Abstract
本发明提供润滑油组合物,该润滑油组合物是在含有矿物油和/或合成油的基油中含有(A-1)胺类抗氧化剂和(A-2)含有磷和/或硫的化合物而成的,其中胺类抗氧化剂的总氮量为800ppm以上。本发明特别提供可以高水准实现热/氧化稳定性、抗油泥性、润滑性、长寿命性和水分离性的所有特性的压缩机油。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及热/氧化稳定性、抗油泥性极高的新型润滑油组合物,特别涉及适合作为压缩机油组合物的润滑油组合物。
背景技术
压缩机是由外部对空气或气体(氮气、氧气、氢气、氨气、二氧化碳气、一氧化碳气、各种烃气体等)做功,使其压缩,送出压力升高的压缩气体的装置。上述压缩机根据其提高空气或气体压力的工作原理,分成容积式或涡轮式。容积式压缩机进一步分类为往复式压缩机和旋转式压缩机。
与现有的往复式比较,从节省能源或改善噪音、振动以及效率等角度考虑,旋转式压缩机得到广泛应用。
旋转式压缩机的润滑条件是润滑油与高温高压的空气或气体接触等,比往复式的条件更加严酷,因此需要热氧化稳定性高的压缩机油。
另外,最近的旋转式压缩机进一步小型化,在SOX、NOX等氧化性气体的气氛下或切削雾气气氛下等周围环境差的地方运转的机会增多。这种情况下,油中产生油泥,在极短时间内附着于装置内或者引起过滤器的阻塞,有时导致装置无法运转。
基于上述情况,人们要求耐油泥性高的油。
专利文献1中公开了一种润滑油组合物,该润滑油组合物是将N-对-烷基苯基-α-萘胺和对,对’-二烷基二苯基胺作为必须成分配合而成的,所述N-对-烷基苯基-α-萘胺含有衍生自丙烯的低聚物的支链烷基,所述对,对’-二烷基二苯基胺含有衍生自丙烯的低聚物的支链烷基。
另一方面,专利文献2中公开了一种润滑油组合物,该润滑油组合物是使N-对-烷基苯基-α-萘胺和对,对’-二烷基二苯基胺的含量的重量比在规定范围内。
专利文献3提出了一种润滑油组合物,该润滑油组合物中配合有作为酚类抗氧化剂的2-叔丁基-4-烷基氧基甲基-6-烷基苯酚、和N-对-烷基苯基-α-萘胺以及对,对’-二烷基二苯基胺。
专利文献4中提出了一种润滑油组合物,该润滑油组合物含有含磷的酚类抗氧化剂、不含磷的酚类抗氧化剂和胺类抗氧化剂。
专利文献5中又提出了一种润滑油组合物,该润滑油组合物含有苯基-α-萘胺和对,对’-二烷基二苯基胺以及磷类极压剂。
但是,这些专利文献记载的润滑油组合物在作为压缩机油的用途中,均不能以高水准实现热/氧化稳定性、抗油泥性、润滑性、长寿命性和水分离性的所有特性,希望能够进一步改善。

发明内容
本发明针对上述状况而设,其目的在于提供可以高水准实现热/氧化稳定性、抗油泥性、润滑性、长寿命性和水分离性的所有特性,特别适合作为压缩机油组合物的润滑油组合物。
本发明人对于开发可以高水准实现热/氧化稳定性、抗油泥性的压缩机油进行了深入的研究,结果发现:通过在含有矿物油、合成油的机油中含有胺类抗氧化剂、以及特定结构的含磷和/或硫化合物的润滑油组合物,可以解决上述课题。
即,本发明提供:
(1)润滑油组合物,其特征在于:在含有矿物油和/或合成油的基油中含有(A-1)胺类抗氧化剂和(A-2)含磷和/或硫的化合物而成,其中胺类抗氧化剂的总氮量为800ppm以上。
(2)上述(1)的润滑油组合物,其中,(A-1)胺类抗氧化剂为二苯基胺类和/或苯基-α-萘胺类。
(3)上述(1)或(2)的润滑油组合物,其中,(A-2)含磷和/或硫的化合物由下述通式(I)、(II)或(III)表示:

