Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及到液体储运容器,它具有一个托盘式的底架,并由金属或导电塑料制成。该底架上放置可互换的一层或数层的塑料内胆,而这层塑料具有持续防静电的外层,作为一个正方形或立方体容器,它具有四个侧壁,一个上底和一个下底,一个上底带有可关闭的注液口和一个取液阀,以及一个围着内胆的外套,该外套的栅条由金属或钢板制成。
背景技术
在DE 196 05 890A1中介绍的这类储运容器的塑料内胆具有一层永久的抗静电外层,它与金属底架一起用作电气接地,为了避免运输时由于内胆与金属外套摩擦而在塑料内胆上产生的放电。因此就必须用这种方法来避免金属容器和金属栅条之间产生的火花的放电,而这种放电在密封的空间,是极易点燃储运容器的易燃物品和易爆炸的气体蒸汽混合气。通过塑料容器连续抗静电的外层接地,在灌注和排空内胆以及在内胆中搅拌液体,例如为了混合目的通过液体与容器内表面形成摩擦,而在液体中产生电荷却是无法排除的。
DE 197 31 518 A1介绍了一种液体储运容器,它通过套在塑料内胆上的、由薄金属丝制成的栅格罩,或一个装在内胆上的导电网或织物接地。和DE 196 05 890A1介绍的储运容器相似,这种外接地也只能排除在容器表面出现的电荷。此外,液体容器通过栅罩、网或织物来实现液体容器的接地,从从技术上讲成本很高,因此相应提高了制造费用。
DE 198 15 082A1中介绍的液体储运容器,其装在内胆排液口上的取液阀上装有一接地件,形状为一块歪曲的金属板或金属片,延伸通过取液阀的内孔的部分范围,并通过一个紧固螺钉和一根接地的电缆与容器的底架相接。这一内部接地,只能排除由于液体中形成摩擦而在液体中形成的电荷。除此之外,这种液体容器的危险还在于,在储运腐蚀性液体时,接地件会受到这类液体的损害,而使得电气接地失效。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于为塑料内单的安全考虑,提供能全面接地并廉价制作的液体储存容器。
此处应与a权项1、2的内容本发明得任务根据权利要求1和2的液体储运容器来解决。
本发明是基于:发明一种液体储运容器,它的内胆具有数层塑料,内胆外层能持续抗静电,一个由金属或钢板栅条制成外套,并具有一个托盘式的底架,此底架采用金属或一种导电塑料制成,内胆或取液阀用导电塑料制成,必要时在内胆的四壁和上下底加入一段导电塑料,在内胆的内表面与外表面之间形成电气连接,从而使得运输时由于内胆和外套的相互摩擦而在容器表面出现静电,以便在液体在灌入和排出储运容器和在容器中搅拌液体,由于液体的摩擦而在容器中和在容器内表面形成的静电,通过内胆的导电壁和底部、持久抗静电层的外层导电排液口或导电取液阀,外套与底架来加以排除。通过内胆的排液口或取液阀形成的导电,可排除在从容器中取液时由于在容器中液体流动产生最大的液体摩擦而产生的静电,所以可采用最方便最有效的方法来避免容器的导电。塑料内胆的容器和其内灌装,需储运液体的容器都可以使用这种储运容器来作为易发生火灾的液体和乳化液这种危险品的运输容器,例如用来储运溶剂,颜料,燃点低于35℃的油漆,以及将容器作为形成气体、蒸汽或烟雾用的、工作室内使用的容器。
以下通过示图来进一步说明本发明的液体储运容器。

具体实施方式
可作为一次性或可反复使用的容器的液体储运容器1的主要部件是:一个可互换的正立方体的聚乙烯内胆2;具有一块前壁3,一块后壁4和二块侧壁5,6;作为排放底的下底7;具有通过一个旋盖10可关闭注液口9的上底8;在位于装有取液阀12的前壁3的下半部分的排液口11;由交叉的垂直和水平金属栅格条14,15组成的外套13;用于安放塑料内胆2,并具有钢板制底盘17且托盘式的底架16,以及用于保护内胆的两块金属盖板条18。
前壁3,后壁4,侧壁5,6以及通过挤压吹塑工艺制成塑料内胆2的高密度聚乙烯上下底板7,8,它具有内层19、中间层20以及有导电碳黑成分的持久抗静电外层21。中间层的厚度为1~2mm,最好为1.5mm。内外层19、21的厚度为0.1~0.5mm,最好为0.2mm。
