Abstract

Description
本发明涉及新的活性化合物结合物,它由已知的环状酮-烯醇类和有益物种(天敌)组成,该结合物非常适于防治动物有害物,例如昆虫和有害螨虫。
已知某些环状酮-烯醇类具有除草、杀昆虫和杀螨特性。这些物质的活性良好;但是,在较低施用率下,其有时不尽如人意。
已知具有除草、杀昆虫或杀螨作用的有未被取代的二环3-芳基-吡咯烷-2,4-二酮衍生物(EP-A-355 599和EP-A-415 211),以及被取代的单环3-芳基吡咯烷-2,4-二酮衍生物(EP-A-377 893和EP-A-442 077)。

令人惊奇的是,本发明的活性化合物/有益物种的结合物的杀昆虫活性和/或杀螨活性优于单个活性化合物和有益物种本身的活性。存在不可预见的活性增强。
此外,还已发现,使用本发明的活性化合物/有益物种的结合物,可替代在毒理学和/或生态学上不太有利的活性化合物的施用,达到与之相当的活性,这对于使用者和/或环境的安全性尤为有益。另外,还发现可减少喷雾施用。
除了式(I)的至少一种活性化合物外,本发明的活性化合物/有益物种的结合物还包含至少一种来自以上提及的目或亚目的有益物种。

