Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝箔及其制备方法,更确切地说是涉及这样的一种铝箔及其制备方法,其中,铝箔上形成有氟塑料涂层从而防止在包装食品或烹饪过程中食品接触铝箔而粘着在铝箔的表面上。
背景技术
被制成薄纸形的铝箔通常习惯用于包裹食品,例如肉、鱼或蔬菜,或者用于烹饪加热器中,例如,烤箱或烤肉用煎锅等。用辊子将厚度为300-400微米的铝盘辊压4次或5次,将铝箔制成厚度为12-20微米的铝盘。将厚度为12-20微米的铝盘裁切成设定的尺寸,然后用于烹饪、包裹或包装食品。
但是,由于传统的铝箔表面光滑平整,它的热传导性强而且质地柔软,因此,在使用铝箔时,当铝箔接近烹饪加热器的上表面时,热量被直接传导到铝箔上,因此在烹饪时,例如,煎、烤或熏制时,食品很容易被烧焦而粘着在铝箔的表面上。
为了防止这些现象,在烹饪前将油(例如烹饪油、奶油、人造黄油或动物脂肪等)涂覆在铝箔表面上。但是,使用这些油会对人体健康产生负面影响。
此外,由于传统的铝箔很薄,可能很容易被撕破。进一步说,由于食物粘着在铝箔的表面上,铝箔可能很容易被撕破或损坏,因此不能在使用一次后被重复使用。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的一个发明目的是提供一种铝箔及其制备方法,其中,铝箔上形成有氟塑料涂层从而防止在包装食品或烹饪过程中,食品接触铝箔而粘着在铝箔的表面上。
本发明的另一个发明目的是提供一种经济的铝箔及其制备方法,其中,铝箔上形成有氟塑料涂层从而使铝箔变厚,以防止铝箔被撕破,并且能够防止在包装食品或烹饪过程中,食品接触铝箔而粘着在铝箔的表面上,同时,铝箔还能重复多次使用。
为实现本发明的上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,本发明提供了一种具有光亮表面和非光亮表面的铝箔,该铝箔包括:
底层涂覆层,该底层涂覆层是通过下述方法形成的:将底层涂覆液沉积在铝箔的非光亮表面上,并在20-110℃下对所述沉积在铝箔的非光亮表面上的底层涂覆液进行干燥,然后在0-20℃下冷却;
中间涂覆层,该中间涂覆层是通过将中间层涂覆液沉积在底层涂覆层的上部而形成的;以及
二次涂覆层,该二次涂覆层是通过下述方法形成的:将二次涂层涂覆液沉积在中间涂覆层的上部,并在60-430℃下对沉积在中间涂覆层的上部的涂覆液增塑3-5分钟。
根据本发明的另一方面,本发明提供了一种铝箔的制备方法,该铝箔的制备方法包括:
形成一次底层涂覆层的步骤,该步骤包括:将底层涂覆液沉积在铝箔的表面上,以形成一次底层涂覆层;
硬化步骤,该步骤包括:在20-110℃下对形成有底层涂覆层的铝箔进行干燥后,在0-20℃下对形成有底层涂覆层的铝箔进行冷却从而使所述底层涂覆层硬化;
形成中间涂覆层的步骤,该步骤包括:在底层涂覆层的上部沉积中间层涂覆液,以形成中间涂覆层;
形成二次涂覆层的步骤,该步骤包括:在中间涂覆层的上部沉积二次涂层涂覆液,从而形成二次涂覆层;以及
增塑步骤,该步骤包括:在60-430℃下对依次形成有中间涂覆层和二次涂覆层的铝箔增塑3-5分钟,以使中间涂覆层和二次涂覆层硬化。
优选但非必要的是,所述中间层涂覆液为一种含有氟塑料分散液、颜料、珍珠粉(pearl)、表面活性剂和蒸馏水的混合物,并且,所述二次涂层涂覆液含有氟塑料分散液、珍珠粉、表面活性剂和蒸馏水的混合物。
如上所述,本发明提供了一种铝箔及其制备方法,其中,所述铝箔上形成有氟塑料涂层从而防止了在包装食品或烹饪的过程中,食品接触铝箔而粘着在铝箔的表面上。此外,本发明提供了一种经济的铝箔及其制备方法,其中,所述铝箔上形成有氟塑料涂层从而使铝箔变厚以防止铝箔被撕破,并且能够防止在包装食品或烹饪过程中,食品接触铝箔而粘着在铝箔的表面上,同时,铝箔还能重复多次使用。

在下文中,将参考附图对根据本发明的优选实施方式的铝箔及其制备方法进行描述。在下述具体实施方式中,相同的附图标记表示相同的要素。
