一种对夹式超薄高压球阀
技术领域:
本发明涉及球阀,尤其是对夹式超薄高压球阀,适用于石油、化工、化肥、农药、化纤、造纸、制糖、食品、电站等工业部门使用。
背景技术:
随着我国的国民经济的高速发展,在我国石油、化工、化肥、农药、化纤、造纸、制糖、食品、电站、等工业部门以及农业乃至生活设施的管路控制系统,使用多种规格的阀来控制系统,需要的用于控制液流通管路的阀门越来越多,需要解决普通球阀阀体在耐磨损和耐高压及密封方面的不足。高压球阀尤其是用于截止介质为煤气、空气、蒸汽、水、海水、油品等各种介质,是一种在工业管网上切断介质和连通介质的专用阀门;现有传统产品的不足之处:传统球阀,不耐高压和厚度大。操作不方便,维修成本高。本发明提出的管路控制系统,特别是在安装空间装置小时,有效的解决了普通球阀阀体在高压与空间位置大的不足。
发明内容:
本发明目的是,提出一种新型对夹式超薄高压球阀,有效的解决不耐高压和阀门的厚度大的困惑。解决操作不方便,维修成本高的问题。并具有操作方便和密封可靠的效果。
本发明的技术方案是,一种对夹式超薄高压球阀,包括阀体,阀座、螺钉,垫片,定位块,填料,O型密封圈,密封垫,阀杆,球体阀芯,填料压盖,手柄;球体阀芯的上端连接阀杆,阀杆亦位于阀体上设有的相匹配的柱形孔内,阀杆上从下至上分别套有O型密封圈、密封垫、填料三重密封,填料压盖在填料的通过上端螺旋固定在阀体上;阀体上阀座分别为左右环形密封座,环形密封座由增强PPL合成密封材料构成,球体阀芯为椭球形;阀体上设有阀的进口与出口;左右环形密封座在阀的进口与出口位置分别嵌入并固定,阀的进口与出口流道与椭球形短轴平行,环形密封座的内缘形状与椭球形球体阀芯的外缘形状吻合。
环形密封座与阀体的安装部位设有一O型密封圈。
椭球形球体阀芯上端的阀杆上包裹填料垫、组合填料,并由填料压盖压住组合填料;阀杆最上端与手柄通过键或非圆的固定,还可以再设有一螺钉和垫片将手柄固定在阀杆上;手柄是一直径大于10cm的杆,角度指示定位器与定位块固定在手柄的一个角度;手轮驱动阀杆旋转调整椭球球体阀芯的在阀体内流体通道旋转,球球体阀芯旋转时通孔分别对应导通和阻止进出口时,分别对应阀的启闭。环形密封座阀座即增强PPL合成密封材料制备,环形密封座设有碟簧(有弹性一进出口环状碟簧)。
工作过程如图所示,直接或由手轮控制球体阀芯的转动到启闭的位置。
有益效果:本发明椭球体阀芯,使密封面的既有球体双大大缩短了阀的长度,整个球阀的长度只有普通球阀的1/5;椭球体阀芯空间运动轨迹理想,密封面相互之间无磨擦、无干涉、加之密封材料选择得当,从而使球阀的密封性、耐腐蚀性、耐高温性和耐磨性等得到了可靠的保证;椭球体阀芯和阀体采用整体锻造,保证球体阀芯的最大强度比,环形密封座阀座即增强PPL合成密封材料制备具有好的柔性密封性能,密封座如采用调整蝶簧结构,保证在使用过程中的磨损得到自动补偿,保证设备的使用寿命。整体采用锻造结构,保证整体的强度,整个球阀的长度只有普通球阀的1/5,节省大量成本,安装简便,能以任意方向安装于管道中的任意部位。采用角度指示定位器,保证定位和转动角度的准确,保证开关的精准。采用阀座即增强PPL合成密封材料+O型密封圈组合结构,保证球阀在高压工况条伯下的密封性。保证密封可靠,使用寿命长。流体阻力小,开关迅速、方便,只要手轮阀杆转动90度,球阀就完成了全开或全关动作,实现快速启闭。采用O型密封圈与密封垫、填料三重密封。保证在高压工况条件下的密封可靠。

对夹式超薄高压球阀,包括阀体,角度指示定位器,螺钉,垫片,定位块,填料,O型密封圈,密封垫片,阀杆,球体阀芯,填料压盖,手柄;阀杆在椭球形球体阀芯的上端固定,阀杆亦位于阀体上设有的相匹配的柱形孔内,阀杆上从下至上分别套有O型密封圈、密封垫、填料三重密封,填料压盖在填料的上端螺旋固定在阀体上;阀体上阀座为左右环形密封座,环形密封座由增强PPL合成密封材料构成、球体阀芯为椭球形,椭球体尤其是长轴比短轴在1.5-2.5。环形密封座阀座即增强PPL合成密封材料制备具有好的柔性密封性能,密封座亦可采用调整蝶簧结构,保证在使用过程中的磨损得到自动补偿,保证设备的使用寿命。
