Abstract

背景技术
商用车的变速器通常具有12、16或者更多的档位。这种多档变速器大多作为多组变速器构成,其分为一个前置组、一个主组或主变速器和一个区域组。为使通过大量档位产生的复杂换档过程变得容易,这种变速器的绝大部分具有借助变速器调节器的自动换档装置。在此方面,前置组和区域组上的换档气动进行,而主变速器上的换档由汽车驾驶员手动进行或者借助适当的电动液压、电动气动和电动机的调整装置或者这些促动器的组合自动完成。
这种汽车变速器具有多个部件,其与不同的功能相应通常集成在变速器的外壳中。这些部件例如可以是促动器或变速器调节器或者传感器。
在这种情况下,存在着简单和低成本安装这些部件以及可更换单个部件的必要性。
申请人的DE 10347493A1公开了一种汽车变速器,具有一个外壳,里面或者上面具有传递转矩的部件,其包括一个设置在汽车变速器与一个驱动变速器的电动机之间的离合器装置。此外,在外壳内部或者上面设置用于操作传递转矩部件的操作件,其中,外壳包括一个在离合器装置的方向上延伸的区域,里面具有一个可与外壳固定连接的接线板,上面容纳至少部分用于操作传递转矩部件的操作元件。操作元件最好是汽车变速器的主变速器和/或快速档组变速器和/或区域组变速器的电路部分。
申请人的DE 10005086A1此外公开了一种具有中央离合器装备的变速器,其中,在变速器的离合器片与离合器壳之间具有用于离合器装备的装置。在这种情况下,变速器内部或者上面具有的变速器控制装置与用于离合器装备的装置直接导电连接;用于操作离合器的媒介为此可直接取自变速器控制装置。
申请人的DE 19915471A1此外公开了一种用于测量变速器油温的装置,其包括一个温度传感器,该传感器设置在变速器外壳内油底壳的外部并最好与变速器调节器一体化。
在从现有技术公开的结构中,其中在变速器外壳上具有一个单独的部件,其包括操作装置的工作缸和相应一体化的行程传感器,作为其他部件具有通道板、阀门板、电磁阀、一个转速传感器和一个控制单元。这些部件固定在变速器调节器的盖内,变速器调节器安装在变速器外壳的一个大槽内。这种情况下的缺点是需要与换档滑杆的特殊连接。此外,离合器调节器的自动部件,即电磁阀和传感器与离合器调节器一体化,这样就产生了用于控制单元(ECU)的外置电缆室和单独的空气接口的必要性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种作为多组变速器构成的汽车变速器,包括一个变速器调节器,其中避免现有技术的所称缺陷。
该目的通过一种多组变速器得以实现。
据此提出一种包括一个变速器调节器的多组变速器,其中,变速器调节器的操作装置的工作缸、必要的风道和离合器调节器集成在变速器外壳中。依据本发明以具有优点的方式提出,离合器调节器同样集成在变速器外壳中。
此外,在本发明的框架内提出,变速器调节器模块式构成,其中,确定各自与安装平面相应的下列模块:
-传感器模块
-包括结构和连接装置以及控制单元的模块
-电磁阀模块以及
-包括磁铁的选择模块。
依据本发明一种具有优点的进一步构成,用于电气部件的变速器槽通过一个盖可从外部接触并与油室隔开。变速器槽向外以具有优点的方式作为排出空气的收集室使用。
通过依据本发明的方案,公知的生产阶段还有可靠的部件可与变速器一体化,这样减少接口并因此明显节省成本。与变速器仅需一个电气和气动接口。
此外,变速器上无需单独的外置电缆室,因为离合器调节器的电磁阀和传感器与电磁阀模块或与传感器模块一体化。
依据本发明的结构的另一优点在于,已安装变速器上的单个模块可从外部更换;单个模块也可以单独预测试。

具体实施方式
图1示出变速器1的一部分。依据本发明,变速器1的操作装置的工作缸、必要的风道2和离合器调节器4集成在变速器外壳3中。离合器调节器4环绕传动轴中央设置。
如从图1所看到的那样,变速器调节器模块式构成;作为模块具有传感器模块5、包括结构和连接装置7以及控制单元(ECU)8的模块6、电磁阀模块9和选择模块10。图1中在模块6上具有一个中央插头和中央气动接口,其分别采用11和12标注。
模块5、6、9和10设置在变速器槽14内,该槽可由盖13封闭。通过盖13可从外部接触电气部件,这样可以简单更换单个部件。

Claims (4)
1.多组变速器,包括一个变速器调节器,其特征在于,变速器调节器的操作装置的工作缸、必要的风道(2)和离合器调节器(4)集成在变速器外壳(3)中。
2.按权利要求1所述的多组变速器,其中,变速器调节器模块式构成,其中,作为模块具有传感器模块(5)、包括结构和连接装置(7)以及控制单元(8)的模块(6)、电磁阀模块(9)和选择模块(10)。
3.按权利要求2所述的多组变速器,其中,模块(5、6、9、10)设置在可通过盖(13)封闭的变速器槽(14)内。
4.按权利要求3所述的多组变速器,其中,变速器槽(14)用作排出空气的收集室。