可将活性化合物结合物转化为常规制剂,例如溶液剂、乳剂、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、粉剂、粉末剂、膏剂、可溶性粉剂、颗粒剂、悬乳浓缩剂、经活性化合物浸渍的天然及合成材料,以及聚合材料中的微胶囊剂。
这些制剂以已知的方式制成,例如将活性化合物与填充剂混合,即与液体溶剂和/或固体载体混合,可任选使用表面活性剂,即乳化剂和/或分散剂和/或发泡剂。
如果使用的填充剂为水,则还可使用例如有机溶剂作为助溶剂。以下物质基本适合作为液体溶剂:芳香族化合物,例如二甲苯、甲苯或烷基萘;氯代芳香族化合物或氯代脂族烃,例如氯苯、氯乙烯或二氯甲烷;脂族烃,例如环己烷或石蜡例如矿物油馏分、矿物油和植物油;醇类,例如丁醇或乙二醇,及其醚和酯;酮类,例如丙酮、甲乙酮、甲基异丁基酮或环己酮;强极性溶剂,例如二甲基甲酰胺和二甲亚砜;或者水。
适合的固体载体为:
例如铵盐;和粉碎的天然矿物质例如高岭土、粘土、滑石、白垩、石英、凹凸棒石、蒙脱石或硅藻土;以及粉碎的合成矿物质,例如细分散的二氧化硅、氧化铝及硅酸盐;适用于颗粒剂的固体载体为:例如,粉碎并分级的天然岩石,例如方解石、大理石、浮石、海泡石及白云石;或其他无机及有机粉的合成颗粒,以及有机材料例如锯屑、椰壳、玉米穗轴及烟草茎等的颗粒;适合的乳化剂和/或发泡剂为:例如非离子及阴离子乳化剂如聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,例如烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚,烷基磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、芳基磺酸盐,或者蛋白质水解产物;适合的分散剂为:例如木素亚硫酸盐废液和甲基纤维素。
制剂中可使用增粘剂,例如羧甲基纤维素,以及粉末、颗粒或胶乳状的天然及合成聚合物,例如阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯醇及聚乙酸乙烯酯;或者天然磷脂例如脑磷脂和卵磷脂,以及合成磷脂。其他可行的添加剂为矿物油和植物油。
可以使用着色剂,例如无机颜料,例如氧化铁、氧化钛及普鲁士蓝;以及有机染料,例如茜素染料、偶氮染料及金属酞菁染料;以及微量营养物,例如铁盐、锰盐、硼盐、铜盐、钴盐、钼盐及锌盐。
制剂通常含有0.1至95重量%,优选0.5至90重量%的活性化合物。
本发明活性化合物结合物可以市售制剂和由这些制剂与其他活性化合物混合而制得的使用形式存在,所述其他活性化合物例如杀昆虫剂、引诱剂、消毒剂、杀细菌剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、杀真菌剂、生长调节剂或除草剂。所述杀昆虫剂包括,例如磷酸酯类、氨基甲酸酯类、羧酸酯类、氯代烃类、苯脲类和由微生物产生的物质等。
也可为与其他已知活性化合物例如除草剂的混合物,或与肥料及生长调节剂的混合物。
当用作杀昆虫剂时,本发明的活性化合物结合物还可以其市售制剂及由该市售制剂与增效剂混合制得的使用形式存在。增效剂为提高活性化合物的活性、而所加入的增效剂本身不必具有活性的化合物。
由市售制剂制得的使用形式中的活性化合物含量可在宽的范围内变化。使用形式中的活性化合物浓度可为从0.0000001到95重量%的活性化合物,优选0.0001至1重量%。
以适合于使用形式的常规方式施用化合物。
活性化合物结合物可以其本身、其浓缩物形式或通常的常规制剂例如粉剂、颗粒剂、溶液、悬浮剂、乳剂或膏剂的形式使用。
上述制剂可以本身已知的方式制备,例如通过将活性化合物与至少一种溶剂或稀释剂、乳化剂、分散剂和/或粘合剂或固定剂、防水剂混合,如果需要还可与干燥剂和UV稳定剂混合,并且如果需要还可与着色剂和颜料及其他加工助剂混合。
所有的植物及植物部位均可根据本发明进行处理。本发明中植物的含义应理解为意指所有的植物及植物种群,例如需要的及不需要的野生植物或作物植物(包括天然存在的作物植物)。作物植物可以是可通过常规育种及优选法或通过生物技术及遗传工程方法或这些方法的结合而获得的植物,包括转基因植物,也包括受植物种苗权保护或不受其保护的植物栽培种。植物部位的含义应理解为意指植物所有的地上及地下部位及器官,例如芽、叶、花及根,可提及的实例有叶、针叶、茎、干、花、子实体、果实和种子以及根、块茎和根茎。植物部位还包括采收物,以及无性与有性繁殖物,例如秧苗、块茎、根茎、插条和种子。
根据本发明用活性化合物对植物和植物部位的处理可根据常规处理方法直接进行或通过作用于其环境、生境或储存空间进行,所述常规方法例如浸渍、喷雾、蒸发、弥雾、撒播、涂敷,并且对于繁殖物特别是种子,还可施以一层或多层包衣。
如上所述,可依据本发明处理所有植物及其部位。在一个优选的实施方案中,对野生植物品种和植物栽培种或者那些通过常规生物繁殖方法例如杂交或原生质体融合而获得的植物栽培种以及它们的部位进行处理。在另一个优选的实施方案中,对通过遗传工程方法——如果合适,可与常规方法结合——获得的转基因植物和植物栽培种(经遗传修饰的生物体)及其部位进行处理。术语“部位”、“植物的部位”和“植物部位”解释如上。
特别优选地,依据本发明处理的植物为各自可商购获得或使用的植物栽培种。
根据植物品种或植物栽培种、其种植地点和生长条件(土壤、气侯、生长期、营养),本发明的处理还可产生超加和(“协同”)效应。因此,可获得如下超过实际预期的效果:降低根据本发明使用的物质和组合物的施用率和/或拓宽其活性谱和/或提高活性,改善植物生长、提高对高温或低温的耐受性、提高对干旱或对水或土壤含盐量的耐受性、提高开花品质、使采收更简便、加快成熟、提高采收产率、改善采收产品的质量和/或提高其营养价值、改善采收产品的贮存稳定性和/或其加工性能。
优选依据本发明处理的转基因植物或植物栽培种(即通过遗传工程获得的转基因植物或植物栽培种)包括在基因修饰中接受了遗传物质的所有植物,所述遗传物质赋予了所述植物特别有利的有用特征。所述特征的实例有改善植物生长、提高对高温或低温的耐受性、提高对干旱或对水或土壤含盐量的耐受性、提高开花品质、使采收更简便、加快成熟、提高采收产率、改善采收产品的品质和/或其营养价值、改善采收产品的贮存稳定性和/或其加工性能。特别强调的所述特征的其他实例有改善植物对动物和微生物有害物,例如对昆虫、螨虫、植物致病真菌、细菌和/或病毒的抵抗力,以及提高植物对某些除草活性化合物的耐受性。可提到的转基因植物的实例为重要的作物植物,例如谷物(小麦、稻)、玉米、大豆、马铃薯、棉花、油菜,以及果实植物(果实为苹果、梨、柑橘类水果及葡萄),特别强调的为玉米、大豆、马铃薯、棉花和油菜。特别强调的特征是通过在植物体内形成的毒素、特别是由苏云金杆菌的遗传物质(例如基因CryIA(a)、CryIA(b)、CryIA(c)、CryIIA、CryIIIA、CryIIIB2、Cry9c、Cry2Ab、Cry3Bb和CryIF及其结合)在植物体内形成的毒素来提高植物对昆虫的抵抗力(以下称为“Bt植物”)。还特别强调的特征有提高植物对某些除草活性化合物的耐受性,所述除草活性化合物例如咪唑啉酮类、磺酰脲类、草甘膦(glyphosate)或草丁膦(phosphinotricin)(例如“PAT”基因)。赋予所需特征的所述基因也可在转基因植物体内相互组合而存在。可提及的“Bt植物”的实例为市售的商品名称为(例如玉米、棉花、大豆)、(例如玉米)、(例如玉米)、(棉花)、(棉花)和(马铃薯)的玉米变种、棉花变种、大豆变种和马铃薯变种。可提及的具有除草剂耐受性植物的实例为市售的商品名称为Roundup (具有草甘膦耐受性,例如玉米、棉花、大豆)、Liberty(具有草丁膦耐受性,例如油菜)、(具有咪唑啉酮耐受性)和(具有磺酰脲耐受性,例如玉米)的玉米变种、棉花变种和大豆变种。可提及的具有除草剂抗性的植物(以常规的除草剂耐受性方式育种的植物)包括市售的名为(例如玉米)的变种。当然,这些叙述也适用于具有所述基因特征或待开发基因特征的植物栽培种,所述植物栽培种将在未来进行开发和/或上市。

