Abstract
一种冷冻机油组合物,其含有含聚乙烯醚和/或聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物作为主要成分、40℃时的动态粘度为1~8mm2/s的基油,优选适用于滑动部分由工程塑料构成或具有有机覆膜或无机覆膜的冷冻机,其粘度低、可以提高节能性,而且密封性良好,并且和制冷剂的相容性优异,适合在各种冷冻领域中、特别是在密闭型冷冻机中使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种冷冻机油组合物,更详细而言,涉及一种粘度低、可以提高节能性,而且密封性良好、并且和制冷剂的相容性优异,适合在各种冷冻领域中、特别是在密闭型冷冻机中使用的冷冻机油组合物。
背景技术
通常,压缩型冷冻机的构造为:至少由压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀装置(膨胀阀等)、蒸发器或者还有干燥器构成,制冷剂和润滑油(冷冻机油)的混合液体在该密闭系统内循环。这种压缩型冷冻机,虽然也因装置的种类而不同,但通常压缩机内为高温、冷却器内为低温,因此要求制冷剂和润滑油在从低温到高温的广泛温度范围内不发生相分离,并在该系统内循环。通常,制冷剂和润滑油在低温侧和高温侧具有进行相分离的范围,而且,低温侧分离范围的最高温度优选-10℃以下,特别优选-20℃以下。而高温侧分离范围的最低温度优选30℃以上,特别优选40℃以上。如果制冷剂和润滑油在冷冻机的运转中发生相分离,则对装置的寿命和效率带来显著的不良影响。例如,若制冷剂和润滑油在压缩机部分发生相分离,则可动部分润滑不良、发生烧结等,装置寿命显著缩短;而若在蒸发器内发生相分离,则由于存在高粘度的润滑油,从而导致热交换效率降低。
以往,冷冻机用制冷剂主要使用氯氟烃(CFC)、氢氯氟烃(HCFC)等,由于它们是导致环境问题的含氯化合物,因此研究氢氟烃(HFC)等不含氯的替代制冷剂。但是,也担心HFC对地球温暖化产生影响,因此作为更适合环境保护的制冷剂,烃、氨、二氧化碳等所谓的自然制冷剂受到关注。
冷冻机用润滑油,其用于润滑冷冻机的可动部分,因此其润滑性能当然是重要的。特别是压缩机内为高温,因此可以保持润滑所必需的油膜的粘度是重要的。必需粘度因使用的压缩机种类、使用条件而异,通常,在润滑油和制冷剂混合之前,润滑油的粘度(动态粘度)在40℃下优选为10~200mm2/s,若润滑油的粘度低于该值,则油膜变薄,容易引起润滑不良;若润滑油的粘度高于该值,则热交换的效率降低。
例如,有人公开了一种润滑油组合物,该组合物是一种使用二氧化碳作为制冷剂的蒸汽压缩式冷冻装置用润滑油,其主要成分为使用气相色谱蒸馏法测定的10%馏出点为400℃以上且80%馏出点为600℃以下、100℃时的动态粘度为2~30mm2/s、粘度指数为100以上的润滑油基油(例如,参照专利文献1)。
上述润滑油组合物中使用的基油,其在40℃时的动态粘度在实施例中为17~70mm2/s的范围。
若使用上述粘度高的冷冻机油,则不可避免地使冷冻机的耗能量变多。因此,为了使冷冻机节能,有人在研究冷冻机油的低粘度化或改善润滑中的摩擦特性。
以冷藏库用冷冻机为例,通过使粘度低至VG32、22、15、10,使节能性得到改善。但是,若进一步低粘度化,则产生密封性或润滑性降低等问题。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
在上述状况下,本发明的目的在于提供一种粘度低、可以提高节能性,而且密封性良好、并且和制冷剂的相容性优异,适合在各种冷冻领域中、特别是在密闭型冷冻机中使用的冷冻机油组合物。
解决课题的方法
为了开发具有上述令人满意的性质的冷冻机油组合物,本发明人反复进行深入研究,结果发现:通过使用以具有特定低粘度的聚乙烯醚和/或聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物为主要成分的物质作为基油,并在冷冻机的滑动部分使用特定的材质,能够达到上述目的。本发明是基于上述发现而完成的。
