Abstract
一种缓冲器用润滑油组合物,该组合物是将包含矿物油和/或合成油的基油与(A)具有碳原子数为2~18的烃基的磷酸酯系化合物和/或亚磷酸酯系化合物、和(B)通式(I)表示的仲胺化合物混合而形成。该缓冲器用润滑油组合物提高汽车缓冲器中的密封/钢之间的摩擦力,提高汽车高速行驶时的操纵稳定性,同时提高乘坐舒适性。式(I)中,R1和R2表示碳原子数为1~18的烷基、碳原子数为2~18的烯基或含有碳原子数为5~18的环烷烃结构的基团;R1和R2可以相互结合形成环碳原子数为3~6的环状结构。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及缓冲器用润滑油组合物。更详细而言,本发明涉及提高汽车缓冲器(减震器)中的密封/钢之间的摩擦力、提高汽车高速行驶时的操纵稳定性、同时提高乘坐舒适性、而且钢/钢之间的摩擦系数的增加少的缓冲器用润滑油组合物。
背景技术
汽车缓冲器用润滑油主要用于抑制震动,以使汽车发挥最适衰减力、保持操纵稳定性。特别是最近,高速道路网完备,向来都在增加,汽车高速行驶的比率增加。因此,对发挥高速行驶稳定性及危险回避能力优异的性能的车的需求正在增加。但是,在日本的现行车中,在100~200km/小时的速度下为了变换车道而断开手柄时,发生不稳定的转动,出现车身的稳定性变差、或者回避危险所必需的回避距离长等问题。
其原因与缓冲器中微小振幅时的油封与活塞杆或活塞带与汽缸等滑动部分中的摩擦力的大小有关,但研究结果尚不明确。高速行驶时,震动向轮胎、弹簧、缓冲器、车身移动,处于轻微震动状态。通常,上述震动的冲程长度为0.4~2.0mm左右,重复速度为1.5~15.0Hz左右。在这样的条件下缓冲器不易产生衰减力,所以无法充分发挥制震作用。其结果,若油封与活塞杆或活塞带与汽缸等滑动部分开始滑动的摩擦力小,则车身容易倾斜,使稳定性恶化。
因此,解决上述问题时,认为只要增大缓冲器用润滑油的油封与活塞杆或活塞带与汽缸等滑动部分的摩擦力即可。但是,若单纯增大摩擦力,则油封的磨耗引起漏油,导致活塞带与汽缸的磨耗增加或轴承与杆的磨耗增加。因此,人们要求在不损及耐磨耗性的前提下提高活塞杆与油封或活塞带与汽缸等滑动部分的摩擦力。
并且,根据经验,已知使用Bowden(バウンデン)式往复运动摩擦试验机测定的特定的低速下的摩擦系数μL与特定的高速下的摩擦系数μH之比μL/μH不足1时,乘坐舒适性良好。
作为汽车缓冲器用的优选的润滑油组合物,有人公开了:基于组合物总重量,向润滑油基油中混合0.1~1.0%(重量)的二硫代磷酸二酯的润滑油组合物(例如参照专利文献1)。另外,作为汽车缓冲器用润滑油组合物,有人公开了下述组合物:基于组合物总重量,向润滑油基油中混合0.05~0.3%(重量)(A)酸式磷酸单酯的胺盐、0.1~0.6%(重量)(B)多烯基琥珀酰亚胺和0.3~0.8%(重量)(C)酸式亚磷酸二酯的润滑油组合物(例如参照专利文献2)。
上述润滑油组合物,虽然密封/钢之间的摩擦力大,但关于μ比则未作规定。
并且,有人公开了一种缓冲器用液压油组合物,该组合物是向润滑油基油中混合[1]选自(A)特定的脂肪族伯胺和(B)具有碳原子数为8~30的烃基的琥珀酰亚胺中的至少一种含氮化合物和[2]选自(C)具有碳原子数为3~10的支链烃基的磷酸酯类和(D)具有碳原子数为6~18的(烷基)芳基的磷酸酯类中的至少一种含磷化合物而形成(例如参照专利文献3)。上述磷化合物与含氮化合物的组合,由于磷化合物的稳定化和低摩擦力化,是一直以来都在使用的技术,但该液压油组合物中,关于提高摩擦力及优化μ比则丝毫没有言及。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