阀体上设有阀的进口与出口;阀杆在椭球形球体阀芯的上端固定,左右环形密封座在阀的进口与出口位置分别嵌入并固定,阀的进口与出口流道与椭球形短轴(短轴位置设有通孔,用于流道,当短轴与进出口轴线平行时导通)平行,环形密封座的内缘形状与椭球形球体阀芯的外缘形状吻合;椭球形球体阀芯的下端表面与阀体表面自由接触,最好是椭球形球体阀芯的下端设有一凸形柱与对应的阀体表面位置设有匹配的凹坑;环形密封座与阀体的安装部位设有一O型密封圈。
椭球形球体阀芯上端的阀杆上包裹填料垫、组合填料,并由填料压盖压住组合填料;阀杆最上端与手柄通过键或非圆的固定,还可以再设有一螺钉和垫片将手柄固定在阀杆上;手柄是一直径大于10cm的杆,角度指示定位器与定位块固定在手柄的一个角度;手轮驱动阀杆旋转调整椭球球体阀芯的在阀体内流体通道旋转,球球体阀芯旋转时通孔分别对应导通和阻止进出口时,分别对应阀的启闭。环形密封座阀座即增强PPL合成密封材料制备,环形密封座设有碟簧(有弹性一进出口环状碟簧)。
阀杆可以是塔柱状,O型密封圈与密封垫、填料三重密封分别套在塔柱状阀杆的不同直径部位。
整体采用锻造结构,保证整体的强度,采用角度指示定位器,保证定位和转动角度的准确;采用阀座即增强PPL合成密封材料+O型密封圈组合结构,保证球阀在高压工况条伯下的密封性。采用O型密封圈与密封垫、填料三重密封。

1.一种对夹式超薄高压球阀,其特征是,包括阀体,阀座、螺钉,垫片,定位块,填料,O型密封圈,密封垫,阀杆,球体阀芯,填料压盖,手柄;球体阀芯的上端连接阀杆,阀杆亦位于阀体上设有的相匹配的柱形孔内,阀杆上从下至上分别套有O型密封圈、密封垫、填料三重密封,填料压盖在填料的通过上端螺旋固定在阀体上;阀体上阀座分别为左右环形密封座,环形密封座由增强PPL合成密封材料构成,球体阀芯为椭球形;阀体上设有阀的进口与出口;左右环形密封座在阀的进口与出口位置分别嵌入并固定,阀的进口与出口流道与椭球形短轴平行,环形密封座的内缘形状与椭球形球体阀芯的外缘形状吻合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的对夹式超薄高压球阀,其特征是,环形密封座与阀体的安装部位设有一O型密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的对夹式超薄高压球阀,其特征是,椭球形球体阀芯上端的阀杆上包裹填料垫、组合填料,并由填料压盖压住组合填料;阀杆最上端与手柄通过键固定,再设有一螺钉和垫片将手柄固定在阀杆上;手柄是一直径大于10cm的杆。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的对夹式超薄高压球阀,其特征是,设有角度指示定位器,与定位块固定在手柄的一个角度;手轮驱动阀杆旋转调整椭球球体阀芯的在阀体内流体通道旋转,球球体阀芯旋转时通孔分别对应导通和阻止进出口时,分别对应阀的启闭。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的对夹式超薄高压球阀,其特征是,环形密封座阀座设有碟簧。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的对夹式超薄高压球阀,其特征是,椭球体长轴比短轴在1.5-2.5。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的对夹式超薄高压球阀,其特征是,椭球形球体阀芯的下端设有一凸形柱与对应的阀体表面位置设有匹配的凹坑。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的对夹式超薄高压球阀,其特征是,环形密封座与阀体的安装部位设有一O型密封圈。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的对夹式超薄高压球阀,其特征是,阀杆是塔柱状,O型密封圈与密封垫、填料三重密封分别套在塔柱状阀杆的竖直不同直径部位。