即,本发明提供下述(1)~(13):
(1)冷冻机油组合物,其特征在于:含有含聚乙烯醚和/或聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物作为主要成分、40℃时的动态粘度为1~8mm2/s的基油。
(2)上述项(1)的冷冻机油组合物,其中基油的分子量为100~600。
(3)上述项(1)的冷冻机油组合物,其中基油的闪点为100℃以上。
(4)上述项(1)的冷冻机油组合物,其中聚乙烯醚为具有通式(I)所示重复单元的化合物:
(式中,R1、R2和R3分别表示氢原子或碳原子数为1~8的烃基,它们彼此可以相同也可以不同;R4表示碳原子数为1~10的二价烃基;R5表示碳原子数为1~20的烃基;k表示其平均值为0~10的数;R1~R5在每一构成单元中可以相同也可以各自不同;当有多个R4O时,多个R4O可以相同也可以不同)。
(5)上述项(1)的冷冻机油组合物,其中聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物为通式(II)表示的化合物:

(6)上述项(1)的冷冻机油组合物,该组合物包括至少一种选自极压剂、油性剂、抗氧剂、酸捕捉剂和消泡剂中的添加剂。
(7)上述项(1)的冷冻机油组合物,该组合物适用于使用烃系、二氧化碳系、氢氟烃系或氨系制冷剂的冷冻机。
(8)上述项(7)的冷冻机油组合物,该组合物适用于使用烃系制冷剂的冷冻机。
(9)上述项(7)的冷冻机油组合物,其中冷冻机的滑动部分由工程塑料构成或具有有机覆膜或无机覆膜。
(10)上述项(9)的冷冻机油组合物,其中有机覆膜为聚四氟乙烯覆膜、聚酰亚胺覆膜或聚酰胺酰亚胺覆膜。
(11)上述项(9)的冷冻机油组合物,其中无机覆膜为石墨膜、类金刚石碳膜、锡膜、铬膜、镍膜或钼膜。
(12)上述项(1)的冷冻机油组合物,该组合物用于汽车空调装置、燃气热泵、空调、冷藏库、自动售货机或陈列橱的各种热水供应系统或冷冻、取暖系统。
(13)上述项(12)的冷冻机油组合物,其中系统内的含水量为60ppm质量以下,残存空气量为8Pa以下。
发明效果
根据本发明,可以提供一种粘度低、可以提高节能性,而且密封性良好、并且和制冷剂的相容性优异,适合在各种冷冻领域中、特别是在密闭型冷冻机中使用的冷冻机油组合物。
实施发明的最佳方式
本发明的冷冻机油组合物中,基油使用含有聚乙烯醚和/或聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物作为主要成分的物质。其中,含有聚乙烯醚和/或聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物作为主要成分,是指以50%质量以上的比例含有聚乙烯醚和/或聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物。基油中,该聚乙烯醚和/或聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物的含量优选为70%质量以上,更优选为90%质量以上,进一步优选为100%质量。
本发明中,基油在40℃时的动态粘度为1~8mm2/s。当该动态粘度为1mm2/s以上时,润滑性得到良好发挥,同时密封性也良好;当该动态粘度为8mm2/s以下时,提高节能性的效果得到充分发挥。40℃时的动态粘度优选为1~5mm2/s,更优选为2~4mm2/s。
基油的分子量优选100~600,更优选100~330,进一步优选120~250。当该分子量处于上述范围时,可以得到所需的动态粘度。闪点优选100℃以上,更优选110℃以上。