本发明的目的在于:在上述状况下,提供一种提高汽车缓冲器(减震器)中的密封/钢之间的摩擦力、提高汽车高速行驶时的操纵稳定性、同时提高乘坐舒适性、而且钢/钢之间的摩擦系数的增加少的缓冲器用润滑油组合物。
解决课题的方法
本发明人等为了开发具有上述优选性质的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,反复进行了深入研究,结果发现:通过将特定的磷酸酯系化合物和/或亚磷酸酯系化合物与特定的仲胺化合物组合并混合在基油中,能够达到该目的。本发明基于上述发现而完成。
即,本发明提供下述(1)~(6)。
(1)缓冲器用润滑油组合物,该组合物是将包含矿物油和/或合成油的基油与(A)具有碳原子数为2~18的烃基的磷酸酯系化合物和/或亚磷酸酯系化合物、和(B)通式(I)表示的仲胺化合物混合而形成,
[式中,R1和R2分别表示碳原子数为1~18的烷基、碳原子数为2~18的烯基或含有碳原子数为5~18的环烷烃结构的基团;R1和R2彼此可以相同也可以不同,还可以相互结合形成以氮原子作为杂原子的环碳原子数为3~6的环状结构];
(2)上述(1)所述的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其中具有碳原子数为2~18的烃基的磷酸酯系化合物是含有1个或2个该烃基的酸式磷酸酯;
(3)上述(1)或(2)所述的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其中具有碳原子数为2~18的烃基的亚磷酸酯系化合物是含有2个该烃基的酸式亚磷酸二酯;
(4)上述(1)~(3)中任一项所述的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,该组合物是基于组合物总量,混合0.01~4%(质量)(A)的磷酸酯系化合物和/或亚磷酸酯系化合物而形成;
(5)上述(1)~(4)中任一项所述的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,该组合物是基于组合物总量,混合0.05~5%(质量)(B)的仲胺化合物而形成;以及
(6)上述(1)~(5)中任一项所述的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,该组合物是进一步混合选自无灰洗净分散剂、金属系洗净剂、润滑性提高剂、抗氧化剂、防锈剂、金属钝化剂、粘度指数改进剂、流动点降低剂和消泡剂中的至少一种而形成。
发明效果
根据本发明,可以提供一种提高汽车缓冲器(减震器)中的密封/钢之间的摩擦力、提高汽车高速行驶时的操纵稳定性、同时提高乘坐舒适性、而且钢/钢之间的摩擦系数的增加少的缓冲器用润滑油组合物。
实施发明的最佳方式
本发明的缓冲器用润滑油组合物(以下,有时仅称作润滑油组合物),是以提高汽车高速行驶时的操纵稳定性、同时提高乘坐舒适性为目的而开发的。
为了提高汽车高速行驶时的操纵稳定性,重要的是提高密封/钢之间的摩擦力。在提高乘坐舒适性时,优选使用Bowden式往复运动摩擦试验机测定的、1.0mm/s的低速下的摩擦系数μL与3.0mm/s的高速下的摩擦系数μH之比μL/μH不足1。而且,优选在满足上述条件的同时,不损及滑动部分的耐磨耗性,并且降低钢/钢之间的摩擦系数。
为了满足上述要件,如下所示,本发明的润滑油组合物的特征在于:在基油中混合(A)具有碳原子数为2~18的烃基的磷酸酯系化合物和/或亚磷酸酯系化合物、和(B)具有特定结构的仲胺化合物作为必须成分。
作为本发明的润滑油组合物中的基油,通常使用矿物油或合成油。对该矿物油或合成油的种类等没有特别限定,矿物油的例子有:利用溶剂纯化、加氢纯化等通常的纯化方法得到的石蜡基系矿物油、中间基系矿物油或萘基系矿物油等。
