技术领域
本发明涉及新型的冷冻机油组合物,特别是涉及能够长期维持润滑性能且不会堵塞冷冻循环内的毛细管的新型冷冻机油组合物。
背景技术
一般地,冷冻机,例如含有压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀阀、蒸发器的压缩型冷冻机的压缩式冷冻循环具有致冷剂和润滑油的混合液体在该密闭系统内循环的结构。在该压缩型冷冻机中,作为致冷剂,以往使用二氯二氟甲烷(R-12)或氯二氟甲烷(R-22)等含氯氟烃,此外,与其并用的大量的润滑油被制备使用。用作以往的致冷剂的这些碳氟化合物在大气中释放时,由于有可能导致破坏存在于平流层的臭氧层等环境污染,可以使用以1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(R-134a)为代表的氢氟烃(hydrofluorocarbon)或碳氟化合物等作为新的致冷剂。
另一方面,在冷冻机油组合物中,作为极压添加剂(extreme-pressure agent),使用以三甲苯基磷酸酯(TCP)为代表的磷类添加剂。但是,磷类极压添加剂,由于热分解或水解,进一步由于摩擦面上的摩擦化学反应等而变质,存在形成淤渣的问题。此外,由于变质、形成淤渣,消耗了磷类添加剂,所以不能长期维持润滑性能,甚至有可能发热胶着、磨损。
提出了混合使用聚α烯烃等合成油和矿物油作为基油(base oil),在其中添加有机硫化合物,耐热性、耐磨损性优异,对于温度变化,粘度变化较小,具有优异的碳氟化合物溶解性的性能的含硫润滑油(专利文献1)。根据专利文献1,在该冷冻机用润滑油组合物中,有机硫化合物的含量是重要的,有机硫化合物,例如使用矿物油作为基油时,可以为天然存在于矿物油中的有机硫化合物。但是,在使用具有各种优异特性的聚乙烯醚作为基油的冷冻机用润滑油组合物中,仅通过控制硫含量,不能提供充分的耐磨损性、极压性。

发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述问题而提出的,其目的在于,提供能够长期维持润滑性能且不会堵塞冷冻循环内的毛细管的冷冻机油组合物。
本发明人为了开发具有上述特性的冷冻机用润滑油组合物而进行了精心研究,结果发现,使用聚乙烯醚(PVE)作为基油且在其中含有特定的有机硫化合物的冷冻机油,使用氢氟烃、碳氟化合物、二氧化碳、氨气、烃等自然类致冷剂时,可以长期维持润滑性能,并且不会堵塞冷冻循环内的毛细管。本发明是基于上述发现完成的。
即,本发明提供一种冷冻机油组合物,该冷冻机油组合物包含:(A)含有聚乙烯醚的基油、(B)硫含量为35质量%或以下的有机硫化合物和(C)致冷剂,其中,总硫含量为(A)成分和(B)成分总量的0.01~0.1质量%。

具体实施方式
本发明的润滑油组合物中,使用(A)聚乙烯醚作为基油。作为聚乙烯醚化合物,可以举出例如,具有通式(I)
(式中,R1、R2和R3分别表示氢原子或碳原子数为1~8的烃基,它们相互可以相同或不同,R4表示碳原子数为1~10的二价的烃基,R5表示碳原子数为1~20的烃基,k表示其平均值为0~10的数,R1~R5在每个结构单元中可以相同或分别不同,此外,R4O为多个时,多个R4O可以相同或不同)所示的结构单元的聚乙烯醚化合物。此外,也可以使用含有具有上述通式(I)所示的结构单元和具有通式(II)
(式中,R6~R9分别表示氢原子或碳原子数为1~20的烃基,它们相互可以相同或不同,此外R6~R9在每个结构单元中可以相同或分别不同)所示的结构单元的嵌段或无规共聚物的聚乙烯醚化合物。上述通式(I)中的R1、R2和R3分别表示氢原子或碳原子数为1~8、优选为1~4的烃基,它们相互可以相同或不同。其中,烃基具体是指甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、各种戊基、各种己基、各种庚基、各种辛基等烷基;环戊基、环己基、各种甲基环己基、各种乙基环己基、各种二甲基环己基等环烷基;苯基、各种甲基苯基、各种乙基苯基、各种二甲基苯基等芳基;苄基、各种苯基乙基、各种甲基苄基等芳基烷基。作为这些R1、R2和R3,特别优选氢原子。
