Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种由塑料制成的取出阀,尤其适于一种液体运输和存储用容器的转动阀或者球阀,其带有一个阀门壳体,该壳体上具有一个流入接管,可通过一个锁紧螺母拧紧到外螺纹的液体容器的流出接管上。(DE 101 24 681 A1)。
背景技术
在液体容器中,按照此类型制成的取出阀作为转动阀使用,该取出阀由托盘式底盘、塑料制成的具有四个侧壁的可替换内胆、上下底板、一个流入接管和一个流出接管以及一个包围内胆的外壳构成,所述外壳可以是薄板外壳或者栅条外壳,其中栅条外壳是由垂直的和水平的金属栅条构成的。
根据编号为DE19511723C1的德国专利,对于用户安装时不按照规范,将制造商提供的取出阀门安装到板状容器的内胆流出接管上就存在危险的可能性,导致取出阀门的转动和阀门密封滑移并受到损坏,从而使阀门不密封。
发明内容
本发明的任务就是进一步开发一种此类取出阀门,以保证在装配的时候能避免损害阀门密封性的扭转止动性能。
为了完成上述任务,本发明提供了一种带有扭转安全装置的取出阀,用于液体运输和储存塑料容器,该取出阀包括具有流入接管的阀门壳体,其中所述流入接管设计成可通过锁紧螺母拧到设有外螺纹的液体容器流出接管上,所述阀门壳体进一步具有流出接管,其中,具有扭转安全装置,所述扭转安全装置具有适配环,所述适配环具有分布于其圆周上的内、外凸起,可在阀门壳体的流入接管的接入端上推移的适配环通过内凸起导入阀门壳体的流入接管外壁上的相应纵向配合槽内;在通过将保持在阀门壳体的流入接管上不脱落的锁紧螺母拧紧而将阀门壳体的流入接管装到液体容器的流出接管上时,所述适配环通过所述外凸起与容器的流出接管的内壁上的纵向配合槽内相配合。
如果液体容器和带外螺纹的流出接管一体制成则更佳。

具体实施方式
按照图1和图2所示,由高密度(PE-HD)聚乙烯制成的转动阀1的阀门壳体2有一个用于开和闭的阀腔5中心通孔4的阀片3,该阀片3与阀门壳体2焊接在一起的流入接管7的流入通道6和阀门壳体2的流出接管9的流出通道8相连。该阀片3偏心地固定在一个转轴10上,该转轴10的一端10a可在阀门壳体2内旋转,另一端10b经过一个轴承座11向外穿出阀门壳体2。转轴10通过轴承座11内的一个密封圈12对外密封。在阀片3的转轴10伸出阀门壳体2的一端10b上装有一个用于开和关的转动阀1的手柄13。
转动阀1通过锁紧螺母14固定在例如板式容器的塑料内胆的液体容器16的流出接管15上,其中作为注塑件预先制成的流出接管15和外螺纹17一起被吹塑到液体容器上16。
转动阀1通过阀门壳体2的流入接管7上的密封圈24对容器有密封性。将锁紧螺母14拧到液体容器16的流出接管15上时,该密封圈24压紧在阀门壳体2的流入接管7的轴环21和液体容器16的流出接管15的向外端15a之间。
具有扭转安全装置的自动球阀1带有适配环25(Adapterring),出现在内外凸起26,27所分隔的范围内,可在阀门壳体2的流入接管7的接入端7a上推移的适配环25(Adapterring)利用内凸起26导入阀门壳体2的流入接管7的外壳29上的纵向配合槽28内;在利用保持在阀门壳体2的流入接管7上不脱落的锁紧螺母14将阀门壳体2的流入接管7安装到液体容器16的流出接管15上时,通过相应的外凸起27使该适配环25(Adapterring)装入到容器16的流出接管15外壳31上的纵向配合槽30内。
图3所示的焊接到转动阀1的壳体2上的流入接管7与纵向配合槽28一起注塑制成。
Claims (2)
1.一种塑料取出阀,用于液体运输和储存塑料容器,所述取出阀包括具有流入接管的阀门壳体,其中所述流入接管设计成能够通过锁紧螺母拧到设有外螺纹的液体容器流出接管上,所述阀门壳体进一步具有流出接管,其特征在于,具有扭转安全装置,所述扭转安全装置具有适配环(25),所述适配环(25)具有分布于其圆周上的内、外凸起(26,27),能够在阀门壳体(2)的流入接管(7)的接入端(7a)上推移的适配环(25)通过内凸起(26)导入阀门壳体(2)的流入接管(7)外壁(29)上的相应纵向配合槽(28)内;在通过将保持在阀门壳体(2)的流入接管(7)上不脱落的锁紧螺母(14)拧紧而将阀门壳体(2)的流入接管(7)装到液体容器(16)的流出接管(15)上时,所述适配环(25)通过所述外凸起(27)与容器(16)的流出接管(15)的内壁(31)上的纵向配合槽(30)内相配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的取出阀,其特征在于,作为注塑件预先加工而成的、带外螺纹(17)的流出接管(15)被吹塑到液体容器(16)上。