另外,合成油的例子有:聚丁烯、聚烯烃[α-烯烃(共)聚合物]、各种酯(例如多元醇酯、二元酸酯、磷酸酯等)、各种醚(例如聚苯醚等)、烷基苯、烷基萘等。
在本发明中,作为基油,可以使用一种上述矿物油,也可以将两种以上组合使用。另外,可以使用一种上述合成油,也可以将两种以上组合使用。并且,可以将一种以上的矿物油与一种以上的合成油组合使用。
本发明的润滑油组合物,由于主要用作以乘坐为目的的车的缓冲器油,所以作为上述基油的粘度,以40℃的动态粘度计,优选2.0~15.0mm2/s的范围,更优选4.0~9.0mm2/s。
本发明的润滑油组合物中,用作(A)成分的磷酸酯系化合物和/或亚磷酸酯系化合物,其分子内具有碳原子数为2~18的烃基,上述碳原子数为2~18的烃基的例子有:碳原子数为2~18的烷基和烯基、碳原子数为6~18的芳基、碳原子数为7~18的芳烷基等。上述烷基和烯基可以是直链状、支链状、环状中的任一种,其例子有:乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、各种戊基、各种己基、各种辛基、各种癸基、各种十二烷基、各种十四烷基、各种十六烷基、各种十八烷基、环戊基、环己基、烯丙基、丙烯基、各种丁烯基、各种己烯基、各种辛烯基、各种癸烯基、各种十二碳烯基、各种十四碳烯基、各种十六碳烯基、各种十八碳烯基、环戊烯基、环己烯基等。
碳原子数为6~18的芳基的例子有:苯基、甲苯基、二甲苯基、萘基等。碳原子数为7~18的芳烷基的例子有:苄基、苯乙基、萘甲基、甲基苄基、甲基苯乙基、甲基萘甲基等。
本发明中使用的磷酸酯系化合物的例子有:酸式磷酸单酯、酸式磷酸二酯和磷酸三酯。
酸式磷酸单酯的例子有:酸式磷酸一乙酯、酸式磷酸一正丙酯、酸式磷酸一正丁酯、酸式磷酸一-2-乙基己酯、酸式磷酸一月桂酯、酸式磷酸一肉豆蔻酯、酸式磷酸一棕榈酯、酸式磷酸一硬脂基酯、酸式磷酸一油醇酯等。
酸式磷酸二酯的例子有:酸式磷酸二正丁酯、酸式磷酸二-2-乙基己酯、酸式磷酸二癸酯、酸式磷酸二(十二烷基)酯(酸式磷酸二月桂酯)、酸式磷酸二(十三烷基)酯、酸式磷酸二(十八烷基)酯(酸式磷酸二硬脂基酯)、酸式磷酸二-9-十八碳烯酯(酸式磷酸二油醇酯)等。
磷酸三酯的例子有:磷酸三芳酯、磷酸三烷基酯、磷酸三烷基芳酯、磷酸三芳基烷基酯、磷酸三烯基酯等。例如有:磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸苄基二苯酯、磷酸乙基二苯酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸乙基二丁酯、磷酸甲酚二苯酯、磷酸二甲酚苯酯、磷酸乙基苯基二苯酯、磷酸二(乙基苯基)苯酯、磷酸丙基苯基二苯酯、磷酸二(丙基苯基)苯酯、磷酸三乙基苯酯、磷酸三丙基苯酯、磷酸丁基苯基二苯酯、磷酸二(丁基苯基)苯酯、磷酸三丁基苯酯、磷酸三己酯、磷酸三(2-乙基己基)酯、磷酸三癸酯、磷酸三月桂酯、磷酸三肉豆蔻酯、磷酸三棕榈酯、磷酸三硬脂基酯、磷酸三油醇酯等。
上述磷酸酯系化合物中,从性能等方面考虑,优选酸式磷酸单酯和酸式磷酸二酯。
另一方面,亚磷酸酯系化合物可以使用:酸式亚磷酸二酯和亚磷酸三酯等。
酸式亚磷酸二酯的例子有:亚磷酸氢二正丁酯、亚磷酸氢二-2-乙基己酯、亚磷酸氢二癸酯、亚磷酸氢二(十二烷基)酯(亚磷酸氢二月桂酯)、亚磷酸氢二(十八烷基)酯(亚磷酸氢二硬脂基酯)、亚磷酸氢二-9-十八碳烯酯(亚磷酸氢二油醇酯)、亚磷酸氢二苯酯等。
亚磷酸三酯的例子有:亚磷酸三乙酯、亚磷酸三正丁酯、亚磷酸三苯酯、亚磷酸三甲苯酯、亚磷酸三(壬基苯基)酯、亚磷酸三(2-乙基己基)酯、亚磷酸三癸酯、亚磷酸三月桂酯、亚磷酸三异辛酯、亚磷酸二苯基异癸酯、亚磷酸三硬脂基酯、亚磷酸三油醇酯等。