如图1至图4所示,本发明的铝箔包括:底层涂覆层13,该底层涂覆层13是通过下述方法形成的:将底层涂覆液沉积在铝箔11的非光亮表面上,并在20-110℃下对所述沉积在铝箔的非光亮层上的底层涂覆液进行干燥,然后在0-20℃下进行冷却;中间涂覆层15,该中间涂覆层是通过将中间层涂覆液沉积在底层涂覆层13的上部而形成的;以及二次涂覆层17,该二次涂覆层17是通过下述方法形成的:将二次涂层涂覆液沉积在中间涂覆层15的上部,并在60-430℃下对沉积在中间涂覆层的上部的涂覆液增塑3-5分钟。
此外,本发明的铝箔的制备方法包括:形成一次底层涂覆层的步骤(S10),该步骤包括:将底层涂覆液沉积在铝箔11的表面上,以形成一次底层涂覆层13;硬化步骤(S20),该步骤包括:在20-110℃下对形成有底层涂覆层的铝箔进行干燥后,在0-20℃下对形成有底层涂覆层的铝箔11进行冷却从而使所述底层涂覆层13硬化;形成中间涂覆层的步骤(S30),该步骤包括:在底层涂覆层13的上部沉积中间层涂覆液,以形成中间涂覆层15;形成二次涂覆层的步骤(S40),该步骤包括:在中间涂覆层15的上部沉积二次涂层涂覆液,从而形成二次涂覆层17;以及增塑步骤(S50),该步骤包括:在60-430℃下对依次对形成有中间涂覆层15和二次涂覆层17的铝箔11进行增塑3-5分钟,以使中间涂覆层15和二次涂覆层17硬化。
所述中间层涂覆液含有氟塑料分散液、颜料、珍珠粉、表面活性剂和蒸馏水的混合物,并且所述二次涂层涂覆液含有氟塑料分散液、珍珠粉、表面活性剂和蒸馏水的混合物。
如图1和图2所示,在形成一次底层涂覆层的步骤(S10)中,使用喷雾器将底层涂覆液沉积在铝箔11的表面上,以形成厚度为20-40微米的底层涂覆层13。此处,由作为主要组分的氟塑料分散液形成的所述底层涂覆液能够很好地与铝箔11结合。
铝箔11具有光亮表面和非光亮表面。优选的是,所述底层涂覆层13形成在铝箔11的非光亮表面上,以使底层涂覆层13能够很好地与铝箔11结合。
在硬化步骤(S20)中,在20-110℃下对形成有底层涂覆层13的铝箔11进行干燥,然后在0-20℃下对形成有底层涂覆层13的铝箔11进行冷却,从而使底层涂覆层13硬化。在硬化步骤(S20)中,由于底层涂覆层13是在常温下被干燥和冷却的,因而增加了在形成中间涂覆层的步骤S30中底层涂覆层13和中间涂覆层15之间的一致性,所述形成中间涂覆层的步骤S30为硬化步骤(S20)的后处理步骤。因此,中间涂覆层15能够被很好地附着在底层涂覆层13的上部。
如图3所示,在形成中间涂覆层的步骤(S30)中,中间层涂覆液被沉积在底层涂覆层13的上部,以形成厚度约为5-15微米的中间涂覆层15。此处,在形成中间涂覆层15后不能干燥该中间涂覆层15。原因在于,如果在形成该中间涂覆层的步骤(S30)中,所述中间涂覆层15已经被干燥,那么在形成二次涂覆层的步骤(S40)中,所述中间涂覆层15就不能与二次涂覆层17很好地结合,所述形成二次涂覆层的步骤(S40)是形成中间涂覆层步骤(S30)的后处理步骤。这样可能使所述二次涂覆层17与中间涂覆层15分离。优选使用具有以下组成的涂覆液形成中间涂覆层15:85重量%的氟塑料分散液,4重量%的颜料,1.5重量%的珍珠粉,0.8重量%的表面活性剂和8.7重量%的蒸馏水。
如图4所示,在形成二次涂覆层的步骤(S40)中,在中间涂覆层15脱水或干燥前,使用喷雾器将二次涂层涂覆液沉积在中间涂覆层15的上部,沉积厚度约为5微米或5微米以下,从而形成二次涂覆层17。如图4所示,在增塑步骤(S50)中,在60-430℃下,对依次形成有中间涂覆层15和二次涂覆层17的铝箔11进行增塑3-5分钟,以使中间涂覆层15和二次涂覆层17硬化。
优选使用具有以下组成的涂覆液形成中间涂覆层17:90重量%的氟塑料分散液,2.5重量%的珍珠粉,0.8重量%的表面活性剂和6.7重量%的蒸馏水。
中间涂覆层15中混合有颜料,因而变得不透明。因此,在中间涂覆层15表面上形成二次涂覆层17,由此形成漂亮而有光泽的涂层。
