背景技术
容易-拉开的包装材料正得到日益广泛地使用,特别是在食品领域中但并非仅在该领域中,因为从用户的观点看来它们具有实用性并且从制造商的观点看来它们的成本较低。
一般按通过各种方式折叠和密封由多层构成的层叠薄膜来得到这些包装材料。
这些多层层叠薄膜有预设为用于撕开的区域,当包装该包装材料时,这形成所谓的“易拉开口”。
存在拥有用于撕开的预设区域的各种类型的薄膜。
第一类是由多层薄膜构成的,该多层薄膜包括由塑料材料制成的第一外部层,该第一外部层与一般为铝的金属材料制成的第二下层相结合。
第一层具有引导撕开过程的多个连续且平行的切口,这些切口是通过激光或超声波处理而得到的,完全穿透所述第一层并在第二层处终止,如上所述,一般第二层是由铝制成的。

还已知用于容易-拉开包装材料的第三类多层薄膜,其中通过多个大致平行的切口来形成用于撕开的预设区域,这些切口不完全穿通,并且相互靠近且大致按随机方式分布。
虽然这些切口因是不穿通的切口而保证保护了下面铝层,但是它们的随机分布不保证撕开过程能沿包装材料容易地进行或沿大致直线的路径容易地进行。
此外,如果所述切口是通过磨损或机械冲压来得到的,则材料的机械易碎性有增加的危险。
发明内容

具体实施方式
参考附图,在图1到3中示出,在本发明的第一实施例中,一般通过标号10来表示根据本发明的多层层叠薄膜,特别适用于容易-拉开包装材料的多层层叠薄膜。
通过由塑料材料制造的第一层11和也由塑料材料制造的第二层12来构成薄膜10。
在第一实施例中,用取向聚丙烯(在下文中为oPP)(orientedpolypropylene)来制造第一层11。
用聚乙烯(下文中为PE)来制造第二层12。
通过由粘合材料制造的插入层15使两层相结合。
通过两部分粘合剂或通过挤出的聚乙烯选择地构成插入层15。
多层层叠薄膜10在塑料材料的更坚硬的层的至少一面上具有多个连续的、平行的和并排的切口18。
分别通过标号18a、18b、18c、18d和18e来指定这些切口。
切口18适合于促使薄膜10的撕开大致是直线地展开的。
切口18部分地影响更坚硬的层的厚度。
在本第一实施例中,更坚硬的层是由oPP制造的第一层11。
在本实施例中,在第一层11的外表面16上设置了切口18。
通过除去材料来得到切口18。
对于这里描述的实施例,除去材料的操作是机械型的操作。
机械除去材料避免了由于熔化区域中层的特性改变而引起的问题以及避免随之发生的不希望有的薄膜特性改变的危险。
切口18、18a、18b、18c、18d和18e的深度有利地包括在获得切口的层11的厚度的15和85%之间的范围内。
事实上,已经通过试验确定,在15%以下时,撕开薄膜的方向性是不能令人满意的,而在85%以上时,层叠薄膜10的机械特性会大大地降级。
作为例子,图2示出施加力矩之后薄膜10中撕开的展开过程,,该力矩适合于通过使第一部分向下和向右拉以及第二部分向上和向左拉而使薄膜分成两部分,通常当在适当提供的容易-拉开区域中撕开包装材料时,这个动作是通过人的手指执行的。
在切口18d中引发了撕开,然后在切口18c中继续。
切口18的平行配置允许在大致直线的方向上进行撕开。
在第一实施例的变型中,用取向聚酯(下文中为oPET)制造第一层11,并且用聚丙烯(下文中为PP)或PE来制造第二层12。
既然是这样,具有较大刚性特性的材料是PET,因此在第一层11的一个表面上(在该情况中是外表面16)得到切口18。
图4的第二实施例示意地示出包括由oPP制造的第一层111以及由PE或PP制造的第二层112的薄膜110。
在较结实的第一层111的内部面117上提供切口118。
在图5中示出的根据本发明第三实施例的薄膜拥有由oPP或PET制造的第一层211、由铝制造的第二层212以及由PE或PP制造的第三层213。
更坚硬的层是由oPP或PET制造的第一层211,因此在所述第一层的外表面216上提供切口218。
由于切口218不是穿通的切口,所以它们允许保护铝制的第二层212与外部环境隔离。
同样,在这里描述的本发明的第四实施例中,通过由oPP或PET制造的第一层311、由铝制造的第二层312以及由PE或PP制造的第三层313来构成薄膜310。