上述亚磷酸酯系化合物中,从性能等方面考虑,优选酸式亚磷酸二酯。
本发明的润滑油组合物中,作为(A)成分,可以使用一种以上的上述磷酸酯系化合物,也可以使用一种以上的上述亚磷酸酯系化合物,或者可以将一种以上的该磷酸酯系化合物与一种以上的该亚磷酸酯系化合物组合使用。
基于组合物总量,该(A)成分的混合量优选为0.01~4%(质量)的范围。(A)成分的混合量在上述范围时,滑动部分的耐磨耗性充分,并且通过与后述(B)成分仲胺组合,可以满足上述作为缓冲器用所要求的要件。(A)成分的更优选的混合量为0.03~3%(质量),特别优选0.1~2%(质量)。
本发明的润滑油组合物中,用作(B)成分的仲胺化合物具有通式(I)表示的结构。
上述通式(I)中,R1和R2分别表示碳原子数为1~18的烷基、碳原子数为2~18的烯基或含有碳原子数为5~18的环烷烃结构的基团。而且,R1和R2彼此可以相同也可以不同,还可以相互结合形成以氮原子作为杂原子的环碳原子数为3~6的环状结构。
上述碳原子数为1~18的烷基可以是直链状,也可以是支链状。其例子有:甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、各种戊基、各种己基、各种辛基、各种癸基、各种十二烷基、各种十四烷基、各种十六烷基、各种十八烷基等。
上述碳原子数为2~18的烯基可以是直链状,也可以是支链状。其例子有:烯丙基、丙烯基、各种丁烯基、各种己烯基、各种辛烯基、各种癸烯基、各种十二碳烯基、各种十四碳烯基、各种十六碳烯基、各种十八碳烯基等。
作为上述含有碳原子数为5~18的环烷烃结构的基团,例如有通式(II)表示的、总碳原子数为5~18的基团。
上述通式(II)中,R3表示氢原子、碳原子数为1~8的烷基或碳原子数为2~8的烯基;m表示0~3的整数,n表示0~10的整数。
R3中碳原子数为1~8的烷基可以是直链状,也可以是支链状。其例子有:甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、各种戊基、各种己基、各种辛基等。
R3中碳原子数为2~8的烯基可以是直链状,也可以是支链状。其例子有:乙烯基、烯丙基、丙烯基、各种丁烯基、各种戊烯基、各种己烯基、各种辛烯基等。
上述通式(II)表示的、总碳原子数为5~18的基团例如有:环戊基、甲基环戊基、环戊基甲基、2-环戊基乙基、环己基、甲基环己基、环己基甲基、2-环己基乙基、环辛基、环辛基甲基、2-环辛基乙基等。
上述通式(I)中,R1和R2彼此可以相同也可以不同,但从容易制备的角度考虑,优选为相同。另外,上述R1和R2可以相互结合形成以氮原子作为杂原子的环碳原子数为3~6的环状结构,这种化合物的例子有:通式(III)表示的环状胺。
上述通式(III)中,R4表示氢原子、碳原子数为1~8的烷基或碳原子数为2~8的烯基;k表示0~3的整数。
R4中的碳原子数为1~8的烷基和碳原子数为2~8的烯基,与上述R3中对碳原子数为1~8的烷基和碳原子数为2~8的烯基的说明相同。
本发明中,用作(B)成分的上述仲胺化合物的具体例子有:二正丁胺、二正己胺、二正辛胺、二-2-乙基己胺、二月桂胺、二肉豆蔻胺、二棕榈胺、二硬脂胺、二油胺、二环戊胺、二环己胺、吡咯烷、2-甲基吡咯烷、哌啶、2-甲基哌啶、六亚甲基亚胺等。
本发明的润滑油组合物中,作为(B)成分,可以仅使用一种上述通式(I)表示的仲胺化合物,也可以将两种以上组合使用。
基于组合物总量,该(B)成分的混合量优选为0.05~5%(质量)的范围。(B)成分的混合量在上述范围时,上述(A)成分-磷酸酯系化合物和/或亚磷酸酯系化合物对氧化劣化的稳定性或贮藏稳定性变得良好,可以满足上述作为缓冲器用所要求的要件,另外滑动部分的耐耐候性也良好。(B)成分的更优选的混合量为0.1~3%(质量),特别优选0.1~2%(质量)。