本发明活性化合物/有益物种的结合物的良好杀昆虫和杀螨活性可见于以下实施例。虽然单个的活性化合物展示出其较弱的活性,但是活性化合物/有益物种的结合物展示出超过单个活性化合物的活性。
两种活性化合物结合物的杀灭率的计算公式
给定的两种活性化合物结合物的预期活性可按如下计算(参见S.R.Colby,“Calculating Synergistic and Antagonistic Responses ofHerbicide Combinations”,Weeds 15,第20-22页,1967):

使用实施例
实施例A
烟粉虱试验
溶剂:7重量份的二甲基甲酰胺
乳化剂:2重量份的烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚
为了制备合适的活性化合物制剂,将1重量份的活性化合物与所述量的溶剂和乳化剂混合,并且用含有乳化剂的水将浓液稀释至所需浓度。
通过将被烟粉虱(Bemisia tabacii)侵染的陆地棉(Gossypiumhirsutum)棉叶用所需浓度的活性化合物制剂喷雾进行处理。
经过所需时间后,加入确定量的盲蝽(Macrolophus caliginosus)。
经过所需时间后,确定以%计的杀灭率。100%表示全部烟粉虱被杀死;0%表示没有烟粉虱被杀死。将测得的杀灭率代入Colby公式。
在该试验中,例如,本申请的以下活性化合物/盲蝽的结合物与单个施用的组分相比,表现出协同提高的活性:

