Description
図1は本発明にかかる積層体の一実施例の層構成を図解的に示す図であって、積層体1は基材層2、アルミニウム箔3、化成処理層4、フッ素系プライマー層5、フッ素系接着剤層6、熱接着性樹脂層7を順に積層したものである。
基材層としての25μm厚さの2軸延伸ナイロンフィルム(以下、ONフィルムと呼称する)と、予めアミノ化フェノール重合体、三価クロム化合物、および、リン化合物を含有する化成処理液で処理して化成処理層を両面に形成したアルミニウム箔(40μm厚さ)の一方の面とを2液硬化型ポリウレタン系接着剤を介して積層して後に、前記アルミニウム箔の他方の面にフッ素系ポリオール(水酸基を有するフッ素含有共重合体)にIPDIをポリオールの水酸基(−OH基)1当量に対して1.1当量となるように添加したフッ素系樹脂溶液を固形分として500mg/m2となるように塗布すると共に180℃の乾燥温度で焼付けてフッ素系プライマー層を形成した中間積層体を作製した。該中間積層体の前記フッ素系プライマー層面にフッ素系ポリオール(水酸基を有するフッ素含有共重合体)にイソシアネート系硬化剤をポリオールの水酸基(−OH基)1当量に対して1.1当量となるように添加したフッ素系樹脂溶液を乾燥後に3.0g/m2となるように塗布・乾燥して形成したフッ素系樹脂層(フッ素系接着剤層)面に30μm厚さの未延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム(以下、CPPフィルムと呼称する)を加熱圧着して積層体〔ONフィルム25μm/接着剤層/化成処理層/アルミニウム箔40μm/化成処理層/フッ素系プライマー層500mg/m2/フッ素系樹脂層3.0g/m2/CPPフィルム30μm〕を作製した。
水酸基を有するフッ素含有共重合体100重量部にメラミン系硬化剤20重量部を添加したフッ素系樹脂溶液を用いてフッ素系プライマー層を形成した以外は実施例1と同様にして積層体〔ONフィルム25μm/接着剤層/化成処理層/アルミニウム箔40μm/化成処理層/フッ素系プライマー層500mg/m2/フッ素系樹脂層3.0g/m2/CPPフィルム30μm〕を作製した。
基材層としての25μm厚さのONフィルムに代えて、9μm厚さの2軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(以下、PETフィルムと呼称する)と15μm厚さのONフィルムとを2液硬化型ポリウレタン系接着剤を介して積層したものを用いると共に、フッ素系プライマー層をフッ素系ポリオール(水酸基を有するフッ素含有共重合体)にブロック化したHDIをポリオールの水酸基(−OH基)1当量に対して1.1当量となるように添加したフッ素系樹脂溶液で形成した以外は実施例1と同様にして積層体〔PETフィルム9μm/接着剤層/ONフィルム15μm/接着剤層/化成処理層/アルミニウム箔40μm/化成処理層/フッ素系プライマー層500mg/m2/フッ素系樹脂層3.0g/m2/CPPフィルム30μm〕を作製した。
基材層としての15μm厚さのPETフィルムと、予めアミノ化フェノール重合体、三価クロム化合物、および、リン化合物を含有する化成処理液で処理して化成処理層を両面に形成したアルミニウム箔(35μm厚さ)の一方の面とを2液硬化型ポリウレタン系接着剤を介して積層して後に、前記アルミニウム箔の他方の面にフッ素系ポリオール(水酸基を有するフッ素含有共重合体)にHDIをポリオールの水酸基(−OH基)1当量に対して1.1当量となるように添加したフッ素系樹脂溶液を固形分として500mg/m2となるように塗布すると共に180℃の乾燥温度で焼付けてフッ素系プライマー層を形成した中間積層体を作製した。該中間積層体の前記フッ素系プライマー層面にフッ素系ポリオール(水酸基を有するフッ素含有共重合体)にイソシアネート系硬化剤をポリオールの水酸基(−OH基)1当量に対して1.1当量となるように添加したフッ素系樹脂溶液を乾燥後に3.0g/m2となるように塗布・乾燥して形成したフッ素系樹脂層(フッ素系接着剤層)面に30μm厚さの未延伸ポリエチレンフィルム(以下、PEフィルムと呼称する)を加熱圧着して積層体〔PETフィルム15μm/接着剤層/化成処理層/アルミニウム箔35μm/化成処理層/フッ素系プライマー層500mg/m2/フッ素系樹脂層3.0g/m2/PEフィルム30μm〕を作製した。