需要说明的是,使用伯胺化合物作为(B)成分时,无法满足作为缓冲器用所要求的上述要件。
本发明的润滑油组合物中,在不损及本发明目的的范围内,根据需要可以混合各种添加剂、例如选自无灰洗净分散剂、金属系洗净剂、润滑性提高剂((A)以外的其它润滑性提高剂)、抗氧化剂、防锈剂、金属钝化剂、粘度指数改进剂、流动点降低剂和消泡剂中的至少一种。
其中,无灰洗净分散剂的例子有:琥珀酰亚胺类、含硼的琥珀酰亚胺类、苄胺类、含硼的苄胺类、琥珀酸酯类、脂肪酸或琥珀酸所代表的一元或二元羧酸酰胺类等。金属系洗净剂的例子有:中性金属磺酸盐、中性金属酚盐、中性金属水杨酸盐、中性金属膦酸盐、碱式磺酸盐、碱式酚盐、碱式水杨酸盐、过碱式磺酸盐、过碱式水杨酸盐、过碱式膦酸盐等。以润滑油组合物总量为基准,上述无灰洗净分散剂和金属系洗净剂的混合量通常为0.1~20%(质量),优选为0.5~10%(质量)。
上述润滑性提高剂的例子有极压剂、耐磨耗剂、油性剂,例如有:二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDTP)、二硫代氨基甲酸锌(ZnDTC)、硫化二硫代有机磷酸氧钼(MoDTP,硫化オキシモリブデンオルガノホスホロジチオエ一ト)、硫化二硫代氨基甲酸氧钼(MoDTC)等有机金属系化合物。以润滑油组合物总量为基准,上述化合物的混合量通常为0.05~5%(质量),优选为0.1~3%(质量)。
上述润滑性提高剂的例子还包括:硫化油脂、硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯、硫化烯烃、二氢二价碳基聚硫化物、噻二唑化合物、烷基硫代氨基甲酰基化合物、三嗪化合物、硫代萜烯化合物、二烷基硫代二丙酸酯化合物等硫系极压剂。以润滑油组合物总量为基准,上述化合物的混合量通常为0.05~2%(质量)。
上述润滑性提高剂的例子可以进一步列举:硬脂酸、油酸等脂肪族饱和及不饱和一元羧酸;二聚酸、加氢二聚酸等聚合脂肪酸;蓖麻醇酸、12-羟基硬脂酸等羟基脂肪酸;月桂醇、油醇等脂肪族饱和及不饱和一元醇;硬脂胺、油胺等脂肪族饱和及不饱和单胺;月桂酰胺、油酰胺等脂肪族饱和及不饱和一元羧酸酰胺等油性剂。以润滑油组合物总量为基准,上述油性剂的混合量通常为0.01~10%(质量),优选为0.1~5%(质量)。
作为抗氧化剂,可以使用以往润滑油中使用的胺系抗氧化剂、酚系抗氧化剂和硫系抗氧化剂。上述抗氧化剂可以单独使用一种,或者将两种以上组合使用。胺系抗氧化剂的例子有:一辛基二苯胺、一壬基二苯胺等一烷基二苯胺系化合物;4,4’-二丁基二苯胺、4,4’-二戊基二苯胺、4,4’-二己基二苯胺、4,4’-二庚基二苯胺、4,4’-二辛基二苯胺、4,4’-二壬基二苯胺等二烷基二苯胺系化合物;四丁基二苯胺、四己基二苯胺、四辛基二苯胺、四壬基二苯胺等多烷基二苯胺系化合物;α-萘胺、苯基-α-萘胺、丁基苯基-α-萘胺、戊基苯基-α-萘胺、己基苯基-α-萘胺、庚基苯基-α-萘胺、辛基苯基-α-萘胺、壬基苯基-α-萘胺等萘胺系化合物。
酚系抗氧化剂的例子有:2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚等一元酚系化合物;4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)、2,2’-亚甲基双(4-乙基-6-叔丁基苯酚)等双酚系化合物。
硫系抗氧化剂的例子有:2,6-二叔丁基-4-(4,6-双(辛硫基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基氨基)苯酚、五硫化磷与蒎烯的反应物等硫代萜烯系化合物;硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、硫代二丙酸二硬脂基酯等硫代二丙酸二烷基酯等。
