Abstract

Description
一种用于液体容器和液体管路的通路阀门,尤其是象用于与一个液体运输存放容器的出口管接头或出口相连的抽样配件,它具有一个旋塞阀壳,该阀壳内支撑一圆盘形闸板,该闸板用手操作,可以绕一个与一圆柱形通孔的纵轴垂直的轴旋转,以便开启和关闭该圆柱形通孔(DE19815082A1)。
本发明的任务是提高上述类型的通路阀门的功能可靠性。
按照本发明,这一任务通过一种具有权利要求1的特征的通路阀门来完成。
从属权利要求包含了本发明的有利设计方案。
本发明的闸板处于通路阀门外壳通孔内的封闭位置时的阀座具有球形几何形状,这样,当闸板转过一定范围,达到垂直于同路阀门外壳的通孔的准确的封闭位置时,可以实现通路阀门的密封隔绝,并由此确保了通路阀门具有很高的功能可靠性。另外,可以在维修工作时良好地清洗通路阀门。

直接与液体容器1的出口2或其未示出的出口管接头相连的通路阀门3的主要部件是一个由塑料一体注塑成的且包括一个上部5和一个下部6的旋塞阀壳4以及一个可转动地支承在旋塞阀壳4上部5内的且用于操作一个可转动地支承在旋塞阀壳4的上部5和下部6内的轴8的把手7,在所述轴上固定着一个用于开启关闭在旋塞阀壳4下部6内的一个圆柱形通孔10的圆盘形闸板9。
旋塞阀壳4的通孔10构成一个具有球形几何形状的阀座11,当闸板9的绕一个垂直于通孔10的纵轴线12-12的轴线13-13转动到封闭位置9a时,正好盖在该阀座上。
由于阀座11的球形几何形状,从闸板9的准确的封闭位置9a到垂直于旋塞阀壳4的通孔10的纵轴在闸板9的两个转动方向a、b上偏转5-10度的范围内都是封闭区。在该封闭区内,通路阀门3实现最佳的封闭功能。它的优点是,当因不小心没有准确调到通路阀门封闭位置时,通路阀门尽管如此也不封闭。
注塑闸板9具有一个环形槽14,一个塑料密封圈15被注塑到所述槽中,密封圈的塑料比旋塞阀壳4的塑料硬。
在把手7上形成了一个挡块16,它与两个在旋塞阀壳4上部5上的反挡块17、18配合作用而确定了通路阀门3的闸板9的封闭位置9a和开启位置9b。
下部缩小且装有由O形圈20密封的把手7的转动轴承19的旋塞阀壳4上部5通过隔板被支承在外壳下部6上。固定在把手7上的且用于使通路阀门3的闸板9转动的轴8由玻璃纤维强化塑料制成。这种结构措施有助于提高通路阀门的抗落强度,这在给液体存放运输容器配备这样的通路阀门时十分有意义。
通路阀门3的出口22可以由一个带嵌装O形圈34的螺纹盖23封闭住。
当给液体容器装配通路阀门时,在把手7的挡块16和在旋塞阀壳4的凸肩27中的孔25、26用于安装象原封未动证明件那样的封口。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于液体容器和液体管路的通路阀门,尤其是象用于与一个液体运输存放容器的出口管接头或出口相连的抽样配件,它具有一个旋塞阀壳,该阀壳内支撑一圆盘形闸板,该闸板用手操作,可以绕一个与一圆柱形通孔的纵轴垂直的轴旋转,以便开启和关闭该圆柱形通孔,其特征在于,旋塞阀壳(4)的通孔(10)为处于封闭位置(9a)的闸板(9)构成了一个具有球形几何形状的阀座(11)。
2.如权利要求1所述的通路阀门,其特征在于,旋塞阀壳(4)的阀座(11)具有一个闸板(9)封闭区。
3.如权利要求1和2所述的通路阀门,其特征在于,塑料注塑成的闸板(9)具有一条环形槽(14),一个塑料密封圈被注塑到所述环形槽中。