在本发明中,基油只要具有上述性状即可,可以使用含有聚乙烯醚和/或聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物,同时以50%质量以下、优选30%质量以下、更优选10%质量以下的比例含有其他基油的物质,但更优选不含其他基油的物质。
作为可以和聚乙烯醚和/或聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物并用的其他基油,可以列举如:α-烯烃低聚物的氢化物、醚化物、还有矿物油、脂环烃化合物、烷基化芳烃化合物等。
本发明中,用作基油的主要成分的聚乙烯醚,可以优选列举如具有通式(I)所示重复单元的聚乙烯醚:
(式中,R1、R2和R3分别表示氢原子或碳原子数为1~8的烃基,它们彼此可以相同也可以不同;R4表示碳原子数为1~10的二价烃基;R5表示碳原子数为1~20的烃基;k表示其平均值为0~10的数;R1~R5在每一构成单元中可以相同也可以各自不同;当有多个R4O时,多个R4O可以相同也可以不同)。
上述通式(I)中,R1、R2和R3分别表示氢原子或碳原子数为1~8、优选1~4的烃基,它们彼此可以相同也可以不同。其中,烃基具体表示:甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、各种戊基、各种己基、各种庚基、各种辛基等烷基;环戊基、环己基、各种甲基环己基、各种乙基环己基、各种二甲基环己基等环烷基;苯基、各种甲基苯基、各种乙基苯基、各种二甲基苯基等芳基;苄基、各种苯基乙基、各种甲基苄基等芳基烷基。上述R1、R2、R3特别优选氢原子。
另一方面,通式(I)中的R4表示碳原子数为1~10、优选2~10的二价烃基,其中,碳原子数为1~10的二价烃基具体表示:亚甲基、亚乙基、苯基亚乙基、1,2-亚丙基、2-苯基-1,2-亚丙基、1,3-亚丙基、各种亚丁基、各种亚戊基、各种亚己基、各种亚庚基、各种亚辛基、各种亚壬基、各种亚癸基等二价脂族基团;在环己烷、甲基环己烷、乙基环己烷、二甲基环己烷、丙基环己烷等脂环烃中具有两个键合部位的脂环式基团;各种亚苯基、各种甲基亚苯基、各种乙基亚苯基、各种二甲基亚苯基、各种亚萘基等二价芳族烃基;在甲苯、二甲苯、乙基苯等烷基芳烃的烷基部分和芳族部分分别具有一价键合部位的烷基芳族基团;在二甲苯、二乙基苯等多烷基芳烃的烷基部分具有键合部位的烷基芳族基团等。其中,特别优选碳原子数为2~4的脂族基团。
通式(I)中的k表示R4O的重复次数,其平均值为0~10、优选为0~5的范围的数。当有多个R4O时,多个R4O可以相同也可以不同。
并且,通式(I)中的R5表示碳原子数为1~20、优选1~10的烃基,该烃基具体表示:甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、各种戊基、各种己基、各种庚基、各种辛基、各种壬基、各种癸基等烷基;环戊基、环己基、各种甲基环己基、各种乙基环己基、各种丙基环己基、各种二甲基环己基等环烷基;苯基、各种甲基苯基、各种乙基苯基、各种二甲基苯基、各种丙基苯基、各种三甲基苯基、各种丁基苯基、各种萘基等芳基;苄基、各种苯基乙基、各种乙基苄基、各种苯基丙基、各种苯基丁基等芳基烷基等。
应说明的是,该R1~R5在每一构成单元中可以相同也可以不同。
本发明中使用的聚乙烯醚,可以通过使一种或多种所对应的乙烯基醚单体聚合来制备。
上述聚乙烯醚的详细内容如日本特开2001-49282号公报[0027]~[0045]中所记载。
上述聚乙烯醚可以优选列举如:聚乙基乙烯基醚、聚乙基乙烯基醚-聚异丁基乙烯基醚共聚物等。
本发明中,上述聚乙烯醚选定具有使基油在40℃时的动态粘度为1~8mm2/s、优选1~4mm2/s的聚合度的聚乙烯醚。
另一方面,在本发明中,用作基油的主要成分的聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物,可以优选列举如通式(II)表示的化合物:

