Abstract
一种用于管道的薄壁连接管,在距管端部一预定距离处有一条环形突起。该环形突起有作为防脱面的大致与管轴线垂直的外侧面,环形突起前端的直管部分的外圆周面作为密封环贴合面。
Description
本发明涉及一种薄壁管和用于这种薄壁管的一种新颖的联接结构这种薄壁管端部外圆周面上的螺纹部分不允许有变形。
用作供水管的铁管易于锈蚀并在其内表面形成淤泥,因而其使用寿命很短。
由于铁管的这种缺点,最近人们已经注意到了使用重量轻并且具有出色的耐腐蚀性能的不锈钢管。不锈钢管的管壁与其直径相比是很薄的,因此不能在其端部加工联接用螺纹。由于这个原因,不能采用传统的联接结构,而需要一种特殊的联接器。
薄壁管用联接器所需要的主要功能是防止沿管子轴向的移动,即防止管子脱开,以保证管子在正负压力下的不透水性。
至今所推荐采用的一种薄壁管联接器见于第4438954号美国专利,其中管子的外圆周被一只C形夹紧环夹住,以防止管子脱开但是,这种结构的防脱作用特别差;此外,不仅夹子的边缘会损坏管子的外圆周面,使管子不能重复使用,还有可能使管子变形,因为施加在管子外圆周面上的夹紧力不均匀。
还有另一种结构的薄壁管联接器也已被推荐采用,其中管子一端的直径朝内减小,密封件与该外锥形面贴合,以形成密封面。但是,这种联接器有一个重要的缺点,即管子长度的轻微变化立刻会影响密封性。
根据本发明,提供一种薄壁联接管,其中薄壁管一端的侧面加工出具有大致垂直的外侧面的环形突起作为加载面,以防止管子脱开,环形突起前端的管子的外圆周面用作密封面。
此外,根据本发明,还提供一种用于上述薄壁管的联接结构。
本发明的管子联接结构包括一个包容件,即套管,和一只环形螺帽,套管用以把经过上述加工的管子的端部插入其中,套管包括用于和管子的密封面相接触的密封件,用于容纳管子的环形突起的凹槽,在套管靠近所述凹槽的外端部的内圆周面上加工有内螺纹,环形螺帽的内径与管径相等,并有可与管子环形突起的外侧面贴合的前端面,以及可与包容件的外端面贴合的凸缘,环形螺帽通过与套管的内螺纹啮合而固定在管上。
除上述的管子联接器之外,本发明的薄壁管联接结构可适用于所有管子的连接,包括阀和泵。
用于管子联接的本发明的实施例将在下文中参照附图与管子结构一起加以描述。
图1是表示与成形装置一起的薄壁管端部结构的剖视图。数字11表示直径为30mm、厚度约1mm的薄壁不锈钢管;数字12表示管沿;数字13表示在距管沿预定距离的(A)处形成的环形突起;数字14表示与防止脱开的紧固螺帽贴合的外侧面;数字15表示内曲面;数字16表示管子前端的直管部分的外圆周密封面;数字17表示沿着管沿部分的外圆周形成的弧形面。
这种管结构也可以在现场成形。在现场,夹紧管11并使其旋转然后,一对各自具有预定截面形状的成形辊R1和R2对管的内侧和外侧进行接触加压。
图2是表示联接状态的联接器的半剖视图,其中管子端部插入联接器中。形成联接体的套管20对称于分隔部21,套管20的两端有内螺纹22。下文仅就对称的一侧对套管结构加以描述。
套管在与管子的密封面或插入部分相对应位置的内圆周面23中有接受槽24,该槽中装有至少一个由橡胶或塑料制成的密封环25。在采用单个密封环25的情况下,套管最好有承受内管负压的密封面26,以及用于防止因内压而造成漏水的密封面27。
图3表示管子插入之前的联接器的局部剖视图,该联接器装有两个密封环25a和25b。这种联接器用于内外压差剧烈变化的管道。
数字28表示隔板,数字29表示环形突起13的接受槽或腔,它在隔板28和加载端面30之间形成。数字31表示环形螺帽,用于防止装配在其内的管子脱开。环形螺帽31的凸缘32可旋转,直到加压接触套管的端面33,同时螺纹31a前端的加载端面30推压环形突起的外侧面14,从而防止管子的摇动和轴向移动。在上述推压作用下,环形突起的曲面15最好不靠压在隔板面28a上。
因此,槽29的宽度必需大于环形突起的宽度。当然,管端12必须留有一定间隙以容许管子膨胀延伸,即使在夹紧状态也不与套管中的分隔部21和任何其它部分相接触。
这是因为如果环形突起的曲面15在强压下与隔板面28a相接触,或者管端12被推压在分隔部21上,由此产生的应力将达到前端的密封面16,从而降低了密封性。
数字34表示用于插入螺帽旋转工具的孔。使用叉形扳手或其它非普通类型的扳手,可以方便地在狭窄的地方-例如在天花板上-作业。螺帽31的形状不限于上述一种。也可使用带内螺纹和加载端面30的环形螺帽。数字35表示加强肋,该加强肋也作为套管的旋转止动器。
在上述的联接器中,保证了未经变形加工的前端直管部分的外圆周面16在内外压力下的密封性。为防止管子移动,环形突起的外侧面14与整体地和套管螺纹啮合的螺帽31前端的加载端面30贴合螺帽的内圆周面31b夹紧装在其中的管子在环形突起13外侧的外圆周面18,因而保证了对作用于管的轴向和纵向上的外力有很强的抵抗力。
此外,容纳环形突起13的槽29的空间还起补偿该突起13的移动的作用,以在-例如-高压水流通过薄壁管并使管子沿轴向延伸时防止整个管道的变形。
虽然随着管的膨胀与收缩,直管部分16也有移动,但密封性并不受影响,因为直管部分的外圆周面只是相对于密封接触面滑动。
用于本发明的管子的直管部分的密封面在安装和使用期间不会受到变形力的作用,因此管子拆卸后可再用于另一管道,这样可有效地延长不锈钢管的寿命,因而可保证管道装置的经济性。
不言而喻,本发明的联接器结构不仅适用于不锈钢管,而且也适用于其它可经变形加工的管子。此外,本发明也适用于只有一个开口的泵以连接两个或多个联接器。
Claims (2)
1、一种用于管道的薄壁连接管,在管上距管端一预定位置处有一条环形突起,作为防脱面的所述环形突起的外侧面大致与管轴线垂直,所述环形突起前端的直管部分的外圆周面作为密封环贴合面。
2、一种用于薄壁连接管的联接结构,所述连接管在距管端一预定位置处有一条环形突起,作为防脱面的所述环形突起的外侧面大致与管轴线垂直,所述环形突起前端的直管部分的外圆周面作为密封环贴合面,所述联接器结构包括套管和环形螺帽,所述套管有与管的密封环贴合面相贴合的密封环,套管还有一条用于容纳所述环形突起的槽,以及在邻近所述槽的外端部的内圆周面上加工出的内螺纹,所述环形螺帽的内径与管径相等,并有与管的环形突起的外侧面相贴合的前端面,以及与套管的外端面相贴合的凸缘,环形螺帽与套管的内螺纹通过螺纹啮合而装配在套管上。