经过所需时间后,确定以%计的杀灭率。100%表示全部桃蚜被杀死;0%表示没有桃蚜被杀死。
将测得的杀灭率代入Colby公式。

实施例C
在三个重复实验中,各自将三株约25年的栽培种“Elan”苹果树(冠高约2m)进行处理,以抵抗苹果绵蚜(Eriosoma lanigerum)。此处,在绵蚜寄生虫(有益物种)苹果绵蚜蚜小蜂(aphelinus mali)的存在下,以所述施用率对活性化合物(I-4’)(150OD)和商业标准品噻虫胺(clothianidin)(WG 50)进行了比较试验。使用喷雾器以500l/ha的水施用率进行施用。进行了一次施用和间隔34天的两次施用。
在第一次处理之后第7、30、44、52、59、66和73天,通过Abbott法对各自10个种群中成虫的杀灭率以及寄生虫的数目进行评估。此处,将仅处理一次之后的活性化合物(I-4’)与处理两次之后的标准品进行比较,因为在处理两次之后,活性化合物(I-4’)表现出100%活性,使有益物种没有食物(捕获物)。
在四个重复实验中,对高约3米的栽培种“Conference”梨树进行处理,以抵抗梨木虱(Psylla pyri)。此处,以所述施用率施用活性化合物(I-4’)(100OD)和商业标准品双甲脒(Amitraz)(UL 400)。使用背包式喷雾器并以1000l水/ha的施用率进行施用。有益物种Anthocoris nemoralis在处理后14天出现。
在处理后第4、8和14天,通过估计分枝上L-1若虫和L-4若虫的杀灭情况来进行评估。
实施例D
临界浓度试验/土壤昆虫--转基因植物的处理
试验昆虫:土壤中的带斑黄瓜叶甲(Diabrotica balteata)幼虫
溶剂:7重量份的丙酮
乳化剂:1重量份的烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚
为制备合适的活性化合物制剂,将1重量份的活性化合物与所述量的溶剂混合,加入所述量的乳化剂,并用水将该浓液稀释至所需浓度。
将活性化合物制剂倒至土壤上。此处,制剂中活性化合物的浓度实质上并不重要;重要的是每单位体积土壤中活性化合物的重量——其以ppm(mg/l)表述。将土壤装入0.25L的罐中,并将其在20℃放置。
在制备后,立即将5株预先发芽的玉米栽培种YIELD GUARD(Monsanto Comp.的商标,USA)放入各罐中。两天之后,将合适的试验昆虫放入经处理过的土壤中。再过七天之后,通过计数出苗的玉米植株来确定活性化合物的效力(1株植株=20%活性)。
实施例E
烟芽夜蛾(Heliothis virescens)试验—转基因植物的处理
溶剂:7重量份的丙酮
乳化剂:1重量份的烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚
为制备合适的活性化合物制剂,将1重量份的活性化合物与所述量的溶剂和所述量的乳化剂混合,并用水将浓液稀释至所需浓度。
将栽培种Roundup Ready(Monsanto Comp.的商标,USA)的大豆芽(甘氨酸最多)通过浸入到所需浓度的活性化合物制剂中进行处理,并在叶仍然湿润的情况下接种烟芽夜蛾。
所需时间之后,确定对昆虫的杀灭情况。
Claims (5)
1.含有0.16ppm的式(I-4’)的化合物:
以及5只盲蝽的活性化合物/有益物种的结合物用于防治烟粉虱的用途,或含有4ppm的式(I-4’)的化合物以及1只七星瓢虫的活性化合物/有益物种的结合物用于防治桃蚜的用途。
2.防治烟粉虱和桃蚜的方法,其特征在于将权利要求1定义的活性化合物/有益物种的结合物作用于烟粉虱和桃蚜和/或其生境。
3.制备杀昆虫和/或杀螨组合物的方法,其特征在于将权利要求1定义的活性化合物/有益物种的结合物与填充剂和/或表面活性剂相混合。
4.减少喷雾施用、即每季施用次数的方法,其通过使用权利要求1定义的活性化合物/有益物种的结合物。
5.减少采收物和环境中的杀昆虫剂和/或杀螨剂的总残留量的方法,其通过使用权利要求1的活性化合物/有益物种的结合物。