在第一层311的内部面317上拥有切口318。
如前,在该情况中,切口的内部位置也不会危及薄膜的易于撕开,因为组成它的层始终具有数量级为几十微米的厚度。
在图7中示意地示出的第五实施例中,薄膜410包括由oPP或PET制造的第一层411、由PET或取向聚酰胺(oPA)制造的第二层412以及由PP或PE制造的第三层413。
最硬的层是第二层412。
在其朝向第一层411的面416上提供切口418。
在第六实施例中,薄膜510拥有由oPP或PET制造的第一层511、由PET或oPA制造的第二层512以及由PP或PE制造的第三层513。
此时,在第二层512上的切口518被设置在其朝向第三层513的面517上。
即使最坚硬的层夹在其它两层之间,也足以引起最坚硬的层的断裂,以便实现整个层叠薄膜的撕开。
在图9中示意地示出的第七实施例中,通过由PET制造的第一层611、由铝制造的第二层612、由取向聚酰胺(oPA)制造的第三层613以及由PP或PE制造的第四层614来构成薄膜610。
在这里提供的四层中,最坚硬的层是由oPA制造的第三层613。
因此,在本例子中,在第三层613朝向由铝制造的第二层612的面616上承载着切口618。
同样,在第八实施例中,再次通过由PET制造的第一层711、由铝制造的第二层712、由oPA制造的第三层713以及由PP或PE制造的第四层714来构成薄膜710,并且在第三层713的一个面上提供切口718。
与前面的实施例不同,提供了切口的面717是朝向由非取向聚丙烯制造的第四层714的。
本发明还涉及一种包装,其特征在于,这是通过根据在前的权项的一条或多条的多层层叠薄膜来提供的,并且拥有容易-拉开区域。
在防潮气的食物密封领域中,对这种包装是高度欣赏的,因为它结合了食物保存质量和简单且容易地撕开开口以及开口出现时方向性精确等品质。
实际上,已经发现,如此描述的本发明解决了已知类型多层层叠薄膜(特别是对于容易-拉开包装材料)中描述的问题。
尤其,本发明提供多层层叠薄膜,该多层层叠薄膜保证在适当弱的区域中在包装材料的指定方向上的撕开大致是直线展开的。
此外,本发明提供一种多层层叠薄膜,在该多层层叠薄膜中,始终保护由金属材料制造的层不与外部环境接触。
此外,本发明提供可以像已知类型的薄膜一样容易地撕开的一种多层层叠薄膜。
此外,本发明提供可以用已知系统和技术便宜地制造的一种多层层叠薄膜。
因此,认为本发明容许多种修改和变化,所有这些修改和变化都在所附的权利要求书的范围内;可以进一步用其它技术上等效的元件来替代所有的细节。
实际上,只要所使用的材料兼容于特定使用以及尺寸,就可以是根据要求和技术状态的任何材料。
这里结合本申请要求优先权的、在意大利专利申请第PD2004A000302中的揭示作为参考。
Claims (15)
1.用于包装的一种多层层叠薄膜,所述多层层叠薄膜由塑料材料制成的第一层(11、111、211、311、411、511、611、711)以及从塑料材料、金属材料、纸状材料或等效材料中选出的材料制成的至少一层第二层(12、112、212、312、412、512、612、712、213、313、413、513、613、713、614、714)构成,每一层都通过粘合材料的插入层(15)耦合到相邻的层,所述多层层叠薄膜(10、110、210、310、410、510、610、710)的特征在于,它在塑料材料构成的更坚硬的层(11、111、211、311、412、512、613、713)的至少一面(16、216、416、616、117、317、517、717)上具有多个连续的、平行的、并排的切口(18、18a、18b、18c、18d、18e、118、218、318、418、518、618、718),这些切口有利于减小与切口(18、18a、18b、18c、18d、18e、118、218、318、418、518、618、718)的方向成直角的断裂载荷(breaking load),所述切口(18、18a、18b、18c、18d、18e、118、218、318、418、518、618、718)部分地影响所述更坚硬的层的厚度,并且是通过除去材料而得到的。
