促进消化的功能。
本发明是这样实现的:一种具有开胃消食功能的山楂醋饮料包括酿造食醋1%~10%、山楂浓缩汁0.5%~5%,以重量百分比计,其特殊之处在于:还包括:麦芽1‰~10‰、薏米1‰~10‰、陈皮0.2‰~1‰、余量为水。
所述的一种具有开胃消食功能的山楂醋饮料,其特殊之处在于:按比例称取麦芽、薏米、陈皮,挑除霉粒、烂粒、沙石等杂质后;麦芽、薏米平铺于烘烤盘中,厚度约1~2cm,放入烘烤箱中,170℃,烘烤10min,至麦芽、薏米发出强烈烤香味但又不烤焦为止;将烤后的麦芽、薏米和陈皮放入夹层锅中,加5~10倍水,煮沸后保持微沸状态15分钟,倒出药汁;药材再加3~5倍水,煮沸后保持微沸状态5分钟,倒出药汁,合并两次提取药汁,取清液常温保存备用。

本发明一种具有开胃消食功能的山楂醋饮料,山楂有消积开胃,活血散瘀,防暑、降压药用价值。山楂含多种维生素、酒石酸、柠檬酸、山楂酸、苹果酸等,还含有黄酮类、内酯、糖类、蛋白质、脂肪和钙、磷、铁等矿物质,所含的解脂酶能促进脂肪类食物的消化。促进胃液分泌和增加胃内酶素等功能。中医认为,山楂具有消积化滞、收敛止痢、活血化淤等功效。主治饮食积滞、胸膈痞满、疝气血淤闭经等症。一般人皆可食用。儿童、老年人、消化不良尤其适合食用。
中医认为,陈皮性味辛、苦、温,入脾、肺经;有行气健脾、降逆止呕、调中开胃、燥湿化痰之功,适用于脾胃气滞所致的脘腹胀满、嗳气、恶心、呕吐及湿阻中焦所致的纳呆倦怠、大便溏薄及痰湿壅滞之咳嗽痰多等症。《本草纲目》言其“疗吐哕反胃嘈杂,时吐清水,痰痞,痰疟,大肠闭塞,妇人乳痈。入食疗,解鱼腥毒”。“陈皮,苦能泄能燥,辛能散,温能和……同补药则补,同泻药则泻,同升药则升,同降药则降”。
薏仁又称薏米,味甘气和,清中浊品,能健脾阴,大益肠胃。主治脾虚泻,致成水肿,风湿盘缓,致成手足无力,不能屈伸。盖因湿胜则土败,土胜则气复,肿自消而力自生。取其入肺,滋养化源,用治上焦消渴,肺痈肠痈。又取其味厚沉下,培植部,用治脚气肿痛,肠红崩漏。若咳血久而食少者,假以气和力缓,倍用无不效。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
酿造食醋10kg(其中酿造米醋5kg、酿造苹果醋5kg)、山楂浓缩汁5kg、白糖10kg、麦芽1kg、薏米1kg、陈皮0.2kg、蜂蜜0.5kg,纯净水加至1吨。
按配方量称取后麦芽、薏米、陈皮后,挑除霉粒、烂粒、沙石等杂质后,麦芽、薏米平铺于烘烤盘中,厚度约1~2cm,放入烘烤箱中,170℃,烘烤10min,至麦芽、薏米发出强烈烤香味但又不烤焦为止,将烤后的麦芽、薏米和称好的陈皮放入夹层锅中,加5~10倍水,煮沸后保持微沸状态15分钟,倒出药汁,药材再加3~5倍水,煮沸后保持微沸状态5分钟,倒出药汁,合并两次提取药汁,静置取上层清液,清液常温保存备用。

酿造米醋20kg、酿造苹果醋15kg、山楂浓缩汁15kg、白糖30kg、麦芽10kg、薏米10kg、陈皮1kg、蜂蜜2kg,纯净水加至1吨。

Claims (4)
1.一种具有开胃消食功能的山楂醋饮料,包括酿造食醋1%~10%、山楂浓缩汁0.5%~5%,以重量百分比计,其特征在于:还包括:麦芽1‰~10‰、薏米1‰~10‰、陈皮0.2‰~1‰、余量为纯净水;
按比例称取麦芽、薏米、陈皮,挑除霉粒、烂粒、沙石杂质后;麦芽、薏米平铺于烘烤盘中,厚度1~2cm,放入烘烤箱中,170℃,烘烤10min,至麦芽、薏米发出强烈烤香味但又不烤焦为止;将烤后的麦芽、薏米和陈皮放入夹层锅中,加5~10倍水,煮沸后保持微沸状态15分钟,倒出药汁;药材再加3~5倍水,煮沸后保持微沸状态5分钟,倒出药汁,合并两次提取药汁,静置取上层清液,清液常温保存备用。
