Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种由塑料制成的取出阀,尤其适于一种液体运输和存储用容器的转动阀或者球阀,其带有一个阀门壳体,该壳体上具有一个流入接管,可通过一个锁紧螺母拧紧到外螺纹的液体容器的流出接管上。(DE 101 24 681 A1)。
背景技术
在液体容器中,按照此类型制成的取出阀作为转动阀使用,该取出阀由托盘式底盘、塑料制成的具有四个侧壁的可替换内胆、上下底板、一个流入接管和一个流出接管以及一个包围内胆的外壳构成,所述外壳可以是薄板外壳或者栅条外壳,其中栅条外壳是由垂直的和水平的金属栅条构成的。
根据编号为DE19511723C1的德国专利,对于用户安装时不按照规范,将制造商提供的取出阀门安装到板状容器的内胆流出接管上就存在危险的可能性,导致取出阀门的转动和阀门密封滑移并受到损坏,从而使阀门不密封。
发明内容
本发明的任务就是进一步开发一种此类取出阀门,以保证在装配的时候能避免损害阀门密封性的扭转止动性能。
本发明的这个任务是通过带有权利要求1和4所述的扭转止动器的取出阀门来得以解决的。
权利要求书包含了取出阀门的有益和切合实际的进一步的设计。

具体实施方式
按照图1和图2所示,由高密度(PE-HD)聚乙烯制成的转动阀1的阀门壳体2有一个用于开和闭的阀腔5中心通孔4的阀片3,该阀片3与阀门壳体2焊接在一起的流入接管7的流入通道6和阀门壳体2的流出接管9的流出通道8相连。该阀片3偏心地固定在一个转轴10上,该转轴10的一端10a可在阀门壳体2内旋转,另一端10b经过一个轴承座11向外穿出阀门壳体2。转轴10通过轴承座11内的一个密封圈12对外密封。在阀片3的转轴10伸出阀门壳体2的一端10b上装有一个用于开和关的转动阀1的手柄13。
转动阀1通过锁紧螺母14固定在例如板式容器的塑料内胆的液体容器16的流出接管15上,液体容器16和带有外螺纹17的流出接管9用风嘴整体制成。
转动阀1具有一个在阀门外壳2的流入接管7上带有外凸缘18的扭转安全装置。通过拧紧保持在阀门壳体2的流入接管7上不会掉落的锁紧螺母14将阀门壳体2的流入接管7装到液体容器16的流出接管15上时,该外凸缘18上的开槽凸缘19通过与容器16的流出接管15的向外端15a上的开槽凸缘23相配的内开槽凸缘22定位于液体容器16的流出接管15上。其中,锁紧螺母14通过流入接管7的轴环21处的一个环形凸台20轴向定位。
转动阀1通过阀门壳体2的流入接管7上的密封圈24对容器有密封性。将锁紧螺母14拧到液体容器16的流出接管15上时,该密封圈24压紧在阀门壳体2的流入接管7的轴环21和液体容器16的流出接管15的向外端15a之间。
图6和图3显示了带另一种形式扭转安全装置的自动球阀1。该转动阀1带有适配环25(Adapterring),出现在内外开槽凸缘26,27所分隔的范围内,可在阀门壳体2的流入接管7的接入端7a上推移的适配环25(Adapterring)利用内开槽凸缘26导入阀门壳体2的流入接管7的外壳29上的纵槽28内;在利用保持在阀门壳体2的流入接管7上不脱落的锁紧螺母14将阀门壳体2的流入接管7安装到液体容器16的流出接管15上时,通过相应的外开槽凸缘27使该适配环25(Adapterring)装入到容器16的流出接管15外壳31上的纵槽30内。
对于上述转动阀1的第二种形式的扭转安全装置,作为注塑件预先加工而成的流出接管15连同外螺纹17被吹塑到液体容器16上。
图3所示的焊接到转动阀1的壳体2上的流入接管7与外凸缘18及纵槽28一起注塑制成,这样转动阀1就能选择性地与上述之一的扭转安全装置配合使用。
Claims (6)
1.一种塑料取出阀,尤其适合于液体运输和储存塑料容器的转动阀或球阀,包括一阀门壳体和一个流出接管,其中阀门壳体上有一个流入接管,通过锁紧螺母拧到带外螺纹的液体容器流出接管上,其特征在于其:具有一个扭转安全装置,其上带有阀门壳体(2)的流入接管(7)上的外凸缘(18),通过拧紧保持在阀门壳体(2)的流入接管(7)上不会掉落的锁紧螺母(14)将阀门壳体(2)的流入接管(7)装到液体容器(16)的流出接管(15)上时,所述凸缘(18)上的开槽凸缘(19)通过与容器(16)的流出接管(15)的朝外端(15a)上的开槽凸缘(23)上的与开槽凸缘(23)相配的内开槽凸缘(22)定于液体容器(16)的流出接管(15)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的取出阀,其特征在于,所述阀门壳体(2)流入接管(7)和外凸缘(18)是注塑制成并与阀门外壳(2)焊接在一起。
3.如权利1或2所述的取出阀,其特征在于,液体容器(16)和带外螺纹(17)的流出接管(15)是用风嘴整体制成。
4.一种采用权利要求1构思的取出阀,其特征在于,具有一个扭转安全装置,其上带有内外开槽凸缘(26,27)所分隔的范围内的适配环(25),可在阀门壳体(2)的流入接管(7)的接入端(7a)上推移的适配环(25)采用内开槽凸缘(26)导入阀门壳体(2)的流入接管(7)外壳(29)上的纵槽(28)内;在采用保持在阀门壳体(2)的流入接管(7)上不脱落的锁紧螺母(14)将阀门壳体(2)的流入接管(7)安装到液体容器(16)的流出接管(15)上时,通过相应的外开槽凸缘(27)装入容器(16)的流出接管(15)的外壳(31)上的纵槽(30)内。
5.如权利要求4所述的取出阀,其特征在于,作为注塑件预先加工而成的流出接管(15)带外螺纹(17)被吹入液体容器(16)。
6.一种采用权利要求1构思的取出阀,其特征在于,通过一个设置在阀门壳体(2)的流入接管(7)上的外开凸缘(18)和在流入接管(7)的外壳(29)上形成的纵槽(28)可按照权利要求1或4选用扭转安全装置。