以润滑油组合物总量为基准,上述抗氧化剂的混合量通常为0.01~10%(质量)左右,优选为0.03~5%(质量)。
防锈剂的例子有:金属系磺酸盐、琥珀酸酯等。从混合效果方面考虑,以润滑油组合物总量为基准,上述防锈剂的混合量通常为0.01~10%(质量)左右,优选为0.05~5%(质量)。
金属钝化剂的例子有:苯并三唑、噻二唑等。从混合效果方面考虑,以润滑油组合物总量为基准,上述金属钝化剂的优选混合量通常为0.01~10%(质量)左右,优选为0.01~1%(质量)。
粘度指数改进剂的例子有:聚甲基丙烯酸酯、分散型聚甲基丙烯酸酯、烯烃系共聚物(例如乙烯-丙烯共聚物等)、分散型烯烃系共聚物、苯乙烯系共聚物(例如苯乙烯-二烯氢化共聚物等)等。
从混合效果方面考虑,以润滑油组合物总量为基准,上述粘度指数改进剂的混合量通常为0.5~35%(质量)左右,优选为1~15%(质量)。
流动点降低剂可以使用重均分子量为5万~15万左右的聚甲基丙烯酸酯等。
作为消泡剂,优选高分子硅酮系消泡剂,通过混合该高分子硅酮系消泡剂,可有效发挥消泡性,提高乘坐舒适性。
上述高分子硅酮系消泡剂的例子有有机聚硅氧烷,特别优选三氟丙基甲基硅油等含氟有机聚硅氧烷。从消泡效果和经济性的平衡等角度考虑,以组合物总量为基准,该高分子硅酮系消泡剂优选混合0.005~0.1%(质量)左右,更优选混合0.008~0.08%(质量)。
本发明的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,在使用Bowden式往复运动摩擦试验机,按照后述实验条件测定速度为1.0mm/s和3.0mm/s时的摩擦系数μL和μH时,μH优选0.4以上,更优选0.5以上。该μH为0.4以上时,汽车高速行驶时的操纵稳定性良好。
另外,μL/μH比优选为不足1,更优选为0.7以上且不足1。该μL/μH不足1时,乘坐舒适性良好;而当μL/μH为0.8以上时,乘坐舒适性良好,人体所感觉到的震动少而良好。
并且,按后述条件测定的钢/钢之间的摩擦系数μ通常为0.3以下,相对于未添加仲胺化合物、而添加磷酸酯系化合物和/或亚磷酸酯系化合物的情形,该摩擦系数的增加少。
如上所述,本申请发明涉及将基油与(A)和(B)成分、以及根据需要而添加的各种添加剂混合而形成的润滑油组合物,该组合物通常含有基油、(A)和(B)成分、以及根据需要而添加的各种添加剂。
实施例
接下来,通过实施例进一步详细说明本发明,但本发明并不受这些例子的任何限定。
·Bowden摩擦试验(1)
<钢轨/钢之间的摩擦系数测定>
试验机:Bowden式往复运动摩擦试验机
实验条件
油温:20℃
荷重:9.8N
冲程:10mm
速度:1.0mm/s、3.0mm/s
摩擦次数:50次
摩擦材料:上部橡胶(A437)
下部镀铬板
在上述实验条件下,测定速度为1.0mm/s时的摩擦系数μL和速度为3.0mm/s时的摩擦系数μH,同时算出μL/μH。
·Bowden摩擦试验(2)
<钢/钢之间的摩擦系数测定>
试验机:Bowden式往复运动摩擦试验机
实验条件
油温:40℃
荷重:9.8N
冲程:10mm
速度:3.0mm/s
摩擦次数:50次
摩擦材料:上部球(SUJ-2)
下部SPCC板
在上述实验条件下,测定摩擦系数μ。
另外,用于制备润滑油组合物的各成分的种类如下。
(1)基油:石蜡系、40℃的动态粘度为10mm2/s
(2)磷化合物
A-1:酸式磷酸一正丁酯
A-2:亚磷酸氢二正丁酯
A-3:酸式磷酸二正丁酯
A-4:亚磷酸氢二-2-乙基己酯
A-5:酸式磷酸二-2-乙基己酯
A-6:酸式磷酸一-2-乙基己酯
A-7:亚磷酸氢二月桂酯