(4)上述(1)-(3)中任一项的润滑油组合物,其中,上述(3)所述的含磷和/或硫的化合物是下述通式(IV)表示的磷类化合物:

本发明的润滑油组合物含有胺类抗氧化剂(作为来自该胺类抗氧化剂的含氮量的总氮量为800ppm以上)以及通式(I)、(II)或(III)表示的含磷和/或硫的化合物,因此,具有可以高水准实现热/氧化稳定性、抗油泥性、润滑性、长寿命性和水分离性的所有特性,特别是可实现压缩机的长时间连续运转的效果。

实施发明的最佳方式
本发明的润滑油组合物的特征在于:在含有矿物油和/或合成油的基油中含有(A-1)胺类抗氧化剂和(A-2)下述通式(I)、(II)或(III)表示的含磷和/或硫的化合物而成,其中胺类抗氧化剂的总氮量为800ppm以上。
首先,胺类抗氧化剂添加配合在润滑油组合物中,使该胺类抗氧化剂的总氮量为800ppm以上。总氮量为800ppm以上,则在与其它(A-2)含磷化合物和/或含硫化合物的组合中可以得到充分的效果。需说明的是,总氮量在3000ppm以下的范围,则可以协调润滑油组合物的溶解性、经济性与抗氧化性能。更优选的总氮量为800-2,000ppm,特别优选900-1,500ppm。
可在本发明中使用的胺类抗氧化剂例如有对,对’-二辛基-二苯基胺、对,对’-二-α-甲基苄基-二苯基胺、N-对-丁基苯基-N-对’-辛基苯胺、一叔丁基二苯基胺、一辛基二苯基胺等烷基二苯基胺类,甲基苯基-1-萘胺、乙基苯基-1-萘胺、丁基苯基-1-萘胺、己基苯基-1-萘胺、辛基苯基-1-萘胺、N-叔十二烷基苯基-1-萘胺等苯基-α-萘胺类,二(2,4-二乙基苯基)胺、二(2-乙基-4-壬基苯基)胺等双(二烷基苯基)胺类,1-萘胺、苯基-1-萘胺、苯基-2-萘胺、N-己基苯基-2-萘胺、N-辛基苯基-2-萘胺等芳基-萘胺类,N,N’-二异丙基-对-苯二胺、N,N’-二苯基-对-苯二胺等苯二胺类,吩噻嗪、3,7-二辛基吩噻嗪等吩噻嗪类等。
其中,特别优选将苯基-α-萘胺、烷基二苯基胺的一种单独使用或将两种组合使用,从氧化寿命、耐油泥性的角度考虑,特别优选将二辛基二苯基胺与N-(对-辛基苯基)-1-萘胺组合使用。
在(A-2)含磷化合物和/或含硫化合物中使用的含磷化合物特别优选下述通式(I)或(II)表示的化合物。
上述通式(I)中的R1-R3表示氢原子、烃基或二叔丁基酚基,R1-R3彼此相同或不同。
式中,X1-X4表示氧原子、硫原子,X1-X4彼此相同或不同。
上述通式(I)中的R4-R6表示氢原子或烃基,R4-R6彼此相同或不同。
式中,X5-X7表示氧原子、硫原子,X5-X7彼此相同或不同。
可在本发明中使用的含硫化合物是通式(III)表示的巯基乙酸酯。
R7-OOC-A1-SX-A1-COO-R8 (III)
上式中,R7、R8、A1表示烃基,R7、R8相同或不同。x表示1-4的整数。
具体有:二丁基、二辛基、二(十三烷基)硫代丙酸酯,以及硬脂基-(3,5-二甲基-4-氧基苄基)巯基乙酸酯等。
含磷化合物还优选使用具有下述通式(IV)所示化学结构的化合物。
上述通式(IV)中,A2、R9-R12分别表示烃基,R9-R12彼此相同或不同。上述通式(IV)中,A2所示的烃基优选碳原子数1-8的亚烷基,例如亚甲基、亚乙基、亚丙基等。R9-R12各自表示的烃基优选使用碳原子数1-24的烷基,进一步优选碳原子数1-8的烷基,具体有甲基、乙基、丙基、叔丁基、2-乙基己基等。
具体可优选使用{[3,5-双(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-羟基苯基]甲基}膦酸二乙酯和酸式磷酸二乙基己酯。
本发明的润滑油组合物是在矿物油类和/或合成油类的基油中含有(A-1)胺类抗氧化剂(其总氮量为800ppm以上)以及(A-2)通式(I)、(II)或(III)所示的含磷和/或硫的化合物而成的,从可有效发挥上述效果的角度考虑,含磷、硫化合物的含量优选0.05-2%质量的范围,进一步优选0.1-1%质量的范围。
本发明的润滑油组合物的基油也可以使用矿物油和合成油的任一种。
矿物基油例如有:将原油进行常压蒸馏,将所得的常压残油进行减压蒸馏,将所得润滑油馏分进行一个以上的脱溶剂、溶剂提取、氢化分解、溶剂脱蜡以及氢化纯化等处理而纯化的油;或者是将矿物油类蜡或经费-托法等制备的蜡(气转液(gas-to-liquid)蜡)进行异构化制备的基油等。
合成油可以使用以往公知的各种油,例如可以使用聚α-烯烃(包含α-烯烃共聚物)、聚丁烯、聚多元醇酯、二元酸酯、磷酸酯、聚苯醚、烷基苯、烷基萘、聚氧亚烷基二醇、新戊二醇、硅油、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇以及受阻酯等。