(式中,R6表示氢原子、碳原子数为1~10的烷基、碳原子数为2~10的酰基或具有2~6个键合部位的碳原子数为1~10的脂族烃基;R7表示碳原子数为2~4的亚烷基;R8表示氢原子、碳原子数为1~10的烷基或碳原子数为2~10的酰基;n表示1~6的整数;m表示平均值大于2而小于等于20的数)。
在上述通式(II)中,R6和R8的各自的碳原子数为1~10的烷基,可以是直链状、支链状、环状中的任一种。该烷基的具体例子有:甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、各种丁基、各种戊基、各种己基、各种庚基、各种辛基、各种壬基、各种癸基、环戊基、环己基等。若该烷基的碳原子数超过10,则冷冻机油和制冷剂的相容性下降,有时发生相分离。烷基的碳原子数优选为1~6。
R6和R8的各自的碳原子数为2~10的酰基的烷基部分,可以是直链状、支链状、环状中的任一种。作为该酰基的烷基部分的具体例子,可以同样列举上述作为烷基的具体例子而列举的碳原子数为1~9的各种基团。若该酰基的碳原子数超过10,则冷冻机油和制冷剂的相容性下降,有时发生相分离。酰基的碳原子数优选为2~6。
当R6和R8均为烷基或酰基时,R6和R8可以相同,也可以彼此不同。
并且当n为2以上时,一个分子中的多个R8可以相同,也可以不同。
当R6为具有2~6个键合部位的碳原子数为1~10的脂族烃基时,该脂族烃基可以是链状,也可以是环状。具有两个键合部位的脂族烃基可以列举如:亚乙基、亚丙基、亚丁基、亚戊基、亚己基、亚庚基、亚辛基、亚壬基、亚癸基、亚环戊基、亚环己基等。具有2~6个键合部位的脂族烃基可以列举如:从三羟甲基丙烷、丙三醇、季戊四醇、山梨醇、1,2,3-三羟基环己烷、1,3,5-三羟基环己烷等多元醇中除去羟基的残基。
若该脂族烃基的碳原子数超过10,则冷冻机油和制冷剂的相容性下降,有时发生层分离。碳原子数优选为2~6。
在本发明中,上述R6和R8优选至少一个为烷基、特别是碳原子数为1~3的烷基,从粘度特性方面考虑,特别优选为甲基。而且,出于和上述相同的原因,优选R6和R8两者皆为烷基、特别是甲基。
上述通式(II)中的R7表示碳原子数为2~4的亚烷基,作为重复单元的氧基亚烷基可以列举出:氧基亚乙基、氧基亚丙基、氧基亚丁基。一个分子中的氧基亚烷基可以相同,也可以包括多种氧基亚烷基。
上述通式(II)中,n为1~6的整数,根据R6的键合部位的数目而定。例如,当R6为烷基或酰基时,n为1;当R6为具有2、3、4、5和6个键合部位的脂族烃基时,n分别为2、3、4、5和6。m为平均值大于2而小于等于20的数,若该平均值超过20,则有时无法充分达到本发明的目的。
关于上述聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物的详细内容,如日本特开2001-49282号公报[0012]~[0026]中所记载。
在上述通式(II)表示的化合物中,作为上述聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物,可以优选列举出:聚丙二醇二甲基醚、聚乙烯聚丙二醇共聚物二甲基醚、聚丙二醇单丁基醚、聚丙二醇二乙酸酯等。
本发明中,作为上述聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物,选定使基油在40℃时的动态粘度为1~8mm2/s、优选1~4mm2/s的化合物。
本发明中,作为基油,可以使用一种上述聚乙烯醚,也可以将多种组合使用;可以使用一种聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物,也可以将多种组合使用。或者可以将一种以上的聚乙烯醚和一种以上的聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物组合使用。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物中,可以含有至少一种选自极压剂、油性剂、抗氧剂、酸捕捉剂和消泡剂等中的添加剂。