2.如权利要求1所述的多层层叠薄膜,其特征在于,所述切口(18、18a、18b、18c、18d、18e、118、218、318、418、518、618、718)的深度介于在其上设置切口的层(11、111、211、311、412、512、613、713)的厚度的15-85%之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的层叠薄膜,其特征在于,所述插入层(15)由两部分粘合材料制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的层叠薄膜,其特征在于,所述插入层(15)由挤出的聚乙烯制成。
5.如前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的多层层叠薄膜,其特征在于,它由取向聚丙烯制成的第一层(11)以及聚乙烯或聚丙烯制成的第二层(12)构成,所述第一层(11)在其外表面(16)上设置了所述切口(18)。
6.如权利要求1到4中的一项或多项所述的多层层叠薄膜,其特征在于,它由取向聚酯制成的第一层(11)以及聚丙烯或聚乙烯制成的第二层(12)构成,所述第一层(11)在其外表面(16)上设置了所述切口(18)。
7.如权利要求1到4中的一项或多项所述的多层层叠薄膜,其特征在于,它由取向聚丙烯制成的第一层(111)以及聚乙烯或聚丙烯制成的第二层(112)构成,所述第一层(111)在其内部面(117)上拥有所述切口(118)。
8.如权利要求1到4中的一项或多项所述的多层层叠薄膜,其特征在于,它由取向聚丙烯或取向聚酯制成的第一层(211)、铝制成的第二层(212)以及聚乙烯或聚丙烯制成的第三层(213)构成,所述第一层(211)在其外表面(216)上设置了所述切口(218)。
9.如权利要求1到4中的一项或多项所述的多层层叠薄膜,其特征在于,它由取向聚丙烯或取向聚酯制成的第一层(311)、铝制成的第二层(312)以及聚乙烯或聚丙烯制成的第三层(313)构成,所述第一层(311)在其内部面(317)上设置了所述切口(318)。
10.如权利要求1到4中的一项或多项所述的多层层叠薄膜,其特征在于,它由取向聚丙烯或聚酯制成的第一层(411)、取向聚酰胺或聚酯制成的第二层(412)以及聚丙烯或聚乙烯制成的第三层(413)构成,所述第二层(412)在其朝向所述第一层(411)的面(416)上设置了切口(418)。
11.如权利要求1到4中的一项或多项所述的多层层叠薄膜,其特征在于,它由取向聚丙烯或聚酯制成的第一层(511)、取向聚酰胺或聚酯制成的第二层(512)以及聚丙烯或聚乙烯制成的第三层(513)构成,所述第二层(512)在其朝向所述第三层(513)的面(517)上设置了所述切口(518)。
12.如权利要求1到4中的一项或多项所述的多层层叠薄膜,其特征在于,它由取向聚酯制成的第一层(611)、铝制成的第二层(612)、取向聚酰胺制成的第三层(613)以及聚丙烯或聚乙烯制成的第四层(614)构成,所述第三层(613)在其朝向所述铝制成的第二层(612)的面(616)上设置了所述切口(618)。
13.如权利要求1到4中的一项或多项所述的多层层叠薄膜,其特征在于,它由取向聚酯制成的第一层(711)、铝制成的第二层(712)、取向聚酰胺制成的第三层(713)以及聚丙烯或聚乙烯制成的第四层(714)构成,所述第三层(713)在其朝向所述第四层(714)的面(717)上设置了所述切口(718)。
14.如前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的薄膜,其特征在于,所述材料除去操作是机械型的。
15.一种包装,其特征在于,它是通过前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的多层层叠薄膜而提供的,所述包装具有容易-拉开区域。