这些基油可以单独使用或者将两种以上组合使用,也可以将矿物油与合成油组合使用。
上述基油优选40℃下的运动粘度为5-460mm2/秒,同时%CA为10以下。该运动粘度在上述范围内,则可以充分降低压缩机或自动变速机的齿轮轴承或离合器等滑动部位的磨擦,同时低温特性也良好。该运动粘度更优选40℃下为10-320mm2/秒,特别优选22-220mm2/秒。
%CA为10以下,则可以提高氧化稳定性,更优选%CA为3以下,特别优选%CA为1以下。
需说明的是,该%CA是通过n-d-m环分析法测定的值。
上述基油优选硫含量为100质量ppm以下,该硫含量为100质量ppm以下,则氧化稳定性良好。
本发明的润滑油组合物中,为了进一步提高其性能,可以含有选自金属类磺酸盐、金属类水杨酸盐、金属类酚盐和链烯基琥珀酸酰亚胺的至少一种清洁分散剂。
可以将它们一种单独使用或将两种以上组合使用。
本发明的润滑油组合物中,也可以组合其它抗氧化剂使用,特别是可以进一步含有酚类抗氧化剂。例如,该酚类抗氧化剂有:2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚、2,4,6-三-叔丁基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-羟基甲基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基苯酚、2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-(N,N’-二甲基氨基甲基)苯酚、2,6-二叔戊基-4-甲基苯酚、3-(4’-羟基-3’,5’-二叔丁基苯基)丙酸正十八烷基酯等单环酚类;4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-异亚丙基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)、2,2’-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-双(2-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、2,2’-亚甲基双(4-乙基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-亚丁基双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、2,2’-硫代双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-硫代双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)等多环酚类。其中,从对于高压下的瞬时高温热史的效果好的角度考虑,优选分子量为340以上的酚类。
这些酚类抗氧化剂可以单独使用,也可以将两种以上组合使用。基于组合物总量,其配合量可在0.01-5%质量的范围内选择。该量低于0.01%质量,则可能无法充分发挥配合了该抗氧化剂的效果,而超过5%质量,并未见效果与其量成比例进一步提高,反而在低温时酚类抗氧化剂会析出,在成本上不利。从作为抗氧化剂的效果、抑制低温时的析出以及经济性等方面考虑,基于组合物总量,该酚类抗氧化剂的优选配合量在0.1-2%质量的范围。
本发明的润滑油组合物中,还可以将以上述清洁分散剂以外的无灰分散剂、金属类清洁剂、磨擦调节剂、粘度指数提高剂、极压添加剂、抗氧化剂、防腐蚀剂、消泡剂、着色剂等为代表的各种添加剂单独或者多种组合配合。
这些公知的添加剂的添加量是任意的,使用时,以润滑油总量为基准,其含量如下:抗氧化剂通常为0.01-5.0%质量,防锈剂、防腐蚀剂通常分别为0.01-3.0%质量,抗磨损剂通常为0.1-5.0%质量,倾点降低剂通常为0.05-5%质量,消泡剂通常为0.01-0.05%质量。
上述制备的本发明的润滑油组合物含有胺类抗氧化剂(其总氮量为800ppm以上)以及通式(I)、(II)或(III)所示的含磷和/或硫的化合物,因此具有可以高水准实现耐热/氧化稳定性、抗油泥性、润滑性、长寿命性和水分离性的所有特性,特别是可实现压缩机的长时间连续运转的效果,可适合用作压缩机的润滑油(压缩机油)。需说明的是,除压缩机油之外,也优选用作涡轮机油、液压工作油、齿轮油、轴承油等各种用途的润滑油。