另一方面,通式(I)中的R4表示碳原子数为1~10、优选为2~10的二价烃基,其中,碳原子数为1~10的二价烃基,具体包括亚甲基、亚乙基、苯基亚乙基、1,2-亚丙基;2-苯基-1,2-亚丙基、1,3-亚丙基、各种亚丁基、各种亚戊基、各种亚己基、各种亚庚基、各种亚辛基、各种亚壬基、各种亚癸基的二价脂肪族基团;在环己烷、甲基环己烷、乙基环己烷、二甲基环己烷、丙基环己烷等脂环式烃上具有2个键合部位的脂环式基团;各种亚苯基、各种甲基亚苯基、各种乙基亚苯基、各种二甲基亚苯基、各种亚萘基等二价芳香族烃基;在甲苯、二甲苯、乙基苯等烷基芳烃的烷基部分和芳香族部分分别具有一价的键合部位的烷基芳基;在二甲苯、二乙基苯等多烷基芳烃的烷基部分具有键合部位的烷基芳基等。其中,特别优选为碳原子数为2~4的脂肪族基团。
通式(I)中的k表示R4O的重复数,其平均值为0~10、优选为0~5的范围的数。R4为多个时,多个R4可以相同或不同。进一步地,通式(I)中的R5表示碳原子数为1~20、优选为1~10的烃基,该烃基具体是指甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、各种戊基、各种己基、各种庚基、各种辛基、各种壬基、各种癸基等烷基;环戊基、环己基、各种甲基环己基、各种乙基环己基、各种丙基环己基、各种二甲基环己基等环烷基;苯基、各种甲基苯基、各种乙基苯基、各种二甲基苯基、各种丙基苯基、各种三甲基苯基、各种丁基苯基、各种萘基等芳基;苄基、各种苯基乙基、各种甲基苄基、各种苯基丙基、各种苯基丁基等芳基烷基等。
另外,该R1~R5在每个结构单元中可以相同或不同。上述通式(I)所示的聚乙烯醚化合物优选其碳原子/氧原子摩尔比在4.2~7.0的范围。若其摩尔比为4.2或以上则吸湿性降低,此外若为7.0或以下则得到充分的与致冷剂的相溶性。
上述通式(II)中,R6~R9分别表示氢原子或碳原子数为1~20的烃基,它们可以相同或不同。其中,作为碳原子数为1~20的烃基,可以举出与在上述通式(I)中的R5的说明中所举出的烃基相同的烃基。而且,R6~R9在每个结构单元中可以相同或分别不同。
含有具有该通式(I)所示的结构单元和通式(II)所示的结构单元的嵌段或无规共聚物的聚乙烯醚化合物优选使用其碳原子/氧原子摩尔比在4.2~7.0范围的聚乙烯醚化合物。若该摩尔比为4.2或以上则吸湿性降低,若为7.0或以下则得到充分的与致冷剂的相溶性。
作为本发明中所使用的(A)基油,虽然优选使用上述基油,但是它们可以单独1种或混合至少2种使用。此外,本发明中所使用的(A)基油在40℃下的运动粘度优选为3~1000mm2/s。若为3mm2/s或以上则得到充分的润滑性能,若为1000mm2/s或以下则不施加过度的负荷而增大能量效率。从上述方面考虑,基油在40℃下的运动粘度优选为5~500mm2/s的范围,进一步优选为5~150mm2/s的范围。
其次,本发明的特征在于,包含硫含量为35质量%或以下的有机硫化合物作为(B)成分。若硫含量超过35质量%则有可能产生变质·淤渣化。具体地说,1个分子中含有3个或以上的硫原子的聚硫化物存在这种危险。此外,硫的含量多于5质量%在能够降低(B)成分的添加量方面是优选的。
作为本发明中优选使用的(B)有机硫化合物,可以举出脂肪族硫化合物、杂环式硫化合物、芳香族硫化合物等。
作为脂肪族硫化合物,优选碳原子数为12或以上,进一步优选为14或以上,特别优选为18或以上。具体地说,可以举出二辛基硫醚、二月桂基硫醚、二(十四烷基)硫醚等。