中间层20的制造可采用一种再生颗粒或纯聚乙烯和/或具有导电炭黑成分的聚乙烯粉末,作为内外层19外的原料可使用新的聚乙烯颗粒。
例如,塑料内胆他可以采用纯高密度聚乙烯内层的六层结构,一层聚酰胺封闭层或一层防氧和氢渗入的聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,而这一封闭层又可分为二层植入低密度聚乙烯的增附层,再生粒子或高密度纯聚乙烯粉末和/或具有导电碳黑成分的高密度聚乙烯以及有导电碳黑成分高密度聚乙烯的持久抗静电的外层。
塑料内胆2的排液口11为用导电塑料制成的注塑件,最好采用具有导电碳黑成分的高密度聚乙烯。对于挤压吹塑的内胆2,可将排液口11插入在吹塑模具中,与内胆持久抗静电的外层21焊在一起。聚乙烯的高导电碳黑成分可使表面比电阻达到≤105Ω,内胆外层21和排液口11的体积比电阻达到≤103Ω。
用一个紧锁螺母22固定在内胆2排液口11上的取液阀12和连接在内胆2注液口9上的旋盖10,可以采用一种导电塑料制成,最好是采用具有导电碳黑成分的高密度聚乙烯。
在内胆2的本体中,形成条带24的导电条23采用一种含有导电碳黑成分的高密度聚乙烯,在内胆2的内表面25与外表面26之间形成电气连接,其厚度相当于内胆2的壁厚27。图1中指明的条带24的走向,在侧壁3-6和/或这些壁之间的角落上保持垂直,在内胆2的下底7和上底8上形成倾斜。
底架16的底盘17相对角部支脚和中间支脚29、30以及支脚框架31具有一定自由度,使底盘17在容器1运输时,运输设备例如叉车的抓臂能够向四侧移动。支脚29、30和支脚框架31或用金属或一种导电塑料制成,例如含有导电碳黑的聚乙烯,使储运容器1通过导电条24,塑料内胆2的持久抗静电外层21和排液口11,外套13和底架16实现电气接地,于是内胆表面上与灌装的液体中以及在容器表面上出现的电荷,都能排入地中。
图3指明了另一种具有取液阀32的储运容器1,取液阀32采用含有导电碳黑成分的高密度聚乙烯制成,注入口33与塑料内胆2的持久抗静电外层21焊接在一起。
Claims (12)
1,液体储运容器,它具有一个托盘式的底架,并由金属或导电塑料制成;该底架上放置可更换的一层或数层塑料内胆,而这层塑料内胆具有持久抗静电的外层,作为一个正立方体或立方体容器,它具有四个侧壁、一个带有可关闭的注液口的上底和一个下底、一个取液阀,以及一个包围内胆的外套,外套的栅条由金属或钢板制成,其进一步特征在于:与塑料内胆(2)的持久抗静电外层(21)相接的排液口(11)由导电塑料制成,用于与取液阀(12)的连接。
2,如权利要求1所述的液体储运容器,其进一步特征在于:是采用导电塑料制成的取液阀(32)的注入口(33)同塑料内胆(2)的持久抗静电外层(21)连接。
3,如权利要求1所述的容器,其进一步特征在于:内胆(2)的排液口(11)采用含有导电碳黑成分的高密度聚乙烯制成。
4,如权利要求3所述的容器,其进一步特征在于:内胆(2)的排液口(11)的表面比电阻达到≤105Ω,接触比电阻达到≤103Ω。
5,如权利要求3或4所述的容器,其进一步特征在于:内胆(2)的排液口(11)为注塑件。
6,如权利要求1和3-5中的任一项所述的容器,其进一步特征在于:内胆(2)的排液口(11)与内胆(2)的持久抗静电外层(21)熔接在一起。
7,如权利要求2所述的容器,其进一步特征在于:取液阀(32)用含有导电碳黑成分的高密度聚乙烯制成。
8,如权利要求7所述的容器,其进一步特征在于:取液阀(32)的表面比电阻达到≤105Ω,接触比电阻达到≤103Ω。
9,如权利要求7或8所述的容器,其进一步特征在于:取液阀(32)为注塑。
10,如权利要求2和7-9中的任一项所述的容器,其进一步特征在于:取液阀(32)的注入口(33)与内胆(2)的持久抗静电外层熔接在一起。
11,如权利要求1-10中的任一项所述的容器,其进一步特征在于:在一层或多层内胆(2)中含有导电塑料制成的导电条(23),它在内胆(2)的内表面(25)与外表面(26)之间形成电气连接。
12,如权利要求11所述的容器,其进一步特征在于:内胆(2)的导电条(23)形成为条带(24)形状,其厚度相当于内胆的壁厚(27)。
