Claims (14)
- 主変速機(22)と第1の補助群(23)とを備えた、自動車の自動変速機(20)用ギアシフト装置であって、
前記主変速機(22)及び前記第1の補助群(23)のギアシフト要素(34、68、70)が、液体作動のピストンシリンダユニット(37、74、75、78)により作動し、
前記主変速機(22)を作動させるため、前記ピストンシリンダユニット(37、74、75、78)の内のピストンシリンダユニット(37、74、75)が、ギアシフトモジュール(24)内で組み合わせられ、
前記第1の補助群(23)を作動させるため、前記ピストンシリンダユニット(37、74、75、78)の内のピストンシリンダユニット(78)が、前記ギアシフトモジュール(24)から間隔を置いて配置され、
前記ギアシフトモジュール(24)から間隔を置いて配置された前記ピストンシリンダユニット(78)が、流体線(10)により、前記ギアシフトモジュール(24)に接続されるギアシフト装置。 - 前記ギアシフトモジュール(24)が、前記ピストンシリンダユニット(37、74、75)のシリンダの一部と、副軸ブレーキのハウジング(82)の少なくとも一部及び/又は始動クラッチ(76)の中央のクラッチディスエンゲージャ(83)の一部と、を形成するモジュールベースプレート(71)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のギアシフト装置。
- それぞれの前記ピストンシリンダユニット(37、74、75、78)に、前記主変速機(22)又は前記第1の補助群(23)の、個々のギアシフト要素(34、68、70)が割り当てられることを特徴とする請求項1或いは2に記載のギアシフト装置。
- 前記ギアシフトモジュール(24)から間隔を置いて配置された前記ピストンシリンダユニット(78)が、前記第1の補助群(23)のハウジング(81)内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1、2、或いは3に記載のギアシフト装置。
- 前記変速機(20)が、第2の補助群(77)を有し、前記第2の補助群(77)のギアシフト要素(65)を作動させるためのピストンシリンダユニット(73)が、前記ギアシフトモジュール(24)内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のギアシフト装置。
- 前記ギアシフト要素(34、65、68、70)が、電磁的に作動するバルブ(42)によって動作でき、
前記ギアシフトモジュール(24)が窪み(49)を有し、それぞれの窪み(49)が、前記バルブ(42)の少なくとも1つを一部分収容することができ、前記バルブ(42)が、制御装置(46)によって動作するギアシフト装置であって、
前記ギアシフトモジュール(24)上に配置される前記制御装置(46)が、窪み(63)を有し、それぞれの窪み(63)がまた、それぞれ前記バルブ(42)の1つを一部分収容することができ、
さらに、前記バルブ(42)を電磁的に作動するためのコイル(54)を有し、
前記窪み(49、63)及び前記コイル(54)が、それぞれ、前記ギアシフトモジュール(24)内の窪み(49)と前記制御装置(46)内の窪み(63)とが共にバルブ(42)を収容し、かつ前記バルブ(42)がコイル(54)によって作動し得るよう、相互作用するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のギアシフト装置。 - すべての前記バルブ(42)が、互いに交換可能であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のギアシフト装置。
- 前記ギアシフトモジュール(24)及び前記制御装置(46)内の前記窪み(49)が、前記変速機(20)のハウジング(79、80、81)を開放せずに、前記制御装置(46)及び前記バルブ(42)が取り外され得るように配置されることを特徴とする請求項6或いは7に記載のギアシフト装置。
- 前記ギアシフト装置が、前記ギアシフトモジュール(24)から間隔を置いて配置されたセンサモジュール(25)を有し、前記センサモジュール(25)が、センサ(103〜109、112)を有し、これにより、前記変速機(20)の動作変数が感知され、前記センサ(103〜109、112)が、少なくとも、前記制御装置(46)に接続を伝える間接信号を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のギアシフト装置。
- 前記センサモジュール(25)が、前記主変速機(22)と第1の補助群(23)との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のギアシフト装置。
- 前記センサモジュール(25)が、前記センサ(103〜109、112)の信号を感知し、前記信号を前処理し、これらをデータ線(13)を介して前記制御装置(46)に送信する、評価モジュール(113)を有することを特徴とする請求項9或いは10に記載のギアシフト装置。
- 前記センサモジュール(25)に、前記制御装置(46)により、供給線(12)を介した供給電圧が供給されることを特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載のギアシフト装置。
- 前記センサモジュール(25)と前記制御装置(46)との間の、供給線(12)及び/又は信号線(13)が、部分区間内において、前記ギアシフトモジュール(24)と、前記補助群(23)の前記ピストンシリンダユニット(78)と、の間の前記流体線(11)に沿って配線されることを特徴とする請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載のギアシフト装置。
- 前記部分区間内において、前記流体線(11)、前記供給線(12)及び/又はデータ線(13)が、プラスチックの被覆(14)内に共に組み込まれることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のギアシフト装置。