基材層としての15μm厚さのONフィルムと、予めアミノ化フェノール重合体、三価クロム化合物、および、リン化合物を含有する化成処理液で処理して化成処理層を両面に形成したアルミニウム箔(35μm厚さ)の一方の面とを2液硬化型ポリウレタン系接着剤を介して積層して後に、前記アルミニウム箔の他方の面にフッ素系ポリオール(水酸基を有するフッ素含有共重合体)にブロック化したIPDIをポリオールの水酸基(−OH基)1当量に対して1.1当量となるように添加したフッ素系樹脂溶液を固形分として500mg/m2となるように塗布すると共に180℃の乾燥温度で焼付けてフッ素系プライマー層を形成した中間積層体を作製した。該中間積層体の前記フッ素系プライマー層面にフッ素系ポリオール(水酸基を有するフッ素含有共重合体)にイソシアネート系硬化剤をポリオールの水酸基(−OH基)1当量に対して1.1当量となるように添加したフッ素系樹脂溶液を乾燥後に3.0g/m2となるように塗布・乾燥して形成したフッ素系樹脂層(フッ素系接着剤層)面に30μm厚さのCPPフィルムを加熱圧着して積層体〔ONフィルム15μm/接着剤層/化成処理層/アルミニウム箔35μm/化成処理層/フッ素系プライマー層500mg/m2/フッ素系樹脂層3.0g/m2/CPPフィルム30μm〕を作製した。
基材層としての25μm厚さのONフィルムと、予めアミノ化フェノール重合体、三価クロム化合物、および、リン化合物を含有する化成処理液で処理して化成処理層を両面に形成したアルミニウム箔(40μm厚さ)との一方の面とを2液硬化型ポリウレタン系接着剤を介して積層して後に、前記アルミニウム箔の他方の面にフッ素系ポリオール(水酸基を有するフッ素含有共重合体)にイソシアネート系硬化剤をポリオールの水酸基(−OH基)1当量に対して1.1当量となるように添加したフッ素系樹脂溶液を乾燥後に3.0g/m2となるように塗布・乾燥して形成したフッ素系樹脂層(フッ素系接着剤層)面に30μm厚さのCPPフィルムを加熱圧着して積層体〔ONフィルム25μm/接着剤層/化成処理層/アルミニウム箔40μm/化成処理層/フッ素系樹脂層3.0g/m2/CPPフィルム30μm〕を作製した。
基材層としての25μm厚さのONフィルムと、予めアミノ化フェノール重合体、三価クロム化合物、および、リン化合物を含有する化成処理液で処理して化成処理層を両面に形成したアルミニウム箔(40μm厚さ)と30μmのCPPフィルムとを2液硬化型ポリウレタン系接着剤を介して積層した積層体〔ONフィルム25μm/接着剤層/化成処理層/アルミニウム箔40μm/化成処理層/接着剤層/CPPフィルム30μm〕を作製した。なお、2液硬化型ポリウレタン系接着剤の塗布量は、いずれの実施例においても、乾燥後に3.0g/m2となるように塗布した。
耐電解液性評価方法:
電解液〔6フッ化リン酸リチウムを混合液〔エチレンカーボネート/ジエチルカーボネート/ジメチルカーボネート=1/1/1(容積比)に溶解し、1モル/リットルの6フッ化リン酸リチウム溶液としたもの〕に25×75mm角の試験片を浸漬し、これを85℃の恒温槽に30日間保存し、アルミニウム箔より内側の層が剥離するまでの日数を評価した。
積層体を裁断して100×100mmの短冊片を作製し、該短冊片を二つ折りして短辺側の一方を10mm巾に、長辺側を3mm巾にヒートシールして他方の短辺側が開口した100×50mmの外寸からなる袋を作製すると共に、ドライルーム(露点−50℃)中において前記袋に3gの溶媒〔エチレンカーボネート/ジエチルカーボネート/ジメチルカーボネート=1/1/1(容積比)〕を注入し、開口部を10mm巾でヒートシールした水分透過性評価サンプルを作製した。この水分透過性評価サンプルを60℃、90%RHの恒温恒湿槽に7日間保存し、サンプル内部の水分の増加量をカールフィッシャー法で測定した。なお、短辺側のヒートシール条件は190℃、2.0MPa、3.0秒であり、長辺側のヒートシール条件は190℃、1.0MPa、3.0秒で行なった。単位は7日間当たりの水分透過量(ppm)である。

- 少なくとも基材層、アルミニウム箔、化成処理層、フッ素系プライマー層、フッ素系接着剤層、熱接着性樹脂層が順に積層された積層体において、前記フッ素系プライマー層およびフッ素系接着剤層が水酸基を含有するフッ素含有共重合体と該フッ素含有共重合体と反応する硬化剤を配合した組成物で形成され、かつ前記フッ素系プライマー層が前記組成物を前記化成処理面に塗布し焼付けて形成した層であり、前記フッ素系プライマー層の前記硬化剤が、有機ポリイソシアネート化合物からなる硬化剤、メラミン系硬化剤のいずれかであり、前記フッ素系接着剤層の前記硬化剤が有機ポリイソシアネート化合物からなる硬化剤であることを特徴とする積層体。
- 前記フッ素系プライマー層の前記硬化剤がブロック化されたイソシアネートおよびその重合体のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の積層体。
