本发明涉及一种用于机动车驱动装置的传动单元。
用于机动车驱动装置的传动单元已经被公知。它们包括传动机构外壳,其带有与之固定连接的轴,蜗轮可旋转地置于轴上。该蜗轮在其外周具有齿部,它与蜗杆啮合,蜗杆在它那侧由发动机轴驱动或与发动机轴组成单元。
这种传动单元可以比如与车窗玻璃升降器驱动装置相关联得到应用。公知的传动单元的传动机构外壳通常由PBT组成,即含有30%短玻璃纤维的塑料。与传动机构外壳相连接的轴在很多情况下由钢构成,以防止在运行中由啮合力造成的轴变形。

此外,DE 88 12 399U1中公知了一种车窗玻璃升降器驱动装置。它具有传动机构外壳,其中,在与传动机构外壳固定连接的轴上可旋转地安置了由电动传动马达驱动的蜗轮。此外,蜗轮通过同轴的同样可旋转地支承在轴上的随动盘通过轴向伸出的传动凸轮与从动构件旋转随动地实现对车窗进行升降。此外,设置了随动盘,它具有在其背离于蜗轮的端面上轴向伸出的、将轴同心包围的轴台。它具有外栅,用来既对绳索式车窗玻璃升降器的绳轮也对臂式或剪式车窗玻璃升降器的传动小齿轮形成形状配合方式的旋转随动。绳轮或传动小齿轮配有与轴台的外栅相匹配的内栅。通过该措施应该对于简单的及适于自动生产的设计结构减少了绳索式车窗玻璃升降器及臂式或剪式车窗玻璃升降器的零件成本。
另外,DE 295 13 701 U1中公知了一种马达传动驱动单元,它可以特别作为机动车车窗玻璃升降器驱动装置得到应用。这种公知的单元具有传动机构外壳,它有针对蜗轮轴的容纳部,蜗轮可支承在该蜗轮轴上面。
本发明的任务是,说明一种新的传动单元,对其而言,在运行中即使出现较高的啮合力也不会导致与传动机构外壳相连接的轴的变形。
该任务将通过具有权利要求1的特征的传动单元来解决。本发明有利的实施形式和改进方案在从属权利要求2-8中得出。
具有权利要求1的特征的传动单元的优点在于,由于增大了轴的直径,在齿部的轴向区域中将运行中出现的表面压力分配到更大的表面上且因此减小了表面压力。因此,防止了轴变形的发生。
通过权利要求2所述设置加固筋条,由传动机构外壳、轴和蜗轮组成的传动单元更加坚固。
如权利要求3所述,如果传动机构外壳和轴以整块塑料成型件的形式实现,可以放弃使用钢轴,其中,整块塑料成型件由具有高抗拉模数的塑料材料组成。这简化了制造过程,因为对于压铸工艺过程不必嵌入或考虑钢轴。权利要求3的特征的另一个优点在于,传动机构外壳的重量明显减小。
如权利要求4所述,如果使用带有长玻璃纤维填充物的聚丙烯作为具有高抗拉模数的塑料材料,可以节省大约20%的材料成本,因为带有长玻璃纤维填充物的聚丙烯在类似的力学特性和每千克材料价格的情况下具有大约小20%的密度。
优选的是,蜗轮在其与轴的接触区域内构造有刻面。这具有更好的可制造性和运行中润滑得到改善的优点。
有利的方式是,在轴的增大了的直径区域内设置的内环被用作针对密封圈的支承面。这与公知的传动单元相比较具有的优点是,可以取消用来对密封圈进行轴向固定的固定元件和盘片。

