Abstract
一种塑料或金属的液体储运容器所用取出装置的制造方法,其特征在于,在第一道工序中,在第一注塑机中先制造出用于将装置拧到液体容器(17)的流出接管(16)上的锁紧螺母(15);接着将制好的锁紧螺母(15)再放入第二注塑机中,然后在第二道工序中制造出这样的装置壳体(2),装置壳体(2)的流入接管(7)能有间隙地通过环形凸肩(20)的通孔(22)及锁紧螺母(15)的螺纹孔(23),而装置壳体(2)的流入接管(7)的边缘(19)设置在锁紧螺母(15)内。在第二种制造方法中,在第一道工序中,装置壳体(2)及其流入接管(7)作为特殊部件注塑而成;在接下来的第二道工序中,流入接管(7)和滑到其上的锁紧螺母(15)一起被焊接到装置壳体(2)上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种做成注塑件的取出装置,尤其是塑料或金属的液体储运容器所用的转动阀(Klappenhahn)或球阀(Kugelhahn)的制造方法。该取出装置具有包括一个流入接管和一个流出接管的装置壳体,锁紧螺母不脱落且可移动地设置在流入接管上、流入接管的轴环与装置壳体中支承关闭元件的转轴的支承座之间,用于将装置壳体拧到带外螺纹的液体容器流出接管上。
背景技术
在DE 103 01 517 B3中已介绍了一种液体储运容器,包括在托盘式底盘(palletenartigerUntergestell)上的塑料内胆和一个栅条外壳。内胆的取出装置借助于一个塑料的锁紧螺母被拧在内胆的流出接管上,其中该锁紧螺母由两个半螺母组成,在流入接管上被焊在一起,不脱落地设于装置的流入接管上。当制造铝锁紧螺母时,两个半螺母在取出装置的流入接管上被铆接在一起。将锁紧螺母装到取出装置的流出接管上的此类方法很麻烦并且费时,从而提高了制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的任务就是开发一种成本低廉的、制造塑料或金属的液体储运容器用带装置壳体的注塑件取出装置的方法。其中,装置壳体具有一个流入接管,锁紧螺母不脱落地设置在流入接管上,用于将装置壳体拧到带外螺纹的液体容器流出接管上。
本发明的这个任务通过提供一种注塑件的取出装置,尤其是塑料或金属的液体储运容器所用转动阀或球阀的制造方法来实现,其中所述取出装置具有包括流入接管和流出接管的装置壳体,锁紧螺母不脱落且可移动地安装在流入接管上、流入接管边缘与装置壳体中支承关闭元件的转轴的支承座之间,用于将装置壳体拧到带外螺纹的液体容器流出接管上;在第一道工序中,在第一注塑机中先制造出锁紧螺母;接着将把制好的锁紧螺母再放入第二注塑机中,然后在第二道工序中制造出这样的装置壳体:装置壳体的流入接管能有间隙地通过环形凸肩的通孔及锁紧螺母的螺纹孔,而装置壳体的流入接管的边缘设置在锁紧螺母内。
本发明的这个任务还可通过提供如下注塑件的取出装置的制造方法来实现,其中,在第一道工序中,装置壳体及其流入接管作为特殊部件注塑而成;在接下来的第二道工序中,流入接管和滑到其上的锁紧螺母一起被焊接到装置壳体上。

具体实施方式
由高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)制成的转动阀1的阀门壳体2有一个用于开和闭阀腔5的中心通孔4的阀片3,该阀腔5与流入接管7的流入通道6和阀门壳体2的流出接管9的流出通道8相连。阀片3偏心地固定在一个转轴10上,该转轴10的两端10a,10b可旋转地装入阀门壳体2的支承座11,12内,其中转轴10的上端10b经过支承座12向外穿出阀门壳体2。转轴10通过支承座12内的密封圈13与外界密封。在阀片3的转轴10伸出阀门壳体2的一端10b上装有一个用于开和关转动阀1的手柄14。
转动阀1借助于塑料锁紧螺母15固定在液体容器17(例如板式容器的塑料内胆)的流出接管16上,液体容器17和带有外螺纹18的流出接管16利用风嘴(Blasformen)整体制成。
锁紧螺母15安装在流入接管7的轴环19和用于支承阀片3的转轴10的阀壳体2的支承座11,12之间,并不脱落且可移动地保持在阀壳体2的流入接管上。
当通过将不脱落地保持在阀壳体2流入接管7上、通过环形凸肩20作用在流入接管7的轴环19上的锁紧螺母15拧在流出接管16上,从而把阀壳体2的流入接管7装入液体容器17的流出接管16时,位于流入接管7上的密封环21卡在轴环19与液体容器17流出接管16的外端16a之间,从而使转动阀1的壳体2与液体容器17之间密封。
为了制造阀壳体2的流入接管7上带有不脱落的锁紧螺母15的转动阀1,在第一道工序中,在第一注塑机中先制造出锁紧螺母15。接着将制成好的锁紧螺母15再放入第二注塑机中,然后在第二道工序中制造出如此的阀壳体2:阀壳体2的流入接管7能有间隙地通过环形凸肩20的通孔22及锁紧螺母15的螺纹孔23,而阀壳体2的流入接管7的轴环19置于锁紧螺母15内。
制造带锁紧螺母15的转动阀1的第二种方法的特征在于:在第一道工序中,阀壳体2及其流入接管7作为特殊部件注塑而成;在接下来的第二道工序中,流入接管7和滑到其上的锁紧螺母15一起被焊接到图3中阀壳体2上用符号24所表示的位置上。
可根据所要求的不同强度特性,选择不同的塑料材料来制造转动阀1的阀壳体2和锁紧螺母15。
Claims (3)
1.一种注塑件的取出装置,尤其是塑料或金属的液体储运容器所用转动阀或球阀的制造方法,其中所述取出装置具有包括流入接管和流出接管的装置壳体,锁紧螺母不脱落且可移动地安装在流入接管上、流入接管边缘与装置壳体中支承关闭元件的转轴的支承座之间,用于将装置壳体拧到带外螺纹的液体容器流出接管上;其特征在于,在第一道工序中,在第一注塑机中先制造出锁紧螺母(15);接着将把制好的锁紧螺母(15)再放入第二注塑机中,然后在第二道工序中制造出这样的装置壳体(2):装置壳体(2)的流入接管(7)能有间隙地通过环形凸肩(20)的通孔(22)及锁紧螺母(15)的螺纹孔(23),而装置壳体(2)的流入接管(7)的边缘(19)设置在锁紧螺母(15)内。
2.根据权利要求1构思的注塑件的取出装置的制造方法,其特征在于,在第一道工序中,装置壳体(2)及其流入接管(7)作为特殊部件注塑而成;在接下来的第二道工序中,流入接管(7)和滑到其上的锁紧螺母(15)一起被焊接到装置壳体(2)上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述装置壳体(2)和锁紧螺母(15)由不同的塑料材料制成。
