本发明涉及蜂蜜饮品技术领域,尤其涉及一种营养丰富蜂蜜饮品。
背景技术
蜜蜂从植物的花中采取含水量约为75%的花蜜或分泌物,存入自己第二个胃中,在体内多种转化的作用下,经过15天左右反复酝酿各种维生素、矿物质和氨基酸丰富到一定的数值时,同时把花蜜中的多糖转变成人体可直接吸收的单糖葡萄糖、果糖。
传统的食用醋同样是发酵食物,其以高梁、麸皮、谷糠和水为主要原料,以大麦、豌豆所制大曲为糖化发酵剂,经酒精发酵后,再经醋酸发酵、熏醅、陈酿等工序配制而成。目前市售的食用醋虽然保健功效显著,但口味单一,主要用作作料,随着人们保健意识的不断增强,目前市场上销售的食用醋还不能满足人们作为日常饮品的需求。如何制备一种不仅营养丰富,保健功效好,且口感好,便于人体饮用的功能饮料,亟待解决。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种营养丰富蜂蜜饮品,不仅保留了蜂蜜的营养成分,而且汤色澄清,口感极好,具有营养丰富,保存方便,易于携带,饮用方便的特点,可满足人们快节奏的生活方式。
本发明提出的一种营养丰富蜂蜜饮品,其原料按重量份包括:甘草10-18份,茯苓12-20份,丁香12-20份,莲子8-16份,薄荷4-10份,炒麦芽6-10份,苹果醋60-80份,果糖4-6份,蜂蜜60-80份。
甘草,性平,味甘,归十二经。能补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
茯苓,味甘、淡,性平。归心、肺、脾、肾经。能渗湿利水;健脾和胃;宁心安神。主治小便不利;水肿胀满;痰饮咳逆;呕吐;脾虚食少;泄泻;心悸不安;失眠健忘;遗精白浊。
丁香,味辛,性温。归胃经、脾经、肾经。能温中、暖肾、降逆。主治呃逆、呕吐、反胃、痢疾、心腹冷痛、痃癖、疝气、癣症。
莲子,味甘、涩,性温。入脾、肾、心经。能清心醒脾,补脾止泻,养心安神明目、补中养神,健脾补胃,止泻固精,益肾涩精止带,滋补元气。主治心烦失眠,脾虚久泻,大便溏泄,久痢,腰疼,男子遗精,妇人赤白带下;还可预防早产、流产、孕妇腰酸。
薄荷,味辛,性凉。入肺、肝经。能疏风,散热,辟秽,解毒。主治外感风热,头痛,目赤,咽喉肿痛,食滞气胀,口疮,牙痛,疮疥,瘾疹。
炒麦芽,味甘,性温。归脾、胃经。能行气消食回乳。用于食积不消,妇女断乳。
优选地,甘草、茯苓、丁香的重量比为12-16:14-18:16-18。
优选地,莲子、薄荷、炒麦芽的重量比为10-14:6-8:7-9。
优选地,苹果醋和蜂蜜的重量比为65-75:65-75。
本发明富含人体所需要的许多营养成分,VC含量极高,饮料香甜可口,老少皆宜,可以增加食欲,是一种色味俱佳的营养饮品。其中苹果醋富含多种氨基酸、蛋白质和维生素,其含量均高于一般水果和蔬菜,具有调节机体代谢,提高身体免疫力的功效,苹果醋与蜂蜜、中药提取液复配,具有滋阴补血、生津润燥、滋补肝肾的功效,而且口感香甜,饮用方便,工艺简单,配方合理,充分发挥各原料之所长,具有良好的养生保健功效,平常饮用,可有效起到养肝护肝的作用,且汤色澄清,口感极好。本发明所得蜂蜜饮品具有营养丰富,保存方便,易于携带,饮用方便的特点,可满足人们快节奏的生活方式。