因此,根据本发明的铝箔及其制备方法,铝箔11上形成有氟塑料涂层,其中,一次底层涂覆层13、中间涂覆层15和二次涂覆层17依次形成在铝箔11上。因此,能够防止在包装食品或烹饪的过程中,食品接触铝箔11而粘着在铝箔11的表面上。因此,在烹饪过程中无需使用油。进一步说,由于氟塑料涂层的存在,在烹饪过程中,例如,煎、烤和熏制时,食品不容易烧焦。
然而,在传统领域中,一旦在烹饪过程中使用铝箔,食物很可能会粘着在铝箔上。
因此,铝箔可能很容易被损坏。因此,在铝箔被使用一次后不能再重复使用。但是,在本发明中,形成在铝箔上的氟塑料涂层甚至在450-500℃都不会烧焦。进一步说,食物很难粘着在形成在铝箔上的氟塑料涂覆层的表面上。更进一步说,本发明的铝箔比传统的铝箔更厚,因而能够防止铝箔被撕破。除非氟塑料涂覆层与铝箔发生分离,否则本发明的铝箔能够连续地重复使用,因此,给使用者带来了经济效益。进一步来说,将本发明提供的铝箔用于烹饪加热器时,无需洗涤或清洗烹饪加热器,因为,烹饪加热器不会被弄脏或被食物残渣所污染。因此,无需使用洗涤剂,从而将有助于防止水污染。
然而,尽管本发明提供的铝箔是一种薄的银箔产品,但是它能用于与烹饪加热器上表面的近接触,所述烹饪加热器包括一般的煎锅、平底锅、比萨平底锅和Bulgogi盘,Bulgogi是一种韩国的传统食物,通过将风干的或者未经风干的食物(meat)或猪肉(pork)进行烤制或油煎制得。此外,可以将本发明的铝箔平铺在除了烹饪用加热器以外的其它不燃烧的材料上,例如钢铁、不锈钢、铝、铜、陶制石头或玻璃上,可以很方便地烹饪被放在其它不燃烧的材料上的食物。进一步说,本发明的铝箔可以包裹食品以使得使用者能够便利地烹饪有包装的食物。
如上所述,本发明描述的是优选的具体实施方式。然而,本发明并不限于上述具体实施方式,在不偏离本发明的精神的情况下,本领域普通技术人员能够做出各种修改和改变。因此,本发明的保护范围不能被上述详细描述所限定,本发明的保护范围由随后描述的权利要求书和本发明的技术宗旨所限定。
如上所述,本发明提供了一种铝箔及其制备方法,其中,铝箔上形成有氟塑料涂层,从而防止了在包装食品或烹饪过程中,食物接触铝箔而粘着在铝箔表面上。
Claims (7)
1、一种具有光亮表面和非光亮表面的铝箔,该铝箔包括:
底层涂覆层,该底层涂覆层是通过下述方法形成的:将底层涂覆液沉积在铝箔的非光亮表面上,并在20-110℃下对沉积在铝箔的非光亮表面上的底层涂覆液进行干燥,然后在0-20℃下冷却;
中间涂覆层,该中间涂覆层是通过将中间层涂覆液沉积在所述底层涂覆层的上部而形成的;以及
二次涂覆层,该二次涂覆层是通过下述方法形成的:将二次涂层涂覆液沉积在所述中间涂覆层的上部,并在60-430℃下对沉积在中间涂覆层的上部的二次涂层涂覆液增塑3-5分钟。
2、根据权利要求1所述的铝箔,其中,所述中间层涂覆液含有氟塑料分散液、颜料、珍珠粉、表面活性剂和蒸馏水的混合物。
3、根据权利要求1所述的铝箔,其中,所述二次涂层涂覆液含有氟塑料分散液、珍珠粉、表面活性剂和蒸馏水的混合物。
4、一种铝箔的制备方法,该铝箔的制备方法包括:
形成一次底层涂覆层的步骤,该步骤包括:将底层涂覆液沉积在铝箔的表面上,以形成所述一次底层涂覆层;
硬化步骤,该步骤包括:在20-110℃下对形成有底层涂覆层的铝箔进行干燥后,在0-20℃下对形成有底层涂覆层的铝箔进行冷却,从而使所述底层涂覆层硬化;
形成中间涂覆层的步骤,该步骤包括:在底层涂覆层的上部沉积中间层涂覆液,以形成中间涂覆层;
形成二次涂覆层的步骤,该步骤包括:在中间涂覆层的上部沉积二次涂层涂覆液,从而形成所述二次涂覆层;以及
增塑步骤,该步骤包括:在60-430℃下对依次形成有中间涂覆层和二次涂覆层的铝箔增塑3-5分钟,以使中间涂覆层和二次涂覆层硬化。
5、根据权利要求4所述的铝箔的制备方法,其中,所述中间层涂覆液含有氟塑料分散液、颜料、珍珠粉、表面活性剂和蒸馏水的混合物。
6、根据权利要求4所述的铝箔的制备方法,其中,所述二次涂层涂覆液含有氟塑料分散液、珍珠粉、表面活性剂和蒸馏水的混合物。
7、根据权利要求4所述的铝箔的制备方法,其中,在形成一次底层涂覆层的步骤中,所述底层涂覆液被沉积在铝箔的非光亮表面上。
