Abstract
一种激光加工机中的突起物去除加工装置,在由激光加工工具(60)对于加工物(W)例如实施穿孔(PH)加工时,飞散的熔融物会在加工物的上表面形成须状突起物(Wb)。须状突起物去除加工装置(700)具有由驱动缸(720)进行升降的加工头(710),由加工工具(730)去除须状突起物(Wb)。由此,在激光加工机中,可设置能够去除在加工物上形成的突起物的装置。
Description
技术领域
在激光加工机的穿孔加工中,熔融物(也称为溅渣)会因辅助气体的压力而向上飞散,在加工物的上表面形成须状突起,若与喷嘴的下部接触则会引起跟随传感器的误动作,从而造成不能加工。本发明可提供一种能够预先去除该须状突起物的装置。
背景技术
不锈钢或铝的材质的加工物在进行激光加工时所发生的须状突起物,需要基于熟练操作者的长年的经验,由目测来判断,在必要的情况下停止机器,由手动操作而去除。
而且,已知的还有伴随着加工物的移动,由旋转切割机或磨削装置去除加工物下面黏附的浮渣的装置(参照专利文献1、2),

由于对于非熟练者,判断是否应该去除上述的须状突起是困难的,所以会发生机器停止或产生加工不良等,并由此造成不能加工。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于一种能够解决上述问题的装置。
本发明的激光加工机,作为基本的装置设置有:和配置于台座上以支撑工件的托台,和沿台座的长度方向的轴、即X轴移动控制的支柱,和由支柱支撑并沿着与X轴垂直的Y轴移动控制的滑鞍,和由滑鞍支撑并沿着与由X轴和Y轴所形成的平面垂直的Z轴移动控制的加工头。
而且,设置有去除激光加工时在加工物(特别是不锈钢制或铝制)的上表面形成的须状突起物的去除装置。
另外,须状突起物去除加工装置,设置有相对于加工物的上表面升降的加工头以及通过加工头进行旋转的加工工具。
进而,加工工具使用的是磨削工具或切削工具。
(发明效果)
根据本发明,即使是非熟练者,也能够实现不停止机械运转的长时间无人化运行。

具体实施方式
图1是表示本发明的激光加工机的整体结构的立体图,图2是俯视图,图3是主视图,图4是主要部分的立体图,图5是侧视图。
由符号1表示整体的激光加工机,其具有在台座10上配置的托台(工作台)20,并装载有板状的工件W1,在台座10的长度方向的延长线上设置有托台交换装置12,准备有装载了下一个加工用的工件W2的托台20a。
在台座10的两侧,沿长度方向安装有一对导轨34,在导轨34上,装配有可沿X轴方向自由移动的支柱30。
支柱30的X轴方向上驱动装置,例如可以使用线性马达,在导轨34上设置的固定元件与直动引导件32上设置的移动元件之间形成线性马达。
在支柱30上,沿着与X轴垂直的Y轴设置有导轨44,在Y轴上可自由移动地设置有滑鞍40。滑鞍40具有结合于导轨44的直动引导件42,在导轨44与直动轨道42之间形成线性马达。
滑鞍40在与由X轴、Y轴形成的平面垂直的Z轴方向上设置有导轨,沿Z轴可自由移动地装配有加工头50。加工头50设置有导入从激光振荡装置72送来的激光的光学系统。
加工头50中装配有可自由更换的激光加工工具60。加工区域由罩90所覆盖,以确保安全。与台座10相邻接配置有强电盘70及激光振荡装置72。操作者指示各种驱动的操作盘80,被配置在台座10的长度方向的端部。在台座10的接近控制盘80的一方的端部,准备有激光加工工具的更换工作站100。
图6是从工作台一侧看激光加工工具的更换工作站100的主视图,图7是俯视图。
激光加工工具的更换工作站100设置有工具工作站200与喷嘴工作站300,其中,工具工作站200设置有具有喷枪与喷嘴的激光加工工具的工具交换盒;喷嘴工作站300设置有激光加工工具的喷嘴的喷嘴交换盒。
图8是本发明的须状突起物去除加工装置的说明图。
在前端为细销状的支撑物K1上装载的加工物W(不锈钢制或铝制等)由激光加工工具60、例如实施穿孔PH的加工,这时,从激光加工工具60同时喷射激光与辅助气体G1。
例如,在不锈钢制的加工物W上形成穿孔PH的同时,也在加工物的上面形成须状突起物Wb。该须状突起物Wb是由于辅助气体G1的压力使不锈钢的熔融物向上方飞散、冷却后所形成。
激光加工工具60被跟随控制在从加工物W的上表面Wa的既定高度位置,同时,在加工物W上移动。该跟随控制是利用检测激光加工工具60与加工物上表面Wa之间的静电容量的传感器而进行的。
而且,当在加工物W的上表面Wa上存在有须状突起物Wb时,会成为该跟随控制的误动作的原因,使跟踪精度恶化。
本发明的突起物去除加工装置,具有去除在该加工物W的上表面Wa上形成突的须状突起物Wb的功能。
须状突起物去除加工装置700具有内装马达的加工头710,加工头710,装备有加工工具730。
加工头710由驱动缸720的升降来安装。
当在加工物W的上表面Wa上形成须状突起物Wb时,该加工头710下降到紧接须状突起物Wb的上面,由加工工具730去除须状突起物Wb。
加工工具730。例如利用圆筒状砂轮或立铣刀等工具。该须状突起物去除加工装置700能够装备在加工头的适当的位置。而且,也可以装备在激光加工机的滑鞍的适当位置。进而,还可以作为与加工头分开的装置而装备于激光加工机上。
而且,该须状突起物的去除加工的加工头,也可以在加工中其它加工的场所实行。
作为这样的控制方法,可以从由CAM或NC(数控装置)所制作的配套程序中仅抽出穿孔的程序制作并进行控制。
而且,可以使用专用的须状突起物的加工程序,也可以使用手动进行控制。
还有,在上述实施例中,对X轴及Y轴上的驱动装置,以线性马达为例进行了说明,但即使是使用滚珠丝杠,也能够应用本发明。
Claims (2)
1.一种激光加工机中的突起物去除加工装置,所述激光加工机具有:台座,和配置于台座上以支撑工件的托台,和沿台座的长度方向的轴、即X轴移动控制的支柱,和由支柱支撑并沿着与X轴垂直的Y轴移动控制的滑鞍,和由滑鞍支撑并沿着与由X轴和Y轴所形成的平面垂直的Z轴移动控制的第一加工头(50);
所述激光加工机中的突起物去除加工装置的特征在于:
第一加工头(50)装配有可自由更换且具有喷枪和喷嘴的激光加工工具,
在台座的接近控制盘的一方的端部准备有激光加工工具的更换工作站,激光加工工具的更换工作站设置有工具工作站,工具工作站设置有具有喷枪与喷嘴的激光加工工具的工具交换盒,
去除激光加工时在加工物的上表面形成的突起物的突起物去除加工装置(700),设置有相对于加工物的上表面升降的第二加工头(710)以及通过第二加工头(710)进行旋转的加工工具(730)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的激光加工机中的突起物去除加工装置,其特征在于:所述加工工具(730)是磨削工具或切削工具。