作为杂环式硫化合物,优选碳原子数为8或以上,进一步优选为10或以上,特别优选碳原子数为12或以上。具体地说,可以举出苯并噻吩、二苯噻吩、吩噻嗪、苯并噻喃、噻喃、噻蒽、二苯并噻喃、二硫杂蒽(diphenylene disulfide)和它们的烷基衍生物。
作为芳香族硫化合物,优选碳原子数为12或以上,进一步优选为16或以上。具体地说,可以举出4,4′-硫代二(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、二苯基硫醚、二辛基二苯基硫醚、二烷基硫芴(dialkyl diphenylenesulfide)等。
此外,也可以使用碳原子数为8或以上的脂肪族硫化合物、杂环式硫化合物和芳香族硫化合物之外的有机硫化合物,可以举出例如,碳原子数为8或以上,优选碳原子数为10或以上,分子内含有1个或1个以上S原子的有机硫化合物,具体地说,可以举出,环丁砜、二苯基亚砜、二苯基砜、噻唑、噻唑衍生物、硫代金刚烷(thiaadamantane)、2-噻吩基甲醇、噻吩乙酸等。
以上的有机硫化合物中,优选使用二硫杂蒽、吩噻嗪、二烷基硫芴。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物中的硫含量,以(A)成分和(B)成分的总量为基准,必须为0.01~0.1质量%。若该硫含量为0.01质量%或以上则可以达到充分的润滑性能,若为0.1质量%或以下则可以充分抑制由于变质等所导致的淤渣的产生。从上述方面考虑,硫含量优选在0.02~0.05质量%的范围,进一步优选在0.025~0.035质量%的范围。
此外,本发明的润滑油组合物中,可以配合通常在冷冻机油组合物中所使用的添加剂,特别是优选添加抗氧剂、酸清除剂和消泡剂。
作为抗氧剂,不特别限定,例如,可以使用酚类抗氧剂、胺类抗氧剂等。酸清除剂是在冷冻机油组合物中,以水解稳定性为目的而配合的,可以举出例如,苯基缩水甘油基醚、烷基缩水甘油基醚、亚烷基二醇缩水甘油基醚、氧化环己烯、氧化α-烯烃、环氧化大豆油等环氧化合物。其中,从相溶性方面考虑,优选为苯基缩水甘油基醚、烷基缩水甘油基醚、亚烷基二醇缩水甘油基醚、氧化环己烯、氧化α-烯烃。作为消泡剂,可以举出硅油、氟化硅油等。
此外,在不损害本发明目的的范围内,可以添加其它的添加剂,例如,苯并三唑或其衍生物等铜钝化剂等。这些添加剂通常分别在0.005~5重量%的范围添加。
此外,作为本发明的润滑油组合物中所使用的致冷剂,通常使用选自氢氟烃、碳氟化合物、二氧化碳、烃或氨气中的至少1种。其中,烃是指通常用作致冷剂的烃,可以举出例如,丙烷、丁烷、它们的混合物等。本发明的润滑油组合物中,特别优选使用选自二氧化碳、烃和氨气中的至少1种作为致冷剂。
冷冻机油组合物中的这些致冷剂的含量通常在10~99质量%的范围。若为10质量%或以上则可以发挥充分的冷冻能力,若为99质量%或以下则存在充分量的润滑油,无发热胶着或磨损的问题。从上述方面考虑,进一步优选在30~95质量%的范围内。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物可以用于各种用途,例如,可以用于空调、冰箱、气体热泵(gas-heat pump)(GHP)用、自动售货机、橱窗的冷冻、车空调、热水供给(給湯)、地板采暖(床暖房用)等。
实施例
虽然下文通过实施例对本发明进行更详细的说明,但是本发明并不被这些例子所限定。
(评价方法)
1.密封管试验(热稳定性)
在内容积10ml的玻璃管中,加入由各实施例和比较例记载的方法制备的冷冻机油组合物,加入铜、铝、铁金属催化剂。将玻璃管密闭,在175℃下保持30天后,对冷冻机油组合物的外观、铜的外观、淤渣的有无进行评价。
2.密闭法列克司(Falex)试验(润滑性)
使用密闭式法列克司摩擦试验仪,根据ASTM D2670求得磨损量(mg)。试验条件为:负荷1335N、旋转速度300rpm、温度80℃、试验时间1小时、所使用的销为AISIC1137、块为SAE3135。