按照本发明的传动单元被设置用来应用于机动车驱动装置,比如车窗玻璃升降器驱动装置。它具有传动机构外壳、与传动机构外壳固定连接的轴、在其外周配有齿部的蜗轮和传动机构盖子。
图1示出了针对按照本发明的传动单元的传动机构外壳的实施例。所示传动机构外壳1是整块的、借助于压铸工艺过程制造的塑料成型件。该塑料成型件的组成部分其中有轴2,在装配好的传动单元时,蜗轮置于该轴2上。为了容纳如图2所示的蜗轮,传动机构外壳1具有凹陷部3。
此外,轴2在其被设置用来接收蜗轮的轴向区域内具有比在它的其它轴向区域内更大的直径。这个轴2的增大了的直径区域在图1中以附图标记2a示出。增大了的直径区域2a具有外环2b、内环2c和将外环与内环连接起来的、径向取向的加固筋条2d。内环2c用作针对密封圈4的支承面,密封圈4在图1的右下部示出。
图2示出了在装配好传动单元时被置入到传动机构外壳1的凹陷部3内的蜗轮5的实施例。蜗轮5在其外周具有齿部6。该齿部6在运行中与蜗杆啮合,蜗杆在它那一侧由发动机轴驱动或与发动机轴组成单元。齿部6通过具有同样径向取向的筋条的蜗轮体7与内蜗轮环8相连。该内蜗轮环8的内表面用作运转区域且在向传动机构外壳1中置入蜗轮5时,与轴2的增大了的直径区域2a的外环2b的外表面发生接触。
内蜗轮环8的内表面9,即蜗轮5的运转表面,优选设计为具有刻面的形式。这些刻面可以通过磨削或按照压铸工艺过程产生。这种具有刻面的蜗轮运转表面设计形式的优点在于更好的蜗轮可制造性和在传动单元运行时得到改善的运转区域润滑,其中,更好的蜗轮可制造性是因为不必提供高精度的圆形内表面。
图2示出的蜗轮涉及的是由聚醛树脂(POM)或具有类似特征的材料制成的整块零件,它可以按照压铸工艺过程制造。
在蜗轮的轴向区域具有增大了的直径的轴的传动机构外壳的优点在于,在传动单元运行中作用于轴的啮合力不会造成轴的变形。因此可以确定,即使在传动单元长年运行时也能够保证蜗轮的外齿与蜗杆可靠的啮合。
该优点可以由此扩大,即涉及整块塑料成型件的传动机构外壳1由具有高抗拉模数的塑料材料制成。抗拉模数优选位于大于9000兆帕斯卡的范围内。按照本发明,优选使用具有长玻璃纤维填充物的聚丙烯。它在类似的力学特性和同等每千克材料价格的情况下比含有30%短玻璃纤维的PBT具有大约小20%的密度。因此可以节省大约20%的材料成本。
本发明的其它优点在于,相对于公知的具有钢轴的传动机构外壳达到了重量缩减。另外,取消了固定元件和用来对密封圈进行轴向固定的盘片,因为蜗轮可以通过盖上传动机构盖子10得到轴向固定。针对这样一种传动机构盖子10的例子在图3中示出。该传动机构盖子具有环绕的凸起,它置入所属传动机构外壳的环绕的槽中并夹卡在那里。
轴2的轴向区域2e的直径在图1中位于直径增大了的区域2a之上,该轴向区域2e的直径优选这样选择,即它与公知的轴的直径相一致。其优点在于,从动端的定制接口相对于公知的传动单元不必进行改动。

Claims (8)

1.传动单元,用于机动车驱动装置,该传动单元具有传动机构外壳(1)、与传动机构外壳固定连接的轴(2)和在其外周配有齿部(6)的蜗轮(5),其特征在于,轴(2)在其用来安置蜗轮的轴向区域内具有相对于它的其它轴向区域(2e)增大了的直径区域(2a)。
2.如权利要求1所述的传动单元,其特征在于,轴在其增大了的直径区域(2a)内配有外环(2b)、内环(2c)和将外环与内环连接起来的、径向取向的加固筋条(2d)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的传动单元,其特征在于,传动机构外壳和轴是整块的塑料成型件,且由相同的塑料材料制成;且该塑料材料具有高的抗拉模数。
4.如权利要求3所述的传动单元,其特征在于,塑料材料是带有长玻璃纤维填充物的聚丙烯。
5.如权利要求3所述的传动单元,其特征在于,塑料材料是PET。
6.如前述任一项权利要求所述的传动单元,其特征在于,蜗轮(5)的运转表面配有刻面(9)。
7.如前述任一项权利要求所述的传动单元,其特征在于,内环(2c)被用作密封圈的支承面。
8.如前述任一项权利要求所述的传动单元,其特征在于,被装入的蜗轮通过盖上的传动机构盖子(10)轴向固定。
