技术领域
本发明涉及一种由模制塑料制成并用于咖啡和其它食物原料的单次用量胶囊(容器)，所述咖啡和其它食物原料用于通过渗滤制备饮料。
背景技术
胶囊主要由具有截头圆锥体形状的盒体构成，该盒体装满咖啡粉(或其它粉状原料)并具有使一密封箔片贴附在上面的周向边缘。当在专用和/或家用机器中使用该胶囊以制备espresso咖啡和/或其它热饮料时，所述箔片被在下方定向，即位于在压力下进入胶囊的热水的进入点的相对侧。
作为现有技术的典型例子，申请人引用欧洲专利EP-A-0521510，在该专利中设想用所述箔片形成胶囊的平坦底部和具有减小的厚度的折痕区，以有利于在制备饮料时在沿垂直流动方向穿过粉末状原料的水的压力下撕开箔片。
所形成的渗滤饮料沿咖啡机内的难以接近的管道输送并随后被分配。
由于它们特殊的结构设计，所以使用常规的胶囊具有以下缺点，即，因为不可能确保所述内部管道的绝对清洁，所以存在包含于饮料中(特别是咖啡中)的脂肪物质发酵或腐败的风险。最小的负面结果是饮料味道发生不令人满意的改变。
另外，与使用松散的咖啡粉相比，正是由于所述管道的存在才使咖啡中脂肪物质的乳化作用-即，使意大利风味的espresso咖啡全世界流行的乳脂状咖啡形态-更难实现。
代表现有技术的其它文献是EP-A-469079、EP-A-512148和US-A-5287797。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于通过渗滤制备饮料的用于咖啡和其它原料的模制塑料胶囊，这种胶囊不具备上述缺点并且可以获得高质量的饮料。
通过提供一种根据本发明的胶囊来实现这些和其它目的。
根据本发明的用于使用粉状原料制备渗滤饮料的单次用量胶囊包括：具有分别贴附有上部密封箔片和底部密封箔片的上部周向边缘和底部周向边缘的盒体、具有孔并相对于所述底部边缘嵌入的下部端壁、以及充填有原料并形成在所述上部密封箔片和所述端壁之间的上部腔室，其特征在于，所述端壁包括中心核和多个径向肋片，所述径向肋片方向向下且围绕所述中心核以用于分隔分布有所述孔的区域，从而在所述上部腔室下面形成底部腔室；并且，在通过打开或撕开所述底部密封箔片时形成的喷流口朝下面的容器分配通过孔渗滤的饮料之前，该饮料通过湍流运动充满所述底部腔室。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的胶囊由稍微具有截头圆锥体形状的盒体10构成，该盒体10通过使一片食物用的聚丙烯热成形而制得。盒体10具有一个向外突出的连续的上部周向边缘12和一个未突出的底部边缘14。上部边缘12设计成可被塑料材料和/或铝制的箔片13密封。这种箔片以及其在单次用量食品盒中的功能本身是本领域的技术人员熟知的，因此没有必要对其进行更详细的描述。
根据本发明的特有特征，盒体10的端壁16相对于底部边缘14嵌入；实质上，如图4中详细示出的，在边缘14和端壁16的外表面18之间存在至少两个台阶。这样，在包含粉末原料的上部腔室25的下面，形成一个底部腔室30，所述(底部)腔室能够接纳并输送渗滤饮料，下面将对其进行更详细描述，底部腔室被第二箔片17封闭。该第二箔片优选地由与铝相结合的三层薄膜形成，以确保该胶囊不可渗透并且卫生，基于与箔片13相同的上述理由，没有必要更详细地描述所述箔片。
根据本发明的另一特有特征，围绕一个具有锥形尖端形状的上部20和大致圆柱形的下部22的中心核，盒体10的端壁16具有多个孔24，这些孔分布在被径向肋片26隔开的区域内(参见图2和4)，所述下部22由通过较短的圆柱形部分32彼此隔开的多个较长的圆柱形部分31(参见图2)构成。
本发明的胶囊使用于配备有冲孔或钻孔装置的机器中，冲孔或钻孔装置能够在上部箔片13中形成用于引入压力热水的通道(未示出)，而且冲孔或钻孔装置能够就在开始通过孔24渗滤饮料之前，直接在第二箔片17上形成一喷流口(也未示出)。由于从上面供给到胶囊中的压力热水和端壁16的形状尤其是径向肋片26的共同作用，饮料通过湍流运动充满上述底部腔室30，这种湍流运动有助于脂肪物质的乳化。这样，可以获得例如高品质的意大利风味的乳脂状咖啡。
另外，通过在第二箔片17上形成的喷流口，饮料直接分配到在下面的杯子或玻璃杯中，而无需经过位于机器内的传统管道输送，相应地就不存在上述风险。
尽管上述描述涉及一种优选实施例，但是应当理解，在下列权利要求范围内可以不同的形式和变型改进本发明。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于使用粉状原料制备渗滤饮料的单次用量胶囊，包括：
-具有分别贴附有上部密封箔片(13)和底部密封箔片(17)的上部周向边缘(12)和底部周向边缘(14)的盒体(10)，
-具有孔(24)并相对于所述底部边缘(14)嵌入的下部端壁(16)，
-充填有原料并形成在所述上部密封箔片(13)和所述端壁(16)之间的上部腔室(25)，
其特征在于，所述端壁(16)包括中心核和多个径向肋片(26)，所述径向肋片方向向下且围绕所述中心核以用于分隔分布有所述孔(24)的区域，从而在所述上部腔室(25)下面形成底部腔室(30)；并且，在通过打开或撕开所述底部密封箔片(17)时形成的喷流口朝下面的容器分配通过孔(24)渗滤的饮料之前，该饮料通过湍流运动充满所述底部腔室(30)。

4.根据权利要求1所述的用于使用粉状原料制备渗滤饮料的单次用量胶囊，其特征在于，所述底部密封箔片(17)由与铝结合的三层薄膜构成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于使用粉状原料制备渗滤饮料的单次用量胶囊，其特征在于，所述盒体(10)具有稍微呈截头圆锥体形状。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于使用粉状原料制备渗滤饮料的单次用量胶囊，其特征在于，所述盒体(10)通过对可适用于食物的聚丙烯类热成形而制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于使用粉状原料制备渗滤饮料的单次用量胶囊，其特征在于，所述盒体(10)的上部边缘(12)是连续的并向外突出。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于使用粉状原料制备渗滤饮料的单次用量胶囊，其特征在于，所述盒体(10)的底部边缘(14)不突出。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的用于使用粉状原料制备渗滤饮料的单次用量胶囊，其特征在于，所述粉状原料为咖啡。