上述极压剂可以列举出:磷酸酯、酸性磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯、酸性亚磷酸酯和它们的胺盐等磷系极压剂。
上述磷系极压剂中,从极压性、摩擦特性等方面考虑,特别优选磷酸三甲苯酯、三硫代磷酸三苯酯、亚磷酸三(壬基苯基)酯、二油醇氢亚磷酸酯、亚磷酸二苯基-2-乙基己酯等。
极压剂还可以列举羧酸的金属盐。这里所谓的羧酸的金属盐,优选碳原子数为3~60的羧酸、更优选碳原子数为3~30、特别是12~30的脂肪酸的金属盐。可以列举上述脂肪酸的二聚酸或三聚酸以及碳原子数为3~30的二羧酸的金属盐。其中,特别优选碳原子数为12~30的脂肪酸和碳原子数为3~30的二羧酸的金属盐。
另一方面,作为构成金属盐的金属,优选碱金属或碱土金属,特别是碱金属最适合。
作为极压剂、而且是除上述以外的极压剂,可以列举如:硫化油脂、硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯、硫化烯烃、二烃基多硫(dihydrocarbylpolysulfide)、硫代氨基甲酸酯类、硫代萜烯类、二烷基硫代二丙酸酯类等硫系极压剂。
从防止润滑性和稳定性方面考虑,上述极压剂的混合量以组合物总量为基准,通常为0.001~5%质量,特别优选为0.005~3%质量的范围。
上述极压剂可以单独使用一种,也可以将多种组合使用。
上述油性剂的例子有:硬脂酸、油酸等脂族饱和及不饱和一元羧酸;二聚酸、氢化二聚酸等聚合脂肪酸;蓖麻油酸、12-羟基硬脂酸等羟基脂肪酸;月桂醇、油醇等脂族饱和及不饱和一元醇;硬脂胺、油胺等脂族饱和及不饱和一元胺;月桂酰胺、油酸酰胺等脂族饱和及不饱和一元羧酸酰胺;丙三醇、山梨醇等多元醇和脂族饱和或不饱和一元羧酸的部分酯等。
上述油性剂可以单独使用一种,也可以将多种组合使用。其混合量以组合物总量为基准,通常选定在0.01~10%质量、优选0.1~5%质量的范围。
作为上述抗氧剂,优选混合:2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚、2,2’-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)等酚系;苯基-α-萘胺、N,N’-二苯基对苯二胺等胺系抗氧剂。从效果和经济性等方面考虑,通常向组合物中混合0.01~5%质量、优选0.05~3%质量的抗氧剂。
酸捕捉剂可以列举如:苯基缩水甘油醚、烷基缩水甘油醚、亚烷基二醇缩水甘油醚、氧化环己烯、α-氧化烯烃、环氧化大豆油等环氧化合物。其中,从相容性方面考虑,优选苯基缩水甘油醚、烷基缩水甘油醚、亚烷基二醇缩水甘油醚、氧化环己烯、α-氧化烯烃。
上述烷基缩水甘油醚的烷基和亚烷基二醇缩水甘油醚的亚烷基可以具有支链,碳原子数通常为3~30,优选为4~24、特别是6~16。另外,α-氧化烯烃使用总碳原子数通常为4~50、优选4~24、特别是6~16的α-氧化烯烃。本发明中,上述酸捕捉剂可以使用一种,也可以将多种组合使用。从效果和抑制油泥产生的方面考虑,酸捕捉剂的混合量相对于组合物,通常为0.005~5%质量,特别优选0.05~3%质量的范围。
本发明中,通过混合上述酸捕捉剂,可以提高冷冻机油组合物的稳定性。通过将上述极压剂和抗氧剂并用,可进一步发挥提高稳定性的效果。
上述消泡剂可以列举出:硅油或氟化硅油等。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物中,可以在不妨碍本发明目的的范围内,适当混合其他公知的各种添加剂,例如N-[N,N’-二烷基(碳原子数为3~12的烷基)氨基甲基]吐鲁三唑(tolutriazole)等钢钝化剂等。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物,适用于使用烃系、二氧化碳系、氢氟烃系或氨系制冷剂的冷冻机,特别优选适用于使用烃系制冷剂的冷冻机。