3.毛细管堵塞试验
使用如图1所示的试验仪,用1000小时后的毛细管流量的降低率评价。该试验装置1为特开平11-183334中所公开的,其具有压缩机2;作为热压减少装置的毛细管3;连通压缩机2的吐出口2A和毛细管3的入口3A的高温侧通道4;连通毛细管3的出口3B和压缩机2的吸入口2B的低温侧通道5;设置于高温侧通道4和低温侧通道5之间,在各通道4、5之间进行致冷剂之间的热交换的热交换器6,高温侧通道4中,在压缩机2和热交换器6之间设置有吐出侧压力计7,低温一侧通道5中,在热交换器6和压缩机2之间设置有吸入侧压力计8,在其下游侧设置有用于连接真空泵的阀9。通过上述结构部件,构成使含有冷冻机油的致冷剂循环的模拟循环系统10。
试验条件设定为:吸入侧压力(Ps)为0.4MPa;吐出侧压力(Pd)为3.3MPa;热交换机入口温度(Td)为110℃、热交换机出口温度(TS)为30℃。使用异丁烷(R600a)作为致冷剂,混合样品油((A)成分和(B)成分的总量)和致冷剂的量各400g实施试验。
实施例1~8、比较例1~6
制备含有第1表所示的(A)基油和(B)特定的有机化合物的冷冻机油,用上述评价方法评价。结果如表1所示。
其中所使用的表示(A)成分和(B)成分的记号如下所示。
A-1:聚乙基乙烯基醚聚异丁基乙烯基醚共聚物(聚乙基乙烯基醚:聚异丁基乙烯基醚的摩尔比为1∶9,40℃下的粘度为68mm2/s)
A-2:聚乙基乙烯基醚聚甲基乙烯基醚共聚物(聚乙基乙烯基醚∶聚甲基乙烯基醚的摩尔比为1∶1,40℃下的粘度为100mm2/s)
A-3:聚异丁基乙烯基醚(40℃下的粘度为10mm2/s)
A-4:聚乙基乙烯基醚(40℃下的粘度为430mm2/s)
B-1:苯并噻吩(硫含量为23.9质量%)
B-2:二苯并噻吩(硫含量为17.4质量%)
B-3:二硫杂蒽(硫含量为29.6质量%)
B-4:吩噻嗪(硫含量为16.1质量%)
B-5:二苯基硫醚(硫含量为17.2质量%)
B-6:二辛基二苯基硫醚(硫含量为7.8质量%)
B-7:二辛基多硫化物(dioctyl polysulfide)(硫含量为39质量%)
B-8:三甲苯基磷酸酯
B-9:二苯基砜(硫含量为14质量%)

产业上的可利用性
本发明的新型冷冻机油组合物无破坏臭氧层等环境问题,可以长期维持润滑性能,并且不堵塞冷冻循环内的毛细管。因此,可以用于空调、冰箱、气体热泵(GHP)、自动售货机、橱窗的冷冻、车空调、热水供给、地板采暖等。
Claims (10)
1.一种冷冻机油组合物,其包含:(A)含有聚乙烯醚的基油、(B)硫含量为35质量%或以下的有机硫化合物和(C)致冷剂,其中,总硫含量为(A)成分和(B)成分总量的0.01~0.1质量%。
2.权利要求1所述的冷冻机油组合物,其中,所述(A)基油在40℃下的粘度为3~1000mm2/s。
3.权利要求1或2所述的冷冻机油组合物,其中,所述(B)有机硫化合物是选自脂肪族硫化合物、杂环式硫化合物和芳香族硫化合物中的至少1种。
4.权利要求3所述的冷冻机油组合物,其中,所述(B)有机硫化合物含有碳原子数至少为12或以上的脂肪族硫化合物。
5.权利要求3所述的冷冻机油组合物,其中,所述(B)有机硫化合物含有碳原子数至少为8或以上的杂环式硫化合物。
6.权利要求3所述的冷冻机油组合物,其中,所述(B)有机硫化合物含有碳原子数至少为12或以上的芳香族硫化合物。
7.权利要求1或2所述的冷冻机油组合物,其中,所述(B)有机硫化合物含有碳原子数至少为8或以上的脂肪族硫化合物、杂环式硫化合物和芳香族硫化合物以外的有机硫化合物。
8.权利要求1~7中任意一项所述的冷冻机油组合物,其进一步含有抗氧剂、酸清除剂和消泡剂。
9.权利要求1~8中任意一项所述的冷冻机油组合物,其不含磷类极压添加剂。
10.权利要求1~9中任意一项所述的冷冻机油组合物,其中,所述致冷剂是选自二氧化碳、烃和氨中的至少1种。