A-8:亚磷酸氢二油醇酯
A-9:酸式磷酸一油醇酯
(3)氨基化合物
B-1:二正丁胺
B-2:二-2-乙基己胺
B-3:ライオンアクゾ社制,商品名“ア一ミン2C”,主成分为二月桂胺
B-4:ライオンアクゾ社制,商品名“ア一ミン2HT”,主成分为二硬脂胺
B-5:哌啶
B-6:二环己胺
b-1:单油胺
(4)其它
C-1:聚异丁烯基琥珀酰亚胺(无灰清静分散剂)
C-2:2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(抗氧化剂)
实施例1~19和比较例1~6
制备混合有表1所示的各成分的润滑油组合物,实施Bowden摩擦试验(1)和(2)。
Bowden摩擦试验(1)按上述方式进行,测定密封/钢之间的摩擦系数μL和μH,再求出μL/μH比。μH优选0.4以上,特别优选0.7以上且不足1。另外,μL/μH比优选不足1。Bowden摩擦试验(2)按上述方式进行,测定钢/钢之间的摩擦系数。此时,测定将磷化合物与胺化合物混合而形成的组合物的钢/钢之间的摩擦系数μ(P+A)和在测定了μ(P+A)的组合物中不含胺化合物时的钢/钢之间的摩擦系数μP,再求出μ(P+A)/μP比,μ(P+A)越低越好。

*0.09:为不含胺化合物的组合物的值。
由表1可知:本发明的润滑油组合物(实施例1~19),μH均高达0.55以上(比较例1~6的μH为0.09~0.19),且μL/μH比均不足1。因此,汽车高速行驶时的操纵稳定性良好,而且乘坐舒适性也良好,且与比较例相比钢/钢之间的摩擦系数的增加也少。
产业实用性
本发明的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,是将特定的磷化合物和胺化合物组合并混合在基油中而形成,可以提高汽车缓冲器中的密封/钢之间的摩擦力,提高汽车高速行驶时的操纵稳定性,同时提高乘坐舒适性。
Claims (6)
1.缓冲器用润滑油组合物,该组合物是将包含矿物油和/或合成油的基油与(A)具有碳原子数为2~18的烃基的磷酸酯系化合物和/或亚磷酸酯系化合物、和(B)通式(I)表示的仲胺化合物混合而形成,
式中,R1和R2分别表示碳原子数为1~18的烷基、碳原子数为2~18的链烯基或含有碳原子数为5~18的环烷烃结构的基团;R1和R2彼此可以相同也可以不同,还可以相互结合形成以氮原子为杂原子的环碳原子数为3~6的环状结构。
2.权利要求1所述的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其中具有碳原子数为2~18的烃基的磷酸酯系化合物是含有1个或2个该烃基的酸性磷酸酯。
3.权利要求1所述的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其中具有碳原子数为2~18的烃基的亚磷酸酯系化合物是含有2个该烃基的酸性亚磷酸二酯。
4.权利要求1所述的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,该组合物是基于组合物总量,混合0.01~4%(质量)(A)的磷酸酯系化合物和/或亚磷酸酯系化合物而形成。
5.权利要求1所述的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,该组合物是基于组合物总量,混合0.05~5%(质量)(B)的仲胺化合物而形成。
6.权利要求1所述的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,该组合物是进一步混合选自无灰洗净分散剂、金属系洗净剂、润滑性提高剂、抗氧化剂、防锈剂、金属钝化剂、粘度指数改进剂、流动点降低剂和消泡剂中的至少一种而形成。
