Abstract
Un primer metodo para producir un grifo de toma para recipientes de transporte y almacenamiento de plastico o metal para liquidos, fabricado como parte de fundicion inyectada de plastico se caracteriza porque en una primera etapa del proceso se produce en una primera herramienta de fundicion inyectada la tuerca (15) de racor para atornillar el grifo al tubo (16) de vaciado y un recipiente (17) para liquidos, a continuacion la tuerca de racor se coloca en una segunda herramienta de fundicion inyectada, y tras esto se produce en una segunda etapa del proceso la caja (2) del grifo en la segunda herramienta de fundicion inyectada de manera que el tubo (7) de admision de la caja del grifo atraviesa con holgura la abertura (22) de paso del hombro (20) anular y la perforacion (23) roscada de la tuerca (15) de racor, y el reborde (19) del tubo (7) de admision de la caja (2) del grifo se encuentra dispuesto dentro de la tuerca (15) de racor. En un segundo metodo se moldean por inyeccion en una primera etapa del proceso la caja (2) del grifo y el tubo (7) de admision del mismo como partes independientes, y en una segunda etapa del proceso el tubo (7) de admision se suelda con una tuerca (15) de racor montada sobre el a la caja (2) del grifo. (Fig. 1).