在使用本发明的冷冻机油组合物的冷冻机的润滑方法中,关于上述各种制冷剂和冷冻机油组合物的用量,以制冷剂/冷冻机油组合物的质量比计,优选为99/1~10/90、进一步优选为95/5~30/70的范围。若制冷剂的量少于上述范围,则发现冷冻能力降低;若制冷剂的量多于上述范围,则润滑性能降低,因此不优选。本发明的冷冻机油组合物,可以用于各种冷冻机,特别是可以优选适用于压缩型冷冻机的压缩式冷冻循环。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物所适用的冷冻机,具有包括压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀装置(彭胀阀等)和蒸发器或者压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀装置、干燥器和蒸发器等必需构成的冷冻循环,同时冷冻机油使用上述本发明的冷冻机油组合物,制冷剂使用上述各种制冷剂。
其中,干燥器中优选填充含有细孔径为0.33nm以下的沸石的干燥剂。上述沸石可以列举天然沸石或合成沸石,并且作为该沸石,更适合的是在25℃、CO2气体分压33kPa下的CO2气体吸收容量为1.0%以下的沸石。上述合成沸石可以列举如:Union昭和(株)制的商品名XH-9、XH-600等。
本发明中,当使用上述干燥剂时,不会吸收冷冻循环中的制冷剂,可以效率良好地除去水分,同时抑制由干燥剂自身的劣化引起的粉末化,因此不必担心因粉末化而产生的配管堵塞或粉末进入到压缩机滑动部分而引起的异常磨损等,冷冻机可以长时间稳定运转。
在本发明的冷冻机油组合物所适用的冷冻机中,压缩机内具有各种滑动部分(例如轴承等)。在本发明中,特别是从密封性方面考虑,该滑动部分优选由工程塑料制成或具有有机覆膜或无机覆膜。
从密封性、滑动性、耐摩损性等方面考虑,上述工程塑料可以优选列举如:聚酰胺树脂、聚苯硫醚树脂、聚缩醛树脂等。
从密封性、滑动性、耐摩损性等方面考虑,有机覆膜可以列举如:含氟树脂覆膜(聚四氟乙烯覆膜等)、聚酰亚胺覆膜、聚酰胺酰亚胺覆膜等。
另一方面,从密封性、滑动性、耐磨损性等方面考虑,无机覆膜可以列举出:石墨膜、类金刚石碳膜、镍膜、钼膜、锡膜、铬膜等。该无机覆膜可以通过电镀处理来形成,也可以通过PVD法(物理气相蒸镀法)来形成。
该滑动部分也可以使用由现有的合金系,例如Fe基合金、Al基合金、Cu基合金等构成的滑动部分。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物,可以用于例如汽车空调装置、燃气热泵、空调、冷藏库、自动售货机或陈列橱等的各种热水供应系统或冷冻、取暖系统。
在本发明中,上述系统内的含水量优选为60ppm质量以下,更优选为50ppm质量以下。该系统内的残存空气量优选为8kPa以下,更优选为7kPa以下。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物,基油包含聚乙烯醚和/或聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物作为主要成分,粘度低、可以提高节能性,而且和制冷剂的相容性优异。
实施例
其次,通过实施例来更详细地说明本发明,但本发明并不受这些例子的任何限制。
应说明的是,基油的性状和冷冻机油组合物的各种特性按照以下所示的方法测定。
<基油的性状>
(1)40℃动态粘度
根据JIS K2283-1983,使用玻璃制毛细管粘度计进行测定。
(2)闪点
根据JIS K2265,利用C.O.C法进行测定。
<冷冻机油组合物的各种特性>
(3)制冷剂溶解性
