背景技术
在CN1500708A中公开了一种锁紧螺母。
WO 00/49254A1描述了一种门插销组件的连接夹。该连接夹包括第一夹部、第二夹部和在夹部之间延伸的、使夹部靠近连接构件的弹性绞部。第一夹部包括从其突出的第一对准构件,第二夹部包括用来接收第一对准构件的第一对准槽,用来方便对准第一夹部和第二夹部。弹性绞部包括设置在其上的对准突起并与一个夹部预卡合配置,当夹部开始靠近连接构件时,方便第一对准构件和第一对准槽对准。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,由高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)制成的转动阀(Klappenhahn)1的阀门壳体2有一个开和闭阀腔5的中心通孔4的阀片3,该阀腔5与流入接管7的流入通道6和阀门壳体2的流出接管9的流出通道8相连。阀片3偏心地固定在一个转轴10上,该转轴10的两端10a,10b可旋转地支承在阀门壳体2的支承座11,12内,其中转轴10的上端10b经过支承座12向外穿出阀门壳体2。转轴10借助于支承座12内的密封圈13与外界密封。在阀片3转轴10伸出阀门壳体2的一端10b上装有一个开和关转动阀1的手柄14。

锁紧螺母15设在流入接管7的一个轴环19和用于支承阀片3的转轴10的阀壳体2的支承座11,12之间,并被不脱落且可移动地保持在阀壳体2的流入接管上。
当把阀门壳体2的流入接管7装入液体容器17的流出接管16时,将不脱落地保持在阀门壳体2流入接管7上、通过环形凸肩20卡在流入接管7的轴环19上的锁紧螺母15拧在流出接管16上,位于流出接管7上的密封环21卡在轴环19与液体容器17流出接管16的外端16a之间的流出接管16上,从而使转动阀1的壳体2相对液体容器17密封。
