Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及适于在由缝合切除术进行处理的病理诊断和治疗中使用的手术缝合和切割器械。更具体地,本发明涉及与外科缝合和切割器械结合使用的锁定机构。
背景技术
外科缝合和切割器械通常用于由缝合切割术来进行处理的病理诊断和治疗中。外科缝合和切割器械提供了一种拓展了经过肛管、口腔、胃以及操作入口引入的机械缝合装置的经腔利用的机构。尽管外科缝合和切割器械最常用于直肠病理学,但外科缝合和切割器械可在多种环境下使用。

具体而言,现有技术中的装置允许驱动器以可能导致锁定器关闭(turn off)的方式被推回,因为它们倾向于取决于驱动器相对于锁定机构的位置。如果驱动器被推回到足够远,使驱动器在匣中在视觉上隐藏起来,这些产品将不再为用户提供用过的匣的视觉指示。此外,由于组成元件在击发后形成锁定时的相互作用,一些现有技术中的锁定机构不能提供强有力的锁定。在这种情况下,需要一种改进的锁定机构,其能提供锁定机构已经被致动的明确指示,并克服现有技术中锁定机构的其它缺点。本发明提供了这样一种锁定机构。
发明内容

更具体地说,本发明还涉及如下内容:
(1)一种适于将多个外科紧固件施加到身体组织上的线性外科缝合器,该外科缝合器包括:
砧座结构;
容纳含有多个外科紧固件的匣外壳,所述匣外壳和砧座结构在彼此接近的第一间隔位置和第二间隔位置之间可相对运动;
与匣外壳相关联的击发机构,用于从被相对于砧座结构驱动的匣外壳中发射外科紧固件;和
与匣外壳相互作用的锁定机构,用于选择性地致动和停止致动;
该锁定机构包括与在邻近锁定杆的位置处的匣外壳连接的摆动挡板翼片,使该线性外科缝合器的击发旋转摆动挡板翼片,从而释放锁定杆,防止用过的匣外壳又被击发。

在摆动挡板翼片182运动第二位置并且其不再将锁定杆184保持在未锁定位置之后,击发杆43即刻安放在锁定杆184的上方,将其保持在槽196中。当击发传输组件、特别是击发杆43回缩时,锁定杆184不再由摆动挡板翼片182或者击发杆43保持在槽196中,并且锁定杆184在弹簧194的力的作用下运动到锁定位置中。虽然在该位置,锁定杆184将阻止任何进一步启动击发部件(见图12和13)的尝试。尽管锁定杆184阻止了驱动器131向后运动,击发杆43最终回缩到其近端位置。在锁定杆184释放到其向上位置之后当击发杆43运动其远端位置时,在锁定杆184的远侧面上有一个倾斜的表面185,其起到凸轮的作用,允许击发杆43推动其“向下”离开击发杆43向后回缩期间的路径。

当击发传递组件击发时,击发杆243强有力地向前运动,接合摆动挡板282、特别是摆动挡板282的平面291。击发杆243的力旋转摆动挡板282,用足够的力使锁定翼片284偏转,允许摆动挡板282在锁定翼片284和匣模块220的壁之间被保持在形成于匣外壳223的侧壁221中的槽222中,锁定翼片284的运动进一步由斜面285的设计提供便利,在其旋转期间摆动挡板282在该斜面上方运动,并且击发杆243相对于摆动挡板的运动还由摆动挡板282的倾斜表面289提供便利,随着其旋转摆动挡板282,击发杆243在在该倾斜表面上滑动。
在该位置,摆动挡板282位于其大致与线性外科缝合器的纵向轴线平行的第二位置。在该第二位置中时,沿着摆动挡板282的朝前的表面288的切口部分286设置为防止驱动器231向后运动,因此防止了匣模块220的再次使用。
根据本发明的锁定机构通过提供各种优点克服了现有技术的缺点。具体地,本发明防止了驱动器以关闭锁定的方式被向后推动。此外,在该锁定机构在通常建造为高负载的砧座和直接产生更强锁定的击发杆之间工作时该锁定机构比其它锁定机构更好。另外,击发后驱动器暴露在匣板的上方,为用过的匣提供了视觉指示。这提供了使锁定摆动挡板适应将驱动器锁定在其位置中并防止用户因疏忽而关闭这种视觉安全零件的可能性。
虽然已经显示并描述了本发明的优选实施例,应当理解,这并不是想将本发明限定在该公开的内容,而是想覆盖落入本发明的精神和范围内的所有修改和替代构造。
Claims (10)
1.一种适于将多个外科紧固件施加到身体组织上的线性外科缝合器,该外科缝合器包括:
砧座结构;
容纳含有多个外科紧固件的匣外壳,所述匣外壳和砧座结构在彼此接近的第一间隔位置和第二间隔位置之间可相对运动;
与匣外壳相关联的击发机构,用于从被相对于砧座结构驱动的匣外壳中发射外科紧固件;和
与匣外壳相互作用的锁定机构,用于选择性地致动和停止致动;
该锁定机构包括锁定杆和与在邻近锁定杆的位置处的匣外壳连接的摆动挡板翼片,使该线性外科缝合器的击发旋转摆动挡板翼片,从而释放锁定杆到与击发机构对准的锁定位置,通过阻止击发机构的进一步击发以及所述外科缝合器的驱动器的向后运动防止用过的匣外壳又被击发。
2.根据权利要求1所述的线性外科缝合器,其中,锁定杆受弹簧偏压。
3.根据权利要求2所述的线性外科缝合器,其中,锁定杆安装在该线性外科缝合器的与匣外壳相邻的支撑框架上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的线性外科缝合器,其中,锁定杆安放于在线性外科缝合器的支撑框架中形成的槽内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的线性外科缝合器,其中锁定杆包括暴露于槽外的顶面和位于槽中的底面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的线性外科缝合器,其中,所述顶面包括翼片构件,其形状和大小设置为能够与击发机构接合,以防止该线性外科缝合器击发。
7.根据权利要求1所述的线性外科缝合器,其中,摆动挡板翼片与匣外壳可枢转地连接,当在线性外科缝合器击发之前对该翼片进行定位以将锁定杆锁定时,使该翼片位于锁定杆的上方。
8.根据权利要求1所述的线性外科缝合器,其中,摆动挡板翼片在大致横交线性外科缝合器的纵向轴线的第一位置与大致平行于线性外科缝合器的纵向轴线的第二位置之间运动,该摆动挡板翼片位于锁定杆的上方并处于第一位置中,从而将锁定杆向下保持为未锁定的定位。
9.根据权利要求1所述的线性外科缝合器,其中,在线性外科缝合器击发之前,摆动挡板翼片定位在锁定杆的略靠前一点,使摆动挡板翼片的旋转引起其与锁定杆形成接触。
10.根据权利要求9所述的线性外科缝合器,其中,摆动挡板翼片在大致横交线性外科缝合器的纵向轴线的第一位置与大致平行于线性外科缝合器的纵向轴线的第二位置之间运动,当摆动挡板翼片位于其第一位置时,使其安放在锁定杆的上表面的前面,并在所述线性外科缝合器击发期间使摆动挡板翼片旋转到其大致与线性外科缝合器的纵向轴线平行的第二位置并从锁定杆的上表面移开,从而使锁定杆向上运动到锁定位置。