下面通过实施例进一步详细说明本发明,但本发明并不受以下实施例的任何限定。

实施例1-3、比较例1和2中,分别使用以下所示的基油和添加剂,制备具有表1所示组成的压缩机油组合物。

在表1所示的实施例和比较例中,均使用上述基油1,添加等量的上述F1作为酚类抗氧化剂、G1作为防锈剂、H1作为消泡剂,改变(A-1)胺类抗氧化剂、(A-2)含磷化合物或含硫化合物的添加量等。
各润滑油组合物的氧化稳定性如下测定:使用Indiana氧化实验法,使用图1所示装置,在试样容器1中称取300mL试样2,由空气吹入管3按10L/小时吹入空气,在铁催化剂4和铜催化剂5的存在下使其劣化,测定175℃、196小时后酸值的升高值。
实机连续运转测试是连续运转旋转式压缩机,在平均运转油温80℃、平均运转压力0.7Mpa、连续全负荷无补给运转中,测定各润滑油组合物的RBOT值(JIS K2514)低于100分所需的时间(实机寿命)。
由表1的酸值升高量可知,本发明的润滑油组合物在高温下难以被氧化,可长时间连续运转。
产业实用性
本发明的润滑油组合物含有胺类抗氧化剂(作为来自该胺类抗氧化剂的含氮量的总氮量为800ppm以上)以及通式(I)、(II)或(III)所示的含磷和/或硫的化合物,因此可以高水准实现热/氧化稳定性、抗油泥性、润滑性、长寿命性和水分离性的所有特性,尤其适合用作要求长时间连续运转的压缩机油。
Claims (6)
1.润滑油组合物,其特征在于:在含有矿物油和/或合成油的基油中含有(A-1)胺类抗氧化剂和(A-2)由下述通式(IV)表示的含磷的化合物和/或由下述通式(III)表示的含硫的化合物而成,其中胺类抗氧化剂的总氮量为800ppm以上,
R7-OOC-A1-Sx-A1-COO-R8 (III)
式中R7、R8、A1表示烃基,R7、R8相同或不同,x表示1-4的整数,
式中A2、R9-R12分别表示烃基,R9-R12彼此相同或不同。
3.权利要求1或2的润滑油组合物,其中,(A-1)胺类抗氧化剂选自对,对’-二辛基-二苯基胺、对,对’-二-α-甲基苄基-二苯基胺、N-对-丁基苯基-N-对’-辛基苯胺、一叔丁基二苯基胺、一辛基二苯基胺、二(2,4-二乙基苯基)胺和二(2-乙基-4-壬基苯基)胺的至少一种;和/或
选自苯基-1-萘胺、甲基苯基-1-萘胺、乙基苯基-1-萘胺、丁基苯基-1-萘胺、己基苯基-1-萘胺、辛基苯基-1-萘胺和N-叔十二烷基苯基-1-萘胺的至少一种。
4.权利要求1或2的润滑油组合物,该组合物中进一步含有选自金属磺酸盐、金属水杨酸盐、金属酚盐和链烯基琥珀酸酰亚胺的至少一种清洁分散剂而成。
5.权利要求1或2的润滑油组合物,其中,通过基油的环分析n-d-M法得到的%CA为10以下。
6.权利要求1或2的润滑油组合物,该润滑油组合物用作压缩机油。
