如果判定OverheadParameterUptoDate值为“1”、在访问监视状态时已经读出了pBCH1的至少一次传输、在向睡眠状态进行转换时在所述当前超帧中没有丢失寻呼并且未通告当前暂停期,则转换到睡眠状态。
14、一种计算机可读介质,上面存储有指令,其特征在于:
第一指令集,用于判断OverheadParameterUptoDate的值是否为“1”;
第二指令集,用于判断在访问监视状态时是否已经读出了pBCH1的至少一次传输;
