Abstract
本发明提出一种易撕膜,包括依序设置的表层(3)、阻隔层(4)、热封层(5),易撕膜的总厚度小于或等于120微米,阻隔层(4)为高阻隔镀层或者高阻隔涂层,热封层(5)为PE层或PP层或EVA层,阻隔层(4)的厚度的取值范围为400纳米~3微米之间,包括400纳米或3微米,各层之间的结合强度大于2N/15mm,优点是,结构简单,特定方向易撕且定向性较好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及易撕包装膜技术领域,具体讲是一种易撕膜。
背景技术
本申请的易撕膜是指将本体易被撕开,且易撕膜为涂层或镀层复合膜。
现有技术的易撕膜,虽然也有一定的易撕性,但是撕开形成的撕裂线取向性较差,若为了获得较好的取向性,则通过设置较为复杂的结构实现,比如授权公告号为CN206475543U所公开的一种直线易撕膜,通过在PET薄膜层内固定连接有若干个平行设置的卡条,所述卡条的轴心平行于PET薄膜层的上下两侧;通过卡条卡接在PET薄膜内,对撕裂线导向,方便了易撕膜的撕开。
本申请旨在通过区别现有技术的新的技术路线,即通过优化复合膜的结构、控制复合膜的层间连接关系等手段,以得到一种易撕膜,具有结构简单,特定方向易撕且定向性较好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种易撕膜,结构简单,特定方向易撕且定向性较好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种易撕膜,包括依序设置的表层、阻隔层、热封层,易撕膜的总厚度小于或等于120微米,阻隔层4为高阻隔镀层或者高阻隔涂层,热封层5为PE层或PP层或EVA层,阻隔层4的厚度的取值范围为400纳米~3微米之间,包括400纳米或3微米,各层之间的结合强度大于2N/15mm。
采用上述结构后,与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:对易撕膜的总厚度限定,并结合阻隔层的厚度限定及各层之间的连接关系限定,即结合强度限定,能够使得易撕膜易撕且定向性好,结合总厚度的控制,同时结合强度设定降低了脱层,使得该导向作用能够起作用,因此能够使得易撕膜易撕且定向性好,且结构简单。
作为改进,表层或热封层中至少一个设有依序设置的多个凹陷,该多个凹陷间隔或连续排列形成一条易撕线,这样,易撕线由多个凹陷或者连续凹陷构成,因此特定方向易撕且定向性更好。
作为改进,当凹陷设于热封层时,表层设有指示凹陷形成的易撕线的位置的指示线,这样,当用本易撕膜做成袋体时,易撕线将被隐藏,因此上述设置便于用户找到撕的位置。
作为改进,凹陷设于表层时,凹陷的深度小于表层的厚度,凹陷设于热封层时,凹陷的深度小于热封层的厚度,这样,易撕同时还保障了较高阻隔性。
作为改进,表层为PE层、或PET层、或尼龙层、或PP层,这样,作为表层的优选,更利于易撕及定向的性能。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
本发明易撕膜,包括依序设置的表层3、阻隔层4、热封层5。
易撕膜的厚度小于或等于120微米,阻隔层4为镀铝层或者其他高阻隔涂层,热封层5为PE层,或PP层、或EVA层,阻隔层的厚度的取值范围为400纳米~3微米之间,包括400纳米或3微米,易撕膜的复合强度大于2N/15mm。本例中,铝层通过真空镀铝工艺或者其他镀层工艺后设于表层3,然后复合热封层5得到易撕膜,当然,铝层也可以通过真空镀铝工艺或者其他镀层工艺后设于热封层5,然后复合表层3得到易撕膜,易撕膜的厚度为110微米左右,铝层的厚度的取值范围为500纳米左右,易撕膜的复合强度为2N/15mm。
表层3或热封层5中至少一个设有依序设置的多个凹陷1,该多个凹陷1间隔或连续排列形成一条易撕线2。
凹陷1设于表层3或热封层5,凹陷1设于表层3时,凹陷1的深度小于表层3的厚度,凹陷1设于热封层5时,凹陷1的深度小于热封层5的厚度。本例中,凹陷1设于表层3。
易撕线2可以是曲线、直线,易撕线2可以是虚线或者实线或者虚线、实线混合组合。本例中为间隔排列形成一条虚线,即易撕线2为直线型设置,为虚线,可用激光照射或者机械模切形成。
当然,凹陷1也可以设于热封层5,或者表层3、热封层5均有,当凹陷1仅设于热封层5时,表层3设有指示凹陷1形成的易撕线2的位置的指示线。
表层3为PE层、或PET层、或尼龙层、或OPP层。本例中,表层3为PE层。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施方式,故凡依本发明专利申请范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均包括于本发明专利申请范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种易撕膜,包括依序设置的表层(3)、阻隔层(4)、热封层(5),其特征在于,易撕膜的总厚度小于或等于120微米,阻隔层(4)为高阻隔镀层或者高阻隔涂层,热封层(5)为PE层或PP层或EVA层,阻隔层(4)的厚度的取值范围为400纳米~3微米之间,包括400纳米或3微米,各层之间的结合强度大于2N/15mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易撕膜,其特征在于,表层(3)或热封层(5)中至少一个设有依序设置的多个凹陷(1),该多个凹陷(1)间隔或连续排列形成一条易撕线(2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的易撕膜,其特征在于,当凹陷(1)设于热封层(5)时,表层(3)设有指示凹陷(1)形成的易撕线(2)的位置的指示线。
4.根据权利要求2所述的易撕膜,其特征在于,凹陷(1)设于表层(3)时,凹陷(1)的深度小于表层(3)的厚度,凹陷(1)设于热封层(5)时,凹陷(1)的深度小于热封层(5)的厚度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的易撕膜,其特征在于,表层(3)为PE层、或PET层、或尼龙层、或珠光膜层。