使用溶解度测定装置,在20℃、0.2MPa的条件下,测定异丁烷饱和溶解量。应说明的是,饱和溶解量的%质量,是采取油层、测定油中异丁烷的量的值。
(4)密封管试验
向玻璃管内装入催化剂Fe/Cu/Al,按照试样油/制冷剂(异丁烷)=4mL/1g的比例进行填充、封管,在175℃下保持30天后,观察油外观、催化剂外观和是否有油泥,并求出酸值。
(5)短路试验
使用短路试验机(往复式冷冻机,毛细管长1m),在Pd(排出压力)/Ps(吸入压力)=3.3/0.4MPa、Td(排出温度)/Ts(吸入温度)=110/30℃、试验油/R600a(异丁烷)=400/400 g的条件下,进行1000小时的耐久试验,测定试验后的毛细管流量降低率。
(6)密封性比较试验
活塞使用各种滑动材料,比较来自活塞/油缸之间的间隙的漏气量。漏气量表示以参考例2作为25的相对比较值。
实施例1~12和比较例1~3
制备表1所示组成的冷冻机油和冷冻机油组合物,测定其制冷剂溶解性,同时进行密封管试验。结果如表1所示。

C3:C14 α-氧化烯烃
C4:2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚
C5:硅系消泡剂
由表1的实施例1~3可知:本发明的冷冻机油,制冷剂(异丁烷)溶解性良好。相对于此,比较例2、3的冷冻机油,制冷剂溶解性差。本发明的冷冻机油和冷冻机油组合物(实施例1~12)的密封管试验结果均良好。
实施例13~21和比较例4~6
对表2所示的试验油进行短路试验。结果如表2所示。
由表2可知:实施例13~18的冷冻机油组合物,系统内的水分不足60ppm质量,且残存空气量不足8kPa,因此短路试验结果良好。
实施例19~21的冷冻机油组合物,系统内的水分超过60ppm质量或残存空气量超过8kPa,因此和实施例13~18相比,短路试验结果略差。
比较例4~6的冷冻机油组合物,在短路试验中,发生了压缩机的咬模(seizing)或毛细管的堵塞。
实施例22~25和参考例1、2
关于表3所示的试验油,使用表3所示的滑动材料进行密封性比较试验。结果如表3所示。

由表3可知:和参考例1和参考例2相比,实施例22~25的漏气量均少、密封性均良好。
产业实用性
本发明的冷冻机油组合物,粘度低、可以提高节能性,密封性良好、并且和制冷剂的相容性优异,适合在各种冷冻领域中、特别是在密闭型冷冻机中使用。
Claims (9)
1.冷冻机油组合物,其特征在于:含有90%以上聚氧化亚烷基二醇衍生物、分子量为100~600、闪点为100℃以上、40℃时的动态粘度为1~8mm2/s的基油,其中所述聚氧化亚烷基二醇为下述通式(II)表示的化合物,

式(II)中,R6表示氢原子、碳原子数为1~10的烷基、碳原子数为2~10的酰基或具有2~6个键合部位的碳原子数为1~10的脂族烃基;R7表示碳原子数为2~4的亚烷基;R8表示氢原子、碳原子数为1~10的烷基或碳原子数为2~10的酰基;n表示1~6的整数;m表示平均值大于2而小于等于20的数。
2.权利要求1的冷冻机油组合物,该组合物包括至少一种选自极压剂、油性剂、抗氧剂、酸捕捉剂和消泡剂中的添加剂。
3.权利要求1的冷冻机油组合物,该组合物适用于使用烃系、二氧化碳系、氢氟烃系或氨系制冷剂的冷冻机。
4.权利要求3的冷冻机油组合物,该组合物适用于使用烃系制冷剂的冷冻机。
5.权利要求3的冷冻机油组合物,其中冷冻机的滑动部分由工程塑料构成或者具有有机覆膜或无机覆膜。
6.权利要求5的冷冻机油组合物,其中有机覆膜为聚四氟乙烯覆膜、聚酰亚胺覆膜或聚酰胺酰亚胺覆膜。
7.权利要求5的冷冻机油组合物,其中无机覆膜为石墨膜、类金刚石碳膜、锡膜、铬膜、镍膜或钼膜。
8.权利要求1的冷冻机油组合物,该组合物用于汽车空调装置、燃气热泵、空调、冷藏库、自动售货机或陈列橱的各种热水供应系统或冷冻、取暖系统。
9.权利要求8的冷冻机油组合物,其中系统内的含水量为60ppm质量以下,残余空气量为8kPa以下。
